Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a laminated peeling container in which an air inlet hole is formed in a container mouth, and particularly to a structure of a bottom seal part formed at the container bottom of the laminated peeling container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a laminate peeling container that is molded by laminate extrusion blow molding, has an air introduction hole formed in a container mouth, and seals a pinch-off portion at the bottom of the container has been known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in order to improve the peelability between the outer layer and the inner layer in the laminate peeling container, it is necessary to use a resin having low adhesiveness. In the conventional container, a slit due to delamination is formed in the bottom seal portion of the container. There was a problem that occurred.
Therefore, it has been proposed to form a welding ridge at the pinch-off portion to weld the outer layers (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-102076), but depending on the resin, the welding between the outer layers is insufficient. Therefore, the generation of slits could not be prevented.
[0004]
In addition, it has been proposed to fuse the fusion layers forming the protrusions of the bottom seal portion so as to mesh with each other, but the structure of the pinch-off portion of the mold becomes complicated and high accuracy is required. However, there is a problem that the mold cannot be manufactured easily and inexpensively.
[0005]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and makes it a technical problem to introduce the atmosphere more effectively than the air introduction hole provided in the container mouth, regardless of the structure of the bottom seal part of the container. It is an object of the present invention to provide a delamination container in which the bottom seal portion of the container is covered and sealed with a coating layer.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above technical problem, the present invention is a delamination container having an air inlet hole in a container mouth, and an ink paint is applied to a flat bottom wall formed in the container bottom along a parting line. The structure characterized by having formed the coating layer which coat | covers and seals a bottom seal part by application | coating is employ | adopted.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 1, 1 is a lamination peeling container which consists of the outer layer 2 and the inner layer 3, and is shape | molded by lamination | stacking extrusion blow molding.
The outer layer 2 maintains the appearance of a container made of high-density polyethylene or other hard synthetic resin as a material resin, and the inner layer 3 is an outer layer made of nylon or E / VAL as a material resin. It is an inner bag that can be peeled off and deformed.
The delamination container 1 is composed of a container mouth part 4, an elliptical or circular container body part 5, and a container bottom part 6, and the outer layer 2 of the container mouth part 4 has a space between the outer layer 2 and the inner layer 3. An air introduction hole 7 for introducing the atmosphere into is provided.
Reference numeral 8 denotes a locking piece that prevents the inner layer 3 from sinking when the content liquid is poured out. Reference numeral 9 denotes an adhesive band for bonding a part of the outer layer 2 and the inner layer 3, and restricts the deformation of the inner layer 3 to progress to a certain shape when the content liquid is poured out.
[0008]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the container bottom 6 has a bottom end wall 10 and a flat bottom wall 11 formed at a position recessed inward from the bottom end wall 10.
On the flat bottom wall 11, an ink coating is applied with a certain width along a parting line by a printing device or a coating device, and a coating layer 13 that covers and seals the bottom seal portion 12 is formed.
[0009]
As the ink paint, an ink paint having good adhesion to the resin of the inner and outer layers is appropriately selected and used, but an ink paint containing a polymer of the same material as the resin of the outer layer 2 as a binder is preferable.
[0010]
Next, the effect based on the said structure is demonstrated.
When the delamination container 1 is used, a pump dispenser is attached to the container opening 4 and the content liquid is poured out by the pump dispenser. Layer 3 is contracted and deformed.
At that time, since the bottom seal portion 12 is fixed by the coating layer 13 and is hermetically sealed, the atmosphere is not introduced from the bottom seal portion 12, and the atmosphere is efficiently introduced from the atmosphere introduction hole 7 of the container mouth portion 4. Can be introduced.
Further, even when the container is used in a wet place such as a bathroom, hot water does not enter the container together with air from the bottom seal portion 12.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
Since this invention is comprised as mentioned above, there exists the following effect.
Since the bottom seal part of the bottom of the delamination container is covered and sealed with a coating layer, the introduction of air from the bottom seal part can be eliminated, and the atmosphere can be efficiently introduced from the air introduction hole provided in the container mouth part. Can be introduced.
Moreover, since the ink coating is simply applied along the parting line, the delamination container can be manufactured easily and at low cost.
