Description

【0001】

[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, the first embodiment of the sound absorbing / translucent soundproof wall of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 11 and the second embodiment with reference to FIGS.
As shown in the conceptual diagram of FIG. 2, the sound-absorbing / light-transmitting sound-proof wall of the present invention is a) an existing sound-proof wall in which a light-transmitting sound-insulating plate 2 is erected between left and right H-shaped columns 3 and 3. 1 and b) Translucent sound absorption layered with a translucent film-like material and a porous material attached to the target sound source side of the existing soundproof wall 1 with a space between the translucent sound insulation plate 2 It is comprised from the translucent sound-absorbing material panel 4 which attached the material 6 to the quadrilateral frame material 5. FIG.
[0009]
As the existing soundproof wall 1, as shown in FIG. 1, translucent sound insulation board 2 made of transparent resin is opposite to the road of H-shaped support columns 3 and 3 built at a predetermined interval (private side). (The cross-sectional structure will be described later). The translucent sound insulating plate 2 is a transparent plate made of acrylic resin or polycarbonate resin, and is generally a large plate having a thickness of 5 to 15 mm, a height of 2000 to 5000 mm, and a lateral width of about 2000 mm.
[0010]
(First embodiment)
Next, the translucent sound absorbing material panel 4 used in the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 3 which is a front view, the translucent sound-absorbing material panel 4 is a translucent film-like material, for example, a fluororesin film such as polyvinyl fluoride or polyfluorinated ethylene, polyester, polypropylene, or polyvinyl chloride. A transparent film material having a thickness of about 0.006 to 2 mm and a porous material, for example, a metal or resin mesh plate-like material such as a metal wire mesh, an expanded metal, a punching metal sheet, Basically, the light-transmitting sound-absorbing material 6 is formed by laminating and integrating perforated plate-like materials, and a four-frame member 5 that fixes the outer peripheral portion thereof.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 4 (transverse cross-sectional view) and FIG. 5 (vertical cross-sectional view), the translucent sound-absorbing material 6 is attached to a frame material composed of a quadruple frame material 5 and an intermediate frame material 7 with screws at appropriate intervals, The light-transmitting sound absorbing material panel 4 is formed by being attached by riveting or the like. In this case, the intermediate frame member 7 is a C-shaped or rectangular tube member that is laid horizontally in an appropriate middle of the four-frame member 5 for reinforcement when the height of the four-frame member 5 is 50 cm or more. Although there is, it is not necessarily an essential member.
[0012]
This quadruple frame member 5 is a C-shaped channel member made of metal or transparent resin and is framed in a quadrangular shape, and the mounting portion 51 of the translucent sound absorbing material 6 and the mounting portion 51 are covered on the front surface 5b of the quadruple frame. A dustproof / waterproof cover 52 is provided so as to project, and a ventilation opening 53 is provided through the gap covered by the dustproof / waterproof cover 52 to communicate with the opening between the mounting parts 51, and both sides 5a of the four-frame frame are provided. For example, a mounting bracket portion 54 to the H-shaped support column 3, for example, an angle member, is protruded laterally.
[0013]
6 is a cross-sectional view of the side end portion of the translucent sound absorbing material panel 4, FIG. 7 is an upper longitudinal cross section of the translucent sound absorbing material panel 4, and FIG. 8 is an intermediate frame member 7 of the translucent sound absorbing material panel 4. FIG. 9 shows the details of the lower longitudinal section of the translucent sound absorbing material panel 4 and the longitudinal section in the vicinity.
[0014]
The quadrilateral frame material 5 is preferably made of a metal such as iron or aluminum from the viewpoint of strength, but it can also be made of transparent synthetic resin. When a porous sound absorbing material 55 (75) is attached to the substantially U-shaped recess 5c (7c) of these four-circumferential frame members 5 (including the intermediate frame member 7) as illustrated in FIG. (Sound absorption rate) can be increased, which is preferable. The sound absorbing material 55 (75) may be attached to the entire length and width, or may be attached partially.
[0015]
In these drawings, the details of the attaching portion 51 of the translucent sound absorbing material 6 provided on the front surface 5b of the four-frame frame are illustrated. In this attachment portion 51, the end of the translucent sound absorbing material 6 to which the packing 61 is fitted is sandwiched between the presser fittings 62, and is attached to the front surface 5 b of the quadrilateral frame via the gap adjusting material 63 with blind rivets or screws 64. It is fixed. Such attachment parts 51 are provided at intervals of 100 mm to 300 mm over the four circumferences of the four-frame member 5.
In order to obtain air permeability, the gap adjusting material 63 uses a washer having a size of about 10 mm to 20 mm, but may be used in combination with a threading material.
[0016]
The intermediate frame member 7 is a U-shaped or square tube-shaped member and can be made of the same material as the four-frame member, but is preferably made of metal for the purpose of receiving external impacts, It is preferable to arrange one or a plurality so that the distance between them is 500 mm or less. The intermediate frame member 7 and the translucent sound-absorbing material 6 are fixed by blind rivets or screws 74 via the presser fitting 72 and the gap adjusting member 73 in substantially the same manner as in the case of the four-round frame member 5. .
[0017]
And when attaching the translucent sound-absorbing material panel 4, if the rear end portion of the intermediate frame member 7 is brought into close contact with the translucent sound-insulating plate 2, the sound-insulating property in the low frequency range is obtained by suppressing the plate vibration of the translucent sound-insulating plate 2. Several dB can be improved. In this case, it is preferable to attach a buffer material 71 to the rear end portion 7a of the intermediate frame member 7 that comes into contact with the translucent sound insulating plate 2 (see FIG. 5).
[0018]
Further, since a ventilation opening 53 is provided through the gap covered with the dustproof / waterproof cover 52 to the opening between the mounting parts 51, it is surrounded by the translucent sound absorbing material 6 and the translucent sound insulating board 2. Ventilation inside the sound barrier is measured, so problems such as condensation inside can be avoided. Further, since the ventilation opening 53 and the mounting portion 51 of the translucent sound absorbing material 6 are covered with the dustproof / waterproof cover 52, the intrusion of dust and rainwater is prevented and protected.
[0019]
Next, the structure of the soundproof wall according to the first embodiment will be described below with reference to FIG. 10 based on how the light-transmitting sound absorbing material panel 4 described above is attached to the existing soundproof wall 1.
(A) Drilling the road-side flange portion 31 of the H-shaped support column 3 of the existing soundproof wall 1, and attaching the L-shaped mounting bracket 8, which is a bracket whose base end portion 81 and extension portion 82 are bent into an L shape, The base end portion 81 is brought into contact with the web portion 32, and the distal end portion of the extension portion 82 is protruded and fastened with a bolt.
[0020]
The L-shaped bracket 8 is an intermediate bracket for coupling the H-shaped support column 3 and the translucent sound-absorbing material panel 4, and its extension 82 has a bolt hole 82 a coupled to the back surface of the flange portion 31, and A bolt hole 82b that is coupled to the mounting bracket portion 54 of the translucent sound absorbing material panel 4 is prepared at the protruding tip portion. These bolt holes 82a and 82b are preferably long holes whose positions can be adjusted. It is preferable that the L-shaped bracket 8 has a shape that can be shared with the case shown in FIG.
[0021]
(B) Lift the translucent sound-absorbing material panel 4 and carry it to the planned mounting position, and fix the L-shaped mounting bracket 8 attached to the H-shaped support column and the mounting bracket portion 54 on the panel side with bolts; A predetermined sound-absorbing air layer is provided between the light-transmitting sound insulating plate 2 and disposed. In the same manner, the lower panel is sequentially stacked from the upper panel. Arrange so that there is no gap between the top and bottom of the panel. In this case, the bolt hole 54a prepared in the mounting bracket portion 54 on the panel side is preferably formed as a long hole whose position can be adjusted perpendicular to the bolt hole 82b of the L-shaped bracket 8.
[0022]
The space (air layer) between the translucent sound insulating plate 2 and the translucent sound absorbing material 6 is preferably about 50 to 100 mm in thickness, but may be appropriately adjusted according to the required performance. Increasing the air layer increases the sound absorption coefficient in the low frequency range, and decreasing the air layer decreases the sound absorption coefficient in the low frequency range. The air layer thickness can be adjusted by changing the thickness of the quadrilateral frame material or adjusting the size and position of the mounting bracket. Moreover, it is good to attach the fall prevention wire rope fixed to the support | pillar to the translucent sound-absorbing material panel.
[0023]
The example illustrated in FIG. 11 is an example in which the translucent sound absorbing material panel 4 is attached to the web portion of the H-shaped column of the existing soundproof wall 1.
If the web portion 32 of the existing H-shaped support column is too long and is not preferable for attachment to the flange portion 31, the web portion 32 is perforated instead of the flange portion 31, and the L-shaped mounting bracket 8 The proximal end portion 81 is fastened with a bolt. The L-shaped mounting bracket 8 may have the same form as the L-shaped mounting bracket 8 of the previous example. In this case, the translucent sound-absorbing material panel 4 can be fixed using the bolt hole 82b having a long hole whose position can be adjusted, as in the previous example.
[0024]
In the translucent sound-absorbing material panel 4 illustrated in FIG. 11, the translucent sound-absorbing material 6 is stretched in the inner peripheral surface of the four-frame member 5 (second embodiment), unlike the previous ones. However, in the present invention, such a form is also included.
Hereinafter, as in the previous case, the light-transmitting sound absorbing material panel 4 is lifted and carried to the planned mounting position, and the soundproof wall is formed by a series of construction work such as fixing and mounting the prepared L-shaped mounting bracket 8 with bolts. It can be configured.
[0025]
(Second Embodiment)
Next, a sound absorbing / translucent soundproof wall according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
This embodiment is also intended for the existing sound barrier 1 illustrated and described above in FIG. 1, and as shown in the conceptual diagram of FIG. An existing soundproof wall 1 standing between 3 and 3, b) a translucent sound- proofing plate 1 attached to the target sound source side of the existing soundproof wall 1 with a space between the light-transmitting sound-insulating plate 2 The point comprised from the translucent sound-absorbing material panel 4 which attached the translucent sound-absorbing material 6 which laminated | stacked the film-form material and the porous material to the quadrilateral frame material 5 is the same as that of 1st Embodiment.
[0026]
Next, the translucent sound absorbing material panel 4 in the second embodiment will be described. The translucent sound-absorbing material panel 4 is shown in FIG. 12 which is a front view, but the basic structure is the same as in the case of FIG. 3 described above. A specific difference from that of FIG. 3 is that the embodiment of FIG. 12 lacks mounting bracket portions (shown as 54 in FIG. 4) provided on both sides in FIG. is there.
[0027]
The translucent sound absorbing material 6 in the translucent sound absorbing material panel 4 includes a four-round frame member 5 and, if necessary, an intermediate frame member 7 as illustrated in FIG. 13 (transverse sectional view) and FIG. 14 (vertical sectional view). A translucent sound-absorbing material panel 4 is formed by being attached to a frame material made of the above by screwing or riveting at appropriate intervals. In this case, the specifications of the intermediate frame member 7 are the same as those described above.
[0028]
This quadrilateral frame material 5 is a metal or transparent resin C-shaped channel material framed in a quadrangular shape, and is made of metal or synthetic material for attaching a translucent sound absorbing material 6 to the four-circumferential frame inner peripheral surface 5d. A resin mounting frame member 50 is fixed. The mounting frame member 50 is a U-shaped frame member having a bent portion 50a, 50c provided on both sides of the bottom 50b and opened inward. The bottom 50b is connected to the inner peripheral surface 5d of the four-frame frame with screws, bolts, etc. The end of the translucent sound absorbing material 6 is fixed to the inner bent piece 50a to form the translucent sound absorbing material panel 4. Since the outer bent piece 50c has the role of dustproof / waterproof like the dustproof / waterproof cover 52 of the first embodiment, the length may be shorter than the bent piece 50a.
The four-frame member 5 and the attachment frame member 50 may be integrally formed.
[0029]
In this second embodiment, the shape and material of the four-round frame member 5 and the intermediate frame member 7 are the same as in the previous case, and the porous sound absorbing material 55 (75) is mounted as illustrated in FIGS. The point that can be done is also the same.
[0030]
The specific structure for attaching the translucent sound absorbing material 6 to the inner peripheral surface 5b of the four-frame frame is as shown in FIG. 6 of the first embodiment, where the end of the translucent sound absorbing material 6 fitted with the packing 61 is A structure that is sandwiched between the presser fittings 62 and fixed with screws or blind rivets 64 via a gap adjusting member 63 is applied mutatis mutandis. The fixed interval is also the same. The same applies to the specifications of the intermediate frame member 7, the mounting structure with the translucent sound absorbing material 6, and the cushioning material disposed at the rear end of the intermediate frame member 7.
[0031]
Also in the second embodiment, the light-transmitting sound absorbing material 6 and the light-transmitting sound absorbing material 6 are transmitted through the clearance covered with the outer bent piece 50 c serving as a dustproof / waterproof cover and the space between the fixed portions of the light transmitting sound absorbing material 6. Since the ventilation inside the soundproof wall surrounded by the light insulation board 2 is measured, the problem that the inside is condensed can be avoided.
[0032]
Next, the structure of the soundproof wall according to the second embodiment will be described below with reference to FIG. 15 based on a method of attaching the light transmissive sound absorbing material panel 4 to the existing soundproof wall 1.
(A) In this example, the existing soundproof wall 1 is a space between the private side flange 31b of the H-shaped support column 3 and the protruding piece 33a of the L-shaped angled fixing bracket 33 bolted to the web 32. The sound-proof wall 2 is sandwiched between the H-shaped support columns 3 and 3 and the sound-proof wall is used as a target.
[0033]
(B) The translucent sound-absorbing material panel 4 configured as described above is lifted and carried to the intended mounting position, lowered from the upper end portions of the H-shaped columns 3 and 3, and fixed to the road-side flange 31 a of the H-shaped column 3. The translucent sound-absorbing material panel 4 can be installed between the H-shaped columns 3 and 3 by inserting the quadrilateral frame material 5 of the sound-absorbing material panel 4 between the protruding piece portions 33 a of the metal fitting 33. In this case, as shown in FIG. 17, it is preferable to fix the sound absorbing material panel 4 so as not to loosen by using a leaf spring shaped spring member 56b on the upper part of the translucent sound absorbing material panel 4 and an elastic member 56 on the lower part. .
[0034]
(C) In the same manner, the lower panels are sequentially stacked from the lower panel to the upper stage so that there is no gap between the upper and lower panels. Thus, a predetermined sound-absorbing air layer is provided between the translucent sound absorbing material 6 and the translucent sound insulating plate 2. The sound absorbing space layer preferably has a thickness of about 50 to 100 mm, but may be adjusted appropriately according to the required performance, as in the first embodiment.
[0035]
As described above, in the present invention, the translucent sound-absorbing material panels 4 are stacked. In this case, as shown in FIG. 17, the road-side flange 31a of the H-shaped column and the protruding piece portion of the fixing bracket If the upper lower surface 5au and the lower upper surface 5ad of the quadrilateral frame member 5 sandwiched between the upper peripheral surface 33a and the lower upper surface 5ad are formed on a horizontal plane, they can be stacked substantially without gaps. It is appropriate to fit and fix a block-shaped elastic member 56a or a leaf spring-shaped spring member 56b to the clearance with the road side flange 31a.
[0036]
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 18, even if the upper lower surface 5au and the lower upper surface 5ad of the quadrilateral frame member 5 are formed on inclined surfaces having the same angle, they can be stacked substantially without gaps. In this case, when inclined downwardly toward the road side, if the projecting piece 57 is suspended from the back surface of the upper quadrilateral frame member 5 and locked to the back surface of the lower quadruple frame member 5, Since the position is constrained, the elastic member 56a in FIG. 17 can be omitted.
[0037]
The example which attaches the translucent sound-absorbing material panel 4 shown in the following FIG. 16 to the web part of the H-shaped support | pillar of the existing soundproof wall is shown.
If the web portion 32 of the existing H-shaped support column is too long and is not preferable to be attached to the flange portion 31, the web portion 32 is punched instead of the flange portion 31 as in the first embodiment. The base end portion 81 of the L-shaped mounting bracket 8 is fastened with a bolt. However, unlike the L-shaped mounting bracket 8 of the previous example, the L-shaped mounting bracket 8 does not require the bolt hole 82b for fixing the panel 4 or the like.
[0038]
Next, the four-frame member 5 of the translucent sound-absorbing material panel 4 is stacked between the extension 82 of the L-shaped mounting bracket 8 and the protruding piece 33a of the fixing bracket. However, the mode is exactly the same as the previous case. It goes without saying that the description using FIGS. 17 and 18 is similarly applied in this case.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
Since the sound absorbing / translucent soundproof wall of the present invention is configured as described above, the following excellent effects can be obtained.
1) A light-transmitting sound-absorbing material panel that can be easily attached to a sound-proof wall made of an existing light-transmitting sound-insulating plate makes it possible to construct a sound-proof wall with improved sound absorption, effectively preventing noise reflection from the sound-proof wall. The noise of the traveling vehicle can be reduced.
2) Since the translucent sound-absorbing material panel can be easily attached to the housing of the H-shaped support column, the installation labor is greatly reduced.
[0040]
3) Since the translucent sound-absorbing material panel is provided with an intermediate frame material, it is possible to receive the cargo that has jumped out of the vehicle and prevent it from falling to the outside (private side) of the road, thus improving safety.
4) The sound insulation of the soundproof wall can be further improved by bringing the intermediate frame material and the translucent sound insulation board into close contact with each other.
Therefore, the present invention has extremely great practical value as a sound-absorbing and translucent soundproof wall that has solved the conventional problems.
