BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a skeleton structure for a large movable doll that can bend and actuate at each joint location of the body such as an arm and a leg, and a large movable doll having the skeleton structure.
In this specification, “leg” means from the toe of the foot to the thigh root position of the upper leg, “foot” means from the toe to the heel, and “lower leg” The area around the heel to the area below the knee. The “upper leg” refers to the area from above the knee to the base of the thigh. The “waist” refers to the area from the base of the thigh to the area of the waist. Good, `` torso '' means from the waist line to the neck and from the left and right arm base position, and `` upper arm '' means from the arm base position to the upper elbow, “Lower arm” refers to the area from below the elbow to the wrist, and “hand portion” refers to the area from the wrist to the fingertip. In the present specification, the term “large” refers to, for example, a doll having an overall height of about 60 cm or more, but is not particularly limited, and refers to all dolls that are larger than a typical doll having a height of about 30 cm.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Dolls (also called figures) are known that are movably connected at many joints of the body such as arms, legs, waist, and head.
In particular, small dolls with an overall height of about 30 cm are preferred by customers and are provided to many markets. Recently, however, demand for large dolls with an overall height of about 50 to 60 cm or more is increasing.
As such a large doll, for example, one having the following configuration is currently known.
(1) "First conventional technology"
As shown in FIG. 13, joint parts 101 and 201 such as a hand 100 and a leg 200 are formed into a spherical body, and each joint is pulled by a rubber string 300 and connected to each other, so-called biscuit, made of white porcelain. A clay (fired / non-fired) doll is known (for example, see Non-Patent Document 1).
(2) “Second conventional technology”
Recently, life-sized dolls called mannequin dolls are also provided that are movable at the joints. For example, a doll is known in which the material of each part such as a hand, a foot, and a head is made of FRP, and each is connected by a wire passing through the inside.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
(1) “Problems of the first prior art”
In the case of the doll (bisque doll) shown in FIG. 13, since it has the doll structure as described above, the doll itself has no structure to support the entire doll and cannot stand on the doll itself. For this reason, it was not interesting enough to meet the needs of consumers who tend to seek various forms of movement based on the structure of the doll itself.
Further, since each of them is hung by the connecting structure such as the limbs described above, it is not possible to keep each bent state in a constant state like a small doll (figure). As a result, it was not interesting and could not meet the needs of consumers who tend to demand human movements for dolls.
In addition, there is a problem that the whole weight is considerable and not only heavy but also easily chipped when dropped. Also, this kind of doll is not mass-productive.
(2) “Problems of the second prior art”
In the case of this doll, it has a function of holding it in a constant state by bending the internal wire at the desired joint location.
However, even in this doll, it is not a structure that supports the whole doll with the internal skeleton structure, but it is supported by the doll itself, so the overall weight is also heavy in terms of material, and when it is dropped, It has the same problem as the first prior art that it is easily chipped.
In addition, since mass production is not possible, the cost is high, and the result is contrary to the demand of the consumer who demands a low price.
In addition, this kind of doll is originally used for display of clothes etc., and is not manufactured under the gist that consumers enjoy various poses each time. If the bending operation is frequently repeated at each location, the wire at that location may be broken.
The present invention has been made in view of such problems of the prior art, and the object of the present invention is to have a series of skeleton groups that are continuous from the upper body to the lower body and bend at a desired location. It is to provide a large-sized doll that has a technical structure that can be independent and can maintain various forms for a certain period of time, and that is lightweight and inexpensive.
[0005]

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The drawings show one embodiment of the present invention, and are not particularly limited, and the configuration may be appropriately added or changed within the scope of the present invention. Further, in this embodiment, a doll that replicates a human will be described as a representative example, but the present invention is applied to a doll having various external shapes such as a robot type and a monster type.
The drawings show a skeleton structure of a soft vinyl large-sized movable doll of the present invention and an embodiment of a soft vinyl large-sized movable doll having the skeleton structure.
The soft vinyl large-sized movable doll of this embodiment includes a doll skeleton group composed of a set of a plurality of skeletons, and a doll skin group provided on the outer periphery of each skeleton.
[0009]
The doll skeleton group includes left and right leg skeletons A, a lumbar skeleton B connected to the left and right leg skeletons A, a torso skeleton C connected to the lumbar skeleton B, and a torso skeleton C. The left and right arm skeletons D and the neck skeleton E are a series of skeleton groups in which the left and right leg skeletons A to the left and right arm skeletons D and the neck skeleton E are integrally connected. The material of each of the skeletons A to E is arbitrarily selected, such as ABS resin, other resin, or metal.
[0010]
The left and right leg skeletons A include an ankle portion 1, a knee portion 15, a reinforcing connection rod 29 for a shin provided between the ankle portion 1 and the knee portion 15, a leg base portion 31, and the leg base portion. 31 and a thigh reinforcing connecting bar 42 provided between the knee portion 15 and the knee portion 15.
As shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 3 (b), the ankle portion 1 is fitted with a foot outer skin fitting portion 2 to which an opening edge 98 of the foot outer skin F1 is fitted, and a lower end opening edge 100 of the lower leg outer skin F2. A lower leg outer skin end fitting portion 7 to be worn, a structure that can be rotated by a connecting portion between the two legs 2, 7, and a foot outer skin fitting portion 2 on the bottom surface of the foot outer skin fitting portion 2. A foot sole portion 129 is integrally provided in F1 and extends in the fingertip direction in the foot outer skin F1.
More specifically, based on the present embodiment shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the foot outer skin fitting portion 2 includes a cylindrical fitting portion 3 to be inserted into the foot outer skin F1, and the fitting. It is composed of a dome-shaped connecting portion 5 that is integrally provided via a concave groove 4 that is continuously provided in the circumferential direction on the portion 3, and a connection notch is formed inward from the upper end of the connecting portion 5. A groove 6 is formed.
The concave groove 4 of the foot outer skin fitting portion 2 functions as a fitting concave portion into which the opening edge 98 of the foot outer skin F1 is fitted.
On the other hand, the lower leg outer subcutaneous end fitting portion 7 is composed of a hollow cylindrical connecting tube portion 8 having one end opened to be inserted into the lower leg outer skin F2, and a connecting piece 9 provided at the other end of the tube portion 8. Has been. The cylindrical portion 8 is provided with a fitting hole 11 for fitting a timber reinforcing connecting rod 29 described later through one end opening 10.
