しかしながら、積層剥離容器では、外側層と内側層との剥離性を高めるためには、接着性の弱い樹脂を用いなくてはならず、従来の容器では、底シール部に層間剥離によるスリットが発生するという問題点があった。
そこで、ピンチオフ部に溶着突条を形成することが提案されたが(特公平6−102076号公報参照)、樹脂によっては外側層だけを溶着させることが困難なため、スリットの発生を防ぐことができなかった。

また、底シール部の突条を形成する各融着層を相互に噛み合うよう融着させることが提案されているが、金型のピンチオフ部の構造が複雑になり、高精度が必要であるので、金型が容易にかつ安価に製造できないという問題点があった。

本発明は、上記の問題点を解決し、底シール部の構造に関係なく、容器口部に設けた大気導入孔より効果的に大気を導入するようにすることを技術的課題とし、容器底部の底シール部を接着剤で接着密封した積層剥離容器を提供することを目的とする。

図1,2において、1は、外側層2と内側層3とからなる積層剥離容器であって、積層押出しブロー成形によって成型されている。
