Claims (5)
- 非破壊検査における溶接継手の超音波探傷試験において、超音波探触子から超音波ビームを発して上記溶接継手を斜角探傷する場合に得られた超音波反射エコーに対する超音波ビーム広がりを考慮した反射源位置の算出座標範囲と、被検査材の超音波探傷面及び探傷面裏側に対して光学測定器を用いて得られた上記溶接継手の表面形状とを比較し、超音波反射エコーに対する超音波ビーム広がりを考慮した反射源位置の算出座標範囲内に、光学測定による表面形状に超音波反射エコー反射源の原因となる表面形状が存在しない場合に内部欠陥と判定し、表面形状に欠陥が存在する場合に表面欠陥と判定し、内部欠陥及び表面欠陥が存在していない場合に上記反射エコーを形状エコーと判定することを特徴とする形状エコー判別方法。
- 請求項1において光学測定器がカメラである形状エコー判別方法。
- 請求項1において光学測定器がレーザー形状計測装置である形状エコー判別方法。
- 請求項1の形状エコー判別方法を用いて、超音波探傷試験装置に、溶接継手の形状計測を行う光学測定器として、カメラとカメラ画像を得るための光源、又はレーザー形状計測装置を有し、光学測定器の光学測定位置が超音波探傷位置と連動する機構部を有することを特徴とする形状エコー判別装置。
- 請求項4において超音波探傷装置に自動超音波探傷装置を用い、自動超音波探傷装置における超音波反射エコー情報に基づいて光学測定器を動作させ、記録することを特徴とする形状エコー判別装置。
