本発明は、換気装置、より詳細には、軒天を通して室内外の換気を行う際の外気導入口となる軒天換気口や、屋根水切りと壁面間の換気部、土台水切りと壁面間の換気部等に設置される換気装置で、特に、所謂壁立上り型の建屋構造の軒下側壁と壁間のような狭間隙部分に設置される換気装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
近年、建築される建物は、壁を通して浸透してくる室内からの湿った空気を室外に流出させるために、外壁と内壁の間に通気層を設け、また、軒下に有孔板を配した構造となっている。この通気層並びに軒下有孔板から建物内に流入する空気は、屋根裏を通って外部に流出する。そのため、従来より屋根裏には種々の形状を有する換気口あるいは換気装置が設けられている。同様に、屋根水切りと壁面間や土台水切りと壁面間にも換気装置が配備される。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記吸排気部材の場合には上述したような問題があったので、本発明はそのような問題のない、即ち、所謂壁立上り型の建屋構造の軒下側壁と壁間のような狭間隙部分に設置するのに適した換気装置であって、当該設置個所において、雨雪の侵入を阻止しつつ十分な換気性能を確保し、また、火災発生時において火炎並びに熱気の通過を阻止することができ、以て延焼をくい止めることが可能な換気装置を提供することを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、壁立上り型の建屋構造の軒下側壁と壁間のような狭間隙部分に設置される換 気装置であって、室内側に配置される吸排気部材と、これに隣接させて室外側に配置される防火部材とから成り、前記吸排気部材は、一端から他端に抜ける通気路が縦横に多数並設されたものであって、前記通気路が上下方向に向くように設置され、前記防火部材は、対向する一対の側面と通気口が形成された傾斜底面を有していて、前記対向する側面の一方又は双方に不燃性熱膨張材が定着されたものであって、前記一対の側面は、前記通気路と平行に延びるように設置されることを特徴とする換気装置、を以て上記課題を解決した。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態を添付図面に依拠して説明する。本発明に係る換気装置は、吸排気部材1と、防火部材とから成り、所謂壁立上り型の建屋構造における軒下側壁26と壁27との間(図1)、屋根水切りと壁面間土台水切りと壁面間等の狭間隙個所に設置される。防火部材3は、上記各場合において、それぞれ吸排気部材1の直ぐ下側(外側)に配置される。

吸排気部材1としては、従来用いられている種々のものをそのまま用いることができる。図3に示す吸排気部材1は、上記特許第2683109号の発明によるもので、設置時において上下方向に貫通する通気路13を多数並設したプラスチックプレート12を複数枚積層し、これをヒートカッターで所定長さに切断することにより、切断と同時に切断面を熱融着固定して成るものである。その下面(図3において矢印Aで示す面)は水平面の場合もあるが、図示したように斜面にすることもある。
