Description

【0001】

[0001]
The present invention comprises a snap lid and a snap element provided at the upper peripheral edge of the container for snapping the lid, and a portion that comes into close contact with the upper peripheral edge of the container when the lid is snapped to the container And a plastic container in which this part of the lid and the upper peripheral edge of the container form a seal in intimate contact.
[0002]
This type of plastic container is used to transport a variety of goods, and has proved to be extremely effective for transportation purposes, particularly in the industrial and food related sectors. However, there still remains a problem with the sufficient leakage prevention performance of plastic containers for the transport of liquids or low viscosity materials. This is especially a problem when transporting volatile and other critical materials such as oils, especially mineral oils. Although various efforts have been made to achieve sufficient leakage prevention performance for plastic containers used for transporting these substances by providing a corresponding shape for the upper peripheral edge of the container and the lid, the known plastic containers are sufficient. High leakage prevention performance that cannot be performed is essential.
German Offenlegungsschrift 4,422,534 discloses a totally injection molded single edge plastic container with a snap lid, in which the lid is inserted into the opening of the container by mounting the lid. In contact with the inner surface, the peripheral edge of the lid is in close contact with the peripheral wall of the container inside.
[0003]
The objective of this invention is providing the plastic container with a snap lid which can satisfy | fill the above-mentioned special request | requirement imposed on the leakage prevention performance with high reliability.
[0004]
According to the plastic container with a snap lid according to the present invention, the entire periphery seal portion made of a material having elasticity larger than that of the container and the lid is provided as a seal portion between the container and the lid, and the seal portion is The problem is solved by integrally forming at least one corresponding part of the container and the lid to form a seal. That is, the seal portion is formed of an integrally formed all-around seal portion, and this seal portion sits tightly between the container and the lid when the lid is attached to the container, and is larger than the lid and / or the container. It is made of an elastic material, particularly a rubber material. As described above, the seal portion is integrally formed with at least one of the container and the lid constituting the container with the snap lid according to the present invention. In this case, tolerances associated with manually inserted seals are eliminated, and even if the seal part is fixed to the lid or container, even if it receives an external force, such as dropping the container, the seal part Can always be fixed and fixed on the member. The seal portion is preferably integrally molded by an injection method such as an injection molding method, thereby eliminating the formation of, for example, a seam. In forming the seal portion, the elastic material can be injected into the same mold immediately after forming the lid or the related portion of the container, and in particular, manufacturing tolerances and fitting tolerances can be reduced.
[0005]
The sealing part is advantageously formed integrally with the lid, in which case the width of the sealing part can be made, for example, about 1.5 to 3 times thicker than the thickness of the peripheral edge of the upper part of the container, but the invention is not limited to this. Is not to be done. The seal part may have a seal region that extends essentially horizontally, and this seal region may have a cross-sectional shape such as a U-shape or a V-shape, for example. The seal region may be single, or two or more separate seal regions having different linear or planar seal contact widths, material thicknesses, or material characteristics may be formed. The plurality of seal regions may be coupled to each other and / or divided from each other in the radial direction or the axial direction.
[0006]
The seal part is preferably arranged in the peripheral groove of the lid that opens facing the upper peripheral edge of the container. In this case, the seal part may extend over the entire width of the peripheral groove, thereby You may make it acquire an additional fixing effect | action with respect to the shift | offset | difference of a horizontal direction. The inner side surfaces on both sides of the peripheral groove can surround the inner and outer side surfaces of the container top edge, preferably without forming or forming a slight lateral play, but the present invention is not limited to this.
[0007]
The sealing part preferably has two sealing regions extending in different directions so as to be in intimate contact with the container top edge region at different angles. For this purpose, the seal portion is particularly U-shaped, V-shaped or L-shaped in cross section, or other seal regions can form a face-to-face seal even if the portion to be sealed is a convex portion, for example. It can have a cross-sectional shape. These differently oriented seal areas can be configured as a single part, or can be configured as multiple parts, i.e., non-continuous design structures, each or preferably all of these single or multiple seal areas being the container and And / or configured as a seal segment integrally formed with the lid.
[0008]
When the container is closed with the lid attached, the seal portion is in a substantially horizontal seal area that is in intimate contact with the top edge of the upper peripheral edge of the container, and preferably inward of the container at a position radially inward of the top edge of the container. It is preferable to have an inclined sealing region that extends downward and inclines and is in intimate contact with the inner peripheral surface of the container top edge. The inclined sealing area may be slightly inclined in the vertical direction with the container standing upright, and the angle between the two sealing areas may range from 90 ° to 135 ° or more. The inclined sealing area terminates in the inclined area and preferably extends substantially linearly. The length of the inclined seal region can be substantially equal to the length of the horizontal seal region, and can be, for example, ¼ or more of the total length of the seal region. Similarly, the upper peripheral edge of the container also preferably has a horizontal sealing area and a radially inner bevel or chamfer for positioning the longitudinally inclined sealing area, but of course other design configurations are possible. is there. As a result, even if the force acts laterally on the seal region, it is always absorbed by the flexible seal, so that high leakage prevention performance can be ensured.
[0009]
The seal portion may have one or a plurality of circumferential seal ribs that protrude toward the top edge of the container so as to be in close contact with a partial region of the container, particularly the upper peripheral edge of the container. The height of the seal rib can be made smaller than the wall thickness of the container. The top edge of the container may be flat or may have one or more circumferential ribs, but these circumferential ribs are at least partly in combination with one or more sealing ribs on the lid side. An all-around groove that can be engaged may be formed. It is also possible to provide seal ribs in different areas of the seal, for example in horizontal and / or longitudinally inclined areas. The cross-sectional shape of the seal rib need not coincide with the entire circumferential groove on the top edge of the container as long as a sufficient sealing effect is obtained. The cross-sectional shape of the circumferential groove on the top edge of the container can be configured to be the same as or smaller than the cross-sectional shape of the sealing rib, so that the circumferential groove is completely closed by the flexible sealing rib when the lid is properly installed. It comes off. Also, the cross-sectional shape of the circumferential groove can be made larger than the cross-sectional shape of the sealing rib to be fitted, and in this case, the web portion around the circumferential groove prevents the relative movement of the sealing rib in the lateral direction. do. This web portion is at the edge that defines the circumferential groove and is in intimate contact with the seal portion. If necessary, one or more circumferential ribs may be provided on the top edge of the container and engaged with a groove provided on the flexible seal side for the above purpose. In particular, the structure of the contact portion between the seal portion and the container top edge can be a shape that is not matched or complementary, so that the rib on the seal side does not fit into the opposing groove on the container top edge side. On the other hand, the rib of the seal portion comes into close contact with, for example, the side portion of the rib on the container top edge side. As a result, a misaligned inter-fitting is achieved that ensures a reliable and leak-proof sealing action. In this case, the height of the seal rib is preferably smaller than the wall thickness of the container, and may be, for example, 1/2 to 1/5 or less of the container wall thickness, but the present invention is not limited to this. is not.
[0010]
The container top edge can also be provided with at least one rib for sealing the container in contact with the planar area of the seal. The rib is preferably at least partially or almost completely high enough to fit into the seal part when the lid is attached, in which case the seal part is larger than the material constituting the container. Needless to say, it has elasticity.
[0011]
The seal portion preferably has a height or thickness that can function as a deformation region at the same time that a force is applied to the seal region of the container or the lid, so that when some force is applied, the seal portion is more than the seal portion. Partial deformation of the hard lid and the container can be avoided.
[0012]
In order to seal the container when the lid is installed, the horizontal sealing area and / or the longitudinally inclined sealing area of the seal part is a part of the corresponding contact area of the container or the lid, preferably the entire surface (ie radial) It is possible to keep it in surface contact with the entire spread.
[0013]
A plurality of ribs protruding outward in the radial direction at the outer peripheral surface portion inclined outwardly downward may be integrally formed on the outer peripheral surface portion of the container adjacent to the container top edge. It can be configured as a circumferential rib whose radial dimension is smaller than the container wall thickness. These ribs can be made of the same material as the outer peripheral surface of the container, contributing to a substantial reduction in friction when pushing the lid, and in that case complementing the main sealing function with a flexible and compressible seal It also exhibits a secondary sealing function. Two or more such circumferential ribs can be provided on the outer peripheral edge of the container. When the lid is in the proper mounting position, these circumferential ribs should contact the lid without play and excessive compressive stress effects, so that the lid will fit correctly into the sealing position. May be separated from the lid by a slight play, and the present invention is not limited to these.
[0014]
According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, in order to stabilize the sealing region, a reinforcing rib projecting radially outward is provided on the container top edge, preferably the outer peripheral surface, on the snap element side facing the top edge of the container. It is integrally molded. This reinforcing rib preferably extends so as to surround the outer peripheral surface of the container and is continuously continuous, but may be divided into several reinforcing rib segments. Alternatively or additionally, one or more additional reinforcing ribs may be integrally formed on the snap element side facing the container top edge or on the opposite side. The thickness, i.e., height and / or width, of the reinforcing ribs may be about half of the container wall thickness, and in some cases may be equal to or greater than the wall thickness. By placing the reinforcing rib adjacent to the flexible seal, the sealing area of the container is particularly stabilized. The lid preferably contacts the radially outer portion of the reinforcing rib in the presence or absence of compressive stress so that forces acting on the side of the lid are directly absorbed by the reinforcing rib. For this purpose, the radially outer portion of the reinforcing rib may be configured as a flat portion. The space between the reinforcing rib and the snap element can be configured to accommodate the snap edge of the lid. The reinforcing rib can be provided inside the container as necessary.
[0015]
The snap engagement of the lid is preferably effective even for a container that has already been opened once. In other words, the snap area and the seal area are separated by a thin material that functions as, for example, a tamper-evident seal. Without being advantageous, it is advantageous for the lid part to be partly or completely removed or folded to open the container. The snap element can be provided directly on the top edge of the container or at a position away from the top edge, for example the surface of the edge protruding outward.
[0016]
The snap element for mounting the lid is preferably provided on the outer peripheral surface of the container, but may be provided on the inner side of the container in some cases.
[0017]
The periphery of the lid preferably has an outward slide inclined surface on a substantially longitudinal section, and the inclined surface is preferably joined to the top edge of the lid or its lower part. The slide inclined surface can be arranged directly above the circumferential reinforcing rib provided on the snap element on the outer peripheral surface of the container or at a position slightly away from the circumferential reinforcing rib. The inclined slide surface can be flush with the snap edge of the lid on the outside and can extend beyond the snap edge, but beyond the region protruding from the container wall. It is preferable to project outward in the radial direction.
[0018]
The upper peripheral portion of the container preferably has an outer peripheral collar portion that protrudes radially outward and downward, and a snap element is integrally formed on the collar portion. In this case, the outward reinforcing ribs integrally formed above the snap element are formed on the entire collar portion on the container side (in this case, the collar portion can also be reinforced) and / or the entire circumference of the outer peripheral surface of the container. It can be integrally formed in the upper part of the collar part. Since the entire peripheral collar portion extends downward from the outer peripheral surface of the container, the region of the snap element is isolated from the force acting on the seal portion.
[0019]
Although the downward all-around collar portion is preferably joined at the top edge of the container, that is, at a location separated by several times (for example, 1 to 2 times) the height level or wall thickness of the seal portion, It is not limited to this.
[0020]
The upper peripheral edge of the container is preferably provided with an all-around collar portion that projects outwardly in the radial direction and extends downward, and this all-around collar portion is a lid that is mounted on the container. It is located directly below and projects outward in the radial direction up to or beyond the periphery of the lid. This all-around collar part can be separately integrally formed on the wall part of the container. In this case, the bottom edge of the all-around collar part is flush with the snap edge of the lid, or is separated in the height direction. Is done. The all-around collar portion may be configured as an extended collar portion containing the snap element, that is, a shoulder portion that continues downward and outward. A tamper-evident tab or a sticker seal corresponding to this part can be arranged. The bottom edge of the lid abuts on the entire collar portion in the presence or absence of compressive stress, or a slight play against the collar portion, preferably so that the bottom edge of the lid cannot be touched by hand. It has become. The all-around collar portion may include a radial constriction so as to partially or completely enclose the bottom edge of the lid.
[0021]
One or a plurality of all-around collar portions may be reinforced by vertical ribs, or reinforcing ribs may be provided inside the collar portions and joined to the outer peripheral surface of the container. The reinforcing rib preferably has a recess or notch at the bottom, and the recess or notch allows the collar portion to retain a certain degree of flexibility and function as a deformation region.
[0022]
The lid is preferably provided with an annular seal portion that is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the container at a portion separated from the flexible seal portion in the longitudinal direction and / or the radial direction when the lid is attached to the container. The seal structure in this part can be made of the same material as the lid. That is, as the seal structure in this case, it is possible to configure the annular seal portion as an annular projecting rib that integrally extends downward from the lower surface of the lid, or as an annular shoulder portion on the lower surface side of the lid. It is preferable that these annular seal portions be positioned and adhered to the upper portion of the step on the inner peripheral wall of the container when the lid is properly attached. In any case, the annular seal part that forms the seal structure may be in close contact with the stepped portion of the inner peripheral surface of the container with the lid properly attached, and in some cases, another container is stacked on top, The annular projecting rib lower edge or the annular shoulder lower edge may be separated from the step portion so that the outer edge of the annular projecting rib is placed on the step portion on the container side in a state where some external force is applied. In this case, the annular part on the lid side is preferably in direct contact with the step part on the side of the container in the vertical direction, i.e. over the height region in the vertical direction, and this contact part is preferably reinforced. It is made to correspond with the lower edge height of the snap edge of the lid located on the rib or container outer peripheral surface side.
[0023]
In order to increase the reliability of the seal of the container, the container is provided with an opposed annular upright portion that protrudes upward from the lower end edge of the annular projecting rib at a position radially inward of the annular projecting rib integrally formed on the inner surface side of the lid. It can be provided on the inner peripheral surface. The opposed annular uprights may be provided as a plurality of protrusions divided so as to be distributed over the entire circumference, but are preferably configured as all-around ribs extending over the entire circumference. This opposed annular upright is effective in preventing the annular projecting rib on the back of the lid from shifting inward, and the height of the upright is less than the wall thickness of the container or the thickness of the annular projecting rib on the lid side. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The upward projecting portion of the opposed annular ridge is in contact with or slightly away from the side of the lid-side annular projecting rib in the presence or absence of compressive stress. In this case, the lid-side annular projecting ribs can also be located by pressure fitting between the container-side annular projecting portions radially adjacent to each other on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces thereof.
[0024]
The step on the inner peripheral surface of the container located below the ring-shaped protruding rib or the shoulder on the lid side is located at a height level of the snap element or the reinforcing rib, or at a distance of 1 to several times the container wall thickness. Can be arranged.
[0025]
In order to stabilize the seal portion, at least one radially inwardly raised portion may be integrally formed on the top surface side of the lid at a position radially inward from the inner peripheral surface of the container. The one or more raised portions may be annular, box-like (for example, cubic or prismatic) or rib-like, but the present invention is not limited to this. In order to stabilize the box-shaped or annular ridges, reinforcing ribs may be provided inside.
[0026]
The top of the raised portion is preferably located at a position vertically away from the annular seal portion of the lid that is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the container, preferably upward, and the contact in the longitudinal direction is substantially punctiform or linear. can do. The cross-sectional shape of the raised portion can be configured as an asymmetrical triangle or a rectangle, and the top edge and / or the bottom edge of both side walls of the raised portion can be configured to be inclined downward toward the inside of the container. The end wall on the radially inner side of the raised portion can be configured to be inclined in the vertical direction. These raised portions can be integrally formed on the top surface side of the lid. The top edge of the ridge is preferably located below the top edge of the lid so as to form another shoulder. This arrangement eliminates the need to integrally mold the ridges at the level of the seal site inside the container that can cause stress or deformation in the material due to, for example, the shrinking process during molding.
[0027]
These ridges facing the central spindle of the lid have a circumferential surface with ribs and most or all of the joint surfaces extending in the longitudinal direction, for example as ridges, i.e. side surfaces of rib-like ridges, in the sealing area. It is advantageous to design so that it does not enter. For this purpose, it is possible to provide a bulging portion that partially bulges over a relatively large portion of the entire circumference, or preferably a bulging portion that forms a peripheral edge extending in the circumferential direction on the inner surface side of the lid. preferable. In this case, both side surfaces of the raised portion can be arranged at positions radially away from the entire peripheral sealing region on the top side thereof, so that, for example, when the lid is viewed from the lower side (back side), for example, substantially trapezoidal or triangular A circumferential groove having a wider area on the inside can be formed with a cross-sectional shape. These ridges, in particular the annular circumferential ridges, can also be reinforced by inner ribs, in which case the reinforcement ribs are located radially away from the seal in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the container or its supporting ribs. It is preferable to terminate or to contact the inner peripheral surface of the container at a position away from the sealing region of the rib.
[0028]
In this case, it is desirable that the top of the raised portion is brought into contact with the inner peripheral edge of the lid substantially horizontally, preferably toward the inside of the container with a downward inclination angle of less than 15 °, for example, a downward inclination angle of 5 °.
[0029]
The back surface of the lid that closes the container opening may be located at a level equivalent to or below the inner sealing area, preferably at a level equivalent to or below the snap edge of the lid.
[0030]
It is also possible to provide a spout on the lid, and this spout is about 1/4 of the diameter of the lid surface portion so that practical operability can be obtained when the container is tilted to pour the liquid of the contents. It is preferable to arrange in a place.
[0031]
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0032]
FIG. 1 shows a main part of a plastic injection-molded cylindrical container 1 with a lid 2 snapped thereto, and a planar region is provided on the top edge 4 of the container outer peripheral wall 3. A collar portion 5 that protrudes outward in the radial direction is joined to the top edge 4, and a snap edge 6 that protrudes outward as a snap element is integrally formed on the collar portion 5. In this case, the entire peripheral snap edge 7 with a latching projection as a snap element on the lid side is engaged from below. The surfaces of the lid side and the container side that are snap-engaged with each other are configured so as to be substantially horizontal without rounding the outer periphery in the radial direction. In particular, stable snap engagement is achieved. It should be noted that the snap edges of the container and the lid may be inclined downward and outward in order to increase the interlock locking effect.
[0033]
The structure of the lid 2 at the portion in contact with the container top edge 4 is formed in a concave or groove shape. In this case, the inner side surface 8 on the outer circumferential side of the circumferential groove 34 on the lid side is located at two locations above and below the container side. The outer peripheral surface of the all-around rib 9 formed separately is in contact. The protruding length in the radial direction of each rib 9 is sufficiently smaller than the wall thickness of the container, and in this embodiment is about 1/3 of the container wall thickness. Since the top edge of the rib 9 is chamfered and the rib width is small, the lid can be easily fitted even when the lid is fitted very tightly to the upper peripheral edge of the container. The ribs 9 are positioned at the height level of the seal region 12, but this height level allows the lid to be placed on the outer wall of the container with little or substantially no compressive stress even in the absence of these ribs. This is the part that can be attached.
[0034]
The seal portion 11 made of an elastic and compressible rubber material is injection-molded as a single member at a position adjacent to the inner side surface 10 on the inner peripheral side in the radial direction on the horizontal inner bottom surface in the groove of the lid. In order to improve the bondability between the materials, the inner bottom surface of the groove and the contact surface of the rubber seal in contact therewith have an uneven shape that meshes with each other. The seal region 12 that is in contact with the inner peripheral side surface 10 of the groove extends while being inclined in the vertical direction, and this inclination angle is about 20 ° in this embodiment, but it may be a value within the range of 5 to 45 °. In any case, the present invention is not limited to this. In a state where the lid is snapped to the container, the inclined seal region 12 of the seal 11 is in surface contact with the bevel 13 inclined downward on the container side. The bevel surface is adjacent to the inner peripheral edge of the container top edge 4 (see FIGS. 2 and 3), and the inclination angle thereof corresponds to the inclination angle of the contact surface of the inclined seal region 12, but the present invention is not limited thereto. It is not limited. With such a configuration of the seal portion, the container can be reliably sealed even when a large force acts on the upper peripheral edge of the container. The cross-sectional structure of the lid surrounding the outer periphery of the seal portion is also inclined.
[0035]
The all-around collar portion 5 of the container is integrally joined at substantially the height level of the top edge 4, and the cavity 14 is formed by the collar portion 5 to the vicinity of the top edge 4, that is, to a position that leaves a space about the wall thickness. Yes. Thereby, the part of the container top edge 4 is also configured to have an inverted U-shaped cross-sectional shape on the entire circumference.
[0036]
A substantially vertical outer periphery of the inverted U-shaped top edge 4 is shifted to a downward inclined surface 15 at an angle of about 30 ° from the horizontal plane at the outer portion to form a stepped shoulder. The snap edge 6 of the container is integrally formed below the shoulder, and a circumferential reinforcing rib 16 having a thickness in the radial direction is integrally formed between the snap edge and the shoulder at the height of the shoulder. In this embodiment, the radially outward projecting end of the reinforcing rib 16 is flush with the snap edge 6, and the width, that is, the thickness in the vertical direction is substantially the same as the snap edge 6. The bottom edge of the reinforcing rib 16 is configured to have the same cross-sectional shape as the bottom edge of the snap edge 6. Therefore, the snap edge 7 on the lid side is located between the snap edge 6 on the container side and the reinforcing rib 16. For this purpose, the top edge of the container-side snap edge 6 is also inclined downwardly. Therefore, in the complete snap engagement state, the edge of the lid is in contact with the container side snap edge 6, the reinforcing rib 16, and the outer edges of the two circumferential ribs 9, and in this state, the inclined surface 15 and above it A slight gap is formed between the sliding inclined surface 17 of the lid. The slide inclined surface 17 may be disposed above the bottom edge of the peripheral edge of the lid that covers the top edge of the container, and in that case, the slide inclined surface 17 is inclined so as to be able to contact the inclined surface 15 or the substantially horizontal protruding surface of the outer periphery of the container. What is necessary is just to form an annular rib downward toward the inclined surface 15 from the base lower surface side of the surface 17.
[0037]
The all-around collar portion 5 has an all-around shoulder portion 18 that protrudes outward from the snap edge 7 beyond the outer edge of the lid 2 at the lower position of the snap edge 7, and in this embodiment, the snap edge 7 is compressed. Although it can come into contact with the shoulder 18 under the action of stress, a gap may be formed between the snap edge 7 and the shoulder 18. The shoulder 18 has a tamper-evident prevention tab 19, and after removing the prevention tab, the snap edge 7 can be grasped by hand from below and the lid can be peeled off. This tab may be disposed adjacent to the outer periphery of the container at one or a plurality of locations over a relatively wide sector range. Further, if necessary, an unauthorized opening preventing sticking sticker may be stuck on the snap edge 7. Here, the lid structure between the groove 34 for accommodating the soft seal portion 11 and the snap edge 7 prevents an extremely thin portion from being present, and thereby, the snap engagement portion and the seal portion 11 located inside the container 1. It is important to ensure high stability and therefore high leakage prevention performance between the lid portion and the like.
[0038]
An annular seal protrusion rib 20 is integrally formed on the lid 2 at a position inside the container relative to the seal portion 11, and this annular seal protrusion rib is very tightly connected to the inner peripheral surface of the container only at a part of the height portion. In this embodiment, the bottom end edge of the annular seal protruding rib is located at a height between the reinforcing rib 16 and the snap edge 6 to form an all-round seal. The annular seal protruding rib 20 protrudes substantially downward in the vertical direction, and the bottom end edge thereof is slightly separated upward in the vertical direction from the height of the inwardly projecting shoulder portion 21 on the inner peripheral surface of the container. For example, when a slight pressure acts on the lid downward in the vertical direction, the annular seal protrusion rib 20 is seated on the shoulder portion 21. If the sealing function of the annular seal protrusion rib is not necessary, an independent downward annular protrusion may be provided instead. The inner peripheral edge of the shoulder portion 21 is defined by an opposed annular upright portion 22 that extends around the entire circumference. However, this portion can also be constituted by an array of a plurality of independent protrusions. Extends to a position above the bottom end edge of the annular seal protrusion rib 20 to prevent the annular seal protrusion rib 20 from shifting to the inside of the container. Moreover, you may make it accommodate the annular seal protrusion rib 20 by press-fitting between the upright part 22 and the container internal peripheral surface adjacent to it. When the lid is removed from the container, the seal rib of the annular seal projecting rib 20 slightly expands outward from the base toward the bottom edge (see FIG. 2), and the bottom edge 35 is in the container. The size and shape are determined so as to be slightly outside in the radial direction from the peripheral surface. In the case of the present embodiment, the thickness of the bottom edge is substantially the same as the thickness of the protruding rib, but it is preferable that the thickness of the protruding rib is preferably ¼ or more, and the thickness is slightly tapered. In this way, the contact of the protruding rib with the radial compressive stress with respect to the inner peripheral surface of the container is always maintained in the lid mounted state. In this embodiment, the diameter of the bottom edge of the protruding rib when the lid is removed is smaller than the thickness of the protruding rib and is about 1/4 of the thickness of the bottom edge.
[0039]
The annular seal protrusion rib 20 is integrally formed with an inner peripheral edge face 23 inclined slightly downward toward the center of the lid at a position above the seal portion of the protrusion rib. A plurality of inwardly inclined surfaces 24 or a plurality of substantially vertical raised walls 25 having wide edges in some places are integrally formed as segments, all of which are integrally transferred to a horizontal lid central portion 26. The lid center part 26 is formed so as to be positioned below the snap edge 6, and its diameter is determined so that other similar containers can be stacked as shown. In this way, in this embodiment, a plurality of ridges having a triangular cross section are integrally formed with a trapezoidal recess that opens toward the bottom of the container.
[0040]
The outer peripheral wall 3 of the container has a taper of less than 3 °, preferably less than 2 °, in order to allow another similar container to be stacked inside the container with the lid removed or for better force transmission in the stacked container. That is, it has an inclination angle that narrows toward the bottom, but it is also possible to make the inclination angle smaller than that. On the other hand, between the surface of each raised wall 25 facing the center of the container and the outer surface 27 of the stacked container that faces the center of the container so that the force generated when the containers with the lids are stacked can be satisfactorily absorbed by the peripheral edge. The gap is also designed to be, for example, less than 2 mm, preferably less than 1 mm, leaving very little play.
[0041]
As shown in enlarged views in FIGS. 2 and 3, two circumferential ribs 36 are provided on the top edge 4 of the peripheral edge of the container, and these circumferential ribs are all formed on the lower surface of the seal portion 11. Some of the circumferential ribs 37 that are in contact with the circumferential concavo-convex shape portion on the entire circumference and project downwardly on the concavo-convex shape portion of the seal portion are in contact with the circumferential rib 36 on the top edge of the container, for example, on their side portions. The circumferential rib 37 is prevented from being laterally displaced, and some are adjacent to the rib 36 in the groove formed between the ribs, and some are in contact with the outer surface of the entire circumferential rib of the container top edge 4. become. In this way, the leakage prevention property of the container is greatly improved by the two-part rib unevenness shape that is not aligned with each other.
[0042]
Further, as shown in the figure, a plurality of longitudinal reinforcing ribs 38 arranged at right angles are integrally formed on the outer peripheral wall of the container in the cavity 14, and these reinforcing ribs are recessed portions 33 that open toward the bottom. The top end portion of the recess is located closer to the outer peripheral wall of the container.
[0043]
As shown in FIG. 4, the inner peripheral edge inclined end surface 23 provided on the lid at a position inside the outer peripheral wall 3 of the container includes a plurality of segments 28 and 29 having different radial dimensions. An effective reinforcing structure for absorbing unnecessary force applied to the annular seal protrusion rib 20 or the seal portion of the seal portion 11 is achieved by the arrangement of the recesses. According to this embodiment, the circumferential dimensions of the segments 28 and 29 are multiples of their radial dimensions. Therefore, the inwardly raised portions by these segments are box-shaped. Each inclined surface 24 and raised wall 25 terminate at an equal distance from the main axis of the container, and the side surfaces 30 defining the inclined surface 24 on both sides are inclined toward the peripheral edge of the lid. The central portion 26 of the lid is also provided with a spout that can be closed at a position corresponding to about 1/4 of the diameter of the container.
[0044]
In the stacked state shown in FIG. 5, the bottom end edge of the snap edge 7 of the lid rests on the slide inclined surface 17, and the bottom end edge 35 of the annular seal protrusion rib 20 is formed in the groove 34 holding the seal portion 11. It rests on the outer surface of the horizontal bottom 31. Alternatively or additionally, the bottom edge 32 of the box-like ridge may be placed on the top edge of the ridge of the lower lid.
