Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a leg structure of a bathroom unit. More specifically, the number of through-holes in the bottom wall of a floor pan can be minimized, and sufficient water-tightness can be secured, and the number of parts can be reduced. The leg structure of a bathroom unit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Due to the recent trend toward higher quality bathrooms, bathroom units that integrate bathtubs with bathrooms have become widespread. When constructing this bathroom unit, floor pans that are equipped with bathtubs are installed in the building. It is common to lay on the foundation. In laying the floor pan, a leg member provided on the lower surface of the floor pan is erected on the foundation, and mortar is poured into the area where the leg member is installed to fix the leg member on the foundation. Configuration is adopted. Here, the said leg member is formed with the volt | bolt, and it can be engaged with the nut supported by the floor pan. For this reason, if a leg member is rotated suitably, a floor pan will raise / lower and the height adjustment of a floor pan will be attained.
[0003]
However, in the leg structure of the bathroom unit, after the floor pan is installed, the mortar is provided in the leg member installation area in addition to the through hole for allowing the driver necessary for the rotation of the leg member to be accessed from the upper surface side. A through hole for pouring is required for each floor pan. For this reason, although a suitable cover body is coat | covered by the through-hole after an operation | work, the possibility of the water leak from a through-hole becomes so much.
[0004]
Therefore, for example, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-1990, in order to reduce the number of through holes and increase water tightness, the leg members can be accessed through the same through holes, and a mortar for fixing the leg members. The leg structure of the bathroom unit that can be poured is proposed. In this leg structure, a mortar flow path is provided on the outer peripheral side in the center of the leg member, the height of the floor pan is adjusted with a screwdriver or the like from the through hole, and then the mortar is poured from the through hole. Falls along the leg member, and the leg member is fixed by natural solidification after it falls on the foundation.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the leg structure disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-1990, the mortar passage must be formed separately from the leg member, which increases the number of parts and increases the product cost. There is an inconvenience of doing. In addition, since the flow path is provided only in the center part of the leg member and is away from the through hole, when the mortar is injected from the through hole, the mortar is likely to be scattered outside the leg member. Careful injection work is required, and there is a disadvantage that the construction efficiency is lowered. Moreover, when such scattering occurs, there is a possibility that the amount of mortar necessary for fixation will not be sufficiently distributed even if the amount of mortar is measured in advance.
[0006]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The present invention has been devised by paying attention to such inconveniences. The first object of the present invention is to reduce the risk of impairing the water tightness of the floor pan and to provide a bathroom unit that can be configured with a small number of parts. It is to provide a leg structure.
[0007]
The second object of the present invention is to provide a leg structure of a bathroom unit capable of quickly and surely injecting a fixing fluid.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the first object, the present invention provides a leg unit for a bathroom unit comprising leg members for supporting a floor pan on a building foundation,
The leg member has an opening portion is constituted by a hollow body the passage Rutotomoni lower outer peripheral surface provided with a passage communicating on the basis of at least an upper hole which communicates with the inside and outside drilled provided both upper and lower ends the hollow by pouring a fixing fluid into the body, the leg member on a base to flow on a foundation from the hole together with the fixing fluid is reaching the foundation from the opening of the lower end of the leg member To be fixed to ,
The configuration is such that the outer peripheral surface of the leg member is screwed into a nut member that adjusts the height of the leg member provided on the lower surface side of the floor pan so that the floor pan can be moved up and down . According to such a configuration, since the leg member itself also functions as a passage for the fixing fluid, if a through hole that allows access to the leg member is formed in the floor pan, the fixing member can be fixed using the through hole. The fluid can be poured, and it is not necessary to separately provide a through hole for injecting the fixing fluid, and the risk of impairing the water tightness of the floor pan can be reduced. Further, it is not necessary to form the flow path of the fixing fluid using a separate member, and the number of parts can be reduced. Furthermore, the fixing fluid can flow on the foundation outside the leg member, and the leg member can be more firmly fixed through the expansion of the fixing region.
[0009]
In order to achieve the second object, the present invention further includes a position of an upper end opening of the leg member that is lower than a lower surface height position of the floor pan in a state where the floor pan is installed. And the structure of being provided in the position close | similar to the said lower surface height position is employ | adopted. According to this configuration, since the opening of the leg member is provided at a position close to the lower surface height position of the floor pan, it is easy to inject the fixing fluid into the opening, and the fixing fluid is not prepared. Can be prevented, and a further action and effect of being able to quickly and reliably inject the fixing fluid can be added.
[0012]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0013]
FIG. 1 shows a schematic perspective view of a floor pan to which the bathroom unit leg structure according to the first embodiment is applied, and FIG. 2 shows a schematic longitudinal sectional view of the bathroom unit leg structure. FIG. 3 shows a schematic plan view of FIG. 2 in a state in which a lid described later is removed. In these drawings, the floor pan 10 on which the bathtub B can be mounted includes through holes 11 formed at a plurality of locations on the bottom wall 10A, and inclined flange portions 12 suspended from the periphery forming the through holes 11; The inclined flange portion 12 is provided so as to be engageable, and includes a leg member 13 that supports the floor pan 10 on the foundation F of the building, and a lid body 14 that closes the through hole 11.
[0014]
The inclined flange portion 12 includes an inclined surface portion 17 that is continuous with the lower surface of the floor pan 10, and a ring portion 18 that is continuous with the lower end of the inclined surface portion 17 and is positioned substantially horizontally with the floor pan 10. A step portion 20 is formed at the upper end of the inclined surface portion 17, and the lid body 14 is seated on the step portion 20 to close the through hole 11. At this time, the step 20 may be filled with a sealing agent (not shown). A groove 18A is formed in the ring portion 18, and a nut member 22 is disposed so as to fill the groove 18A. The nut member 22 is integrated with the ring portion 18 by insert molding.
[0015]
The leg member 13 includes a cylindrical hollow body 24 and a flange portion 25 provided at the lower end of the hollow body 24 and seated on the foundation F. The hollow body 24 is provided with openings 27 and 28 at the upper and lower ends thereof, and a passage 29 penetrating in the axial direction is formed by the openings 27 and 28. Therefore, when the mortar 33 as a fixing fluid is poured from the opening 27 at the upper end of the hollow body 24 in a state where the leg member 13 is installed on the foundation F, the mortar 33 is poured onto the foundation F from the lower opening 28. Thus, the leg member 13 can be fixed on the foundation F. Here, a thread groove 31 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the hollow body 24 and can be engaged with the nut member 22. Moreover, the concave groove 35 is formed in the upper end of the hollow body 24 at intervals of about 180 degrees or 90 degrees in the circumferential direction. Thereby, after installing the floor pan 10 on the foundation F via the leg member 13, before injecting the mortar 33, a driver or the like (not shown) is inserted into the concave groove 35 and rotated to thereby increase the height of the floor pan 10. Adjustment is possible. Here, when the floor pan 10 is installed on the foundation F at a design height, the leg member 13 is close to the floor pan 10 at a position where the opening 27 is lower than the lower surface height position of the floor pan 10. It is provided to do. That is, even if the height of the leg member 13 is adjusted, the opening 27 is positioned between the lower surface of the floor pan 10 and the upper surface of the ring portion 18.
[0016]
Next, a procedure for installing the floor pan 10 on the foundation F will be described.
[0017]
First, the floor pan 10 is installed on the foundation F, and a driver (not shown) is inserted into the concave groove 35 of the leg member 13 from the through hole 11. And a driver is rotated and the leg member 13 is rotated so that the floor pan 10 may become desired height. Next, mortar 33 is injected from the opening 27 at the upper end of the leg member 13, and the leg member 13 is fixed on the foundation F. Finally, the through hole 11 may be closed with the lid 14 via an appropriate sealing agent.
[0018]
Therefore, according to such an embodiment, the openings 27 and 28 are provided at the upper and lower ends of the hollow body 24 constituting the leg member 13, and the openings 27 and 28 are communicated by the passage 29. The mortar 33 can be poured from the through-hole 11 to be accessible, and there is no need to provide a separate through-hole for the mortar 33 pouring operation. For this reason, the risk of impairing the water tightness of the floor pan 10 can be reduced. Further, since the mortar 33 can be poured by making the leg member 13 hollow, it is not necessary to form the flow path of the mortar 33 by another member, and the number of parts can be reduced.
[0019]
The leg member 13 is not limited to the cylindrical shape of the above embodiment as long as it is a hollow body, and if the hollow body 24 has sufficient strength and can be self-supporting, the flange portion 25 may not be provided. Good.
[0020]
Next, a second embodiment will be described below with reference to FIG. In the following description, the same reference numerals are used for the same or equivalent components as in the first embodiment, and the description is omitted or simplified.
[0021]
In the second embodiment, a hole 37 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the lower portion of the hollow body 24 in the first embodiment so as to be transverse to the extending direction of the passage 29 so that the passage 29 communicates with the inside and outside. The mortar 33 injected into the passage 29 is characterized in that it can flow to a region on the foundation F outside the leg member 13. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment except that the flange portion 25 is not provided.
[0022]
According to the second embodiment, since the mortar 30 can flow out not only on the inner side of the leg member 13 but also on the outer base F, the leg member 13 can be more firmly fixed.
[0024]
Further, the fixing fluid is not limited to the mortar 33 of each of the above embodiments, and can be replaced with other adhesives or the like.
[0025]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the leg member is constituted by a hollow body having a passage communicating at least from the upper part to the foundation, it is necessary to separately provide a through hole for injecting the fixing fluid. In addition, the risk of impairing the water tightness of the floor pan can be reduced, and the number of parts can be reduced.
[0026]
In addition, an opening is formed at the upper end of the leg member, and the opening is provided so as to be close to the floor pan at a position lower than the lower surface height position of the floor pan. It becomes easy to inject, and the inadvertent scattering of the fixing fluid can be prevented, and the fixing fluid can be injected quickly and reliably.
[0027]
Further, the nut member for adjusting the height of the leg member is integrally supported on the lower surface side of the floor pan, and the leg member is screwed to the nut member so that the floor pan can be raised and lowered. There is no need to separately provide a connecting member or the like for supporting the portion, and the number of parts can be further reduced.
[0028]
In addition, when a hole is formed in the lower outer peripheral surface of the leg member so as to communicate the passage to the inside and outside, the fixing fluid can flow also in the region on the foundation outside the leg member. The leg member can be fixed to the frame.
