この種の容器として、例えば特開平8‐268435号の容器が知られている。
該容器は、容器体胴部上端に周設した外向きフランジ一半部のフランジ巾中間部に、フランジ外縁に沿って破断線を穿設しておき、容器廃棄時にはその破断線切断により、フランジに両端を接続する、U字状ないしC字状の紐を形成し、押し潰した容器体外面へ容器体胴部が弾性復元しないよう、上記紐を掛け渡して廃棄するよう設けたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下図1から図3が示す第1実施形態について説明すると、1はブロー成形により形成された、前後両半の境界線上にパーティングライン2を有する、合成樹脂製で弾性変形可能に形成された容器本体である。該容器体は底壁3外周から胴部4を起立し、該胴部上端から肩部5を介して口頸部6を起立する。

【発明の効果】
本発明は既述構成とするもので、各請求項の発明共通の効果として、パーティングライン2を前後両半の境界線上に有する容器本体において、底壁3の左右方向両端部を脚部7,7として残してこれ等両脚部間を凹部8としたから、両脚部下面が接地面を形成することとなって、凹部8を底壁下面に設けたに拘らず、容器を正立させることが出来ると共に、その凹部左右方向にパーティングライン部分を有することとなり、よって該凹部内のパーティングライン部分を利用して、つまり従来用いられていた容器形成用キャビティだけを有する吹込み成形用金型に代えて、上記キャビティ下端に弾性リング等を形成するキャビティ部分を有する金型を用いて、容器形成用パリソンの下端部をそれ等弾性リング等のキャビティを有する金型部分で挟持させるだけで、弾性リング9、弾性紐状片12、揺動板15を極めて容易に形成できる。又弾性リング9、および弾性紐状片12の場合は凹部8内に位置させて垂設できるから、それ等が容器体正立の邪魔となることがない。
