Description
コイル2は直径0.05mm程度の極細線で巻かれており、コイル2を金型9に挿入する際に線に傷をつけてしまったり、コイル2の線を金型9に挟み込んでしまったりしコイル2の断線不良が多発していた。また、このようなインサート成形の金型9は高価であり、金型費用や保守費用も大きなコストアップ要素になっており、ランニングコストの低減が課題となっていた。
整流子片と樹脂フレームと薄い金属板で組み立てて構成したことを特徴としている。
電機子を回転させることにより、振動を発生することを特徴としている。
片8を挿入する。結線用基板7と整流子片8は、半田等を用い接合する。次に金属板10
をベースに前記組み立てられた樹脂フレーム3’と、コイル2’を接着または圧入で組み
立てる。金属板10にはコイル2’位置決め用のガイド11が配置されているので、治具
を使用しなくても簡単にコイル2’の位置決めができる。コイル2’は、金属板10に貼
り付けるだけなので、コイル線にダメージを与えることなく簡単で高品質に組み立てがで
きる。金属板10は、非磁性金属がよい。磁性金属ではマグネットに吸引されてしまい、
回転トルクの損出になる。金属板10を使用することにより、樹脂一体成形のように樹脂
のみで電機子の強度を確保するより、薄く高強度の電機子が構成される。

Claims (3)
- コイルと整流子と結線用基板で構成され、マグネットに面対向し回転自在に配設される偏平型モータの電機子において、金属板ベースに前記整流子と前記結線用基板を配設した樹脂フレームを圧入または接着で構成し、前記コイルを前記金属板ベースに配設して構成することを特徴とする偏平型モータの電機子構造。
- 請求項1に記載の電機子を採用したことを特徴とする偏平型マイクロ振動モータ。
- 請求項2に記載の偏平型マイクロ振動モータを搭載した携帯機器
。
