Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fishing rod used for fishing, and more particularly to a fishing rod having a fishing line guide that is movable in the axial direction, called a slide guide, on the peripheral surface of a rod constituting the fishing rod.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Among fishing rods, there is a fishing rod in which a plurality of rods are connected in a so-called swing-out form. In this type of fishing rod, a rod that is sequentially connected to the tip side can be stored in a rod-side rod that is set to have a large diameter. When fishing, each rod is pulled out to make one fishing rod, and when fishing is finished, each rod is sequentially stored in the rod on the rod side to make it compact.
[0003]
Even in this type of fishing rod, it is necessary to dispose a fishing line guide for sequentially guiding the fishing line from the reel disposed on the peripheral surface of the rod body on the rod side to the tip side. However, the fishing line guides arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the rod are obstructive when the rod is stored in the swing-out form. Therefore, the fishing line guide is as follows in the swing type fishing rod in which the rod body is sequentially housed in the housing on the hand side.
[0004]
In other words, the housings are tapered and taper, a fixed guide fixed to the peripheral surface position is arranged at the end of the tip side of each housing, and a plurality of slide guides are arranged on the side of the collar. Is done. The slide guide has a pipe portion arranged on the circumferential surface of the housing in a state where the housing is inserted, and the pipe portion is fixed to match the outer diameter at an arbitrary axial position of the housing. When the case is stored in the swing-out form, each slide guide is slid to the tip side on the circumferential surface to the fixed guide. At the time of use, each slide guide is slid to the base side on the peripheral surface and fixed at an arbitrary position.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the “outer rod” in which the fishing line guide is arranged on the peripheral surface of the rod, the problem of stickiness of the fishing line to the peripheral surface of the rod has been pointed out. That is, in fishing rods used outdoors, particularly in the waterside, rain and water droplets are easily attached to the peripheral surface of the rod body, and water is also attached to the fishing line thrown into the water. For this reason, there is a possibility that the fishing line sticks to the peripheral surface of the housing between the fishing line guide and the fishing line guide, and hinders the smooth insertion and removal of the fishing line.
[0006]
For this reason, contrivances have been made such as screen printing on the peripheral surface of the body to provide fine irregularities to suppress stickiness of the fishing line. However, such unevenness formation by screen printing does not always have sufficient durability. In addition, in a case where the slide guide moves on the peripheral surface of the case, screen printing may be peeled off or damaged due to the movement of the slide guide.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a fishing rod that can effectively suppress stickiness of a fishing line over a long period of time.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The fishing rod according to the first aspect of the present invention is a fishing rod in which a plurality of rods are connected in a swing-out manner, and is a rod-like rod-shaped tubular member and a peripheral surface of the rod that is movable in the axial direction. And a plurality of slide guides arranged to be fixed at predetermined positions. The casing includes a cylindrical main body part, a plurality of built-up parts that are thicker and thicker than the main body part spaced apart in the axial direction, and an adjacent built-up part. And a protrusion formed in a spiral shape continuously in the axial direction on the peripheral surface of the main body between the axial directions. And the height from the main-body part of an adjacent build-up part is higher than the height from the main-body part of the protrusion between the axial directions of an adjacent build-up part. On the other hand, the plurality of slide guides have pipe-shaped fixing portions that are arranged on the peripheral surface of the housing in a state where the housing is inserted. And the internal diameter of the fixing | fixed part of one slide guide corresponds to the outer diameter of one built-in part of the some built-up parts.
[0009]
In this fishing rod, when storing, each slide guide is moved to the tip side, and then each rod is sequentially stored in a swing-out manner in the rod-side housing to make it compact. When in use, a plurality of rods are pulled out to the tip side sequentially and connected to a swing type to form one long fishing rod. Then, the plurality of slide guides arranged on the circumferential surface of each housing are sequentially slid toward the base, and the fixing portions of the respective slide guides are fitted and fixed to the corresponding built-up portions. .
[0010]
There is a spirally formed protrusion on the peripheral surface of the main body between the built-up parts of the rod body of this fishing rod, and between the slide guide used by being fixed on the built-up part and the slide guide adjacent thereto The stickiness of the fishing line is suppressed. Further, the slide guide itself is for fitting the fixed portion to the build-up portion, and since the height of the build-up portion is set higher than the height of the projection, the projection does not hinder the slide movement of the slide guide. Further, there is little contact between the slide guide and the protrusion, and it is possible to suppress damage to each other.
[0011]
The fishing rod of the invention 2 is the fishing rod of the invention 1, wherein the protrusion is made of a prepreg material in which carbon fiber is impregnated with a synthetic resin, and the carbon fiber is processed into a string shape and oriented in the longitudinal direction.
Protrusions made of such a material in which carbon fibers are oriented in the longitudinal direction are arranged spirally on the peripheral surface of the rod body to prevent sticking of the fishing line to the rod peripheral surface and the crushing strength of the tubular rod member It also provides reinforcement to rigidity. Generally, since the casing itself is also made of a prepreg material, the protrusion and the main body of the casing can be formed integrally, and the strength of the protrusion is excellent.
[0012]
The fishing rod of the invention 3 is the fishing rod of the invention 1 or 2, and is connected to the tip side of the large-diameter rod body in a swinging manner by a large-diameter rod body having a fitting female portion on the inner peripheral surface of the tip-end portion. A small-diameter housing having a first fitting male portion that can be fitted to the fitting female portion on the outer peripheral surface of the side end portion and a second fitting male portion that can be fitted to the fitting female portion on the outer peripheral surface of the tip side. Have.
In this fishing rod, the large-diameter frame and the small-diameter frame are fixed to each other in either the extended state in which the large-diameter frame and the small-diameter frame are drawn out, or in the stored state in which the small-diameter frame is stored in the large-diameter frame. Can be used to adjust the overall length of the fishing rod. In the extended state, the angler fits and fixes the rods to each other by fitting the first fitting male portion of the small-diameter rod to the fitting female portion of the large-diameter rod. On the other hand, in the housed state, the angler attaches the second fitting male part of the small-diameter frame to the fitting female part of the large-diameter frame, and connects and fixes the frames to each other.

Even with such a fishing rod, stickiness of the fishing line, particularly stickiness of the fishing line on the circumferential surface of the small-diameter rod body in the stretched state, is a problem, but the first fitting male part and the second fitting male part are overlay parts, By forming the spiral projection on the fishing line, stickiness of the fishing line is suppressed as much as possible. And since the height of a 1st fitting male part and a 2nd fitting male part is higher than the height of this protrusion, there is also little abrasion damage of the protrusion at the time of taking in and out of a small diameter housing.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[First Embodiment]
As shown in FIG. 1, the fishing rod employing the first embodiment of the present invention is connected to the main rod 1 and the head side of the main rod 1 in a swinging manner, and the upper rod 2, the middle rod 3, and It has a hot tip 4. These base rods 1 to 4 are taper-shaped tubular members formed from a prepreg obtained by impregnating carbon fiber or glass fiber with a synthetic resin. It is inserted inside the housing on the side and can enter and exit. However, the number of housings is arbitrarily set, and is not limited to four as described above.
[0015]
The main shaft 1 has a reel sheet 5 which is formed on the outer peripheral surface and on which a reel (not shown) can be detachably mounted. The reel sheet 5 is formed by arranging and fixing a pipe-like member separately formed of synthetic resin or the like at a predetermined position. Further, a female screw member (not shown) is disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the base side end portion of the base rod 1, and a tail plug 6 is detachably screwed thereto. In addition, a fixed fishing line guide is also arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the tip side end of the base rod 1. Further, the inner peripheral surface of the tip side end portion of the base rod 1 is a fitting female portion for connecting and fixing the base rod 2.
[0016]
The former upper heel 2 to the tip heel 4 are skeletons having a tapered taper connected to the tip side of the forward dimension heel 1 as described above. In each case, a fitting female part is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the tip side end part and a fitting female part is formed on the base side end part as necessary so that it can be connected in a swinging manner. Since the structures of these casings are basically the same, the following description will be given taking the middle casing 3 as an example.
[0017]
As shown in detail in FIGS. 2 and 3, the intermediate collar 3 is formed on the peripheral surface of the main body 11 with a predetermined interval in the axial direction on the peripheral surface of the main body 11 and the main body 11 which is a tapered taper. A plurality of built-up portions 12 and projections 13 formed on the peripheral surface of the main body portion 11 between the built-up portions 12 and the adjacent built-up portions 12. A fixed fixed guide 7 and a plurality of slide guides 20 that are movable in the axial direction are arranged on the peripheral surface of the intermediate collar 3.
[0018]
As described above, the main body 11 is a tubular body made of a prepreg material obtained by impregnating a reinforcing fiber such as carbon fiber with a synthetic resin. Specifically, a tape-like or sheet-like prepreg material is wound around a core material having a predetermined taper taper, laminated, fired, and the core material is drawn out.
The built-up portion 12 is a portion in which the peripheral surface is larger in diameter and thicker than the main body portion 11. Specifically, when forming the above-described main body part 11, the same prepreg material is partially wound and laminated, and is fired integrally with the main body part 11. The build-up portion 12 is a portion to which a slide guide 20 described later is fixed, and needs to be provided corresponding to the number of slide guides 20 to be arranged. The height (see FIG. 2ΔX) of the built-up portion 12 from the peripheral surface of the main body portion 11 is set to be higher than the height (see FIG. 2ΔY) of the protrusion 13 described later from the peripheral surface of the main body portion 11. That is, the build-up portion 12 is adjusted to a predetermined height after partially laminating the prepreg material so as to ensure the required height and polishing the peripheral surface after firing.
[0019]
The protrusion 13 is formed in a spiral shape continuously in the axial direction on the circumferential surface of the main body 11 between the built-up portion 12 and the built-up portion 12 adjacent thereto. Specifically, when forming the main body 11 described above, the prepreg material processed into a string shape is spirally wound around the peripheral surface of the predetermined main body 11 and integrally fired. . The distance (pitch) between the spirals in the axial direction is about 3 to 4 mm. The height of the protrusion 13 is set by processing the string-like prepreg or polishing the peripheral surface after firing so that the height is about 0.1 to 1 mm. Moreover, it is preferable to use this string-like prepreg which has carbon fibers oriented in the longitudinal direction of the string and impregnated with a synthetic resin such as an epoxy resin. This is because by using such a string-like prepreg, the reinforcing fibers are reinforced in the circumferential direction of the casing, which contributes to reinforcing the crushing strength and rigidity of the casing.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 1, the fixed guide 7 is arranged and fixed on the built-up portion 12 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the tip side end portion of the middle rod 3. There are a plurality of slide guides 20, which are arranged on the base side of the fixed guide 7. Both are different in whether or not they can be slid and fixed at a predetermined position, and the structure is the same. Therefore, the following description will be given with the slide guide 20.
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the slide guide 20 includes a pipe-like fixing portion 21, a leg portion 22 that stands up from the fixing portion 21, and is fixed by being fitted into the head end of the leg portion 22. It consists of the guide ring 23 which opens toward.
The fixing portion 21 is a pipe-shaped member that is disposed on the circumferential surface of the middle collar 3 in a state where the middle collar 3 is inserted. A rubber material may be disposed on the inner peripheral surface of the synthetic resin or metal. The fixed portions 21 of the individual slide guides 20 are set so that the inner diameter thereof matches the outer diameter of the above-described overlaying portion 12. Then, in the middle flange 3 with the tapered taper, the fixing portion 21 can be slid to the tip side from the corresponding built-up portion 12 while being fitted to the corresponding built-up portion 12. .
[0022]
The leg portion 22 is a portion that stands up from the fixing portion 21 and is formed separately or integrally with the fixing portion 21. The head end is open in the axial direction. The guide ring 23 is fixed by being inserted into the opening. The guide ring 23 is made of a hard member such as ceramics, and the fishing line passes through this portion.
The fixed guide 7 also has the same structure as the slide guide 20, but the fixed portion is fixed to the buildup portion 12 located closest to the tip by an adhesive or the like so that it cannot move in the axial direction. It has become. Moreover, although the above is demonstrated in the middle collar 3, the former collar 2 and the tip collar 4 also take the same structure.
[0023]
In such a fishing rod, at the time of storage, the slide guides 20 on the peripheral surface are moved to the tip side in the former rod 2 to the tip rod 4, and the rod body is sequentially moved to the root side. It is housed in a swinging-out form in a housing so that it is compact. At the time of use, it is pulled out sequentially from the tip 4 to the tip side, and is connected and fixed to the swing type to make one long fishing rod. Then, the plurality of slide guides 20 arranged on the respective peripheral surfaces of the upper collar 2 to the tip collar 4 are sequentially slid to the collar side, and the fixed portions 21 of the respective slide guides 20 are correspondingly built up. It is fitted and fixed to the part 12.
[0024]
In use, after the reel is mounted on the reel sheet 5, the fishing line from the reel is guided to the tip side while being sequentially inserted through the guide ring of each fishing line guide. At this time, the fishing line in which the projection 13 formed between the slide guide 20 used by being fixed on the built-up portion 12 and the slide guide 20 adjacent thereto is loosened between the slide guides 20 is the main body of the housing. The sticking to the peripheral surface of the part 11 is suppressed. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, since the fixed portion 21 of the slide guide 20 is fitted to the build-up portion 12 (height is ΔX), the inner diameter of the fixed portion 21 is the height of the protrusion 13. It becomes larger than (ΔY). Therefore, the protrusion 12 does not hinder the axial movement of the slide guide 20.
[0025]
[Second Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described.
The fishing rod that employs the second embodiment of the present invention has a base rod 31 to a tip rod 34 as in the first embodiment. Although the middle rod 33 and the tip rod 34 have the same structure as that of the above-described embodiment, the following configuration is adopted for the former rod 31 and the former upper rod 32.
[0026]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the base rod 31 is a cylindrical body with a tapered taper, and has a fitting female portion 31 a on the inner peripheral surface of the tip side end portion. The fitting female portion 31a is a portion whose inner diameter is particularly reduced compared to the other portions, and the inner peripheral surface thereof is a portion where the inner flange 32 is fitted. Moreover, you may form the same fitting female part also in the collar side edge part inner peripheral surface as needed.
[0027]
The upper upper collar 32 is connected to the tip side of the former collar 1 in a swinging manner, and has a first fitting male portion 32a that can be fitted to the fitting female portion 31a on the outer peripheral surface of the proximal side, and is fitted. A second fitting male portion 32b that can be fitted to the mating female portion 31a is provided on the outer peripheral surface on the tip side. Each of the first fitting male part 32a and the second fitting male part 32b corresponds to the build-up part in the first embodiment. That is, the peripheral surface is a part having a larger diameter and a thicker wall than the other part of the original upper collar 32. And each fitting male part 32a, 32b is made to fit with the fitting female part 31a of the main shaft 1, and it can connect and fix mutually in the accommodation state and the extending | stretching state.
[0028]
On the other hand, on the peripheral surface between the first fitting male part 32a and the second fitting female part 32b of the upper collar 32, a protrusion 33 extending in the axial direction continuously in a spiral shape is formed. . The protrusions 33 are the same as in the first embodiment, and are formed by winding and firing a prepreg material processed into a string shape. The heights of the first fitting male part 32 a and the second fitting male part 32 b corresponding to the build-up part are set higher than the height of the protrusion 33.
[0029]
Even with such a fishing rod, stickiness of the fishing line, particularly in the stretched state where the former upper rod 32 is pulled out and fixed to the tip of the former rod 31, the stickiness of the fishing line to the former upper rod 32 becomes a problem. The protrusion 33 suppresses as much as possible. And the 1st fitting male part 32a and the 2nd fitting male part 32b are build-up parts, and the height of the 1st fitting male part 32a and the 2nd fitting male part 32b is higher than the height of this protrusion 33. Since it is high, it is possible to suppress wear damage between the protrusion 33 and the main rod 1 when the upper upper rod 2 is put in and out of the main rod 1.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
In the fishing rod of the present invention, stickiness of the fishing line to the circumferential surface of the rod body can be prevented while adjusting the length of the entire fishing rod.
