Claims (4)
- 太陽電池モジュールを構成する太陽電池素子の表面を、光触媒が担持された板ガラスにより覆うとともに、この太陽電池モジュールの表面にその表面積1m 2 当たり1時間に2L以下の水を散水して湿潤させる水供給手段を設け、親水性の光触媒表面からの水の気化熱を利用して、太陽電池素子の温度上昇を抑制したことを特徴とする太陽光発電装置。
- 光触媒が、板ガラス表面にCVD法により蒸着された酸化チタンである請求項1記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 太陽電池モジュールを構成する太陽電池素子の表面を複層断熱ガラスにより覆い、複層断熱ガラスの断熱効果により、太陽電池素子の温度上昇を抑制したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 複層断熱ガラスが、内部に空気またはアルゴンガスを封入したサンドイッチガラスである請求項4記載の太陽光発電装置。
