【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、上半身部品と下半身部品とが揺動可能に連結され、かつ分離・組み立て可能な可動人形用胴体の新規構造に関する。
なお、本明細書において、「上半身部品」とは、腰より上の部分をいい、「下半身部品」とは腰から下の部分(腰部含む)をいうものとする。

【発明の技術的背景】
昨今の人形業界において、特にフィギュアと称される人間の身体(裸体)形態を忠実に模写した構成を有する人形にあっては、脚部や腰部などの各部位の人間的な動きが表現できる構成とすることは勿論のこと、外表面(肌面)の身体的リアルさも要求されているのが現実である。
すなわち、より人間の身体的な特徴、例えば胸部又は臀部分の肌感なども人間の胸部や臀部分と変わらないものとしたいと欲しているものである。これは、例えば、特に水着を着用させたり、あるいは衣裳などを着替えさせたりする度に、胸部や臀部分などの肌を露出させる度合いの高い女性を模写したフィギュアにあっては極めて重要であり、需要者の要求が高く、かつ当業者の追求する要素でもある。

【従来の技術】
従来の可動人形用胴体は、前後に二つ割された腰部分片201,202が採用され、該二つ割された前後の腰部分片201,202を合わせてネジ止め固着する際に、上半身部品100側の係止片(図示省略)と左右の脚部分側の係止片(図示省略)を、両腰部分片201,202の合わせ面における係止箇所にて回動可能に連結しているものが知られていた(図20、図21)。
従って、このように二つ割された腰部分片201,202をネジ止めして上半身部品100、下半身部品200、左右の脚部分を分解可能に固着するものであったため、固着した際に必然的に生じる合わせ目の線(接合線ともいう)800(図20、図21)が下半身部品200の肌外表面に露呈しており、外観上の美観・リアルさに欠けていた。さらに、ネジ穴900およびネジ901(図21)が需要者の視覚に入るため、フィギュア全体としての外観上の美観を損ね、リアルさは到底得られていなかった。
そこで本発明者は、このような上半身部品と下半身部品が分離組み立て可能な可動人形において、下半身部品の肌表面から接合線800、ネジ穴900、ネジ901などを無くし、この種の人形の外観的リアルさを追求・提案するため先に出願している(特願2001−106020)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
次に本発明者は、未だに残る下記課題を達成するため本願新規発明に至ったものである。
すなわち、人間の身体が各人によって様々であるように、このような可動人形用胴体を使用したフィギュアにあっても、様々な身体形状、特に女性を模写したフィギュアにあっては胸の形状・大きさが様々である。特に、胸(乳房部)が極端に大きい形態が昨今需要者から要求されている。
また、これはフィギュアに限らず、美術デッサン用のモデルとして利用される可動人形用胴体であっても同様である。
従来、この種の可動人形用胴体は、図19に示すように、ABS樹脂などの硬質合成樹脂から上半身部品100と下半身部品200が別体若しくは一体成形されているものが一般的である。
しかし、図19に示すように乳房部300が極端に大きい構成とした可動人形用胴体の場合、乳房部300のアンダーバスト301位置と腹部400との接点(図19に示すX部分)が鋭角になるため、このような硬質材で成形する場合、型抜きが不可能であった。そこで従来は、ゴム型に樹脂を流し込んで成形し、成型後ゴム型を伸張せしめて離型する、いわゆる流し込み成形を採用することによりこの種の形態を得ていたが、この製法によることは、原料の注入から離型までの時間が長く掛かりコストが高くなるという課題を抱えていた。
また、フィギュア用若しくは美術デッサン用の可動人形用胴体では、上半身を右方向や左方向などに捩じったポーズをとることが多々在る。
従来のようにABS樹脂などの硬質材から上半身部品100を成形する場合では、胸部分500と腹部分400(若しくは腰部分600)を別体として分割成形したものでないと上述のように上半身を捩じった形態を表現することはできない。
しかし、このように上半身を複数の部分に分割してなるものでは、各連結部位700が外観から目視され、外観的リアルさが低く、外表面(肌面)の身体的リアルさに欠けていた。
また、このように硬質材からなるものでは、上半身を捩じった表現を採ったとしても、単に分割部位(連結部位)700で捩じり表現をしているにすぎず、実際の人間が上半身を捩じった時の肌表情は再現し得なかった。すなわち、実際の人間が上半身を捩じった場合、皮膚のしわ、たるみ、筋肉などの移動が肌表面に現れるものであるが、従来技術では到底成し得るものではない。
このような肌の細かい動き・表現は、人間により近い肌表面を求めるフィギュア需要者からの要望も高く、また特に美術用デッサンで使用される可動人形用胴体で望まれている現状がある。すなわち、実物の裸体女性を描こうとする場合、そのためのモデルとなる女性を探さなければならず、モデル探しが簡単にいかないばかりか面倒であると共に、モデルに支払うコストも掛かるため、上述のような可動人形用胴体の提供が望まれていたものである。

本発明は、従来技術の有するこのような問題点に鑑みなされたもので、その目的とするところは、少なくとも上半身部品と下半身部品が別成形されると共に揺動可能、かつ分離・組み立て可能に連結されてなる可動人形用胴体において、可能な限り肌表面のリアルさを表現しつつ、人間的なリアルな動き・肌表情が表現でき、かつ成形容易でコストが安価である一体成形された上半身部品を有する分解組み立て可能な可動人形用胴体を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために本発明がなした技術的手段は、少なくとも上半身部品と下半身部品が別成形されると共に揺動可能、かつ分離・組み立て可能に連結されてなる可動人形用胴体であって、上半身部品はその本体を軟質材で中空状に成形し、該上半身部品本体内には芯材が嵌入されて内装され、前記芯材は、上下方向で分割されると共に揺動可能に芯材間連結部材によって連結された硬質材からなる第一芯材と第二芯材からなり、第一芯材は、上半身部品本体の腹部と同程度の長さで、かつ僅かに小形に形成され、下半身部品と揺動可能かつ着脱可能に連結される下半身連結部材を備えて前記腹部内に嵌入され、第二芯材は、上半身部品本体の胸部と同程度の長さで、かつ僅かに小形に形成され、腕部と揺動可能かつ着脱可能に連結される腕部連結部材を備えて前記胸部内に嵌入され、前記上半身部品を構成する軟質材は、前記芯材を横方向に揺動作動することによって、該芯材の横方向揺動作動に追随して捩れ変形可能な程度に軟質であることを特徴とする可動人形用胴体としたことである。
この場合、上半身部品は、例えばスラッシュ成形からなる塩化ビニル樹脂製である。
また、このような技術的手段は、上半身部品に乳房部を有し、該乳房部のアンダーバストの位置と腹部との接点角が鋭角である女性を模写した可動人形用胴体とした場合に顕著な効果を有する。
また、少なくとも上半身部品と下半身部品が別成形されると共に揺動可能、かつ分離・組み立て可能に連結されてなる可動人形用胴体であって、上半身部品はその本体を軟質材で中空状に成形し、該上半身部品本体内には芯材が内装され、芯材は少なくとも上下方向で分割されると共に揺動可能に連結された硬質材からなる第一芯材と第二芯材からなり、第一芯材は、下半身部品と揺動可能かつ着脱可能に連結される下半身連結部材を有し、第二芯材は、腕部と揺動可能かつ着脱可能に連結される腕部連結部材を有し、上記上半身部品を構成する軟質材は、芯材の揺動作動によって変形可能な程度に軟質であり、他方、上記下半身部品を構成する腰部分は、上半身部品連結空間と左右の脚部分連結空間とを備えて一体成形されると共に、左右の脚部における関節部分の係止片を回動可能に連結する脚部分連結構造と、上記上半身部品における第一芯材の下半身連結部材を着脱可能に連結する上半身部品連結構造を有し、脚部分連結構造は、一体成形された腰部分本体の股間位置内面に設けた係止部と、該係止部と合致して上記脚部分の係止片を回動可能に係止保持する係止部を有する着脱可能な押え部材とからなり、かつ該押え部材の頂面には、上記第一芯材の下半身連結部材を着脱可能に連結する連結部を立設して上半身部品連結構造を兼ねている。

以下、本発明の一実施形態を図に基いて説明する。
なお、以下に説明する実施形態は、本発明の一実施形態にすぎず、何等これに限定解釈されるものではない。

なお、言うまでもないが、本実施形態では特に極端に大きい胸(乳房部)を持つ人間の女性裸体を模写した上半身部品を示すが、人間の男性裸体を模写した構成であってもよいことは勿論である。

上半身部品40は、上端と下端そして左右の腕部連結部位に夫々開口42,43,44を有してなる中空状の上半身部品本体41と、該本体41内に嵌め込み状に内装される芯材48と、上記開口44を介して芯材48と連結される左右の腕部36と、開口42を介して芯材48と連結される首部38を備えて構成されている。なお、左右の腕部36は、手部37を有している。また、顔部(頭部)は本実施形態では省略している。
上記上半身部品本体41を構成する軟質材は、芯材48の揺動作動によって変形可能な程度に軟質であればよく、例えば、塩化ビニル樹脂などの軟質合成樹脂材でスラッシュ成形等したものが代表例として挙げられる。なお、上記本体41の軟質材は、塩化ビニル樹脂などの軟質合成樹脂材に限定されず、他の軟質合成樹脂材であってもよく、また軟質ゴム材などから一体成形されるものであってもよい。
上半身部品本体41は、特にその全体的なスタイル、すなわち、痩せ型、中肉型、太り型、あるいはウエストのくびれ程度、背中のラインなど種々選択して適用可能であり限定されないが、本実施形態では本体41の前面(胸部45)位置には極端に大きい乳房部47を一体成形している。なお、本実施形態では、上半身本体41は、胸部45と腹部46とが一体成形された一体物である。
乳房部47は、そのアンダーバスト47aの位置と腹部46との接点角(図3(b)にてXで示す位置の角度)が鋭角であるものとする。特に接触角の角度は限定されないが、上述の通りアンダーバスト47aの位置と腹部46との接点角Xが鋭角である乳房部47を有する場合、このようにスラッシュ成形できれば成形容易であると共にコストが安価であり特に有効である。
上半身部品本体41の下端に設けた開口43は、後述する芯材48の第一芯材49の外周よりも小径状とする。
なお、首部38は、芯材48と連結される構成でなくともよい。

芯材48は、少なくとも上下方向で分割されると共に揺動可能に連結された硬質材からなる第一芯材49と第二芯材54からなる。芯材48は、夫々の構成部品が、ABS樹脂などの硬質合成樹脂材からなるものとするが、特に限定解釈はされない。なお、後述する芯材間連結部材52・下半身連結部材53・腕部連結部材57あるいは首部38の連結用摺動ボール38aにあっては、摺動頻度が高いことから磨耗し難い材質を採用することも良い。本実施形態では、芯材48の一例を示しているにすぎず、これに何等限定解釈されるものではない。

第一芯材49は、上半身部品本体41の腹部46と同程度の長さで、かつ腹部46よりも僅かに小形(薄幅・薄肉)に形成され、二枚の前後片50,51と該前後片50,51間に一端を摺動自在に連結した芯材間連結部材52と、下半身連結部材53を備える。この前後片50,51のうち、例えば、前方側の一片50の表面には、腹筋などの形状を形成しておくこととするのもよい。また、前後片50,51は、夫々の合わせ面に嵌合可能な凹凸部を夫々設けた嵌着タイプとしたり、前後片50,51をネジ止したりして着脱可能に構成する。
芯材間連結部材52は、棹部52aの両端に摺動ボール52b,52cを一体形成してなり、一端側の摺動ボール52bを前後片50,51の上端内面に形成した凹部50a,51aで摺動自在に保持すると共に、他端側の摺動ボール52cを、第二芯材54を構成する前後片55,56の下端内面に形成した凹部55a,56aで摺動自在に保持することにより第一芯材49と第二芯材54が夫々揺動可能、かつ着脱可能に連結される。
また、人形を大型にし、上半身部品本体41を長くする必要性が出た場合、第一芯材49と第二芯材54を夫々に合うように大型にしてもよいが、上記芯材間連結部材52の棹部52aの長さを長尺状にすれば適宜適合可能でもある。
上記下半身連結部材53は、棹部53aの一端に摺動ボール53bを一体形成し、その摺動ボール53bを前後片50,51の下端内面に形成した凹部50b,51bで摺動自在に保持すると共に、下半身部品1の腰部2に備えられる上半身部品連結構造19の連結部20に、前記棹部53aを差込嵌合して揺動可能、かつ着脱可能に連結される。

第二芯材54は、上半身部品本体41の胸部45と同程度の長さで、かつ胸部45よりも僅かに小形(薄幅・薄肉)に形成され、二枚の前後片55,56と該前後片55,56間に一端を摺動自在に連結した腕部連結部材57を備える。この前後片55,56は、夫々の合わせ面に嵌合可能な凹凸部を夫々設けた嵌着タイプとしたり、前後片55,56をネジ止したりして着脱可能に構成する。また、前後片55,56の下端内面には凹部55a,56aを形成し、上述した芯材間連結部材52の一端の摺動ボール52cを摺動自在に保持する。
腕部連結部材57は、円板状に形成した腕部連結片57aと、該連結片57aと一体形成されている摺動ボール57bとで構成されている。そして、この摺動ボール57bは、前後片55,56の側面上端寄り内面に備えた凹部55b,56bにより摺動自在に保持する。ちなみに腕部連結片57aは、腕部上端36aと摺動自在に軸着する。この場合の軸着ピン36bとしては、特に限定されないが、合成樹脂材からなり、かつ腕部上端36aと腕部連結片57aの双方に穿設した挿通孔に嵌合する程度の径太さとすることで、摩擦抵抗を高め、腕部36の動きに渋み(適度な抵抗)を付けるものとすると良い。
また、本実施形態では、第二芯材54の上端内面に、首部38の下端に突出した連結用摺動ボール38aを摺動自在かつ揺動可能に保持する凹部55c,56cを備えている。
なお、第一芯材49・第二芯材54共に、前後片に分割形成せずに夫々摺動ボール保持用の凹部を備えて一体的に立体形成したものとし、芯材間連結部材52の両端ボール52b,52cや下半身連結部材53のボール53b、腕部連結部材57のボール57b、あるいは首部38の下端に突出するボール38bを、外方から強制的に押し込み嵌合させる構成としても良い。
また、本実施形態では、上述した通り左右の腕部36が第二芯材54と軸着して一体的に連結されているが、左右の腕部36と第二芯材54とは、後述する他の実施形態のように分離・組み立て可能な構造としてもよい。
なお、芯材48は、第一芯材49と第二芯材54の二分割構成が最も人間的な動きを表現でき好ましいが、その分割構成に限定はされない。多分割すればするほど複雑な動きが得られるが、人間的な動きからは掛け離れていってしまう虞があるためその点を考慮して種々選択するのがよい。

そして、第一芯材49と第二芯材54とを連結した状態で上半身部品本体41内に嵌入する。すなわち、軟質材からなる上半身部品本体41の下端開口43を押し広げて第二芯材54・第一芯材49を順に本体41内に嵌入する。この時、第一芯材49・第二芯材54共に、上半身部品本体41の夫々対応する腹部46と胸部45よりも僅かに小形としているため、嵌入時には芯材48の外面と上半身部品本体41の内面とが接触し、あたかも上半身部品本体41が人間で言うところの皮膚を疑似表現することとなる。
上半身部品40の作動を図5を参照して説明する。
従って、上半身部品40を右方向あるいは左方向に捩じった場合、図5(c)のように第一芯材49・第二芯材54が揺動し、その動きに従って疑似皮膚となる上半身部品本体41の第二芯材作動対応箇所周辺・第一芯材49との連結箇所周辺が追随して変形するため、あたかも人間が体を捩じった時に生じる皮膚のしわ・たるみ・筋肉の移動(図中Yで示す)などが上半身部品本体41表面に表現される(図5(a)(b))。このような表現方法は全く新規なものでこの種の可動人形用胴体において極めて人間の肌表面の表現に近いリアルさを表現できた。

図6では、芯材48の他の実施形態を示す。
図6は、第一芯材49と連結されている第二芯材54の変更例を示し、本体54aの両側面に同軸上に差込連結部58,58を凹設すると共に、該連結部58はその軸中心に嵌合穴58aを有し、そしてこれに対応する腕部36は、上端36a側に円板状の連結片36dを軸着した揺動自在な連結部36cを備えており、該連結部36cは嵌合棹36eを突設し、この嵌合棹36eを上記第二芯材54の差込連結部58の嵌合穴58aに嵌合する構成とした。
これにより、左右の腕部36と第二芯材54とは、分離・組み立て可能となる。また、差込連結部58は、第二芯材本体54aの両側面から同軸上に突設する構成を採用しても良い。本実施形態では、上述した実施形態のように本体54aを形成しているが、本体54aの形状は何等限定されるものはなく適宜任意の形状を採ることができる。

次に、上記上半身部品40を連結する下半身部品1について図面を参照して説明する。下半身部品1は、腰部2と左右の脚部24から構成されている。
図に示す左右の脚部24、左右の腕部36、左右の手部37、首部38は、夫々分解・組み立て可能(図2参照)で、その接合部位にて任意に回動作動と屈曲作動のいずれか若しくは双方が可能である。また、これら各部の材質は特に限定解釈されず任意に選択可能である。なお、本発明において、例えば左右の腕部(手部37を含む)36、首部38などの構造は、特に図示形態に限定解釈されるものではなく、本発明の範囲内で適宜必要に応じて他の形態・構成を採用することが可能である。また、本実施形態では、左右の足部31、首部38などがすべて分解・組み立て可能な構成(図2参照)としているが、これには特に限定されず本発明の範囲内で変更可能である。
腰部2は、上半身部品連結空間3と左右の脚部連結空間4,4とを備えて人間の腰部外表面を忠実に表現すべく、従来のような二つ割構成ではなく一体成形され、左右の脚部24,24の付け根位置における股間連結部材32の係止片32a,32aを着脱・回動可能に連結する脚部連結構造5と、上半身部品40を着脱可能に連結する上半身部品連結構造19を有している。
このように一体成形されるため、腰部2には従来のような合わせ面に生じていた線(図20に示すような接合線800)がなく、また臀部2bにはネジ穴(図21に示すようなネジ穴900,ネジ901)などもなく、外観上の美観向上・リアルさ向上を図り、より人間の腰部外表面(肌面)を忠実に表現し得る。これによれば、上述した上半身部品40の構造と相俟って、特に女性を模写した可動人形用胴体における人間的肌感のリアルさが極めて向上する。
上記上半身部品連結空間3と左右の脚部連結空間4,4とは夫々連通状に形成されている。
腰部2全体の大きさ、形状など任意で、また外表面の形状、例えば臀部2b・下腹部2cの膨らみ等、股2dの切れ込み程度等も任意で、特に図示形状に限定解釈されるものではなく、本発明の範囲内で任意に設計変更可能である。

脚部連結構造5は、一体成形された腰部本体2aの股間部6内面に設けた下側係止部7と、該下側係止部7と合致して左右の脚部24,24の各係止片32a,32aを回動可能に係止保持する上側係止部12を有する着脱可能な押え部材10とからなり、該下側係止部7と上側係止部12とによって、左右の脚部24,24の付け根位置を着脱可能、かつ回動可能に連結保持する構造である。

腰部本体2aに設けられる下側係止部7は、左右の脚部連結空間4,4の間に位置している股間部6の内面に、左右脚部24,24の両係止片32a,32aを相対向して内装可能な単一の凹部8を設けると共に、該凹部8と連通状に股間部6の内面両端縁に設けた半円状の左右係止溝9,9にて構成されている。

押え部材10は、押え部材本体11の下面に上側係止部12を備えると共に、該本体11の上面に上半身部品連結構造19を備えている。
押え部材本体11は、例えば腰部本体2aの股間部6内面幅と同幅の略直方体状に形成され、その下面略中央に上側係止部12を設けると共に、該上側係止部12の同一軸上の上面略中央に上半身部品連結構造19を立設する。
押え部材10に設けられる上側係止部12は、腰部本体2aに設けた下側係止部7の凹部8と同一形状の凹部13を有し、該凹部13は下側係止部7上に合わせた際に、下側係止部7の凹部8と共に短尺筒状の係止片内装空間15を形成する。そして上側係止部12は、下側係止部7の左右係止溝9,9と同一形状の半円状の左右係止溝14,14を、該凹部13と連通状に本体11の下面両端縁に設けて構成されている。

そして、上述のように構成された押え部材10は、腰部本体2aの股間部6内面上に上方から被せて、該股間部6内面上にネジ止め固着する。図中16はネジ、17は押え部材本体側のネジ穴、18は股間部6内面側のネジ穴を夫々示す。なお、固着構成は一例として上述したネジ止め構成に限らず、着脱可能な周知固着構成が適宜採用可能である。

上記下側係止部7と上側係止部12は、本実施形態に限定解釈されるものではなく、本発明の範囲内で適宜設計変更可能である。すなわち、係止片内装空間15・係止溝9,14などの構成は本発明の範囲内で他の構成に変更可能である。また、下側係止部7の凹部8と上側係止部12の凹部13は、夫々左脚部係止片用凹部と右脚部係止片用凹部とを別個独立して凹設するものとしてもよい。
また、押え部材10の全体形状も特に限定されず設計変更可能である。

上半身部品連結構造19は、上述した押え部材10の上面が兼ねている。すなわち、押え部材本体11の上面略中心に立設した連結部20を介して上半身部品40を連結している。

この嵌合凹部29は、嵌合連結部材33の板状部33aの一面(上脚本体25b対向面)33a′に突設される嵌合突起33cを筒部内径29aに嵌合せしめることで、前後の上脚本体25a,25b同士を着脱可能に連結固定する役目を有している。
なお、本実施形態では、板状部33aの嵌合突起33cを、嵌合凹部29の筒部内径29aに嵌め込む構成としているが、板状部33aの嵌合突起33cの貫通穴33c′に嵌まり込むような突起を他方の上脚本体25b内面に突設する構成としてもよい。

また、本実施形態では、各上脚本体25a,25bの上端側は、上記上脚側連結片32cの円板形状と同一円弧状に形成すると共に、上脚本体25a,25bを一体的に組み合わせた時に、該上脚側連結片32cの円板形状に合致する切り欠き25c,25cを夫々設けている。上脚側連結片32cは、上脚本体25a,25bの切り欠き25c,25c間に挟まれた時に、該切り欠き25c,25c間で上脚上端中心に位置する。

第一連結部33dは、下脚30の上端に備えた連結部30aを、任意方向に回動作動可能かつ着脱可能に嵌合する嵌合部33d′を備えてなり、本実施形態によれば嵌合部33d′は、下脚30上端の連結部30aをきつく嵌合可能な内径とした嵌合穴とする。
なお、下脚30は、上述したように第一連結部33dに嵌合可能な連結部を有しているものであれば特にその構造に限定されるものではなく本発明の範囲内で任意形状が選択可能である。
第二連結部33eは、上記板状部33aの上端からフランジ板状に延設されると共に、その先端側に挿通穴33fを設けてなる。フランジ板状の形状は特に限定されず任意であり、挿通穴33fは、上脚本体25aの股間連結部材用ネジ止め部28の外径を摺接状に嵌め込むことのできる穴径とする。すなわち、第二連結部33eは、本実施形態では、股間連結部材32の上脚側連結片32cの摺接面(上面)32c′よりも小さく形成されているが、該摺接面(上面)32c′と同等の大きさとしてもよい。
そして、この第二連結部33eは、上記股間連結部材32の上脚側連結片32cと共に一方の上脚本体25a内面に備えた股間連結部材用ネジ止め部28を介してネジ止め連結されることで肌表面に露出しない渋み調整部39を構成している。

この技術的構成を採用する背景を説明する。
第二連結部33eは、股間連結部材32における上脚側連結片32cの上面32c′上に摺接状に置かれる。この時、上述した通り上脚側連結片32cは、その組み込み時には上脚本体25a,25b間の中心に配されるため、第二連結部33eは必然的に上脚本体25a,25b間中心よりも、上脚本体25b寄りに位置する。ここで、第二連結部33eの基端33gから同一延長線上に板状部33aを一体的に延設することも可能である。
しかし、このように構成すると、板状部33aが、上脚本体25b寄りに位置することとなる。このような構成となると、板状部33aと上脚本体25bとの間のすきまが狭くなり、嵌合凹部29と嵌合突起33cとの嵌合深さが不十分となる。これでは、嵌合が弱くなる虞があり、この点を解消するには上記すきまを広くして嵌合突起高さと嵌合凹部深さを十分にする必要があるが、このようにすきまを広くするということは上脚そのものを太くしなければならない。上脚を太くするということは、女性の美しい脚線美を求める需要者にとっては大きな問題で、商品価値の低下となる。
