【0001】

【Example】
The microwave packaging bag of the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples.
<Example 1>
A bag as shown in FIG. 8 was made of a packaging material obtained by dry laminating a 12 μm thick alumina-deposited polyethylene terephthalate film, a 15 μm stretched nylon film, and a 60 μm unstretched polypropylene film. The dimensions of each part shown in FIG. 8 are as follows: a 1 = 50 mm, b 1 = 150 mm, c 1 = 150 mm,
r 1 = 65 mm, r 2 = 55 mm,
w 1 = 10 mm, w 2 = 5 mm, w 3 = 15 mm
n 1 = 50.5 mm, n 2 = 65.5 mm
As a result of putting curry into this packaging bag and heating it with a 500 W microwave oven, steam was gently removed from the cut portion after about 2 minutes. The steam escaped from the wing, that is, from the top of the bag, so there was no spillage.
[0029]
<Comparative Example 1>
A bag without a control seal portion as shown in FIG. 9 was prepared using a packaging material obtained by dry laminating a 12 μm thick alumina-deposited polyethylene terephthalate film, a 15 μm stretched nylon film, and a 60 μm unstretched polypropylene film. The dimensions of each part shown in FIG. 9 are as follows: a 1 = 50 mm, b 1 = 150 mm, c 1 = 150 mm,
r 1 = 65 mm, r 2 = 70 mm,
w 1 = 10 mm, w 2 = 5 mm, w 3 = 15 mm
As a result of putting the curry into this packaging bag and heating it with a 500 W microwave oven, the main seal part on the side part burst first, and the curry as the contents was scattered in the cabinet after about 2 minutes.
<Comparative example 2>
A bag as shown in FIG. 10 was prepared using a packaging material obtained by dry laminating a 12 μm thick alumina-deposited polyethylene terephthalate film, a 15 μm stretched nylon film, and a 60 μm unstretched polypropylene film. The dimensions of each part shown in FIG. 10 are as follows: a 1 = 50 mm, b 1 = 150 mm, c 1 = 150 mm,
r 1 = 65 mm, r 2 = 55 mm,
w 1 = 10 mm, w 2 = 5 mm, w 3 = 15 mm
n 1 = 65 mm, n 2 = 70 mm
As a result of putting curry into this packaging bag and heating it with a 500 W microwave oven, the main seal part on the side was broken, and it exploded with a loud noise and the curry was scattered in the cabinet.
