前記したコールド,ホット商品を販売する自動販売機では、庫内での熱損失低減,省エネ化から、断熱筐体としてなるキャビネット1には庫内/庫外の間,および商品室相互間(隣接する商品室の一方がコールド商品を販売し、他方の室でホット商品を販売する場合)で高い断熱性能が要求される一方で、庫内での商品収容効率向上,および自動販売機の道路はみ出し問題に伴う薄形化からキャビネット1の断熱壁はできるだけ薄くすることが望まれている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明によれば、庫内に中仕切壁を配して複数の商品室に区画し、各商品室ごとに商品収納ラック、ファン付き冷却/加熱ユニット、および該冷却/加熱ユニットの風胴に連ねて庫内背面側に循環空気の吸込ダクトを備えた自動販売機のキャビネットであり、該キャビネットが鋼板製の内箱と外箱との間に発泡断熱材を充填した断熱筐体としてなるものにおいて、前記吸込ダクト内の通風路に沿ってキャビネットの内箱の壁面上にシート状の断熱材を吊り下げるように該断熱材の上縁のみにスペーサを介して固定し、断熱材を内箱の壁面から浮かして布設する。
