Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a synthetic resin container with a handle and a handle for a container, and more particularly to a recyclable synthetic resin container with a handle and a handle for a container.
[0002]
[Background Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
In general, a container made of a synthetic resin having a large inner volume is considerably heavier when filled with contents, and therefore a handle is attached so that the contents can be poured out and carried easily.
[0003]
As such a synthetic resin container with a handle, a synthetic resin container in which a handle is integrated in advance at the time of molding, or a synthetic resin container and a handle are molded separately and attached to the synthetic resin container later. The one with the handle attached is known.
[0004]
In the case of a synthetic resin container with a handle in which a handle is integrated in advance, the handle and the synthetic resin container are integrated so that they cannot be separated from each other. In other words, once the handle is attached, the handle is attached in a state that is difficult to remove so that the handle is not detached from the synthetic resin container.
[0005]
On the other hand, in recent years, a large amount of synthetic resin containers, particularly polyethylene terephthalate (PET) containers, are on the market, and PET recycling activities have been activated.
[0006]
When recycling such PET-made containers, if the handle is made of a material other than PET in a synthetic resin container with a handle, the handle must be removed and separated. In the case of resin containers, recycling is difficult.
[0007]
An object of the present invention is to provide a synthetic resin container with a handle and a container suitable for recycling, which can be easily attached to a container body, maintain a reliable attachment state after attachment, and can be easily detached. To provide a handle.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the synthetic resin container with a handle of the present invention has a holding recess recessed inward on the side wall, and engages with the handle at the inner end of the upper surface and the lower surface of the recess, respectively. A synthetic resin container body having an engaging groove for
In a synthetic resin container with a handle, having an engaging projection that engages with an engaging groove of the container body, and a handle disposed along the vertical direction in the recess,
The grip includes a gripping portion extending in a vertical direction, and a vertical mounting plate portion that is positioned along the upper and lower surfaces of the recess from the gripping portion and that has the engagement protrusion corresponding to the engagement groove. A handle body having,
A fixing member which is inserted between the top and bottom mounting plate end portions from the side of the handle main body and engages with the top and bottom mounting plate tip portions to prevent the vertical mounting plate portion from bending in the opposite direction; It is characterized by having.
[0009]
According to the present invention, the engagement protrusion formed on the upper and lower mounting plate portions of the handle body is inserted into the engagement groove of the container body so that the handle body is attached to the container body. Mounting can be easily performed by inserting a fixing member between the upper and lower mounting plates from the side and engaging the tip of the upper and lower mounting plate.
[0010]
After mounting, the fixing member bends in the proximity direction by the fixing member even if a force is applied to the upper and lower mounting plate portions in a direction close to each other in order to prevent the upper and lower mounting plate portions from bending in the opposite direction. Can be prevented from coming out of the engaging groove, and a reliable mounting state can be maintained.
[0011]
At the time of removal, contrary to the attachment, the engagement between the fixing member and the tip of the upper and lower mounting plate is released, the fixing member is pulled out from between the upper and lower mounting plates, and then the upper and lower mounting plates are engaged. By extracting the mating protrusion from the engaging groove of the container main body, it can be easily removed and can be made suitable for recycling.
[0012]
In the present invention, the upper and lower mounting plate portion has a recess for removing the meat along the insertion direction of the fixed plate at the tip, and the fixing member is inserted into the recess for removing the meat. Is preferred.
[0013]
By doing in this way, by inserting the fixing member using the concave portion for lightening formed at the front end portion of the upper and lower mounting plates, it is possible to move in the extraction direction by engagement without using a complicated configuration. In addition to preventing slipping out, it is possible to prevent the fixing member from slipping out toward the gripping portion.
[0014]
In the present invention, the fixing member can be elastically deformed via upper and lower slits formed from the front end side to the rear side in the insertion direction on both upper and lower sides of the plate portion disposed between the front end portions of the upper and lower mounting plate portions. It is preferable to have the upper and lower engaging pieces with the engaging claws.
[0015]
With such a configuration, it is possible to easily form the upper and lower engaging pieces whose engaging claws are elastically deformable on the upper and lower sides of the plate by the upper and lower slits, and the base side of the upper and lower engaging pieces is Since it is supported by the portion of the continuous plate located between the base portions, the upper and lower mounting plate portions are prevented from bending in the opposite direction and can be reliably maintained in the mounting state.
[0016]

[0024]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0025]
FIGS. 1-7 is a figure which shows the synthetic resin containers with a handle based on one Example of this invention.
[0026]
The synthetic resin container 10 with a handle is composed of a container body 12 and a handle 14.
[0027]
The container body 12 is formed in the shape of a container filled with contents such as drinking water by blow molding using a synthetic resin such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), for example, as shown in FIG. A neck portion 16 including an upper end mouth portion, a shoulder portion 18 that extends downward from the neck portion 16, a side wall 20 that forms a trunk portion that extends downward from the shoulder portion 18, and a lower portion that is reduced in diameter from the side wall 20 The heel part 22 is connected to the bottom part 24 and the bottom part 24 is located at the lower end of the container.
[0028]
Moreover, the bottom part 24 is made into the top bottom shape in which the convex part 26 which protrudes toward a container inward from an outer periphery to a center is formed, and self-supporting property is given.
[0029]
The upper side wall 28 constituting the upper half of the side wall 20 has a gripping recess 30 formed in a part of the circumferential direction of the upper side wall 28 over substantially the entire vertical direction.
[0030]
The recess 30 is composed of an upper surface 32, a lower surface 34, and an inner wall surface 36. As shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, there are grips on the substantially inner ends of the upper surface 32 and the lower surface 34, respectively. The engaging grooves 38 and 40 for engaging with the groove 14 are formed in the vertical direction.
[0031]
As shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 2, the inner wall surface 36 has a substantially trapezoidal shape in which the central portion 42 is recessed and both side portions 44 are inclined obliquely, and both side portions 44 are reinforcing columns of the upper surface 32 and the lower surface 34. The upper surface 32 and the lower surface 34 are not easily deformed even when a force is applied to the upper surface 32 and the lower surface 34 by the handle 14.
[0032]
Further, since the both side portions 44 are inclined, the inner volume of the container main body 12 can be increased as compared with the case where the both side portions 44 are recessed to the position of the central portion 42, for example.
[0033]
Further, the central portion 42 is located at a position corresponding to the attachment of the handle 14, and is formed as a flat surface having a substantially straight section in the vertical direction between the upper and lower engaging grooves 38, 40.
[0034]
Thus, by making the center part 42 into a flat surface, the internal capacity of the container body 12 can be increased as compared with, for example, a case where the central part 42 is curved inward.
[0035]
The handle 14 is molded separately from the container main body 12 by injection molding using a synthetic resin such as polypropylene (PP) or polyethylene (PE), and then attached to the concave portion 30 of the container main body 12 along its vertical direction. The handle main body 46 and a fixing plate 48 as a fixing member that is inserted into and fixed to the handle main body 46 from the side are separately provided.
[0036]
The handle main body 46 includes a gripping portion 50 and upper and lower mounting plate portions 52 and 54.
[0037]
The gripping portion 50 is for gripping by hand, and extends in almost all of the vertical direction with a space for inserting a finger between the concave portion 30 formed on the upper side wall 28 of the container body 12. It has become.
[0038]
In addition, the gripping portion 50 is provided with sufficient rigidity by the reinforcing ribs 56 and 58 so as not to be deformed when the container body 12 filled with the contents is lifted.
[0039]
The upper and lower mounting plate portions 52 and 54 are positioned to extend from the upper and lower end portions of the grip portion 50 along the upper and lower surfaces 32 and 34 of the recess 30 in the central axis direction of the container body, and the lower mounting plate portion 54 is the upper mounting plate. It is formed longer than the portion 52 and is elastically deformable when the handle main body 46 is attached.
[0040]
Further, the upper and lower mounting plate portions 52 and 54 are arranged in a state where the respective front end portions 60 and 62 face each other.
[0041]
These tip portions 60, 62 are formed with a recess 64 for removing the meat sandwiched between the opposing pieces 66 along the insertion direction of the fixing plate 48 on the opposing surface side. The rib plate 68 is provided with a width narrower than the width of the facing piece 66.
[0042]
Further, the upper and lower mounting plate portions 52 and 54 are provided with respective engagement grooves 38 and 40 at positions on the tip end portions 60 and 62 side corresponding to the engagement grooves 38 and 40 formed on the upper and lower surfaces 32 and 34 of the recess 30. Engagement protrusions 70 and 72 that engage with each other are formed so as to protrude in the vertical direction.
[0043]
The fixing plate 48 is inserted and locked between the front end portions 60 and 62 of the upper and lower mounting plate portions 52 and 54. As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the plate portion 74 and the upper and lower engaging pieces 76 and 78 are fixed. have.
[0044]
The plate portion 74 is set to a width substantially the same as the width of the handle main body 46, and matches the width of the handle main body 46 when inserted between the front end portions 60 and 62 of the upper and lower mounting plates 52 and 54. .
[0045]
The upper and lower engagement pieces 76 and 78 are integrally formed on both upper and lower sides of the plate portion 74 so as to be elastically deformable via upper and lower slits 80 and 82 formed from the front end side to the rear side in the insertion direction.
[0046]
Engaging claws 84 that engage with one ends of rib plates 68 provided at the front end portions 60 and 62 of the upper and lower mounting plate portions 52 and 54 are formed at the front end portions of the vertical engagement pieces 76 and 78 so as to protrude in the vertical direction. Has been.
[0047]
The engaging claw 84 is formed longer than the width of the plate portion 74, and protrudes in the width direction from the tip portions 60, 62 in a state where the fixing plate 48 is attached between the tip portions 60, 62 of the upper and lower mounting plates 52, 54. Thus, it is used as an operation unit when releasing the engaged state.
[0048]
In addition, hook-shaped hooks 86 that engage with the other ends of the rib plates 68 provided at the distal end portions 60 and 62 of the upper and lower mounting plate portions 52 and 54, respectively, are provided at the base end portions of the vertical engagement pieces 76 and 78. Projected in the direction.
[0049]
Next, the attachment / detachment state of the handle 14 will be described.
[0050]
First, when the handle 14 is attached to the container main body 12, as shown in FIG. 4, the handle main body 46 is held in the hand with the fixing plate 48 removed, and the upper and lower mounting plate portions 52 and 54 are placed on the container main body 12 side. In such a state, it is inserted into the recess 30, and the engagement protrusion 70 of the upper mounting plate 52 is engaged in the engagement groove 38 on the upper surface 32 side.
[0051]
In this state, when the lower part of the grip 50 is rotated inwardly of the recess 30 around the engagement protrusion 70 of the upper attachment plate 52, the engagement protrusion 72 of the lower attachment plate 54 is recessed. 30, the lower mounting plate portion 54 moves along the lower surface 34 while elastically deforming, and the engaging groove 72 is moved by the restoring force of the lower mounting plate portion 72 at the position of the engaging groove 40 on the lower surface 34. The handle main body 46 is attached to the container main body 12 and is temporarily fixed.
[0052]
Next, as shown in FIG. 5, with respect to the handle body 46 in the temporarily fixed state, the upper and lower mounting plate portions 52 from the side of the handle body 46 with the engaging claws 84 of the fixing plate 48 facing the insertion direction. , 54 is inserted between the front end portions 60 and 62 of the fixing plate 48.
[0053]
In this case, the upper and lower engaging pieces 76 and 78 of the fixed plate 48 are inserted into the concave portions 64 formed in the tip portions 60 and 62 of the upper and lower mounting plate portions 52 and 54.
[0054]
Due to the presence of the upper and lower slits 80 and 82, the upper and lower engaging pieces 76 and 78 inserted into the recess 64 are elastic in the direction in which they approach each other when the engaging claw 64 abuts against the rib plate 68 as shown in FIG. It will be in a state of deforming and allowing the engaging claw 64 to pass through.
[0055]
Next, when the engaging claw 64 passes through the rib plate 68, the engaging claw 64 engages with the rib plate 68 as shown in FIG. 86 is also engaged with the rib plate 68, and at the same time as the mounting of the fixing plate 48 is completed, the mounting of the handle 14 is easily completed.
[0056]
After the attachment, the engaging claw 84 of the fixing plate 48 is engaged with one end of the rib plate 68 and the hook 86 is engaged with the other end of the rib plate 68. The movement in the direction is restricted, and the movement in the direction intersecting the central axis of the container main body 12 is also restricted by the opposing piece 66 of the tip end portion 60, 62. There is no detachment and a secure fixed state is obtained.
[0057]
Further, since the hook 86 is engaged with the upper and lower surfaces of each rib plate 68, the movement of the upper and lower mounting plate portions 52 and 54 in the separating direction is restricted, and the plate portion 74 does not have the upper and lower slits 80 and 82. Since the movement of the upper and lower attachment plate portions 52 and 54 in the proximity direction is restricted by the portion, the attachment state of the handle body 46 is more reliably maintained.
[0058]
When the handle 14 is removed, as shown in FIG. 7, the engaging claws 84 of the fixing plate 48 protruding in the width direction from the tip portions 60, 62 of the upper and lower mounting plate portions 52, 54 are indicated by arrows in the figure. Then, the engagement with the rib plate 68 is released by operating in the proximity direction, the fixing plate 48 is pulled out in the take-out direction, and the lower mounting plate portion 54 of the handle body 46 is elastically deformed upward so that the engagement groove 38, It can be easily removed by releasing the engagement state between the engagement protrusions 70 and 72 and the container body 12 made of PET and the handle 14 made of PP or PE, and is suitable for recycling. Can be.
[0059]
