一実施例を図1乃至図7に示し、この実施例は、高速道路橋の裏面に吸音板10を設けて吸音壁W3 を構築するものであって、橋脚間のI桁H下面にその長さ方向に沿って各種の吊部材5を介して縦梁6を適宜に設け(図2a〜図2e)、さらに、その縦梁6に、適宜間隔で、吸音板10の取付用横梁1を設ける(図2f)。この横梁1のフランジ2には、吸音板10の取付用長孔7が適宜間隔に形成されており、この長孔7は横梁1の長さ方向のものとなっている。
