Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a support for a thin-walled container that gives shape retention by imparting rigidity to the thin-walled container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
When thinning the container from the viewpoint of material reduction or the like, the rigidity of the container itself becomes a problem. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open Nos. 6-242586 and 7-22968 address this problem by fitting a paper outer cylinder around the outer surface of the body of the container body or winding paper.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the former of the above-mentioned known example, there is a risk that the outer cylinder fitted to the outer surface of the body part of the container body may come out downward. On the other hand, in the case where annular protrusions for preventing extraction are formed at both upper and lower ends of the body part, Although it does not exist, in order to load the paper, it is troublesome to wind the paper around the body and bond the both ends thereof. In the latter of the above-mentioned known examples, the bottle has to be provided with two recesses and the lower end of the bottle must be tapered, so the bottle shape must be complicated, and the flap is in the recess to remove the paper tube. Since the paper tube must be pulled out in the engaged state, it is not easy to remove the paper tube. In addition, in any of the above cases, since the durability is insufficient, the number of reuses is limited.
[0004]
The first means is easy to attach to and detach from the thin container and can be reused repeatedly.
[0005]
The second means enables integral molding to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce the number of parts.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a first means, both legs of a U-shaped or U-shaped support plate 13 to be fitted to the container main body from the bottom plate 11 on which the thin container main body that erects the neck 4 from the upper end of the main body 2 is placed. The fitting portion 15 was erected, and a fitting recess 15 was formed on the support plate so as to be detachably fitted to the container body neck.
[0007]
As a second means, both leg portions 14 of the U-shaped or U-shaped support plate 13 are placed on the left and right or front and rear side surfaces of the bottom plate 11 on which the thin-walled container main body that erects the neck 4 is placed from the upper end of the trunk portion 2. A part or all of the parts are fitted and connected with the broken piece 16, and the fitting recess or through hole 12 is detachably fitted to the bottom plate 11, and the fitting concave part or the through hole is detachably fitted to the front end portions of both legs. A mating convex portion 17 is formed, and a fitting concave portion 15 for detachably fitting to the container body neck 4 is formed in the connecting plate portion between the both leg portions, and the bottom plate 11 and the support plate 13 are integrated. It was formed by molding.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the invention according to the first means . 1 is a thin-walled container made of synthetic resin, and the mouth and neck portion 4 is erected from the upper end of the trunk portion 2 through the shoulder portion 3, and the cap 5 is screwed into the mouth and neck portion. The thickness of the container is about 1/5 to 1/8 that of an ordinary synthetic resin container, and does not have rigidity enough to retain shape.
[0009]
Reference numeral 10 denotes a support made of synthetic resin, which has through holes 12 in both the left and right portions of the bottom plate 11 and hangs down the fitting cylinder 12a from the bottom surface of the through holes. Further, the fitting projection 17 at the lower end of the leg portions 14 to removably fitted to the through hole of the support plate 13, thereby forming a pair of resilient claws 14a to front and rear side surfaces of their, between the elastic claw A split groove 14b is provided vertically. Then, both claws are inserted into the fitting cylinder 12a from the through hole 12, and the upper surfaces of both claws are elastically engaged with the lower face of the fitting cylinder 12a. On the other hand, the intermediate portion in the left-right direction of the connecting plate portion between both leg portions 14 is bent to form a fitting recess 15 that is detachably fitted to the container main body neck 4.
[0010]
Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described. In order to take out the contents such as shampoo stored in the thin-walled container 1, the body 2 is fitted between the legs 14 of the support plate 13, and the mouth and neck 4 below the cap 5 is recessed for fitting. 15 and the lower surface of the body 2 is placed on the bottom plate 11.
[0011]
Next, the cap 5 is unscrewed from the mouth-and-neck portion 4, and the contents are poured out by tilting the trunk portion. When the container 1 is emptied, the support 2 can be reused repeatedly by detaching the body 2 from between the legs 14 of the support plate 13 and removing the container 1 from the support 10.
[0012]
FIG. 4 shows a state during molding of the support 10 shown in FIG. 1 before assembly, and shows an embodiment of the invention relating to the second means . The support 10 is formed with a long through hole 12 in the front-rear direction intermediate portion on the left and right short sides of the rectangular bottom plate 11, and the left half of both legs 14 of the U-shaped support plate 13. Are connected to the side surface of the bottom plate 11 on the long side, and are connected via the fracture piece 16. Further, the fitting recess 15 is formed in the front-rear direction intermediate portion of the connecting portion between the both legs, and the above-described elastic claw 14a is formed at the tip of the both legs. The bottom plate 11 and the support plate 13 are formed by integral molding.
[0013]
To assemble the molded product shown in FIG. 4 to the support 10 shown in FIG. 1, after breaking the broken piece 16 by pulling the support plate 13 or the like and separating the support plate 13 from the bottom plate 11, as described above. The support plate 13 is raised from the bottom plate 11 by engaging the elastic claw 14a with the fitting cylinder 12a.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
In the invention according to the first means , since the thin container is fitted between the legs of the support and the mouth and neck are fitted into the fitting recess, the thin container having no rigidity is provided with shape retention. Can do.
[0015]
In addition, the attachment to the container is made by simply fitting the body part between the two leg parts and fitting the mouth-and-neck part into the fitting recess, so that the support can be easily attached to and detached from the thin-walled container. Further, since the structure is simple, it is durable and can be reused repeatedly.
[0016]
In the invention according to the second means , the bottom plate and the support are integrally formed, and the support is connected to the bottom plate via a broken piece, so that the manufacturing efficiency can be improved and the number of parts can be reduced. Is easy.
