この発明は、播種された苗箱、もしくは播種したのち発芽させた苗箱を地面に並べるための苗箱並べ機関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、水稲や野菜等の苗を育苗するための苗箱がある。この苗箱において、育苗施設等で播種あるいは出芽まで行わせたあと、苗箱並べ機を使用して前記苗箱を育苗ハウス内の地面に敷き詰めるように並べ、苗が移植機等で圃場内に移植できる大きさに生育するまで育苗するようになっている。

尚、前記苗箱並べ機は、育苗ハウスの出入口から育苗ハウス内にかけて敷設された走行レ−ル上を走行するように設けられ、前記走行レ−ルに直交する方向に延びる機枠に沿って苗箱を並べる毎に順次苗箱1枚分の距離を走行し、次列の苗箱を並べる構成となっており、前記機枠が走行方向に対して左右方向に長く設けられる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
育苗ハウス内に苗箱を並べるにあたり、上記構成の苗箱並べ機を育苗ハウス外から該育苗ハウス内へ搬送する際、前記苗箱並べ機が走行方向に対して左右方向に長く構成されるので、育苗ハウスの出入口が苗箱並べ機の左右幅より小さければ、苗箱並べ機を分割して搬入し育苗ハウス内で組み立てるか、苗箱並べ機を左右方向に移動させながら前記出入口を通過させなければならない。

上記課題を解決するために、本発明は次のような技術的手段を講じた。

【発明の効果】
よって、苗箱位置決め枠17を左右で一体的に構成し簡素化を図ることができると共に、苗箱トロッコ19を左側に移動させて苗箱位置決め枠17の左側部分17Lを下降させることにより、該左側部分17Lで苗箱並べ作業が行え、逆に苗箱トロッコ19を右側に移動させて苗箱位置決め枠17の右側部分17Rを下降させることにより、該右側部分17Rで苗箱並べ作業が行える。そして、苗箱トロッコ19の重心が左右方向で左右の苗箱位置決め枠回動軸26L,26Rの間にあるときは、苗箱位置決め枠17が非苗箱並べ状態となるので、苗箱トロッコ19が多少左右移動しても苗箱位置決め枠17が回動するようなことを防止することができるため、苗箱位置決め枠17を安定させた状態で苗箱トロッコ19を走行レール9の上方位置へ移動させることができ、作業者が走行レ−ル9部分で苗箱トロッコ19への苗箱群Bの供給作業を安全に行うことができる。また、苗箱並べ 機を走行レ−ル9に沿って前後方向に移動させるとき、苗箱位置決め枠17を安定させた状態で苗箱トロッコ19を走行レール9の上方位置へ移動させることができるので、作業者が走行レ−ル9部分で苗箱並べ機を前後方向に安全に移動させることができ、搬送台車1により苗箱並べ機を容易に育苗ハウス内へ搬送することができる

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明の実施の一形態を図面に基づき説明する。

図1、図2及び図3は、搬送台車1を示したものであり、この搬送台車1は、前後左右に計4個の走行車輪2を備えて構成される。前記走行車輪2は、平面視で枠状の車体フレ−ム3に取り付けられている。尚、前記車体フレ−ム3の中央部には、該車体フレ−ム3間を繋ぐ補助フレ−ム4を設けている。前記車体フレ−ム3の上側には計4個のロ−ラ5を回転自在に設けており、このロ−ラ5の上側に該ロ−ラ5と接する円形の回転テ−ブル6を設けている。前記回転テ−ブル6は、前記補助フレ−ム4の上側に設けた上下方向の回動軸7回りに回動可能に設けられ、前記ロ−ラ5を回転させながら横方向に回動する構成となっている。この回転テ−ブル6の上側には、2本の移動用レ−ル8を平行に固着して設けている。この移動用レ−ル8は、断面円形の筒軸により構成され、後述する苗箱並べ機が移動するためのレ−ルとなる。また、前記走行車輪2は中央部に溝2aを設けた構成となっており、この搬送台車1は、図4に示す育苗ハウスA外から育苗ハウスAの出入口A1を介して該育苗ハウスA内の地面に並行に敷設された2本の走行レ−ル9を走行可能に構成されている。尚、前記走行レ−ル9は、断面円形の筒軸により構成され、搬送台車1の移動用レ−ル8と2本のレ−ル間隔(レ−ル幅)が同一となっている。

尚、前記育苗ハウスA内は、播種、覆土した苗箱aを地面に並べて出芽させ苗が所定の大きさになるまで育苗するためのものである。尚、場合によっては、出芽させた状態の苗箱aを並べて育苗することもある。

前記苗箱aは、図5に示すように、マット状の水稲苗を栽培するものであり、長手方向約60cm、短手方向約30cmの長方形の形状のマット苗を育苗できるように四方の側壁11,12及び底板13が設けられ上部が開放された構成となっている。尚、前記四方の側壁11,12は、前記底板13の上面からの高さが29〜30mmとなるように設けられている。前記底板13には無数の排水孔14を設けており、育苗培土に保持されず苗箱aの底部に降下した水を前記排水孔14から排水し、灌水により生じた苗箱aの底部に降下した過分な水分を苗箱a内から排出するようになっている。また、この苗箱aの外周部は、前記側壁11,12が上端の外側で下方に折り曲げた鈎型に構成されている。そして、複数の苗箱aを上下に段積みするとき、互いの苗箱aの一部が側面視で重複するようにして該苗箱aが段積みされる。

次に、育苗ハウスA内に苗箱aを並べる作業について説明する。
育苗ハウスA内において、図5、図6、図7及び図11に示すように、苗箱並べ機の一例である苗箱並べ補助器具15を使用して地面に敷き詰めるように苗箱aを並べていく。この苗箱並べ補助器具15は、育苗ハウスAの出入口A1から育苗ハウスA内の地面に並行に敷設された2本の走行レ−ル9上を走行する走行台車16、該走行台車16に支持された左右一体の苗箱位置決め枠17、該苗箱位置決め枠17に連結された左右それぞれの踏み板18及び前記苗箱位置決め枠17上を移動する苗箱トロッコ19を備えており、前記苗箱位置決め枠17の前記レール9の左右近傍には苗箱aの左右位置を決めるための左右それぞれの左右位置決めディスク20、及び前記苗箱位置決め枠17の前部には苗箱aの前後方向の位置決めをするための前後位置決めプレート21を設けている。尚、前記走行台車16の走行車輪22は中央部に溝22aを設けた構成となっている。尚、この苗箱並べ補助器具15は、左右移動する苗箱トロッコ19を除いて左右対称に構成されている。この苗箱並べ補助器具15により、レール9の左右にそれぞれ左右1列につき4枚づつ苗箱aを並べるようになっている。前記苗箱トロッコ19は、車輪23により苗箱位置決め枠17上を左右方向に移動するようになっており、該トロッコ19が備える前後方向に搬送可能なローラコンベア24上に床土を詰めて種籾を播種、覆土した苗箱a…が複数枚(20枚)づつ段積みされた苗箱群Bを2個載置するようになっている。すなわち、前記苗箱トロッコ19は、苗箱aを搭載して機枠となる苗箱位置決め枠17上を左右方向に移動する苗箱供給装置となっている。また、前記苗箱トロッコ19には、移動用のハンドル25を設けている。尚、前記苗箱群Bは、パレットpに載置された状態で前記苗箱トロッコ19へ供給される。

ところで、この苗箱並べ補助器具15は、育苗ハウスAの走行レ−ル9と搬送台車1の移動用レ−ル8とを接続する2本の案内レ−ル41を介して前記移動用レ−ル8上に載るようになっている。前記案内レ−ル41は、断面円形の軸により構成され、前記走行レ−ル9及び前記移動用レ−ル8と2本のレ−ル間隔(レ−ル幅)を同幅に設けている。この案内レ−ル41は、2本の案内レ−ル41を繋ぐ前後の支持プレ−ト42と前記移動用レ−ル8との第一接続部43と前記走行レ−ルとの第二接続部44とを備えて構成されている。前記第一接続部43は、案内レ−ル41端に該レ−ル41より径が小さい軸43aを備えて構成され、該軸43aが前記移動用レ−ル8の一端の筒軸内に挿入されて案内レ−ル41と移動用レ−ル8を接続する構成となっている。また、前記第二接続部44は、案内レ−ル41端に一部が該レ−ル41を上方から覆うように固着して設けたコの字型の案内プレ−ト44aを備えて構成され、該案内プレ−ト44aが前記走行レ−ル9の上方から載ることにより案内レ−ル41と走行レ−ル9とを接続する構成となっている。尚、前記第一接続部43は案内レ−ル41の主要部41aに対して屈曲して設けられており、移動用レ−ル8に案内レ−ル41を接続すると、前記案内レ−ル41の主要部41aが地面に対して前後に傾斜するようになっている。従って、走行レ−ル9上の搬送台車1の移動用レ−ル8と前記走行レ−ル9との高低差があるにも拘らず、案内レ−ル41により前記移動用レ−ル8と前記走行レ−ル9とを接続することができる。
