【0001】
DVDカーコンピュータ32はまた、VICS(Vehicle Information and Communication System)センターからの交通情報を受信し、ナビディスプレイ33で表示することもできる。
【0044】
【0065】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle operation support system, and more particularly to a vehicle operation support system suitable for contributing to an increase in the actual vehicle rate of taxis.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Taxi companies that have dozens to hundreds of taxis usually introduce a wireless AVM (Automatic Vehicle Monitoring) system to manage the operation status of each taxi at the dispatch center. In this AVM system, a taxi is equipped with a transmission means and a reception means for wirelessly communicating with a dispatch center, as well as a position measuring means and a controller using GPS (Global Positioning System). A signal indicating the measured position is periodically transmitted to the dispatch center. This method is called a voluntary calling method. Separately, when a polling signal is received from the dispatch center, a polling method that returns a position signal indicating the current position and other data to the dispatch center each time. In some cases, a so-called method is employed.
[0003]
On the other hand, the dispatch center has a database storing business areas in the form of map information, transmission means and reception means for wirelessly transmitting and receiving signals to and from each taxi, and management means called an AVM server. In addition, the location signal from each taxi is received so that the location of the taxi in the business area can be managed in real time.
[0004]
For this reason, identification information is individually set for each taxi in advance, and this identification information is added to the signals communicated between the taxi and the dispatch center. Thus, it is possible to transmit signals individually and collectively.
[0005]
Various improvements have been proposed for the AVM system as described above. For example, Japanese Patent No. 1776037, Japanese Patent No. 29524320, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-233019, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-312607, and Japanese Patent Application No. 11- There is 100205. However, the proposals so far have been focused on how to reduce obstacles caused by collisions of signals transmitted from dozens to hundreds of taxis owned to the dispatch center. .
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
On the other hand, it is also important for taxi companies to pursue the issue of how to improve the actual vehicle rate. The actual vehicle rate is a numerical value expressed by (actual vehicle km / total travel km). The actual vehicle kilometer is the travel kilometer in the actual vehicle on which the customer boarded, and the total travel kilometer is during the working hours when the taxi is determined. This is the total distance traveled. The minimum target for the actual vehicle rate is usually 50%.
[0007]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle operation support system that is effective in improving the actual vehicle rate.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention shows a transmitting means and a receiving means for transmitting and receiving signals for wireless communication with a management center, a position measuring means for measuring a current position, and a measured current position. A sales vehicle including a control vehicle for transmitting a position signal to the management center, a database storing information on a business area, and a transmission device for wirelessly transmitting and receiving signals between the business vehicle. And a receiving center and a management center that receives the position signal and can manage where the sales vehicle is located in the sales area. The vehicle operation support system includes: In accordance with the information, support information indicating a sales prospect area where sales are likely to occur is set and registered in advance. The control unit has a function of transmitting a request signal for requesting transmission of support information to the management center, and a function of causing the notification unit to notify support information transmitted from the management center. When the center receives the request signal, the center determines the current position of the business vehicle that has transmitted the request signal, determines the nearest business prospect area from the determined current position, and shows the determined business prospect area By transmitting information, the notifying means in the business vehicle can notify the nearest business prospect area. The support information indicating the expected sales area is information indicating an area where a customer can be easily picked up, and a signal indicating that is sent from the taxi to the dispatch center together with the position signal for each actual vehicle on which the passenger is placed. When the management means in the center receives a signal indicating an actual vehicle, the position information represented by the position signal is set and registered in the database as actual vehicle position information, and the set and registered actual vehicle position information is statistically processed and periodically Update the support information indicating the prospective sales area in the database so that the prospective sales area with a large number of actual vehicles is prioritized and transmitted as support information. It is characterized by that.
[0009]
In addition, identification information is individually set for the business vehicle in advance, and this identification information is added to a signal communicated between the business vehicle and the management center. On the other hand, signal transmission is possible individually and collectively.
[0010]
The support information includes region name information indicating a region name of a prospective sales region and position information indicating a position, and the notification unit includes a voice guidance unit that notifies the region name information by voice or a display unit that displays an image. Have.
[0011]
The display means includes a first display that displays the area name information in letters, numbers, etc., and can further display a map image of at least a part of the business area, and the position measuring means A second display capable of displaying the current position based on the measured position signal may be included. In this case, the second display includes the determined business prospect based on the position information from the management center. The region can also be displayed.
[0014]
Further, the dispatch center has means for inputting / updating traffic information indicating an area such as a traffic jam or an accident from ATIS (Advanced Traffic Information Service) to the database. In this case, the dispatch center has determined In the taxi that receives the support information indicating the expected business area together with the traffic information indicating the traffic jam, the accident, etc., the map is displayed on the map image around the current position by the second display. It is possible to display a map image to which the expected area and the area such as the traffic jam and the accident are added.
[0015]
The dispatch center may further include means for inputting guidance information for taxi crews in addition to information on events for each region, taxi resting places, taxi bays, and the like in the database.
[0016]
The taxi may include means for storing daily sales data in an IC card memory, and the dispatch center may further include reading means for reading the business data in the IC card memory and storing it in the database. .
[0017]
The transmission and reception means in the taxi can also be realized by a mobile phone.
[0018]

On the other hand, the retrieved customer data is also sent to the AVM server SV1. The AVM server SV1 searches for empty taxis running around the searched customer and sends the vehicle number data to the CTI server SV2, so that the map displayed on the display of the client personal computer C2 displays A plurality of empty car number data are displayed in order from the customer. Further, the empty taxi closest to the customer is automatically selected from the displayed vehicle number data of the empty vehicle by the CTI server SV2, and the customer name, address, and route guidance information received (in the case of a customer registered in advance) The position data is transmitted from the AVM server SV1-communication control unit CC-interface IF2-interface IF1-transmitter Tx1-transmit antenna ANT2 to the selected empty taxi.
[0025]
Such an AVM system and a response system for a dispatch order on a telephone line are well known and have been described in detail in the above-mentioned publication, and are not the gist of the present invention, so detailed description will be omitted.
[0026]
1, the operation support system according to the present invention includes a data server SV3 connected to a communication control unit CC and an AVM server SV1, a data server personal computer C3 and a database DB connected thereto, and a database connected to a database DB. It includes a personal computer C5, an interface IF4 for reading business data from an
[0027]
The database DB stores information that covers the entire business area in advance. As this type of information, various forms are conceivable, such as storing the area in the business area together with the area name by specifying longitude and latitude information, or storing it in the form of map image information. Below, the case where map image information is stored is demonstrated. The map image information in this case is usually map image information closer to a residential map than a road map as displayed by a navigation system. In addition to such map image information, support information indicating a prospective business area in the business area is set and registered in advance in the database DB. The prospective sales area is an area with a lot of sales results, that is, an area where customers can be easily picked up, and this can be known by statistically processing past sales data. The support information includes area name information indicating the area name of the prospective sales area and position information indicating the position. Of course, this support information is updated based on operation data from all taxis, as will be described later.
[0028]
The database personal computer C5 is used by personnel at the dispatch center to input fixed data as needed and register it in the database DB. Fixed data refers to, for example, the location of festivals and regular events in the business area where taxis operate, taxi crew resting places, taxi bay information, etc., customer service as taxi crew, driving manners, accidents This is data for notifying taxi crews of how to respond to the case, and other daily health precautions. This notification can be given to all taxis or specific taxis that are open on a regular or temporary basis.
[0029]
The database personal computer C5 also has traffic information (for example, road name, area name, longitude, latitude, etc.) that is sent regularly from a well-known ATIS (Advanced Traffic Information Service) center and indicates a traffic jam area or an accident occurrence area. Information) is enabled for input. The database PC C5 display can display a map of the business area, and the latest traffic information is sent from the ATIS center to the database PC C5. Traffic information is also displayed. This traffic information is also input / updated in the database DB through the database personal computer C5 as necessary. That is, the latest traffic information is always stored in the database DB. Of course, this traffic information can also be sent to a taxi in operation.
[0030]
The contents of the data output to the printer PRT2 are displayed on the display of the business data personal computer C4. In other words, as will be explained later, data output from taximeters installed in each taxi (actual car for each year, month, day, hour, minute, name of empty car, fare corresponding to business section, etc.) Is stored in the memory of the

In the case of the taxi M3, the travel route is in a state in which the switch S4 is off, that is, an arbitrary operation (manual: according to the judgment of the crew). For example, taxi M3 enters from (10, A), becomes a real car near (8, B), becomes empty again near (6, F), and then passes through (5, J) at the discretion of the crew And drive with an empty car. During this time, when the taxi M3 becomes empty at the point (6, F), if the switch S4 is turned on, the prospective sales area Z is displayed on the display 31-1 and the
[0054]
The effects of the operation support system of this embodiment are as follows. The most important purpose of taxi operation to increase the number of sinks is to improve the actual vehicle rate. As described above, the actual vehicle rate is expressed by (actual vehicle km / total travel km), and the minimum target is usually 50%.
[0055]
In the taxi travel route diagram of FIG. 3, an actual vehicle rate of each of the taxis M1, M2, and M3 is calculated as an example. One block in FIG. 3 is dkm.
[0056]
Taxi M1 actual vehicle rate = d x 19 / d x 28 = 0.75 75%
Actual rate of taxi M2 = d × 19 / d × 31 = 0.61 ... 61%
Actual rate of taxi M3 = 6 × d / d × 14 = 0.42 ... 42%
The problem with this operation support system is to improve the rate of actual vehicles. Specifically, the distance from an empty vehicle to the next actual vehicle is shortened, and normal sales, generally referred to as “sink sales” Is to increase the number of times even once. It can be understood from the above explanation that this can be realized.
[0057]
In addition, as described above, there is a wireless vehicle allocation in which the
[0058]
Therefore, when operating (operating revenue) is ranked in the order of A, B, and C, the plus of the number of sales operations by this operation support system for the B and C class crew members is due to the unreasonable driving and the total driving distance. Since the actual vehicle kilometer also increases, the sales will surely increase.
[0059]
Next, the classification of sales data from the
[0060]
(1) Operation data for Class A crew
For Class A crew members, data that is basically calculated only for Class A is used as operation data.
[0061]
(2) Operation data for B and C crew
As the operation data for the B and C class crew members, the total data of all taxis is used. The selection of the operation data for the A class, the B class, and the C class is automatically performed for each vehicle number information by the data server SV3.
[0062]
(3) Depending on the city, such as a large city or a middle city, there are cities where the ratio of the number of times of wireless dispatch is high in the total number of business operations. Operation data can also be used.
[0063]
Of course, in the data server SV3, a combination related to the above can be freely set.
[0064]
Next, I will explain the morale of the taxi crew. The dispatching

As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was applied and applied to the operation assistance system of a taxi, this invention is applicable not only to this but a thing like a home delivery system, for example. In this case, the prospective business area is a collection place for delivery.
[0067]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a vehicle operation support system effective for improving the actual vehicle rate, and it is particularly suitable for an operation support system that contributes to improving the actual vehicle rate of taxis.
