Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a non-stick multi-layer coating (coating) for increasing the hardness of aluminum or aluminum alloy materials, and more particularly to aluminum or aluminum alloy materials, particularly kitchen appliances, with this coating. Hereinafter, aluminum or aluminum alloy is collectively referred to as aluminum.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A coating mainly composed of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) formed on the inner surface and / or outer surface of an aluminum kitchen appliance has the disadvantages that it is vulnerable to scratches and has low moisture resistance. In order to avoid this drawback, it has been conventionally proposed to form a coating mainly composed of PTFE on the surface of a hard underlayer formed by, for example, anodization of aluminum or thermal plasma sputtering.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-described conventional technology has a problem that the above-mentioned problem has not been solved sufficiently.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and uses non-adhesive high-hardness multilayer coating of aluminum or aluminum alloy material with improved scratch resistance and moisture resistance, aluminum or aluminum alloy material, and the same. The purpose is to provide kitchen appliances.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The multi-layer coating of aluminum or aluminum alloy material according to the present invention includes α-alumina and γ-alumina, which is coated with a surface layer made of mullite and has a hard first layer mainly composed of alumina, polytetrafluoroethylene and It has the 2nd layer used as the foundation | substrate layer containing the chemical substance for foundation | substrates, and the finishing layer which has a polytetrafluoroethylene of 1 or more layers as a main component. The hard first layer containing alumina as a main component is formed by immersing aluminum or an aluminum alloy material in an alkaline solution and applying a micro arc due to a high current and a high potential difference to the aluminum or aluminum alloy material to form the aluminum or aluminum alloy material. It is formed by anodizing.
Also, the method for producing an aluminum or aluminum alloy material having a multilayer coating according to the present invention comprises immersing the aluminum or aluminum alloy material in an alkaline solution and applying a micro arc with a high current and a high potential difference to thereby apply the aluminum or aluminum alloy material. Directly anodizing the material to form a porous first layer having a surface layer made of mullite and α-alumina and γ-alumina coated with the surface layer on the aluminum or aluminum alloy material;
On the porous first layer, a second layer containing polytetrafluoroethylene and a chemical substance is formed as an underlayer for a finishing layer containing one or more polytetrafluoroethylene as a main component. Process,
Forming a finishing layer mainly composed of one or more polytetrafluoroethylenes on the second layer;
Firing the coating thus formed, and
It is characterized by having.
[0006]
A method for forming a hard first layer based on alumina, for example, published in 1983 in the Russian journal Physics and Chemistry of Materials Processing. In a paper entitled “Composition and structure of a reinforced surface layer of an aluminum alloy obtained by micro-arc oxidation”, such as FEDOROV et al. Further, MARKOV No. 120591 published in 1989 has a paper entitled “Application of Coatings to Metals and Alloys”, and No. 1713990 issued in 1992 has a paper entitled “Microarc Anodizing of Metals and Alloys”.
[0007]
The first layer described above has α-alumina and γ-alumina and is covered with a surface layer made of porous mullite (silico-alumina).
[0008]
This hard first layer is harder and more moisture resistant than the alumina layer obtained by conventional anodic oxidation or thermal plasma sputtering.
[0009]
The inventors of the present invention have described that the second layer and the finishing layer mainly composed of PTFE deposited on the hard first layer mainly composed of alumina are the first hard layer mainly composed of the alumina. It has been found that a PTFE-based non-tacky coating having a high bonding strength with respect to water and excellent in moisture resistance and scratch resistance is obtained. Other features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic view showing an apparatus for forming a hard alumina layer on an aluminum material, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing a hard coating layer of the present invention.
[0011]
First, a method for forming a multilayer coating on an aluminum material, for example, kitchen utensils will be described.

Further, the PTFE coating layer can be polished after being polished as described above or formed on the hard first layer without being polished, and then fired as described above.
[0024]
In either case, the same effect can be obtained. This PTFE coating layer has high scratch resistance and is non-tacky like conventional polytetrafluoroethylene coating layers. This is because PTFE remains in the holes existing in the entire area in the thickness direction of the Al 2 O 3
[0025]
Although the present invention is particularly effective for non-stick coating of kitchen utensils, it is similarly applied to various members (for example, iron hot plates) that require a smooth surface with high hardness and excellent moisture resistance. Can be applied.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, a hard first layer mainly composed of alumina by micro arc is formed on the surface of aluminum or an aluminum alloy material, and a base layer containing PTFE is formed on the first layer. By forming the two layers and the finishing layer, a non-sticky high-hardness multilayer coating is provided, so that the scratch resistance and moisture resistance of the aluminum or aluminum alloy material are remarkably improved. For this reason, this invention can prevent a scratch and can improve moisture resistance by comprising the kitchen appliance using the aluminum or aluminum alloy material which provided this multilayer coating.
