Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pillow that distributes the weight of the head evenly and is effective in suppressing pressure on the head and neck.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as the core material of the pillow, those using various materials such as buckwheat, panya, feathers, and synthetic resin foam are known, and in order to obtain comfortable cushioning properties, a plurality of materials having different elastic moduli and the like are used. Pillows laminated are also known. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Published Japanese Utility Model Application No. Hei 6-17559
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, it is preferable that the condition of the pillow is such that an appropriate cushioning property is obtained, the head and the cervical vertebra are supported in a natural state, and the head and the neck are not pressed.
At this time, it is more preferable that the weight of the head is evenly distributed and that moisture and heat can be radiated.
[0005]
Therefore, the present invention provides a moderate cushioning property, supports the head and cervical vertebrae in a natural state, suppresses the compression of the head and neck muscles, and distributes the weight of the head evenly It is another object of the present invention to provide a pillow free from defects such as moisture and heat.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a pillow in which a cushion layer is laminated on an upper surface and a lower surface of a core material, wherein, as the core material, an airtight sheet material is adhered around an open-cell foam material and hermetically sealed. In addition, an air intake port is provided at a predetermined position, and the cushion layer is made of polyurethane foam.
[0007]
As described above, as the core material, an airtight sheet material is adhered to the periphery of the open-cell foam material, hermetically sealed and surrounded, and an air intake port is provided at a predetermined position, and the air intake port is opened and used. If, for example, the position of the head is moved by turning over, etc., immediately after the movement, appropriate cushioning properties as the core material will be exhibited as a core material due to the flow of air from the air intake and the elasticity of the core foam material. And even after sinking, there is no feeling of bottom.
In addition, the core portion where the load is no longer applied is restored by sucking air due to the elasticity of the foam material, so that the head and cervical vertebra can always be supported in a natural state.
[0008]
Here, as a core material in which an air-tight sheet is adhered to the periphery of the open-cell foam material to hermetically surround and form an air intake port at a predetermined position, for example, Japanese Patent No. 2987036 proposed by the present applicant A self-expanding foam enclosure or the like is applicable. Examples of the open-cell foam material include a tensile strength of 0.5 kg / cm 2 or more, an elongation of 150% or more, a tear strength of 0.20 kg or more, and a rebound resilience of 30 or more. % Or more, foam materials such as urethane, polyester, PVC, polyethylene, polybutadiene, and rubber can be used. Further, as the airtight sheet material, a sheet of polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, polyacetate, polyvinyl alcohol, or the like is suitable, and as an adhesive for bonding these, epoxy-based, acrylic-based, rubber-based, urethane-based, etc. The well-known thermosetting adhesive is suitable.
[0009]
Further, by using a polyurethane foam for the cushion layer, the feel is good and a soft feeling can be obtained.
At this time, if the polyurethane foam is a low-rebound polyurethane foam having a rebound resilience of about 1 to 20% as measured by the method A of JIS K 6400 (1997), the load can be more evenly dispersed. This is preferable because the head and neck are hardly pressed.
[0010]
In the present invention, the polyurethane foam of the cushion layer is made of a highly permeable material.
In this way, if the polyurethane foam of the cushion layer is made of a highly breathable material, a refreshing feeling can be obtained without the dampness or heat of sweat on the pillow.
[0011]
Here, the highly air-permeable polyurethane foam refers to a foam having an air permeability of 1 to 4.7 dm 3 / s measured by a method based on the method B of JIS K 6400 (1997). A polyurethane foam as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-194132 is applicable.
[0012]

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the pillow according to the present invention has a cushion layer laminated on the upper surface and the lower surface of a core material, and as a core material, an air-tight sheet material is adhered to the periphery of the open-cell foam material to hermetically seal and surround the pillow. Since the air intake is provided in the part and the cushion layer is made of polyurethane foam, the cushioning and load dispersibility are moderate as a core material due to the balance between the air flow from the air intake and the elasticity of the core foam material. Can be obtained, and there is no feeling of bottom.
In addition, by using a polyurethane foam for the cushion layer, the softness and feel can be improved.
At this time, if the polyurethane foam of the cushion layer is made of a highly permeable material, moisture is diffused and at the same time, a refreshing feeling can be obtained without retaining heat in the pillow.
