Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の充放電ユニットモジュール30は、複数の電気二重層キャパシタセル10が直列接続されて構成される。いくつかの電気二重層キャパシタセル10を一つの単位として、その単位毎に基板15を設ける構成とし、充放電ユニットモジュール30全体としては、複数の基板15が用いられるようにする。

積層型電気二重層キャパシタセルは充放電に伴って積層面に垂直な方向に膨張収縮することが知られている(例えば、特許文献2(特開2005−93492号公報))。つまり、せっかく溶接によって低抵抗に接続してもそのまま電子基板に接続したのでは、セルの膨張収縮による経時変化で溶接部はその強固さゆえにダメージを受けて結果として抵抗値が上昇してしまうという問題点があった。さらにダメージを受けると接続部の破断を引き起こすこともある。
Claims (5)
- いくつかの電気二重層キャパシタセルのうち両端の電気二重層キャパシタセルは一方の電極のみが接続されると共に、前記いくつかの電気二重層キャパシタセルのうち両端以外の電気二重層キャパシタセルは両方の電極が接続されるようにして、前記いくつかの電気二重層キャパシタセルを接続する基板を用いて電気二重層キャパシタセルを複数直列接続して構成される充放電ユニットモジュールにおいて、
基板は互いの一つの辺を一部連結した2つの矩形の形状をしており、当該形状の基板は全て同形状のものが複数用いられると共に、複数用いられる基板は略同一平面上において互いに重なり合うことなく、一列に配置され、該基板と電気二重層キャパシタセルとの接続には、電気二重層キャパシタセル間の電気接続部分が利用されて取り付けられると共に、一つの基板に接続される前記いくつかの電気二重層キャパシタセルのうちの両端部の2つの電気二重層キャパシタセルが前記一つの基板と接続される電気接続部分としては互いに異なる極性の電極が用いられ、一列に配置されて用いられる複数の基板のうち両端部の2つのそれぞれの基板においては一方の電極のみで一つの基板のみと接続される電気二重層キャパシタセルがそれぞれ存在し、それぞれの電気二重層キャパシタセルが基板と接続される電気接続部分としては互いに異なる極性の電極が用いられることを特徴とする充放電ユニットモジュール。 - 該基板には穴が形成されており、該穴に挿通したリベットによって該電気接続部分と該基板とを固着することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充放電ユニットモジュール。
- 該基板には穴が形成されており、該穴に挿通したネジによって該電気接続部分と該基板とを固着することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充放電ユニットモジュール。
- 該電気接続部分は、該電気二重層キャパシタセルの電極と補強用板材にて構成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の充放電ユニットモジュール。
- 該基板上には、前記いくつかの電気二重層キャパシタセルのそれぞれの挙動を監視するためのモニタ回路が搭載されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれかに記載の充放電ユニットモジュール。
