Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to disposable wearing articles such as disposable diapers and diaper covers, training pants, incontinence pants and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
An open-type disposable diaper having a tape fastener extending laterally outward from either side edge of either one of the front and rear waist areas and a target tape attached to the other outer surface of the front and back waist area is known. is there. As an example of a diaper, a hook fastener of a hook member and a loop member known by trade names such as Velcro and Velcro tape is a tape fastener that extends laterally outward from both side edges of the rear waist area of the diaper. A rectangular loop member serving as a target tape is attached to a required portion on the outer surface of the front waist area to form a landing zone for the hook member. In diapers, the fasteners are fastened to the target tape so that they can be engaged and disengaged, and the front and rear waist areas of the diaper are connected.
[0003]
Such diapers are disclosed in JP-A-9-38139, JP-A-9-191908, JP-A-10-309299, and JP-A-10-328237. Non-stretchable loop members are attached as target tapes to the diapers disclosed in these publications.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In diapers having elastic stretchability, when attached to one outer surface of the front post waist region with a non-stretchable loop member as a target tape under non-extension, the waist region before and after the target tape is located Since the stretchability of the part is constrained by the target tape, the stretchability of the diaper is substantially lost at the part where the target tape is attached.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is a wearing article having elastic stretchability, and the target tape is attached even when the non-stretchable target tape is attached to one outer surface of the front / rear waist region under non-extension An object of the present invention is to provide a disposable wearing article in which the stretchability of the part is not lost.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The premise of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is that it has both side edges extending in the vertical direction in parallel with each other and both end edges extending in the horizontal direction in parallel with each other, and is located on the side of the wearer's abdomen. [0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The details of the disposable wearing article according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, taking an open-type disposable diaper as an example.
[0014]
1 and 2 are a partially broken perspective view of the diaper 1 and an end view taken along line AA of the diaper 1 of FIG. The diaper 1 includes a liquid-permeable top sheet 2, a liquid-impervious back sheet 3, a liquid-absorbent core 4 interposed between the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 and joined to the inner surface of the top sheet 2. Is a basic component.
[0015]
The diaper 1 includes a front waistline region 20 positioned on the wearer's abdomen side, a rear waistline region 22 positioned on the wearer's back side, and a crotch region positioned between the front and back waistline regions 20 and 22. 21. The diaper 1 extends in the vertical direction in parallel with each other, and has both side edges 1a that form an arc inwardly in the lateral direction of the diaper 1 in the crotch region 21, and both end edges 1b that extend in the horizontal direction in parallel with each other. Have.
[0016]
In the diaper 1, the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 are formed of a nonwoven fabric having elastic elasticity in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. The top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 are intermittently fixed in a state in which the portions of the sheets 2 and 3 extending from the peripheral edge of the core 4 to the outer side in the vertical direction and the outer side in the horizontal direction overlap each other.
[0017]
Tape fasteners 5 extending laterally outward are attached to both side edges 1 a of the rear waistline region 22. A target tape 6 serving as a fastening region for the tape fastener 5 is attached to the outer surface of the back sheet 3 in the front waistline region 20.
[0018]
The tape fastener 5 has a base end portion 5b interposed between the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3, and is fixed to the inner surfaces of the sheets 2 and 3 via an adhesive (not shown). A hook member 7 of the mechanical fastener is attached to the inner surface of the free end portion 5a of the tape fastener 5 via an adhesive (not shown).
[0019]
The target tape 6 has a rectangular shape that is formed by a loop member of a mechanical fastener and is long in the horizontal direction. Both side edges 6a extend in the vertical direction in parallel with each other, and upper and lower end edges 6b extend in the horizontal direction in parallel with each other. , 6c. The target tape 6 is formed with a plurality of perforations 8 (slits) that can be torn along the upper and lower edges 6b and 6c, extending in the vertical direction and arranged in the horizontal direction with a predetermined distance apart. The target tape 6 is attached to the back sheet 3 in a non-elongated state via a plurality of adhesives 9 extending in the vertical direction between the adjacent perforations 8. The adhesives 9 are lined up in the lateral direction with a required dimension.
[0020]
3 and 4 are a perspective view of the diaper 1 shown in a worn state in which the front and rear waist regions 20 and 22 are connected, and an end view taken along line BB in FIG. 3. In FIG. 3, the inner surface of the tape fastener 5 is shown. Is fixed to the outer surface of the target tape 6 in a detachable manner, and a trunk periphery opening 10 and a pair of left and right leg periphery openings 11 are formed. When the diaper 1 is worn, each of the front and rear waist regions 20, 22 is extended outward in the lateral direction, and the target tape 6 is pulled outward in the lateral direction. The target tape 6 is torn at the perforation 8 by a lateral outward tension and divided into a plurality of pieces.
[0021]
Since the surface tape 2 and the back surface sheet 3 extending between the adhesives 9 are each divided at the perforation 8, the elastic stretchability of the sheets 2 and 3 is restricted by the target tape 6. Rather, the sheets 2 and 3 can be extended outward in the lateral direction.
[0022]
3 and 4, the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 extend laterally outwardly between the target tapes 6, and each of the divided target tapes 6 has an engagement site with the tape fastener 5. Except for the required dimensions in the lateral direction. In the diaper 1, when the engagement between the target tape 6 and the tape fastener 5 is released, the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 contract, and the target tapes 6 separated in the lateral direction are connected to each other.
[0023]
5 and 6 are a perspective view of the diaper 1 in a mode different from that of FIG. 1 and a perspective view of the diaper 1 of FIG. 5 shown in a worn state in which the front and rear waist regions 20 and 22 are connected. The inner surface of the tape fastener 5 is fixed to the outer surface of the target tape 6 so as to be detachable. The diaper 1 includes a liquid-absorbent core 4 interposed between a liquid-permeable top sheet 2 and a liquid-impervious back sheet 3, wherein the longitudinal direction is a front waistline area 20, a back waistline area 22, It is formed from a crotch region 21 located between the surrounding regions 20 and 22, and is shown in that it has both side edges 1a extending in the vertical direction in parallel with each other and both end edges 1b extending in the horizontal direction in parallel with each other. Is identical to that of 1.
[0024]
In the diaper 1, the back sheet 3 is formed of a plastic film film having elastic elasticity in the lateral direction, and the top sheet 2 is formed of a non-stretchable nonwoven fabric that is substantially the same shape and size as the back sheet 3 under extension. Has been. The top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 are intermittently formed by the portions of the sheets 2 and 3 extending from the peripheral edge of the core 4 to the outer side in the vertical direction and the outer side in the horizontal direction when the back sheet 3 is extended in the horizontal direction. It is fixed to. The core 4 is joined to the inner surface of the topsheet 2. In FIG. 5, the extended state of the back sheet 3 is released, and the top sheet 2 is also contracted by the contraction of the back sheet 3, so that a large number of wrinkles are formed in the portion of the top sheet 2 that overlaps the back sheet 3.
[0025]
Tape fasteners 5 extending laterally outward are attached to both side edges 1a of the rear waistline region 22. A target tape 6 serving as a fastening region for the tape fastener 5 is attached to the outer surface of the back sheet 3 in the front waistline region 20. A hook member 7 is attached to the inner surface of the tape fastener 5. The target tape 6 has a rectangular shape that is formed of a loop member and is long in the lateral direction, and is divided into two at a substantially central portion of the front waistline region 20.
[0026]
The target tape 6 has a plurality of slits 8 extending in the vertical direction between the vicinity of the upper edge 6b and the vicinity of the lower edge 6c. The slits 8 are arranged in the lateral direction of the target tape 6 so as to be spaced apart from each other by a required dimension. The target tape 6 is attached to the back sheet 3 in a non-elongated state via a plurality of adhesives 9 extending in the vertical direction between adjacent slits 8.
[0027]
In the front waist area 20 of the diaper 1, as shown in FIG. 6, since the slit 8 of the target tape 6 spreads outward in the lateral direction, the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 extending between the adhesives 9 are targeted. The dimension of the slit 8 of the tape 6 can be extended outward in the lateral direction.
[0028]
The target tape 6 is divided into two at a substantially central portion of the front waistline region 20. Therefore, the portion 12 of the back sheet 3 extending substantially in the center of the front waistline region 20 is not restrained by the target tape 6 in its elastic stretchability, and the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 are laterally moved at the portion 12. Can be extended outward in the direction.
[0029]
7 and 8 are a perspective view of the diaper 1 in a mode different from that in FIGS. 1 and 5 and a perspective view of the diaper 1 in FIG. 7 shown in a worn state in which the front and rear waist regions 20 and 22 are connected. 8, the inner surface of the tape fastener 5 is fastened to the outer surface of the target tape 6 so as to be detachable. 1 and 5 are the same.
[0030]
In the diaper 1, the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 are formed of a nonwoven fabric having elastic elasticity in the lateral direction. The top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 are intermittently fixed in a state in which the portions of the sheets 2 and 3 extending from the peripheral edge of the core 4 to the outer side in the vertical direction and the outer side in the horizontal direction overlap each other. The core 4 is joined to the inner surface of the topsheet 2.
[0031]
A tape fastener 5 extending laterally outward and a peeling tape 14 extending laterally inward are attached to both side edges 1a of the diaper 1 in the rear waistline region 22. A target tape 6 serving as a fastening region for the tape fastener 5 is attached to the outer surface of the back sheet 3 in the front waistline region 20.
[0032]
An adhesive 13 is applied to the inner surface of the tape fastener 5. The target tape 6 has a rectangular shape which is formed of a plastic film and is long in the lateral direction. When the diaper 1 is not worn, the tape fastener 5 is fixed to the release tape 14 via the adhesive 13 so as to be peelable. When the diaper 1 is worn, the tape fastener 5 is fixed to the outer surface of the tape fastener 5 via the adhesive 13.
[0033]
The target tape 6 is formed with a first slit 8a extending from the upper end edge 6b to the vicinity of the lower end edge 6c and a second slit 8b extending from the lower end edge 6c of the target tape 6 to the vicinity of the upper end edge 6b. The first slits 8 a and the second slits 8 b are alternately arranged in the lateral direction of the target tape 6. The target tape 6 is attached to the back sheet 3 in a non-elongated state via a plurality of adhesives 9 extending in the vertical direction between the adjacent first and second slits 8a and 8b.
[0034]
In the front waist area 20 of the diaper 1, as shown in FIG. 8, since the slit 8 of the target tape 6 spreads outward in the lateral direction, the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 extending between the adhesives 9 are targeted. The dimension of the slit 8 of the tape 6 can be extended outward in the lateral direction.
[0035]
As the surface sheet 2, it is preferable to use a non-stretchable or stretchable nonwoven fabric subjected to a hydrophilic treatment. In addition to non-stretchable or stretchable nonwoven fabrics, non-stretchable or stretchable apertured plastic films can also be used.
[0036]
As the back surface sheet 3, in addition to a plastic film having elasticity and a nonwoven fabric having elasticity, a laminate sheet of a plastic film having elasticity and a nonwoven fabric can be used. Further, as the back sheet 3, a sheet made of an elastomer such as natural rubber or synthetic rubber having elastic elasticity between a non-stretchable plastic film and a non-stretchable nonwoven fabric, or a composite sheet in which elastic yarn is interposed is used. You can also The nonwoven fabric used for the back sheet 3 is preferably hydrophobic.
[0037]
As the nonwoven fabric, nonwoven fabrics such as spunlace, needle punch, melt blown, thermal bond, spun pond, and chemical bond can be used.
[0038]
The core 4 is a mixture of fluff pulp and superabsorbent polymer particles, compressed to a required thickness, and entirely covered with a water-permeable sheet (not shown) such as tissue paper. For fixing the sheets 2 and 3 and joining the core 4, an adhesive such as a hot-melt adhesive, a pressure-sensitive adhesive, or a heat welding technique can be used.
[0039]
The diapers 1 in these illustrated examples can be stretched laterally at a given magnification when worn. In the diaper 1, the expansion ratio between the front and rear waist regions 20 and 22 and the crotch region 21 when the front and rear waist regions 20 and 22 and the crotch region 21 are stretched in the lateral direction is 30 to 200%. It is preferable that it exists in the range.
[0040]
Although the target tape 6 is attached to the front waistline region 20 that is not stretched, the target tape 6 can be attached to the front waistline region 20 that is slightly stretched. Here, slightly extending means that the front waistline region 20 is extended in the lateral direction at an expansion ratio in the range of more than 0% and less than 30%.
[0041]
A loop member may be attached to the inner surface of the free end 5 a of the tape fastener 5. When a loop member is used for the tape fastener 5, a hook member is used as the target tape 6.
[0042]
In the diaper 1, there is no limitation in the lateral separation dimension and the number of the perforations 8 and slits 8 (first and second slits 8 a and 8 b) formed in the target tape 6, but the separation dimension is small and the number is large. It is preferable. Increasing the number of perforations 8 and slits 8 increases the laterally extending dimension of the target tape 6, and the laterally extending dimension of the front waist region 20 to which the target tape 6 is attached. Can be increased.
[0043]
The adhesive 9 does not need to extend between the perforations 8 and the slits 8, but preferably extends in the lateral direction with a required distance. That is, the target tape 6 may be attached via the adhesive 9 that extends discontinuously in the lateral direction.
[0044]
In addition to the disposable diaper 1, the present invention can also be implemented in a diaper cover, training pants, and incontinence pants.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
According to the disposable wearing article according to the present invention, the wearing article has elastic elasticity in at least the lateral direction of the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction, and is not formed on one outer surface of the front and back waist area of the wearing article. Even when a stretchable target tape is attached to a wearing article that is not stretched, the target tape has multiple slits extending in the vertical direction, so the stretchability of the part where the target tape is attached is completely There is no loss.
[0046]
In the case where the tearable perforation cuts the upper and lower edges of the target tape, the elastic elasticity of the wearing article extending between the target tapes divided at the perforation is not constrained by the target tape, and the target tape The part of the wearing article to which is attached can be extended outward in the lateral direction.
[0047]
When the slit extends in the longitudinal direction between the vicinity of the front edge and the vicinity of the rear edge of the target tape, or from the first slit and the rear edge of the target tape where the slit extends from the front edge of the target tape to the vicinity of the rear edge. In the case of being formed from the second slit extending near the front end edge, each slit of the target tape spreads outward in the lateral direction when the wearing article is extended outward in the lateral direction. Therefore, the part of the wearing article to which the target tape is attached can be extended outward in the lateral direction by the dimension in which the slit of the target tape spreads.
