An object of the present invention is to provide an electromagnetic contactor having a small number of parts and a simple mounting of a fixed iron core.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, two leg portions are erected on a flat plate-shaped yoke, and are fixed to the lower case via the yoke, and legs of the fixed iron core. A coil wound around the part, a movable iron core facing the side opposite to the yoke of the fixed iron core, a holder connected to the movable iron core, a movable contact held by the holder, and the movable contact In the electromagnetic contactor constituted by the fixed contact fixed to the upper case and coming into contact with and separating from the yoke, the yoke extends from both ends of the yoke to the coupling position of the lower case and the upper case, and the lower case forming a fitting portion ear is fitted, the fitted the ear in the fitting portion of the lower case, may shall sandwiching the ear between the lower case and upper case. Accordingly, since the ear is merely interposed between the two cases, the fixing iron core can be easily attached , and the ear can be easily positioned, so that the fixing iron core can be easily attached .
[0009]
In the above configuration, the ears may be fixed to the lower case via a liner plate. Thereby, even if the plate | board thickness of a yoke changes, the fitting of an ear | edge and a fitting part can be adjusted easily.
[0010]
In such a configuration, the ear may be fixed to the lower case via a cushion plate. Thereby, the vibration received when the movable iron core collides with the fixed iron core is mitigated.
In this configuration, the ear may be fixed to the lower case with a screw with a head. Thereby, the fixed iron core is temporarily fixed to the lower case side in advance, so that the fixed iron core, the liner plate, and the cushion plate do not fall off from the lower case during assembly, and the fixing iron core can be attached more easily.
[0011]
Further, in this configuration, when one end of the conductive compression spring is connected to the electric circuit of the printed circuit board housed in the lower case, the compression spring is used when the ear of the yoke is fitted into the fitting portion of the lower case. the other end may be so that to electrically connect to the yoke. In order to reduce the power consumed by the coil when the contact is closed, the exciting current of the coil may flow in a pulsed manner. In order to prevent high-frequency noise due to this pulse from flowing to the contact or ground, the fixed iron core and the electric circuit of the printed board are electrically connected. This electrical connection is automatically made through a compression spring by coupling the upper case and the lower case. This eliminates the need for connecting the connection line from the printed circuit board to the fixed iron core.
[0012]
Further, in such a configuration, The rewritable connect one end of the fitting to the electrical circuit of the housing has been printed board in the lower case, when fitting the ear of the yoke to the fitting portion of the lower case, the other end of the bracket by held between the yoke ears and the lower case may be so that to electrically connect to the yoke. Also by this, the electrical connection between the fixed iron core and the electric circuit of the printed circuit board is automatically made through the metal fitting by the combination of the upper case and the lower case. This eliminates the need for connecting the connection line from the printed circuit board to the fixed iron core.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention projects the ears extending to the joint positions of the lower case and the upper case at both ends of the yoke, and forms the fitting portion into which the ears are fitted to the lower case. case the ear is fitted into the fitting portion, because the ears so as to clamp between the lower case and the upper case, attachment work of even less fixed core parts is simplified, shortened working time As well as operator fatigue.
[0026]
In the above configuration, the ear is fixed to the lower case via the liner plate. As a result, even if the thickness of the yoke changes, the fitting between the ear and the fitting portion can be easily adjusted, and the lower case can be shared, thereby reducing the cost.
[0027]
In such a configuration, the ear is fixed to the lower case via the cushion plate. Thereby, the vibration received when the movable iron core collides with the fixed iron core is mitigated, and noise can be reduced.
In such a configuration, the ear is fixed to the lower case by a screw with a head. Thereby, the fixed iron core, the liner plate, or the cushion plate is not dropped from the lower case during assembly, and the working time is further shortened. In addition, the headed screws, liner plates, cushions, and the like can be made smaller than the fixed parts of the conventional fixed iron core, thereby reducing the cost.
[0028]
Further, in this configuration, when one end of the conductive compression spring is connected to the electric circuit of the printed circuit board housed in the lower case, the compression spring is used when the ear of the yoke is fitted into the fitting portion of the lower case. since the other end was to be electrically connected to the yoke, work and connection terminals for connecting the connection lines from the printed circuit board to the fixed iron core is unnecessary, production cost is reduced.
