【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は廃棄時の体積を狭少化してゴミの減量化が可能に設けた、合成樹脂製の包装用容器に関する。

【従来の技術】
この種の容器として、例えば特開平8‐268435号の容器が知られている。
該容器は、容器体胴部上端に周設した外向きフランジ一半部のフランジ巾中間部に、フランジ外縁に沿って破断線を穿設しておき、容器廃棄時にはその破断線切断により、フランジに両端を接続する、U字状ないしC字状の紐を形成し、押し潰した容器体外面へ容器体胴部が弾性復元しないよう、上記紐を掛け渡して廃棄するよう設けたものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記従来方法は、容器体が胴部上端に外向きフランジを有し、かつ胴部が大外径である場合に行えるものであり、例えば壜状の容器で胴部上端から口頸部を起立し、該口頸部にキャップを嵌合させた容器には応用することが出来なかった。
本発明はそのような口頸部を有し、該口頸部にキャップを嵌合させている容器を処理できるよう設けたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
底壁の左右方向両端と中央部とを脚部2,3として残して、残余底壁部分下面に下方および前後両方向開放の凹部を形成すると共に、
底壁周縁から起立する胴部5上端から直接ないし肩部を介してキャップ嵌合用の口頸部7を起立する、弾性変形可能な容器本体1と、
上記口頸部外面へ嵌合させた周壁12を有するキャップ11とからなり、
該キャップは、周壁上部を小外径部13として、該小外径部外面へリング11b を着脱自在に嵌合すると共に、該リングを小外径部下方周壁部分の上端一部とヒンジ14で揺動自在に連結して、キャップ全体を一体成形し、
又リング11b は、上記中央脚部3外面へかた嵌め可能な大きさに形成した。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図面について説明すると、1は合成樹脂製の弾性変形可能な容器本体である。該容器本体は底壁の左右方向両端と中央部とを脚部2,3として残して、残りの底壁部分下面に下方および前後両方向開放の凹部を形成し、又その中央脚部3の下端外周に係合突条4を周設している。上記左右両脚部の各下端面は、容器正立時においてそれぞれ接地面となるよう同一水平面上に位置するよう設ける。左右両脚部2,2を正立可能な大きさとすれば、中央脚部3下面はそれ等脚部より短かくても差支えない。
又底壁周縁から起立する胴部5上端から肩部6を介してキャップ嵌合用の口頸部7を起立する。胴部5は弾性変形可能であり、肩部6は必しも必要としない。

上記口頸部7へはキャップ11を嵌合させる。該キャップは口頸部外面へ嵌合させる周壁12を有し、該周壁上部を小外径部13とするキャップ本体11a と、上記小外径部外面へ着脱自在に嵌合させたリング11b とからなり、これ等キャップ本体とリング11b とは、小外径部13を除く周壁部分の上端外縁の一部とヒンジ14で揺動自在に連結する。小外径部13は上部大外径のテーパとしてリングの抜出しを防止している。リング11b の大きさは、既述中央脚部3外面へかた嵌め可能な大きさとし、小外径部13からリング11b を外した状態で合成樹脂材により一体成形している。尚図示例のように小外径部13からのリング取外しの便宜のため、指掛け突部15をヒンジと対向する側に付設してもよい。
以上構成とした容器を廃棄する際は、図3が示すように容器本体1を圧搾した状態で胴部5を折曲げ、リング11b を小外径部13から外して該リング内へ中央脚部3をかた嵌めすればよい。

【発明の効果】
本発明は既述構成とするものであり、キャップ11に付設したリング11b を容器本体の底壁に設けた中央脚部3外面へかた嵌めするよう設けたから、容器本体脚部は圧搾され、かつ折曲げられることととなってその体積を減少できることとなり、上記中央脚部3下面は底壁に比して小面積となって容器の正立が困難となる筈であるが、底壁両端に左右脚部2を形成しているからその容器の正立が困難となることはなく、リング11b は、キャップ周壁の上部を小外径部13として、該小外径部へヒンジ14によりキャップと連結状態で嵌合させるから、容器廃棄前にそのリングが容器使用の邪魔となることもない。
