このため、育苗ハウス内において作業者は中腰になって苗箱を地面に並べる作業を行わねばならず、重労働となると共に作業能率も悪いものであった。また、できるだけ多くの苗箱を並べるため育苗ハウス内の地面に敷き詰めるように前記苗箱を互いに接させて並べるとき、苗箱を互いに接させるべく一度地面に降ろした苗箱を地面上で移動させる作業が困難なものとなり、苗箱を並べる作業において作業能率を低下させるものとなっていた。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明は、上記課題を解決すべく次の技術的手段を講じた。
すなわち、主フレーム(11)と作業者が把持するグリップ(9)とを備え、苗箱(1)の対向する両端部(2,2)のそれぞれに係合する固定係合体(7)及び可動係合体(8)を主フレーム(11)の下部に設け、前記可動係合体(8)は、先端部(8a)が固定係合体(7)側に回動して苗箱(1)の端部(2)に係合する状態と先端部(8a)が苗箱(1)の反対側に回動して苗箱(1)の端部(2)への係合を解除する状態とに切り替える構成とし、前記可動係合体(8)の苗箱(1)の端部(2)への係合を解除した状態で地面に降ろした該苗箱(1)固定係合体(7)で前記可動係合体(8)による係合が解除された側へ押して移動させるための回動軸(22a)を主フレーム(11)に設けたことを特徴とする苗箱把持具とした。

【発明の効果】
従って、本発明の苗箱把持具は、地面に降ろした苗箱を地面上で上記可動係合体(8)による係合が解除された側へ押して移動させるための回動軸(22a)を主フレーム(11)に設けているので、育苗ハウス内の地面に敷き詰めるように苗箱を互いに接させて並べるとき、前記可動係合体(8)の係合を解除させるために可動係合体(8)が係合する側の苗箱の側方部に既に地面に並べられている苗箱とのスペ−スをとって苗箱を地面に降ろし、前記スペ−スをとった側の可動係合体(8)の係合を解除し、そのまま回動軸(22a)回りに回動させることにより地面に降ろした苗箱を地面上で固定係合体(7)で前記可動係合体(8)による係合が解除された側へ押して前記スペ−スを無くすように既に地面に並べられている苗箱と接触する位置まで移動させることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明の実施の一形態を図面に基づき説明する。
図1は、マット状の水稲苗を栽培するための苗箱1であり、この苗箱1は、長手方向約60cm、短手方向約30cmの長方形の形状のマット苗を育苗できるように、四方の側壁2,2,3,3及び底板4が設けられ上部が開放された構成となっている。尚、前記四方の側壁2,2,3,3は、前記底板4の上面からの高さが29〜30mmとなるように設けられている。前記底板4には無数の排水孔5…を設けており、育苗培土に保持されず苗箱1の底部に降下した水を前記排水孔5…から排水し、灌水により生じた苗箱1の底部に降下した過分な水分を苗箱1内から排出するようになっている。また、この苗箱1の外周部は、前記側壁2,2,3,3が上端の外側で下方に折り曲げた鈎型に構成されている。
