Claims (4)
- 圧力変動源、該圧力変動源と連通する蓄冷器、該蓄冷器と連通するパルス管、これらを取付けるための取付ハウジング、及び、該取付ハウジングに配設された、パルス管内ガス圧力波とパルス管低温端ガス流動速度波の位相差を調節するためのニードル弁を備えたパルス管冷凍機において、
前記取付フランジにニードル弁用穴を設け、
該ニードル弁用穴にニードルハウジングを着脱可能に取付けたことを特徴とするパルス管冷凍機。 - 前記ニードル弁のニードル穴、及び、ニードルを螺合する雌ねじ部が、ニードルハウジングに形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパルス管冷凍機。
- 前記ニードルハウジングに、取付フランジに対する回り止めが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のパルス管冷凍機。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のパルス管冷凍機を備えたことを特徴とする低温装置。
