Description
【0001】

[0009]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, performs humidification with high saturation efficiency, reliably removes dust and harmful gases in the air, suppresses the amount of fountain water, reduces pump power, An object of the present invention is to provide an air washer capable of reducing the size.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, an air washer of the present invention has an air inlet and an air outlet, and a water spray chamber in which an air flow is generated from the air inlet toward the air outlet, and an air inlet of the water spray chamber. The first washer medium to be arranged, the second washer medium to be arranged at the air outlet of the water spray chamber, and the spray that is located downstream from the first washer medium and reaches the first washer medium in the direction opposite to the air flow. A nozzle for spraying water, a water tank for receiving the spray water flowing down in the water spray chamber, a circulating water supply system for circulating the circulating water in the water tank to the nozzle, and an intermediate part of the circulating water supply system And a porous bubble generator for supplying microbubbles into the circulating water by compressed air supplied from a compressed air supply source.
[0011]
With the above-described configuration, the circulating water from the water storage tank is sprayed from the nozzle so as to oppose the air flow flowing from the air inlet of the water spray chamber through the first washer medium. This circulating water contains microbubbles supplied from the porous bubble generator in the middle of the circulating water supply system, and immediately after spraying from the nozzle, the microbubbles are ruptured by decompression and become fine particles. Contact efficiency with dust and harmful gas inside is improved.
[0012]
Part of the dust and harmful gas in the air that collides with the fine particles of the spray water reaches the first washer medium together with the spray water, and the first washer medium captures the spray water accompanied by dust and harmful gas. The spray water that has reached the first washer medium flows down by washing away dust adhering to the first washer medium, takes in harmful gas, flows into the water storage tank, evaporates in the process of flowing down, and humidifies the air.
[0013]
Part of the spray water particles that did not collide with the l-th washer media collide with the ceiling surface, wall surface, or water storage surface of the water spray chamber, but otherwise move on the air stream and evaporate in the process. The air is humidified and dust and harmful gas in the air are taken in to reach the second washer medium, and the second washer medium captures the spray water accompanied by dust and harmful gas. The circulating water staying in the water tank is circulated through the circulating water supply system and sprayed again from the nozzle.
[0014]
In this way, microbubbles are mixed into the circulating water, and the spray water sprayed from the first stage nozzle is microparticulated by bursting of microbubbles due to reduced pressure, improving the contact efficiency with dust and harmful gases, and removing them. Since air is humidified, even if the ratio of the amount of water sprayed to the air flow rate is set low and the external dimensions are reduced, dust and harmful gases in the air can be sufficiently removed, and air can be saturated and humidified efficiently. In addition, the output of an actuator such as a pump in the circulating water supply system can be reduced, and the space can be saved by downsizing the actuator.

Incidentally, Table 1 shows the effect of the present invention. In any of the first, second, and third embodiments, spray water is atomized by bursting of microbubbles to improve contact efficiency with dust and harmful gas. 【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the spray water sprayed from the first stage nozzle is microparticulated by the bursting of microbubbles, improving the contact efficiency with dust and harmful gas, and removing and humidifying the air. Therefore, even if the ratio of the amount of spray water to the air flow rate is set low and the external dimensions are reduced, dust and harmful gases in the air can be sufficiently removed and the air can be saturated and humidified efficiently. The output of an actuator such as a pump in the circulating water supply system can be reduced, and the space can be saved by downsizing the actuator.
