BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an elastic fiber oil. More specifically, the present invention relates to an oil agent that can be suitably used for preventing sticking in a spinning process of elastic fibers such as polyurethane fibers.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a spinning process of elastic fibers such as polyurethane fibers, as a method of preventing oil sticking by attaching an oil agent to the fibers, a solid metal soap is suspended in the base oil to exhibit a release effect. Methods (for example, see Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2); methods using a polyether-modified silicone that is liquid at normal temperature (for example, see Patent Document 3 and Patent Document 4) are known.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the method of suspending solid metal soap has a problem that workability is poor because there is a lot of scum, although a satisfactory effect can be obtained with respect to the anti-sticking property. In addition, the method of using polyether-modified silicone that is liquid at room temperature has little scum, but it cannot obtain a satisfactory effect on anti-sticking properties, and an oil agent that can achieve both anti-sticking properties and anti-scum generation properties is desired. It was done.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide an oil agent for elastic fibers which has excellent scum generation prevention properties and good anti-sticking properties between fibers when producing elastic fibers.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies to achieve the above object, the present inventors have found that the above problems can be solved by using an oil containing a highly polymerized polyorganosiloxane having a specific viscosity range, and have reached the present invention.
[0007]
That is, in the present invention, the viscosity of a 30% by mass xylene solution at 25 ° C. measured with an Ubbelohde viscometer is 2,000 mm.2/ S or more highly polymerized polyorganosiloxane (A) and base oil (B), characterized in that it is an elastic fiber oil agent; elasticity that imparts 0.1 to 12% by mass of the elastic fiber oil agent to the elastic fiber A fiber treatment method; and an elastic fiber treated by the treatment method.
[0008]
