Description
【0001】
Isum=Isum’+I×△t …(1)
Vm=Vm’+ΔVm …(2)
【0025】
SOC=SOCo+(Isum×100/C) …(3)
SOC=(SOC+SOCm)/2 …(5)
【0046】
Isum=(SOC‐95)/100×C …(6)
【0048】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a charging control device for a vehicular secondary battery for appropriately controlling a charging state of a secondary battery mounted on the vehicle.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The secondary battery mounted on the vehicle is normally charged by the output voltage of the AC generator, and discharged to various loads provided in the vehicle. The charging voltage at the time of charging and the discharging voltage at the time of discharging are controlled by a regulator, and this charging / discharging voltage is hereinafter referred to as an adjustment voltage.
[0003]
In such charge control of the secondary battery, in order to efficiently charge the battery, the adjustment voltage at the time of charging is set to about 13.5V to 14.5V higher than the rated voltage 12V of the battery. Is common.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional charge control, when the vehicle is running at a high speed and the battery load is low, the battery seems to be overcharged, the battery is slid, and the burden on the internal combustion engine is increased, resulting in a deterioration in fuel consumption. There was a problem.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and an object thereof is to provide a charging control device for a secondary battery for a vehicle that can appropriately control the charging state of the secondary battery.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a charging control device for a secondary battery for a vehicle, comprising an AC generator, a secondary battery charged by an output voltage of the AC generator, and charging of the secondary battery. It is used in a vehicle having a regulator for controlling the adjustment voltage, which is a discharge voltage, and a current detection means for detecting the current flowing in the secondary battery, and is obtained from the detected current by the current detection means when the ignition switch of the vehicle is turned on. The charge / discharge capacity integrated value is reset to zero, and in subsequent charge / discharge, the regulator is caused to control the adjustment voltage so that the charge / discharge capacity integrated value becomes zero.
[0007]
According to the above configuration, the regulator voltage is controlled by the regulator so that the integrated value of the charge / discharge capacity obtained from the current detected by the current detecting means becomes zero, so that overcharge of the secondary battery can be prevented and fuel consumption is deteriorated. , Battery leakage can be suppressed.
[0008]
In the charging control device, immediately after starting the vehicle, the adjustment voltage is controlled so that the integrated value of the charge / discharge capacity increases by a predetermined amount , and then the integrated value of the charge / discharge capacity is reset to adjust the adjusted voltage. is controlled, characterized in Rukoto.
[0009]
According to the above configuration, the self-discharged battery capacity can be recovered in the state of being left before starting the vehicle, and the vehicle can be restarted smoothly.
[0010]
Moreover, it is a charging control device for a secondary battery for a vehicle, and a regulator that controls an AC generator, a secondary battery that is charged by an output voltage of the AC generator, and an adjustment voltage that is a charge / discharge voltage of the secondary battery When it is used in a vehicle comprising a voltage detector for detecting a terminal voltage of the secondary battery, current detecting means for detecting a current flowing in the secondary battery, and a temperature detecting means for detecting a temperature of the secondary battery, vehicle Immediately after start-up, supplementary charging is performed in which the integrated value of the charge / discharge capacity obtained from the current detected by the current detecting means is increased by a predetermined amount, and the detected current in this auxiliary charging is a predetermined value set in advance according to the voltage and temperature. reset if smaller than supplementary charging completion determination current integrated value of the discharge capacity to zero, the subsequent charge and discharge, the regulator, the integrated value of the charge and discharge capacity was determined from the detected current by the current detecting means Characterized in that to control the adjustment voltage such that b.
[0011]
According to the above configuration, even when there is self-discharge in the state of being left before starting the vehicle, the remaining capacity of the battery can be secured at a predetermined value or more at the start, and overcharge of the secondary battery can be prevented, fuel consumption is deteriorated, Battery leakage can be suppressed.
[0012]
Moreover, it is a charging control device for a secondary battery for a vehicle, and a regulator that controls an AC generator, a secondary battery that is charged by an output voltage of the AC generator, and an adjustment voltage that is a charge / discharge voltage of the secondary battery Voltage detection means for detecting the terminal voltage of the secondary battery, current detection means for detecting the current flowing through the secondary battery, temperature detection means for detecting the temperature of the secondary battery, and charge / discharge history of the secondary battery The charge / discharge capacity integrated value obtained from the current detected by the current detection means when the ignition switch of the vehicle is turned on is set to zero. reset, in the subsequent charge and discharge, the voltage of the secondary battery effect of charge polarization less by polarization state estimating means, current, and selecting only the temperature data, the remaining capacity of the secondary battery by using this data Detecting, if this remaining capacity exceeds a predetermined value, the regulator, to control the regulated voltage as an integrated value of the charge and discharge capacity is zero, does not exceed a predetermined value, so that it can charge the shortage The adjustment voltage is controlled.
[0013]
According to the said structure, even if a battery will be in a polarization state by repetition of charging / discharging, the remaining capacity of a battery can be detected correctly and the appropriate adjustment voltage according to a battery state can be set. For this reason, the overcharge of the secondary battery can be prevented, and the deterioration of the fuel consumption and the liquid leakage of the battery can be suppressed.
[0014]
In the above charging control device, the polarization state estimating means detects the polarization state by paying attention to the voltage change based on the activation polarization among the voltage changes of the secondary battery caused by charging / discharging.
[0015]
According to the above configuration, voltage and current data that are less affected by charge polarization can be more accurately selected. Thereby, the overcharge of the secondary battery can be prevented, and the deterioration of the fuel consumption and the liquid leakage of the battery can be suppressed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, each embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0018]
As shown in FIG. 1, the charging control apparatus according to the present embodiment includes an AC generator 10 (hereinafter referred to as a generator 10), a

Next, the processing of
[Expression 1]
Isum = Isum ′ + I × Δt (1)
Here, Isum is a unit of current × time, that is, a unit of charge / discharge capacity.
[0023]
Further, in

In
[Expression 2]
Vm = Vm ′ + ΔVm (2)
[0025]
Based on the Vm calculated as described above, the
[0026]
Here, as described above, the correction amount ΔVm of the adjustment voltage is calculated using the map shown in FIG. 3. This map shows that ΔVm decreases as the integrated value Isum of the charge / discharge capacity increases. , Isum is configured so that ΔVm increases when the value of Isum is small. Therefore, when the value of Isum increases, the adjustment voltage Vm decreases and the amount of charge to the battery B decreases. Conversely, as the value of Isum decreases, Vm increases and the amount of charge to battery B increases. As a result, combined with the discharge from the battery B to the load L, the integrated value Isum of the charge / discharge capacity obtained from the current detected by the
[0027]
With the configuration described above, overcharging of the battery B can be prevented, and liquid leakage of the battery B can also be suppressed. Moreover, since the power used for power generation can be saved, deterioration of the fuel consumption of the engine can also be prevented.
[0028]
In addition, when Vm calculated as described above is equal to or higher than a preset upper limit value, it is corrected to an upper limit value, and when it is equal to or lower than a preset lower limit value, it is corrected to a lower limit value.
[0029]
Further, immediately after the vehicle is started, there is a possibility that the battery capacity is reduced due to the self-discharge of the battery B. Therefore, immediately after the start, the adjustment voltage Vm is set to the upper limit value until the value of Isum increases by a predetermined amount. You may make it charge supplementarily. In this case, after completion of auxiliary charging, the Isum is reset to zero again, and control is started from

[0034]
With the configuration as described above, the remaining capacity of the battery can be secured at a predetermined value or more at the start-up even when there is self-discharge in the state left before starting the vehicle. Further, overcharging of the battery B can be prevented, and liquid leakage of the battery B can also be suppressed. Furthermore, since the power used for power generation can be saved, deterioration of the fuel consumption of the engine can also be prevented.

FIG. 8 shows an operation flow of
[0036]
In the third embodiment configured as described above, the execution of the control program is started by turning on the ignition switch IG of the automobile.
[0037]
Next, the operation of the control program will be described with reference to FIG. As described above, when the execution of the control program is started, in

Next, the processing of
[Equation 3]
SOC = SOCo + (Isum × 100 / C) (3)
However, in this formula (3), C represents the rated capacity (A · sec) of the battery B.
[0039]
Further, in
[Expression 4]
[0040]
However, in Formula (4), (gamma) is a correction term with respect to the fluctuation | variation of the charging efficiency of the battery B (It becomes the value of 0-1 at the time of charge of the battery B, but becomes 1 when charging / discharging is repeated). t is time (sec). Id is a correction term due to activation polarization in the battery B. If Po is the value of the exponent P immediately before t1, and a and b are time constants, respectively, Id = a × Po when Po> 0, Id = 0 when Po = 0, When Po <0, Id = b × Po. The reason why the time constants a and b are properly used is that the influence time of activation polarization is different after discharge and after charge. Equation (4) is stored in advance in the ROM of the

[0042]
In step 350, the correction amount ΔVm of the adjustment voltage Vm is calculated according to the integrated value Isum of the charge / discharge capacity obtained in
[0043]
In
[0044]
In
[0045]
If the determination is negative, that is, if it is considered that the influence of the charge polarization is small, the process proceeds to step 380, and the voltage and current with respect to the remaining capacity SOC in which the data of the detection voltage V, current I and temperature T are stored in advance for each temperature. The remaining capacity SOCm of the battery B is obtained. When the SOCm value is different from the SOC value calculated in the previous step 330, the SOC is calibrated based on the following equation (5) when the detection accuracy is taken into account, for example, when the difference is ± 2% or more. .
[Equation 5]
SOC = (SOC + SOCm) / 2 (5)
[0046]
Further, in order to prepare for the next processing, the above-mentioned SOCo is replaced with SOC, and the value of Isum is reset to zero.
[0047]
In
[Formula 6]
Isum = (SOC-95) / 100 × C (6)
[0048]
As a result of this processing, Isum always becomes a negative value, and therefore, in step 350 or step 360, the adjustment voltage Vm is set so as to return Isum to zero. That is, the adjustment voltage Vm is determined so that the shortage is charged and the SOC increases to the maintenance target value. Here, since the battery B tends to be charged until the SOC reaches the maintenance target value, normally, the index P in

Further, when the SOC is 95% or more in

In
[0051]
As described above, in the third embodiment, only when it is determined that the influence of the charge polarization is small, the SOC m (step 380) obtained from the map in which the remaining capacity SOC calculated by the current integration (step 330) is stored in advance. It is calibrated with. Thus, only the voltage, current, and temperature data of the battery B when the influence of the charge polarization is small is selected, and the remaining capacity of the battery B is detected using this data. As a result, the state of charge of the battery B can be managed with higher accuracy.
[0052]
In addition, following
[0053]
Moreover, in Embodiment 2, you may make it implement the process of steps 370-400 during the maintenance control after supplementary charging is completed.
[0054]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the adjustment voltage is controlled by the regulator so that the integrated value of the charge / discharge capacity obtained from the current detected by the current sensor becomes zero, overcharge of the battery can be prevented, Deterioration of fuel consumption and battery dripping can be suppressed.
[0055]
Further, the self-discharged battery capacity can be recovered in the state of being left before starting the vehicle, and the vehicle can be restarted smoothly.
[0056]
In addition, even if there is self-discharge in the state of standing before starting the vehicle, the remaining capacity of the battery can be secured at a predetermined value or more at the start, and the secondary battery can be prevented from being overcharged. Can be suppressed.
[0057]
In addition, even when the battery is in a polarized state due to repeated charge and discharge, the remaining capacity of the battery can be accurately detected, and an appropriate adjustment voltage can be set according to the battery state. For this reason, the overcharge of the secondary battery can be prevented, and the deterioration of fuel consumption and the liquid leakage of the battery can be suppressed.
[0058]
In addition, voltage and current data that are less affected by charge polarization can be more accurately selected. Thereby, the overcharge of the secondary battery can be prevented, and the deterioration of the fuel consumption and the liquid leakage of the battery can be suppressed.
