Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a liquid dispensing container, such as an eye drop container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, the eye drop container is formed of a container body that erects a nozzle from an upper end of a body part that is provided so as to be elastically squeezable, and a cap that is fitted to the outer surface of the nozzle.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Remove the cap, hold the container body upside down, and squeeze the body part to dripping the chemical solution from the nozzle. However, if the cap is placed in the right place, the cap will be small. In particular, it is easy to roll over and fall, and the cap becomes dirty, and the dirt adheres to the nozzle of the container body, which is not preferable for hygiene.
[0004]
In the present invention, a sealing member is attached to a container body, and a part of the sealing member can be used as a sealing portion having a cap function so that the nozzle can be opened and closed by the sealing portion.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a first means, a tension spring portion 26 is swingably swingable from both the left and right ends of the container body 1 that erects the nozzle 10 from the upper end of the body portion and the main body 24 that is fitted to a part of the outer surface of the container body portion. 26 is protruded upward, and these tips are connected to the left and right of the seal portion 27, and the seal portion 27 includes a sealing member 21 that closes the nozzle hole 10a at the upper end of the nozzle so as to be openable and closable.
The nozzle hole 10a can be opened by pulling up the seal part 27 against the elasticity of the two spring parts 26, 26, and the seal part 27 can be moved either to the front or back of the nozzle 10. In the liquid ejection container formed in
The spring part 26 is formed by a meandering thick line 25 bent in the front-rear and upward direction.
[0006]
While having the said 1st means as a 2nd means, while forming the said container trunk | drum into the thin box shape which can be squeezed elastically, the front-back direction width | variety is narrow and the left-right direction width | variety is wide, Flange 23, 23 engaged from the front and rear side edges of the covering wall portion 22 in which the main portion 24 is brought into contact with the bottom wall of the body portion and the outer surfaces of the left and right side walls, to the outer peripheral portions of the body portion front and rear walls 2, 2. Was formed to protrude.
[0008]
A horizontal plate having the first means or the second means as the third means, the first detaching means 11 attached to the lower outer surface of the nozzle, and the seal part 27 connecting the spring part and the left and right ends. 28 is formed with a cap-shaped portion that hangs down the peripheral wall 29 from the lower surface, and a second detaching means 31 is provided on the lower surface of the peripheral wall 29 of the cap-shaped portion, and at least the first detaching means 11 and the second detaching means 31 are at least By providing an inclined surface on one side and rotating the cap-shaped portion around the nozzle 10, the cap-shaped portion rises with respect to the nozzle 10 when the first or second detaching means slides in contact with the inclined surface. Thus, the first and second engaging protrusions 8 and 32 that are provided on the outer surface of the nozzle and the inner surface of the peripheral wall 29 of the cap-like portion and engage with each other by the ascending are formed to be detachable.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the following, taking an eyedrop container as an example, 1 is a container body, the front and rear walls 2 and 2 of the body part are vertical walls, and a continuous curved wall that projects the bottom wall and the left and right side walls downward, and the upper surface of the body part is The tapered surfaces 3 and 3 are inclined upward and inward from the upper end of the curved wall, and are formed by gently curved curved surfaces 4 and 4 further upward and inward from the upper end of the tapered surface. 5 and the inward flange-like wall 6 are erected on the mouth-and-neck portion 7, and a first engaging protrusion 8 is provided around the upper outer surface of the mouth-and-neck portion. The drip tube 9 is erected from the inside of the mouth and neck, and the mouth and neck and the drip tube form a nozzle 10. Further, from the upper surfaces of both the front and rear portions of the inward flange-like wall 6, first detachment means 11 and 11 in the form of angle-shaped protrusions are attached to both the front and rear surfaces below the mouth and neck portion and the left and right are inclined surfaces. The front and rear walls 2 and 2 are formed so as to be elastically squeezable.
[0010]
A sealing member 21 is fitted into the container body 1. The sealing member is provided at the lower half of the container body body, that is, before and after the curved belt-like covering wall portion 22 covering the outer surface of the continuous curved wall portion below the upper end of the continuous curved wall forming the bottom wall and the left and right side walls. Has flanges 23 on both side edges, and has a main part 24 in which these flanges are engaged with the outer peripheral parts of the front and rear walls of the container body. Spring portions 26 and 26 formed by meandering thick lines 25 and 25 meandering upward are protruded upward in a swingable manner, and their upper ends are connected to the left and right ends of the seal portion 27. In the illustrated example, the seal portion is formed by a horizontal plate 28, a peripheral wall 29 depending from the lower surface of the horizontal plate, and a plug 30 above the center of the peripheral wall. The peripheral wall 29 is fitted to the outer surface of the mouth-and-neck portion 7, and the nozzle hole 10 a can be sealed with a stopper 30. Further, a concave portion having an inner surface and a lower surface opening is provided around the inner surface of the lower end of the peripheral wall 29, and the second detaching means 31 having an inverted chevron-like protrusion corresponding to the first detaching means having the above-described chevron-like protrusions is provided before and after the recessed part. 31 are suspended from the upper surface of the recess. Further, a second engagement protrusion 32 that is engaged with the lower surface of the first engagement protrusion 8 is provided on the inner surface of the peripheral wall 29.
[0011]
The container body and the sealing member are made of synthetic resin.
[0012]
In the above configuration, when the seal portion 27 is turned around the nozzle from the nozzle hole closed state shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the second detachment means 31 having the inverted chevron-like protrusion shape onto the first detachment means 11 having the chevron-like protrusion shape. Since the engagement of the first and second engaging protrusions 8 and 32 is disengaged by riding up, the nozzle hole 10a can be opened by pulling up the seal portion 27 as it is. From this state, the seal part can be moved to either the front or back side of the nozzle 10, the container body can be inverted from this state, and the stored liquid can be dripped by both the front and rear walls 2, 2 and sealed again after use. The nozzle hole 10a may be sealed by pulling up the portion 27.
[0013]
The embodiment described above can be variously modified without departing from the object of the present invention. For example, the main portion 24 of the sealing member has a container body trunk portion that is vertically long and is fitted to a part of its outer surface. The seal portion 27 may be a known palate shape, cap shape, or just a stopper, and the second detachment means 31 may be formed by a recess for fitting the first detachment means. In this case, the seal portion 27 rises because the lower end edge of the recess comes into contact with the slope of the first detaching means and rises.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the nozzle hole cannot be opened unless the seal part 27 is pulled up against the elasticity of the spring parts 26. Unless the seal part is removed, the seal part does not come off from the nozzle hole 10a, and the seal part 27 can move sideways before and after the nozzle, so that the seal part does not obstruct liquid ejection.
[0015]
Moreover, by making it like Claim 1, a spring function can be improved and a container appearance can be improved.
[0016]
By making it like Claim 2, the main part 24 does not remove | deviate from a container body trunk | drum, Moreover, the front and back both walls largely provided in the container body trunk | drum can be made into a trunk | drum pressing wall part.
[0017]
By making it like Claim 3 , the removal of the seal | sticker part 27 from a container body opening neck part becomes easy.
