【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は昇降式駐車装置に係り、特に昇降式駐車装置を縦方向に3列並べかつ地上および地下に駐車スペースを有する中間乗入3縦列型昇降式駐車装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
昇降路内を昇降するリフトと、昇降路に沿ってその両側に多段に設けられた駐車棚とを有し、リフトにより自動車を搬送して駐車棚に格納する昇降式駐車装置が従来から用いられている。かかる昇降式駐車装置の駐車台数を増すため、縦方向(車の長手方向)に複数並べて配置する縦列型昇降式駐車装置がある。なお、従来2縦列型昇降式駐車装置は多数存在するが、3縦列のものは少なかった。3縦列型昇降式駐車装置は、例えば、特開平5−106359号「エレベータ式立体駐車装置」に開示されている。

図6は上記公報に開示されたものである。図示するように、建屋aの中央部に設けたエレベータシャフト(昇降路)bを昇降するエレベータEに隣接して、その前後左右および対角位置の合計8箇所に配置された格納スペース(駐車棚)P1〜P8と、エレベータEおよび格納スペースP1〜P8の床に、自動車を載せたパレットを縦方向、横方向に選択的に移動するパレット搬送手段(図示せず)を備えている。

パレット搬送手段はビーム上に適宜間隔でローラを配した1対の縦行ガイドと、それと直角方向を向けてローラを配した1対の横行ガイドとを有しており、ローラは駆動ローラと従動ローラが交互に配してある。縦行ガイドは固定されており、横行ガイドは昇降可能で、パレットを縦行(車の長手方向の移動)させるときには横行ガイドを下降させてパレットを縦行ガイドにより支持し、パレットを横行(車の幅方向の移動)させるときには横行ガイドを上昇させて、それによりパレットを支持するようになっている。

かかるエレベータ式立体駐車装置に自動車を格納する場合、エレベータEに直接隣接しているP2,P4,P5,P7の格納スペースについてはエレベータEとの間で直接自動車の受渡しをすればよいが、対角の位置にあるP1,P3,P6,P8の格納スペースについては一旦隣接する格納スペース(P2,P4,P5,P7のいずれか1つ)に水平移動し、次いで対角位置の格納スペース(P1,P3,P6,P8)に水平移動することにより車の受渡しをすることになる。この水平移動のためP1〜P8の内いずれかの1ヶ所の格納スペースをパレットのない空スペースとしておく必要があり、従って各階毎の駐車可能台数は7台ということになる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述した従来の3縦列型昇降式駐車装置(特開平5−106359号)については以下の問題点があった。
(1)7台の格納スペースに対して1台のエレベータEで処理しており、しかもエレベータEと対角の位置にある格納スペースとの間で自動車の受渡しをするには一旦エレベータEに直接隣接する格納スペースに自動車を水平移動させねばならないので、その分入出庫時間が余計にかかり、円滑性が十分とはいえない。
(2)上記水平移動のための縦行ガイドおよび横行ガイドの構造が複雑であり、かつ駆動モータが多数必要である。従って、故障の機会もそれだけ多くなり、コストも高い。

上記問題点を解決するために、本発明の発明者等は、先に、上述した問題点を解決することができる3縦列型昇降式駐車装置(特願平8−292117号、未公開)を創案し出願した。しかしこの装置は、2階と中2階との間で昇降可能なパレット横送り装置を用いており、この中2階のために、例えば1.5〜2m程度駐車装置の全高が高くなり、全高が制限される場合に一定高さ内の駐車台数が減ることがあった。また、以上に述べた装置は地階に駐車スペースを設けるようにはなっていなかった。

本発明は従来技術のかかる問題点に鑑み案出されたもので、入出庫の円滑性に優れ、機構が簡単でコストが安く、故障が少なく、かつ中2階等の無駄な空間ななく全高を低くでき、これにより一定高さ内の駐車台数を増やすことができ、さらに地下にも駐車スペースを設けるようにした中間乗入3縦列型昇降式駐車装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため本発明の中間乗入3縦列形昇降式駐車装置は、各昇降式駐車装置において、2階以上は、パレット横送り装置を内蔵し2階まで昇降路内を昇降する主リフトと、3階以上の昇降路を挟んで多段に設けられた駐車棚とを備え、主リフトと駐車棚との間でパレットに載せた自動車を幅方向に横送りして受渡しするようになっており、1階部分は、手前側Aの全面が前面空地になっており、中央Bの主リフト下部が入出庫スペースになっており、該入出庫スペースにはパレット横送り装置が設置され、中央Bの入出庫スペースの両側には、パレット縦送り装置を内蔵し1階と2階との間を昇降する補助リフトが設けられ、2階部分には昇降路を挟んで両側の手前側Aと奥側Cにパレット縦送り装置が配置されている。

地階部分は、前記補助リフトのいずれか一方が最低地階まで昇降するようになっており、手前側Aから奥側Cまでの主リフト下部は各地階とも部分床が設けられ、この部分床上にパレット横送り装置を有し縦方向に移動するパレット移動装置が設けられ、この部分床を挟んで補助リフト昇降スペースを除き駐車棚が設けられ、前記パレット移動装置はこの駐車棚または補助リフトとの間でパレットを横送りするようになっている。

次に本発明の構成の中間乗入3縦列型昇降式駐車装置の作動順序を地上階、地下階の順に説明する。
地上階に入出庫する場合、
(a)入出庫時には、一方の補助リフトは1階に、他方の補助リフトは2階に位置する。1階の入出庫スペースのパレット横送り装置により、1階に位置する補助リフトから入出庫スペースに空パレットが横送りされている。また、2階に位置する補助リフトには空パレットが載っている。

(b)車が入出庫スペースのパレット上に入庫すると、車を載せた実パレットを1階に位置する補助リフト上に横行させ、次いでこの補助リフトが2階まで上昇する。これと、同時に2階に位置する補助リフトが下降し、次いで入出庫スペースのパレット横送り装置により空パレットが入出庫スペースに横送りされる。

従って、2つの補助リフトは並行して作動し、横行、昇降の2ステップのみで、入出庫スペースにおける入庫を連続して円滑に行うことができる。逆に出庫を連続的に行う場合も同様であり、更に、入庫と出庫が同時に行われる場合も、空パレットが出庫予定の車を載せた実パレットに代わる点を除き、同様である。

(c)2階に位置する補助リフトからの作動順序は、中央Bの駐車装置(以下「B棟」という)の場合と、手前側A(A棟)と奥側C(C棟)の場合で若干相違する。
B棟に駐車する場合には、2階に位置する補助リフトからB棟の主リフト上にパレットを移載し、主リフトが上昇し、B棟の所定の駐車棚に車を載せた実パレットを移載して入庫が完了する。更に、B棟に入庫する場合には、別の駐車棚から空パレットを主リフト上に移載し、2階まで下降して2階に位置する補助リフト上に空パレットを移載する。B棟から出庫する場合には、空パレットの代わりに出庫予定の車を載せた実パレットを同様に補助リフト上に移載する。

A棟又はC棟に駐車する場合には、補助リフト上のパレット縦送り装置と、A棟又はC棟のパレット縦送り装置とを連動させて、2階に位置する補助リフトから予めA棟又はC棟にパレットを縦送りする。その後の作動順序は、B棟の場合と同様である。また、入庫を続けて行う場合及び出庫する場合も、2階に位置する補助リフト上にパレット縦送り装置によりパレットを縦送りする必要がある点を除き、B棟の場合と同様である。

以上述べたように本発明によれば3階以上の階のすべての駐車棚は主リフトに直接隣接しており、各階の駐車棚間での水平移動がないので、円滑性に優れている。また、B棟の1階部分と2階部分の間を昇降する2台の補助リフトを設けて交互に連続的に入出庫できるので、入出庫時間の短縮が可能である。特に、前記補助リフトの一方が1階に停止時に他方は2階に位置し、次の入出庫の待機状態にあることにより、横行、昇降の2ステップのみで、入出庫スペースにおける入出庫を連続して一層円滑に行うことができる。

また、地階の駐車棚は全てパレット移動装置に直接隣接しており、パレットの出し入れが円滑に行える。また1台の補助リフトは2階から地階まで昇降するので、2階以上と地階の入出庫を並行して円滑に行うことができる。

更に立体駐車場については少くとも5m角の前面空地が法的に義務付けられているがA棟の1階部分は全面が前面空地になっており、従ってA棟は前面空地の上方空間の有効利用になっている。また、各駐車棚には駆動用のモータは無く、構造も簡単なので故障も少ない。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下本発明の好ましい実施形態について図面を参照しつつ説明する。図1は本発明の中間乗入3縦列型昇降式駐車装置の側面図である。図2(A)は図1の1階部分の平面図であり、図2(B)は同じく2階部分の平面図であり、図2(C)は同じく3階以上の平面図である。図3は地階の平面図であり、図4は図1のA−A線における拡大断面図である。

図1〜図4に示すように、本発明の中間乗入3縦列型昇降式駐車装置は、縦方向(図1で左右方向)に縦列された手前側A、中央B、奥側Cの3基の昇降式駐車装置からなる。各昇降式駐車装置(A棟、B棟、C棟)の地上階は、パレット横送り装置7を内蔵し最上階から2階まで昇降路2内を昇降する主リフト3と、3階以上の昇降路を挟んで多段に設けられた駐車棚4とを備え、主リフト3と駐車棚4との間でパレットに載せた自動車を幅方向(図1で紙面に垂直方向)に横送りして受渡しするようになっている。

また、地階は、各階毎に建屋幅方向(図4で左右方向)の中央に縦方向(図4で図面に垂直方向)にA棟からC棟まで連続した部分床20が設けられ、図3に示すように、この部分床上をパレットの横送り装置7を備え、縦方向に移動するパレット移動装置21が設けられている。この部分床20を挟んで両側に、補助リフト昇降スペース22を除いて、駐車棚4が配置されている。この構造により補助リフト13と駐車棚4では、パレット移動装置21を介してパレットを移動できるようになっている。パレット移動装置21は台車23にパレットの横送り装置7を搭載したもので、部分床20上に縦方向に設けられた台車レール24上を走行する。なお、本実施形態では地下2階の例を示すが、各地階の構成は図3と同じであり、地階の階数が変わる場合は図3の構成を増減すればよい。

図4に示すように、1は建屋であり、2は主リフト3の昇降路である。また、昇降路2を挟んで3階以上に多段に駐車棚4が設けられている。5はパレットであり、自動車6を載せて駐車棚4に格納される。パレット5には4隅に車輪5aが取り付けられている。

本発明の中間乗入3縦列型昇降式駐車装置の地上階は、以上述べた昇降式駐車装置を縦方向に3列連設したもので、図2(A)に示すように、中央B(B棟)の1階部分には自動車6の入出庫口扉8を有する入出庫スペース9が設けられている。また、B棟の手前側(この図で左側)の棟は手前側Aの駐車装置(A棟)であり、1階部分は全面が前面空地10になっており、そこにはターンテーブル11が設けられている。B棟の奥側(この図で右側)の棟は奥側Cの駐車装置(C棟)であり、1階部分は制御装置や資材を置く機械室12になっている。

(a)入出庫時には、図5(A)に示すように、一方の補助リフト13aは1階(Q地点)に、他方の補助リフト13bは2階に位置する。1階の入出庫スペースPのパレット横送り装置17により、1階に位置する補助リフト13aから入出庫スペースPに空パレットが横送りされている。また、2階に位置する補助リフト13bは空パレットを載せている。

以上述べたように本発明によれば3階以上の階のすべての駐車棚4は主リフト3に直接隣接しており、各階の駐車棚間での水平移動がないので、円滑性に優れている。また、地階の全ての駐車棚4はパレット移動装置21を介して補助リフト13bとパレットの受け渡しを円滑に行うことができる。さらに、B棟の1階部分と2階部分の間を昇降する補助リフト13aと2階〜地階間を昇降する補助リフト13bを設けて交互に連続的に入出庫できるので、入出庫時間の短縮が可能である。特に、補助リフト13の一方が1階に停止時に他方は2階または地階に位置し、次の入出庫の待機状態にあることにより、横行、昇降の2ステップのみで、入出庫スペース9における入出庫を連続して一層円滑に行うことができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように本発明の中間乗入3縦列型昇降式駐車装置は、地上階では、ABC号機に主リフトがあり、主リフトは2階まで下降し、2階の棚下部には縦送り装置があり、補助リフト上部が待機位置であり、補助リフトが天井付であるので、入出庫の円滑性に優れ、機構が簡単でコストが安く、故障が少なく、かつ中2階等の無駄な空間がなく全高を低くでき、これにより一定高さ内の駐車台数を増やすことができ、かつ待ち時間を短縮できる、等の優れた効果を有する。また、地階では、補助リフトの一方が各地階まで昇降し、この補助リフトと各地階に設けた全ての駐車棚とのパレットの受け渡しをパレット移動装置で行うようにしたので、地階への円滑な入出庫のみならず、地階と地上階へ並行して円滑な入出庫を行うことができる。
【図面の簡単な説明】

2階以上は、パレット横送り装置を内蔵し2階まで昇降路内を昇降する主リフトと、3階以上の昇降路を挟んで多段に設けられた駐車棚とを備え、主リフトと駐車棚との間でパレットに載せた自動車を幅方向に横送りして受渡しするようになっており、
1階部分は、手前側Aの全面が前面空地になっており、中央Bの主リフト下部が入出庫スペースになっており、該入出庫スペースにはパレット横送り装置が設置され、中央Bの入出庫スペースの両側には、パレット縦送り装置を内蔵し1階と2階との間を昇降する補助リフトが設けられ、
2階部分には昇降路を挟んで両側の手前側Aと奥側Cにパレット縦送り装置が配置されており、
