BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a seat support used when sitting on an automobile seat or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Because car seats are tailored to the average user's physique, they may not fit well for the individual user when sitting on the seat. In particular, when sitting on the seat, there is a space between the back of the seat and the back of the seat, and the waist is forced to be pushed while driving from where the waist is not firmly supported, which also causes back pain ing.
[0003]
Applicants have previously formed a molding material that supports, holds, and holds the head from below during radiation therapy, and the required amount of granular material coated with a moisture-curable urethane prepolymer is made of a water-permeable material. A wrapped molding material was provided (Patent Document 1).
In this case, the mold can be made well by moving the granules, but if it is unfamiliar with the back of the seat, the granules move down before trying to take the mold. There were some points that were difficult to use.
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-224796
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention further improves the above-mentioned molding material previously provided by the applicants, makes it easier to use as a seat support, prevents the granular material from moving downward due to its own weight during molding, Molding is performed in accordance with the shape of the body, and an object capable of reliably supporting a seated person by such a molding material is obtained.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention wraps a required amount of the surface of a large number of granular materials coated with a water-curable resin with a water-permeable coating material, and stores such a molding material in a cover body having self-supporting and shape-retaining properties, A sheet support that can maintain the molding material in a uniform and easy-to-mold state during molding. The granulates are connected by an uncured water curable resin, but the granules can move relative to each other so that they can be adapted to the shape to be molded at the same time.
[0007]
When this seat support is stood against a backrest of an automobile seat or the like, the granular material coated with the uncured water-curable resin of the molding material tends to move downward, but the molding material is accommodated. Since the cover body is provided with self-supporting property and shape retention, it acts to moderately regulate the movement of the granular material downward, and the granular material maintains an average thickness. .
[0008]
Therefore, when seated on the seat, the granular material in the molding material wrapped in the cover body moves in accordance with the unevenness of the body and deforms into a shape suitable for the outer shape of the body. And since the water-curable resin that binds such a large number of particles reacts with moisture and hardens and maintains a fixed shape, the body is securely held, and a good and stable sitting comfort can be obtained. it can.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The
[0010]
The granular material can be formed into a spherical shape, a short rod shape, a cube shape, a rectangular parallelepiped shape, a disk shape, or other shapes, and it is often preferable to have a rounded shape. Moreover, this granular material can be formed hollow, solid, or formed into a foam. In the case of a foam, it is preferable to use a closed cell that does not allow the water curable resin to permeate, and it is particularly preferable to have a skin layer on the surface. In the case where the holes are on the surface, the holes may be treated so as to close the holes.
[0011]
The size of the granule is appropriately determined depending on moldability, flatness obtained after the resin is cured, air permeability, and the like. The size may be about 8 cm 3 or less, preferably about 0. easy to use and to .125cm 3 below. In some cases, it is preferable to use two or more kinds of the granular materials having different materials, properties, shapes, sizes, and the like.
[0012]
The water
The water-curable urethane prepolymer is a prepolymer having an isocyanate group at a terminal obtained by a reaction between a polyol and a polyisocyanate.
The viscosity of such a resin is about 10 to 2000 ps, preferably about 50 to 1000 ps at 20 ° C.
[0013]
As the
[0014]
The hardness of the material forming the elastic granular material is 25% compression hardness of about 2 kg / cm 2 or less, preferably about 1.0 kg, according to the hardness test (JIS K6401 5.4) of the soft urethane foam for cushions. / Cm 2 or less. The compressive residual strain (JIS K6401 5.5) is about 15% or less, preferably about 13% or less.
For example, Cosmogel (trade name, manufactured by Cosmo Keiki Co., Ltd.), Alpha Gel (trade name, manufactured by Geltech Co., Ltd.), Pef (trade name, manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc.), neoprene rubber (Yamamoto) Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.).
[0015]
When the above-mentioned granular material has elasticity, it is often preferable that the cured water-curable resin also has elasticity. In the seat support using both the granular material and the cured water-curable resin that has elasticity, the body can be securely held, and it has moderate cushioning properties. May be easier to use.
[0016]
The elasticity of the water-curable resin having elasticity after the above curing was measured by the following method.
(Measurement method) Using a film coater (FILMCOATER) P1-1210 (manufactured by Tester Sangyo Co., Ltd.), apply a water curable resin to a thickness of 100μ on the release paper, and let stand at room temperature for 24 hours to cure. Let After curing, the specimen is cut into a size of 25 × 200 mm. Using this sample, using Autograph 500D tester (manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation), under the condition of a tensile rate of 10 mm / min, a gripping distance 100 mm, measuring the tensile strength at the time of elongation was 25%, cm 2 Converted per hit.
The cured water-curable resin preferably has a tensile strength (at 25% elongation) of about 15 kg / cm 2 or less, preferably about 5 kg / cm 2 or less as measured by the above measurement method.
[0017]
Each of the above water-curable resins is provided with a catalyst, a stabilizer, an antifoaming agent, an antioxidant, a colorant, thixotropic properties in consideration of curing time, storage stability, acceleration of defoaming during curing, and finished state Agents, fillers, and the like can be appropriately used from known compounds depending on the components of the water curable resin.
[0018]
The mixing amount of the water curable resin with respect to the granular material is about 2 to 30% by volume, preferably about 10 to 30% by volume of the granular material. Moreover, when performing by weight, it is good to use about 7.5g or more of resin per liter of volume of a granular material, Preferably it is good to use about 45-420g.
[0019]
The granular material and the water curable resin are preferably used in an environment of 20 ° C. and a relative humidity (RH) of 20% or less, using a universal mixer or other mixer, filling the mixer with dry nitrogen gas, and a predetermined amount It is preferable to add a predetermined amount of a water-curable resin while stirring and stirring until it becomes uniform.
[0020]
The mixture of the granular material and the water curable resin is such that the surface of the granular material is covered with the water curable resin in an amount sufficient to connect the granular materials. Although they are connected together by an uncured water curable resin, they are in a single unit, but the granular materials are in a state where they can move relative to each other.

As a granular body, a cylindrical “Cosmogel 04” (manufactured by Cosmo Keiki Co., Ltd.) having a volume per one piece of 0.05 cm 3 was used. The granular material had a 25% compression hardness of 0.18 kg / cm 2 and a compression residual strain of 2.5%.
170 g of the above water-curable urethane prepolymer was added per 1 liter of the volume of the granular material, and mixed well so as to spread over the entire surface of the granular material.
460 g of the above mixture was put into a 54 cm × 61 cm bag formed with a white net of a covering material (manufactured by Alcare Corporation) to obtain a molding material.
This molding was sealed in a moisture-impermeable aluminum laminate pack.
[0039]
The cover body into which this molding material was put was formed in a rectangular shape by providing an opening having a fastener on one side and attaching a sheet body inside. The details of this cover body are as follows.
Cover fabric: Polyester double raschel knitted fabric, length 56 cm x width 63 cm x thickness 2.9 mm, bending resistance 17.5 mm (JIS L1096 bending resistance 8.19.1 A method), basis weight 352 g / m 2
Sheet body attached inside: Urethane foam (manufactured by Bridgestone, Everlight, 55 cm long x 62 cm wide x 1 cm thick, apparent density 45 kg / m 3 , hardness 157 N)

【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, as described above, the mixture of the granular material and the water-curable resin wrapped in a deformable and movable covering material before curing is unevenly distributed by the cover body containing the mixture. Seat support that can be molded according to the unevenness of the waist and back of the body and fits perfectly to the body without holding a space between it and the seat support Can be obtained. The seat support can also be widely used in wheelchairs and other various chairs and seats.
