Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
When an infant with a small body is a wearer of a pants-type disposable diaper, if the rising height of the leakage preventing walls is too large, a large gap tends to be formed between the body and the diaper. In this case, the discharged urine or the like is not easily absorbed by the absorbent main body, and the urine tends to leak from the abdominal side (front side). On the other hand, if the rising height of the leakage preventing walls is small, there is a risk that discharged feces adhering to the surface of the absorbent main body spill out to the outside of the diaper on the back side (rear side).
The present invention has been made in view of the conventional problems as described above, and an object of the present invention is to provide a pants-type absorbent article which can easily suppress leakage of excrement from the front side (abdominal side) and the rear side (back side).

Detailed Description
At least the following matters will become clear from the description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.
A pants-type absorbent article having a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a front-rear direction that intersect with each other, the pants-type absorbent article comprising: an absorbent body; and a pair of leakage-preventing wall portions provided on both sides of the absorbent body in the left-right direction and capable of rising toward the skin side, a first rising start point being located inward in the left-right direction with respect to a second rising start point, the first rising start point being a start point at which each of the leakage-preventing wall portions rises at a first position, the first position being located at least on a front side in the front-back direction with respect to a center in the front-back direction, the second rising start point being a start point at which the leakage-preventing wall portion rises at a second position, the second position being located on a rear side in the front-back direction with respect to the first position.
With such a pants-type absorbent article, making the height of the leakage preventing wall portion rise higher at the second position on the rear side can form a large space that can store feces between the absorbent main body and the wearer's body, so that leakage of feces can be suppressed. Restricting the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portion at the front side first position makes it possible to easily suppress lateral leakage of urine, while making it possible to reduce the gap between the absorbent main body and the wearer's body so that urine can be easily absorbed. Therefore, a pants-type absorbent article capable of easily suppressing leakage of excrement from the front side (abdomen side) and the rear side (back side) can be realized.
In such a pant-type absorbent article, the pant-type absorbent article further includes an absorbent body including the absorber, the leakage preventing wall portion is joined to the absorbent body by a first joining region, a second joining region, and a third joining region, the first joining region is a region that is provided at an outer side end portion in the left-right direction and extends in the up-down direction, the second joining region is a region that is provided at a front upper end portion and a rear upper end portion of the absorbent body and is located on an inner side in the left-right direction with respect to the first joining region, the second joining region fixes the leakage preventing wall portion so that the leakage preventing wall portion cannot stand up, and the third joining region is a region that is provided at least between a lower end of the second joining region provided at the front upper end portion of the absorbent body in the up-down direction and a lower end of the absorbent body and is between the left end portion and the lower end of the absorbent body An area provided between the first bonding area and the second bonding area in a right direction.
In such a pant-type absorbent article, the rising height of the rising starting point of the leakage preventing wall portion in the third joining region may be made smaller than the rising height of the rising starting point of the leakage preventing wall portion in the first joining region. Therefore, appropriately providing each joint region makes it possible to more effectively suppress leakage of excrement from the front side (ventral side) and the rear side (dorsal side).
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the first position is a position overlapping with the third joining region in the up-down direction.
With such a pant-type absorbent article, changing the arrangement and length of the third joining regions in the up-down direction (front-rear direction) makes it possible to adjust the region where the standing height of the leakage preventing wall portions is small. Therefore, an absorbent article having a leakage preventing wall portion that can be more easily fitted to the wearer in accordance with the body type of the wearer or the like can be realized.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the pants-type absorbent article further includes a front side belt portion and a rear side belt portion, and a lower end of the third joining region is located below a lower end of the rear side belt portion in the up-down direction.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, when the leakage preventing wall portions are made to stand in the region below the rear side belt portion, a portion where the rising start point of the leakage preventing wall portion in the first joining region is high in the maximum possible rising height and a portion where the rising start point of the leakage preventing wall portion in the third joining region is low in the maximum possible rising height can be formed. Therefore, leakage of excrement can be effectively suppressed.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the lower end of the third joining region is located on the front side with respect to the lower end of the absorbent main body in the front-rear direction.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, when the wearer wears the pants-type absorbent article, the region in which the leakage preventing wall portions rise to a large height from the rising starting point in the first joining region can be enlarged. Therefore, a space capable of storing feces can be enlarged, and leakage of feces from the rear region can be more easily suppressed.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the pants-type absorbent article further includes a front side belt portion and a rear side belt portion, and an upper end of the third joining region is located above a lower end of the front side belt portion in the up-down direction.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, the leakage preventing wall portion can be erected from the erection start point in the third joining region toward the skin side in a wide region of the region where the waist tightening force of the front side belt portion is not applied. Therefore, lateral leakage of urine or the like from the front region of the pants-type absorbent article can be effectively suppressed.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that an upper end of the third joint region is located above a lower end of the second joint region disposed at a front side upper end portion of the absorbent main body in the up-down direction.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, the leakage preventing wall portions can be raised in a wider range between the lower end of the front second joining region and the lower end of the third joining region on the stomach side (front side) of the pants-type absorbent article, while the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portions is restricted from becoming too high. Therefore, lateral leakage of urine or the like can be effectively suppressed.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that an upper end of the third joining region is located below an upper end of the second joining region arranged at a front side upper end portion of the absorbent main body in the up-down direction.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, the area of the overlapping portion of the third joining region that overlaps the front-side second joining region in the vertical direction can be reduced. Reducing the area of this overlapping portion does not affect the function of adjusting the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portion, and therefore reducing the amount of adhesive material used to form the third joining region makes it possible to reduce costs without impairing the function of the leakage preventing wall portion. Furthermore, this may improve the texture of the pant-type absorbent article.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the absorbent body includes a liquid-absorbent core including a narrow portion between both longitudinal end portions of the absorbent core, the narrow portion having a smaller length in the left-right direction, and an upper end of the third joint region is located above the narrow portion of the absorbent core in the up-down direction.
With such a pants-type absorbent article, the distance in the left-right direction between the third joint region and the absorbent core can be reduced, and the absorbent core has high rigidity as compared with other portions. This makes it difficult for the third joining region to be strained and deformed, and the leakage preventing wall portion can be erected with the third joining region as an erection starting point.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the length of the third joined region is longer than the length of the second joined region in the up-down direction.
With such a pant-type absorbent article, the range that limits the possible standing height at which the leakage preventing wall portions can stand up in the third joining region can be maximized while increasing the vertical direction range over which the leakage preventing wall portions can stand up. Therefore, it is possible to easily suppress leakage of excrement and improve the fit of the pants-type absorbent article when the wearer wears the pants-type absorbent article.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the absorbent main body includes a liquid-absorbent core, that an outer end portion of the leakage preventing wall piece constituting the leakage preventing wall portion is disposed outside in the left-right direction with respect to the absorbent core, and that the third joining region is disposed between the absorbent core and the first joining region in the left-right direction.
With such a pants-type absorbent article, since the third joined region is disposed between the absorbent core and the first joined region in the left-right direction, the third joined region suppresses transfer of urine or the like from the absorbent core to the outside in the left-right direction (toward the side flap side). Therefore, urine or the like hardly permeates into the side flap, and the possibility of discomfort of the wearer can be reduced.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the absorbent main body includes an absorbent core that is liquid absorbent, at least a part of an outer side end portion of the leakage preventing wall piece constituting the leakage preventing wall portion is disposed at a position overlapping with the absorbent core and at a non-skin side with respect to the absorbent core, and at least a part of the third joint region is disposed at a position overlapping with the absorbent core and at a skin side with respect to the absorbent core in the left-right direction.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, since both ends in the left-right direction of the absorbent core are covered with the leakage preventing walls, the leakage preventing walls suppress the transfer of urine or the like from the absorbent core to the outside in the left-right direction (toward the side flap). Therefore, urine or the like hardly permeates into the side flap, and the possibility of discomfort of the wearer can be reduced.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that, with respect to a straight line formed by extending a line connecting an inner end in the left-right direction of a lower end in the up-down direction of the second joined region disposed at a front-side upper end portion of the absorbent main body and an inner end in the left-right direction of a lower end in the up-down direction of the third joined region, an intersection of the first joined region and the straight line is located on a rear side in the front-rear direction with respect to the lower end of the absorbent main body in a state where the absorbent main body is elongated.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, the leakage preventing wall portion located on the rear side in the front-rear direction is a portion (region) that can be actually raised to the maximum height without being affected by the second joining region and the third joining region. That is, the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portion is restricted on the front side, and the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portion is high on the rear side. Therefore, leakage of excrement from the front side (ventral side) and the rear side (dorsal side) can be suppressed.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the pants-type absorbent article further includes a front side belt portion and a rear side belt portion, and with respect to a straight line formed by extending a line connecting an inner end in the left-right direction of a lower end in the up-down direction of the second joined region and an inner end in the left-right direction of a lower end in the up-down direction of the third joined region disposed at a front side upper end portion of the absorbent main body, an intersection point of the first joined region and the straight line is located below a lower end of the rear side belt portion in the up-down direction in a state where the absorbent main body is extended.
With such a pants-type absorbent article, the leakage preventing wall portions are likely to stand up to the maximum height in the vertical direction in the region between the lower end of the absorbent main body and the lower end of the rear side belt portion. Therefore, the leakage preventing wall portion can rise to the maximum height in the vicinity of the excretory opening (anus) of the wearer, and the possibility of leakage of excrement (feces) can be reduced.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the length of the second joining region arranged at the front side upper end portion of the absorbent main body is smaller than the length of the second joining region arranged at the rear side upper end portion of the absorbent main body in the up-down direction.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, the length of the front second bonded region is short in the vertical direction, and the lower end position of the front second bonded region is moved upward. Therefore, the position where the leakage preventing wall portion stands up to the maximum height can be easily moved downward. Therefore, when the wearer wears the pants-type absorbent article, the legs of the wearer are less likely to catch on the leakage preventing wall portions, and the pants-type absorbent article can be easily put on while suppressing leakage of excrement from the front side (abdomen side) and the back side (back side).
In such a pant-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the third joining region includes: a front-side third joining region disposed at a front-side upper end portion of the absorbent main body and a rear-side third joining region disposed at a rear-side upper end portion of the absorbent main body, an upper end of the front-side third joining region extending to the front-side upper end of the absorbent main body and an upper end of the rear-side third joining region extending to the rear-side upper end of the absorbent main body in the up-down direction.
With such a pant-type absorbent article, the front-side third joined region and the rear-side third joined region close the gap in the left-right direction between the first joined region and the second joined region, and the upper end of the absorbent main body and the leakage preventing wall portion are joined. Therefore, leakage of excrement from the upper end of the absorbent main body to the outside through the gap between the first joining region and the second joining region can be suppressed.
A pants-type absorbent article having a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a front-rear direction that intersect with each other, the pants-type absorbent article comprising: an absorbent main body, a front side belt portion, and a rear side belt portion, both end portions of the front side belt portion in the left-right direction being joined to both end portions of the rear side belt portion in the left-right direction to form a waist opening, the absorbent main body being provided with a pair of leakage preventing wall portions capable of rising from both sides of the absorbent main body in the left-right direction toward a skin side of a wearer, and a portion of each leakage preventing wall portion having a largest rising height toward the skin side being located on a rear side in the front-rear direction when the pants-type absorbent article is viewed from above in a state where the waist opening is expanded in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction from a natural state.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, since the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portion is increased in the rear region, a large space (volume) capable of storing feces can be provided between the absorbent main body and the body of the wearer. In addition, since the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portion is restricted in the front region, the distance between the absorbent main body and the body of the wearer can be reduced, and urine can be effectively absorbed and the possibility of leakage of urine or the like can be reduced.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that a first erection starting point, which is a starting point at which each of the leakage preventing wall portions is erected at a first position located at least on the front side in the front-rear direction with respect to the center in the front-rear direction, be located on the inner side in the left-right direction with respect to a second erection starting point, which is a starting point at which the leakage preventing wall portion is erected at a second position located on the rear side in the front-rear direction with respect to the first position.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, by raising the leakage preventing wall portion to a high height at the second position on the rear side, a large space capable of storing feces can be formed between the absorbent main body and the body of the wearer. Moreover, leakage of feces can be suppressed. By limiting the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portion at the first position of the front side, it is possible to easily suppress lateral leakage of urine and reduce the gap between the absorbent main body and the body, so that urine can be easily absorbed. Therefore, a pants-type disposable diaper capable of easily suppressing leakage of excrement from the front side (abdomen side) and the rear side (back side) can be realized.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the leakage preventing wall portion is joined to the absorbent main body by a first joining region, a second joining region, and a third joining region, the first joining region being a region provided at an outer end portion in the left-right direction and extending in the up-down direction, the second joining region being a region provided at a front upper end portion and a rear upper end portion of the absorbent main body and located inward in the left-right direction with respect to the first joining region, the second joining region fixing the leakage preventing wall portion so that the leakage preventing wall portion cannot stand up, the third joining region being a region provided between a lower end of the second joining region provided at the front upper end portion of the absorbent main body and a lower end of the absorbent main body at least in the up-down direction and between the first joining region and the second joining region in the left-right direction .
In such a pant-type absorbent article, the rising height of the rising starting point of the leakage preventing wall portion in the third joining region may be made smaller than the rising height of the rising starting point of the leakage preventing wall portion in the first joining region. Therefore, appropriately providing the joining region makes it possible to more effectively suppress leakage of excrement from the front side (ventral side) and the rear side (dorsal side).
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the first position is a position overlapping with the third joining region in the up-down direction.
With such a pant-type absorbent article, changing the arrangement and length of the third joining regions in the up-down direction (front-rear direction) makes it possible to adjust the regions where the rise heights of the leakage preventing wall portions are low. Therefore, an absorbent article having a leakage preventing wall portion that can be more easily attached to the wearer in accordance with the body shape of the wearer or the like can be realized.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that, with respect to a straight line formed by extending a line connecting the inner end in the left-right direction of the lower end in the up-down direction of the second joined region disposed at the front-side upper end portion of the absorbent main body and the inner end in the left-right direction of the lower end in the up-down direction of the third joined region, an intersection of the first joined region and the straight line is located on the rear side in the front-rear direction with respect to the lower end of the absorbent main body in a state where the absorbent main body is extended.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, the leakage preventing wall portion located on the rear side in the front-rear direction is a portion (region) that can be actually raised to the maximum height without being affected by the second joining region and the third joining region. That is, the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portion is restricted on the front side, and the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portion is larger on the rear side.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, the leakage preventing wall portions are likely to stand up to the maximum height in the region between the lower end of the absorbent main body and the lower end of the rear side belt portion in the vertical direction. Therefore, the leakage preventing wall portion can rise to the maximum height in the vicinity of the excretory opening (anus) of the wearer, and the possibility of leakage of excrement (feces) can be reduced.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the pants-type absorbent article further includes a front side belt portion and a rear side belt portion, and a lower end of the third joining region is located below a lower end of the rear side belt portion in the up-down direction.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, when the leakage preventing wall portions are made to stand in the region below the rear side belt portion, a portion where the rising start point of the leakage preventing wall portion in the first joining region has a high maximum standing height and a portion where the rising start point of the leakage preventing wall portion in the third joining region has a low maximum standing height can be formed. Therefore, leakage of excrement can be effectively suppressed.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the lower end of the third joining region is located on the front side with respect to the lower end of the absorbent main body in the front-rear direction.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, when the wearer wears the pants-type absorbent article, a region in which the leakage preventing wall portions rise to a high height from the rising starting point in the first joining region can be enlarged. Therefore, it is possible to enlarge a space capable of storing feces and to more easily suppress the leakage of feces from the rear region.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the pants-type absorbent article further includes a front side belt portion and a rear side belt portion, and an upper end of the third joining region is located above a lower end of the front side belt portion in the up-down direction.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, the leakage preventing wall portion can be erected from the erection start point in the third joining region toward the skin side over a wide range of the region where the waist tightening force of the front side belt portion is not applied. Therefore, lateral leakage of urine or the like from the front region of the pants-type absorbent article can be effectively suppressed.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that, in the up-down direction, an upper end of the third joined region is located above a lower end of the second joined region disposed at a front-side upper end portion of the absorbent main body.
In such a pant-type absorbent article, the leakage preventing wall portions can be raised over a wide range between the lower end of the front second joining region and the lower end of the third joining region on the stomach side (front side) of the pant-type absorbent article, while the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portions is restricted from becoming too high. Therefore, lateral leakage of urine or the like can be effectively suppressed.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that an upper end of the third joining region is located below an upper end of the second joining region arranged at a front side upper end portion of the absorbent main body in the up-down direction.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, the area of the overlapping portion where the third joining region overlaps with the front side second joining region in the up-down direction can be reduced.
This makes it difficult for the third joining region to be strained and deformed, so that the leakage preventing wall portion can be erected with the third joining region as an erection starting point.
In such a pant-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the length of the third joining region is greater than the length of the second joining region in the up-down direction.
With such a pant-type absorbent article, it is possible to maximize the range that limits the possible erection height over which the leakage preventing wall portions can be erected at the erection points in the third joining regions, while increasing the range in the vertical direction over which the leakage preventing wall portions can be erected.
Therefore, urine or the like does not easily penetrate into the side flaps, and the possibility of discomfort of the wearer can be reduced.
Therefore, urine or the like does not easily penetrate into the side flaps, and the possibility of discomfort of the wearer can be reduced.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, it is desirable that the length of the second joining region arranged at the front-side upper end portion of the absorbent main body is smaller than the length of the second joining region arranged at the rear-side upper end portion of the absorbent main body in the up-down direction.
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings
As an example of the absorbent article according to the present embodiment, a pants-type disposable diaper for infants will be explained. Note that the absorbent article can be used not only as a pants-type disposable diaper for infants but also as a sanitary pant, a panty liner, or the like for adults.
< Structure of pants-type Disposable diaper 1 >
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a pants-type disposable diaper 1 (hereinafter, also simply referred to as "diaper 1"). Fig. 2 is a plan view of the diaper 1 in an unfolded and extended state. Fig. 3 shows a plan view and a sectional view illustrating the configuration of the absorbent main body 10 and the leakage preventing wall portions 50.
In the pants-type state shown in fig. 1, the diaper 1 has a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a front-rear direction which intersect with each other; a waist opening portion BH and a pair of leg hole opening portions LH are formed. In the vertical direction, the waist opening BH side is referred to as an upper side, and the crotch side is referred to as a lower side. Referring to the sectional view of fig. 3, the direction in which the constituent members of the diaper 1 are stacked is referred to as the thickness direction; in the thickness direction, the side that is in contact with the body (skin) of the wearer is referred to as the skin side, and the side that is not in contact with the body (skin) of the wearer is referred to as the non-skin side.
The "extended state" of the diaper 1 refers to a state in which the entire diaper 1 (entire product) is extended so that creases formed therein are substantially no longer visible by the extension of elastic members of the diaper 1, such as the leg elastic members 17 and the thread-like elastic members 23, 33 described below. Specifically, the extended state refers to a state in which the diaper 1 is extended until the dimensions of the respective constituent members (such as the absorbent main body 10 and the belt portions 30 and 40 described below) of the diaper 1 match or are close to the dimensions of the diaper itself.
The diaper 1 includes an absorbent main body 10, a front side belt portion 20, and a back side belt portion 30, which are three members rectangular in a plan view. The front side belt portion 20 (abdomen-side waist portion) contacts the abdomen-side portion of the wearer, and the rear side belt portion 30 (back-side waist portion) contacts the back-side portion of the wearer.
In the diaper 1 in the developed state shown in fig. 2, the front side belt portion 20 and the back side belt portion 30 are arranged such that their longitudinal directions match with the left-right direction of the diaper 1. One longitudinal end portion (front end portion) of the absorbent main body 10 is disposed in the left-right direction central portion of the front side belt portion 20; the longitudinal other end (rear end) of the absorbent main body 10 is disposed in the left-right direction center portion of the rear belt portion 30.
In the diaper 1 in the developed state shown in fig. 2, the absorbent main body 10 is folded in half at a predetermined position FL in the longitudinal direction in such a manner that the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10 matches the up-down direction of the diaper 1. The pair of joining regions 2 are formed by joining both left and right direction end portions of the front side band portion 20 and the rear side band portion 30 to each other using a joining method such as thermal welding or ultrasonic welding. Thus, the diaper 1 is in a pants-type state (see fig. 1) in which the diaper 1 has a waistline opening BH and a pair of leg hole openings LH.
As shown in fig. 3, the absorbent main body 10 includes: an absorbent body 11; a top sheet 12 disposed on the skin side with respect to the absorbent body 11; a back sheet 13 which is disposed on the non-skin side with respect to the absorbent body 11 and serves as an exterior member of the absorbent main body 10. A pair of leakage preventing walls 50is provided on both sides of the absorber 11 in the left-right direction.
The absorbent body 11 includes an absorbent core 11A that absorbs and holds discharged liquid such as urine and a liquid-permeable core-wrapping sheet 11B that covers the absorbent core 11A. For example, the absorbent core 11A is a member formed by shaping liquid absorbent fibers (pulp including Super Absorbent Polymer (SAP) or the like) into a predetermined shape. The core wrap sheet 11B is, for example, tissue paper.
The absorbent core 11A according to the present embodiment has a narrow portion 11AC between the front side end and the rear side end in the longitudinal direction. The narrow portion 11AC has a smaller length in the left-right direction (width direction). When the diaper 1 is worn by a wearer, the narrow portion 11AC will be inserted between the legs of the wearer. Since the narrow portion 11AC has a short length (width) in the left-right direction, the absorbent core 11A can be easily fitted to the crotch of the wearer.
The top sheet 12 is a sheet-like member covering the absorbent body 11 from the skin side and is made of, for example, a liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric having a larger planar size than the absorbent body 11.
The back sheet 13 is a sheet-like member covering the absorbent body 11 from the non-skin side and is a sheet-like member having a larger planar dimension than the absorbent body 11. The back sheet 13 is a double-layer sheet member composed of a back film 13a and an exterior sheet 13b, and includes, for example: the back surface film 13a is a liquid-impermeable film of polyethylene, polypropylene, or the like; the outer sheet 13b is a nonwoven fabric or the like provided on the non-skin side of the back film 13 a.
The outer sheet 13b has extending portions 13bf extending significantly outward in the left-right direction from both side ends 11es of the absorbent body 11. The extending portions 13bf are folded back toward the skin side in the thickness direction to the inner side in the left-right direction and at the ends 10es on both sides in the left-right direction of the absorbent main body 10. Then, the folded extended portions 13bf overlap each other in the thickness direction, thereby forming the side flaps SF. In each side flap SF, a plurality of leg elastic members 17 (such as elastic threads or the like) are fixed between the extending portions 13bf folded and stacked in the thickness direction in a state elongated in the up-down direction (longitudinal direction) and spaced apart by a predetermined distance in the left-right direction. Therefore, the side flaps SF have stretchability in the vertical direction (the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10). Since the plurality of leg elastic members 17 are arranged in the lateral direction, the side flaps SF each having the holding plane have a shape protruding outward in the lateral direction from both sides in the lateral direction of the absorbent main body 10, as shown in fig. 1. Therefore, the side flaps SF can be easily fitted along the surfaces of the wearer's thighs when the diaper 1 is worn by the wearer. Therefore, leakage of excrement and the like from the leg hole opening LH can be easily suppressed.
The leakage preventing wall portions 50 are formed of a soft sheet member such as nonwoven fabric, and are provided on both sides in the left-right direction and on the skin side in the thickness direction of the absorbent body 11. When the diaper 1 is worn by a wearer, the leakage preventing walls 50 rise from both sides in the left-right direction of the absorbent body 11 toward the skin of the wearer, and leakage of excrement to the outside of the absorbent body 10 is suppressed. The details of the leakage preventing wall portion 50 will be described below.
The front side belt portion 20 (rear side belt portion 30) includes: inner layer 21 (31); outer sheets 22(32) stacked on the inner sheets 21 (31); and a plurality of linear elastic members 23 (33).
The outer sheet 22(32) is disposed on the non-skin side with respect to the inner sheet 21 (31). The inner sheet 21(31) and the outer sheet 22(32) are disposed on the non-skin side with respect to the absorbent main body 10. The inner sheets 21 and 31 and the outer sheets 22 and 32 are both non-stretchable sheets having substantially no stretchability in the lateral direction of the diaper 1. SMS nonwoven fabric (spunbond-meltblown-spunbond nonwoven fabric), spunbond nonwoven fabric, breathable nonwoven fabric, plastic sheet, apertured plastic sheet, or laminate of these sheets may be used as each of the inner sheets 21, 31 and the outer sheets 22, 32.
The plurality of linear elastic members 23(33) are fixed between the inner layer sheet 21(31) and the outer layer sheet 22(32) in a state of being arranged side by side in the vertical direction and being elongated in the horizontal direction. Therefore, the front side belt portion 20 and the rear side belt portion 30 can be stretched in the right-left direction and fit to the waistline of the wearer. The linear elastic members 23 and 33 are, for example, linear elastic members such as rubber or spandex.
In the rear-side belt portion 30 according to the present embodiment, the linear elastic member 33 is arranged from the upper end portion to the lower end portion. On the other hand, in the upper end portion of the front side belt portion 20, the linear elastic member 23 is not disposed, but instead, a stretchable sheet 24 that stretches in the left-right direction is disposed. By disposing the stretchable sheet 24 instead of the linear elastic member 23 at the upper end portion of the front side band portion 20, the upper end portion of the front side band portion 20 can be easily and closely brought into surface-to-surface contact with the body (skin) of the wearer. Therefore, local tightening of the front side belt portion 20 is suppressed, and it is difficult to leave a trace of the extensible member on the skin of the wearer. In particular, since it is assumed that the abdomen of the infant who is the wearer of the diaper 1 is generally protruded, the possibility that the infant feels uncomfortable when wearing the diaper 1 can be reduced by suppressing local tightening around the abdomen by using the front side band portion 20 as in the present embodiment.
< leakage preventing wall portion 50 >
Next, the details of the construction and function of each leakage preventing wall portion 50 will be explained. The leakage preventing wall 50 has a leakage preventing wall sheet 51 and a plurality of leakage preventing wall elastic members 52. The leakage preventing wall sheet 51 is a rectangular flexible sheet member, and is made of, for example, nonwoven fabric or the like. The leakage preventing wall sheets 51 according to the present embodiment are arranged at both left and right direction end portions of the absorbent main body 10 so as to extend in the up-down direction (the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10). As shown in fig. 3, the leakage preventing wall sheet 51 is folded at the inner side end 50is in the left-right direction to the outer side in the left-right direction. Between the leakage preventing wall sheets 51 stacked on each other in the thickness direction, a plurality of leakage preventing wall elastic members 52 such as elastic threads or the like are fixed in a state of being elongated in the up-down direction and being spaced apart by a predetermined distance in the left-right direction. Therefore, the leakage preventing wall portion 50 has stretchability in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction). When the diaper 1 is worn by the wearer, the inner end (inner end 50is) of the leakage preventing wall 50 in the lateral direction rises toward the skin of the wearer due to the stretchability.
As shown by hatching in fig. 3, the leakage preventing wall portion 50is joined to the absorbent main body 10 with a first joining region 55, a second joining region 56, and a third joining region 57 formed of a joining material such as a hot-melt adhesive or the like.
The first joining region 55is a belt-like region extending in the up-down direction (the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10) at the outer end portion in the left-right direction of the leakage preventing wall portion 50. The first joining region 55 joins the leakage preventing wall portion 50 to the skin-side surface of the side flap SF. When the diaper 1 is worn by a wearer, at least a portion of the region of the leakage preventing wall 50 on the left-right direction inner side with respect to the first joined region 55 rises toward the skin side from the starting point which is the left-right direction inner end of the first joined region 55. That is, the first joining region 55is a region serving as a rising start point of the leakage preventing wall portion 50.
The second joining region 56 is provided at each of the front-side upper end portion and the rear-side upper end portion of the absorbent main body 10, and is provided on the left-right direction inner side with respect to the first joining region 55. The second joining regions 56 join both longitudinal end portions of the leakage preventing wall 50 to the skin-side surface of the absorbent body 11 (topsheet 12). In the following description, the second joining region 56 provided at the front-side upper end portion of the absorbent main body 10 is also referred to as "front-side second joining region 56 f", and the second joining region 56 provided at the rear-side upper end portion of the absorbent main body 10 is also referred to as "rear-side second joining region 56 b". The longitudinal end portions of the leakage preventing wall 50 are joined by the second joining regions 56f and 56b, and the leakage preventing wall 50is fixed so that the leakage preventing wall 50 cannot stand up in this region. That is, the leakage preventing wall 50 can stand up in the region in the longitudinal direction between the front side second joining region 56f and the rear side second joining region 56 b.
The third joining region 57is provided at least between the lower end (rear side end in the front-rear direction) 56fed of the front side second joining region 56f and the lower end of the absorbent main body 10 (position FL where the absorbent main body 10 is folded in half in the longitudinal direction) in the up-down direction and between the first joining region 55 and the second joining region 56 in the left-right direction. The third joining region 57is provided on the inner side in the left-right direction with respect to the first joining region 55. Therefore, in the third joining region 57, the rising start point of the leakage preventing wall portion 50is not the first joining region 55, but the third joining region 57. That is, in the region where the third joining region 57is provided in the up-down direction (longitudinal direction), the possible rising height at which the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can rise is low as compared with the region where the third joining region 57is not provided (see fig. 6 and 7 described below).
Fig. 4 is a schematic plan view showing the relationship between the arrangement of the joining regions 55, 56, and 57 and the possible rising height at which the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can rise. Fig. 5is a schematic sectional view taken along line a-a of fig. 4. Fig. 6 is a schematic sectional view taken along line B-B of fig. 4. Fig. 7is a schematic sectional view taken along line C-C of fig. 4. As in fig. 2, fig. 4 shows the diaper 1 in an unfolded and extended state.
First, as shown in fig. 5, in the region where the second joining regions 56(56f, 56d) are formed in the up-down direction (the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10), the left-right direction inner end portions (inner ends 50is) of the leakage preventing wall portions 50 are joined to the absorbent main body 10, and therefore the leakage preventing wall portions 50 cannot rise.
Next, as shown in fig. 6, at a certain position (shown as a first position) in a region where the third joining region 57is provided at least on the front side with respect to the front-rear direction center, the inner end 50is of the leakage preventing wall portion 50 rises toward the skin side at a first rising start point which is the inner end 57is of the third joining region 57. At this time, the maximum rising height at which the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can rise is referred to as "first rising height H57". The first rising height H57 is a distance from the first rising start point to the rising distal end of the leakage preventing wall portion 50. That is, in the left-right direction of fig. 4, the first rising height H57 is the distance between the inner end 57is of the third joining region 57 and the inner end 50is of the leakage preventing wall portion 50.
As shown in fig. 7, at a certain position (indicated as a second position) in a region where the third joining region 57is not provided and the first joining region 55is provided on the rear side in the front-rear direction with respect to the first position, the inner side end 50is of the leakage preventing wall portion 50 rises toward the skin side at a second rising point which is the inner side end 55is of the first joining region 55. At this time, the maximum rising height at which the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can rise is referred to as "second rising height H55". The second rising height H55 is a distance from the second rising start point to the rising distal end of the leakage preventing wall portion 50. That is, in the left-right direction in fig. 4, the second rising height H55 is a distance between the inner end 55is of the first joining region 55 and the inner end 50is of the leakage preventing wall portion 50.
As is clear from fig. 4, the first rising start point is located inward in the left-right direction with respect to the second rising start point. Therefore, in the left-right direction, the distance between the inside end 57is of the third joining region 57 and the inside end 50is of the leakage preventing wall 50is smaller than the distance between the inside end 55is of the first joining region 55 and the inside end 50is of the leakage preventing wall 50. Therefore, in the case of the diaper 1, the possible rising height (first rising height H57) at which the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can rise at the first position located on the front side in the front-rear direction can be made smaller than the possible rising height (second rising height H55) at which the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can rise at the second position located on the rear side with respect to the first position.
Fig. 8A and 8B show the inside of the diaper 1 when viewed from above in a state where the waistline opening portion BH of the diaper 1 is expanded in the front-rear direction (and the left-right direction). Fig. 8A shows a state where a user inserts his or her hands from below into a pair of leg hole openings LH of the diaper 1 in a natural state and expands the waistline opening BH in the front-back direction and the left-right direction. Fig. 8B shows a state where the user inserts both hands from above into the waistline opening BH of the diaper 1 in the natural state and expands the waistline opening BH in the front-back direction and the left-right direction. The "natural state" of the diaper 1 refers to a state in which the diaper 1 is left standing for a predetermined time and has not been touched. For example, with a pants-type diaper 1, the user pulls the belt portions 20 and 30 to both lateral outer sides so that each of the belt portions 20 and 30 and the absorbent main body 10 assumes an "extended state". Thereafter, the extended state is maintained for 15 seconds, and then the tension of the diaper 1 is released and the diaper 1 is placed on a flat surface such as a table top or the like. The natural state is a state in which the diaper 1 has been left on a flat surface for 5 minutes.
When the wearer wears the diaper 1 and the waistline opening portion BH is expanded from the natural state in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction, the leakage preventing wall elastic member 52 is stretched, and the contractive force generated by the leakage preventing wall elastic member 52 is applied to the inner side end 50is of the leakage preventing wall portion 50. Then, the leakage preventing wall 50is raised toward the skin side of the wearer, and the inner side end 50is of the leakage preventing wall 50 can easily come into contact with the skin (groin or the like) of the wearer. At this time, as shown in fig. 8A and 8B, the possible rising height (H57) at which the leakage preventing wall 50 can rise on the front side in the front-rear direction of the diaper 1 is low, and the possible rising height (H55) at which the leakage preventing wall 50 can rise on the rear side in the front-rear direction is high. In other words, the portion (H55) where the leakage preventing wall portion 50 stands to the maximum height toward the skin side is located on the rear side in the front-rear direction.
An infant, which is the primary wearer of the diaper 1, typically sleeps supine. Therefore, when the infant discharges feces, the feces are difficult to be absorbed by the absorbent main body 10 and tend to accumulate on the rear side (back side). Therefore, by raising the leakage preventing wall portion 50 to a high height in the rear side region (second position) of the diaper 1, a large space (volume) capable of storing feces inside the diaper 1 can be provided between the absorbent main body 10 and the body of the infant, and leakage of feces to the outside of the absorbent main body 10 can be suppressed. On the other hand, if the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portion 50 on the front side in the front-rear direction is excessively high because the body of the infant is small, a large gap is formed between the absorbent main body 10 and the body of the infant, making it difficult to absorb urine. By limiting the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portion 50 in the front side region (first position) of the diaper 1, the distance between the absorbent main body 10 and the body of the wearer (infant) can be reduced, so that urine can be efficiently absorbed and the possibility of lateral leakage of urine or the like can be reduced. Therefore, the pants-type disposable diaper 1 can be realized that easily absorbs urine on the abdomen side and can easily suppress leakage of feces from the back side. In addition, by changing the arrangement and length of the joining regions, it is possible to freely adjust the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portions 50 in accordance with the body type and sex of the wearer and improve the fit of the diaper 1.
The actual rising height of the leakage preventing wall 50 differs depending on the position in the vertical direction (front-rear direction). For example, in fig. 4, in a region (first position) where the third joining region 57is a rising starting point (first rising starting point), an actual possible rising height at which the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can rise is approximately low in an upper region in the vertical direction and high in a lower region in the vertical direction. In the upper region in the up-down direction, the leakage preventing wall 50is fixed by the front-side second joining region 56f so that the leakage preventing wall 50 cannot stand up (see fig. 5). Therefore, due to the influence of the front side second joining region 56f, the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portion 50 in this region is smaller than the first rising height H57, which is the maximum rising height of the leakage preventing wall portion 50 that can rise. On the other hand, in the lower side region in the up-down direction, the influence of the front side second joining region 56f is less likely to be received, and the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can easily rise up to the first rising height H57 which is the maximum rising height of the leakage preventing wall portion 50 that can rise up. That is, the actual rising height of the leakage preventing wall portion 50 increases toward the lower side in the vertical direction.
Also, in fig. 4, the actual possible rising height at which the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can rise in the region (second position) where the first joining region 55is the rising starting point (second rising starting point) is low in the upper region in the vertical direction near the third joining region 57 and high in the lower region in the vertical direction away from the third joining region 57.
This variation in the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can be explained as follows. That is, a line connecting a point P in fig. 4, which is a point on the left-right direction inside of the front-side second joining region 56f and at the lower end in the up-down direction, and a point Q in fig. 4, which is a point on the left-right direction inside of the third joining region 57 and at the lower end in the up-down direction, is defined as a straight line SL (indicated by a broken line in fig. 4). In this case, the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can easily stand in the region located on the left-right direction inner side with respect to the straight line SL. This is because the leakage preventing wall 50is less likely to be affected by the second joining region 56 and the third joining region 57 in the region located on the inner side in the left-right direction with respect to the straight line SL. Therefore, the left-right direction distance H50X between the straight line SL in fig. 4 and the inner side end 50is of the leakage preventing wall 50 can be regarded as the actual rising height of the leakage preventing wall 50.
The actual standing height H50X of the leakage preventing wall portion 50 gradually increases from the upper side to the lower side in the up-down direction, and becomes maximum at the intersection (point R in fig. 4) of the straight line SL and the left-right direction inside end 55is of the first joining region 55. As can be clearly seen from fig. 4, this point R is located on the rear side in the front-rear direction with respect to the lower end (FL) of the absorbent main body 10 (on the rear side with respect to the center in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10). Therefore, as described above with reference to fig. 8, the portion of the leakage preventing wall portions 50 that rises to the maximum height is located on the rear side in the front-rear direction. In the diaper 1, the portion where the leakage preventing wall portion 50 actually rises by the maximum height (second rising height H55) is a region including the point R and having a predetermined length in the up-down direction, and the leakage preventing wall portion 50 does not have to rise locally by a large height at the point R.
An intersection R of the straight line SL and the left-right direction inside end 55is of the first joining region 55is located below the lower end 30ed of the rear belt section 30 in the up-down direction (located on the front side in the longitudinal direction with respect to the lower end 30ed of the rear belt section 30 in fig. 4). Therefore, the leakage preventing wall portion 50 has the maximum height in the vertical direction in the region between the lower end position FL of the absorbent main body 10 and the lower end 30ed of the rear belt portion 30. Therefore, when the diaper 1 is worn by the wearer, the leakage preventing wall portions 50 can stand up to the maximum height in the vicinity of the excretory opening (anus) of the wearer, and the diaper 1 can easily hold excrement (feces).
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, in the diaper 1, the outer side end portions of the leakage preventing wall portions 50 are disposed laterally outwardly with respect to the absorbent core 11A and joined to the skin-side surface of the side flaps SF via the first joining regions 55. With such a configuration, for example, when the wearer discharges a large amount of urine that cannot be absorbed by the absorbent core 11A, there is a risk that the urine penetrates into the side flap SF, causing the wearer to feel discomfort. In the present embodiment, the third bonded region 57is disposed on the outer side with respect to the absorbent core 11A and on the inner side with respect to the first bonded region 55 (i.e., between the absorbent core 11A and the first bonded region 55) in the left-right direction. Therefore, the third joint regions 57 can suppress the transfer of urine or the like from the absorbent core 11A to the side flaps SF, and can reduce the possibility of the wearer feeling uncomfortable.
In the diaper 1 according to the present embodiment, the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portions 50is controlled by appropriately adjusting the ranges in which the third joining regions 57 and the second joining regions 56 are provided in the up-down direction.
As shown in fig. 4, the lower end 57ed of the third joining region 57is located below the lower end 30ed of the rear belt portion 30 in the up-down direction. Therefore, when the wearer wears the diaper 1, the leakage preventing wall portions 50 can easily rise toward the skin side in the regions where the waist tensile force of the back side belt portions 30 is not applied. That is, the leakage preventing wall 50 can stand up in a predetermined region below the rear side belt portion 30. Among the already-erected leakage preventing wall portions 50, there are formed a portion where the maximum possible erection height H55 at which the leakage preventing wall portions 50 can be erected in the first joining region 55is high, and a portion where the maximum possible erection height H57 at which the leakage preventing wall portions 50 can be erected in the third joining region 57is low. Therefore, as described above, it is possible to suppress leakage of urine from the front side in the front-rear direction and leakage of feces from the rear side region.
Further, the lower end 57ed of the third bonding region 57is preferably positioned on the front side in the front-rear direction with respect to the lower end (FL) of the absorbent main body 10. This enlarges the region where the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can rise by the maximum possible rising height H55 from the rising start point in the first joining region 55. That is, the region where the leakage preventing wall portions 50 stand up to a large height when the diaper 1 is worn by the wearer can be enlarged. Therefore, a space (volume) capable of storing feces can be enlarged, and leakage of feces to the outside of the absorbent main body 10 can be more easily suppressed.
In the up-down direction, the upper end 57eu of the third joining region 57is located above the lower end 20ed of the front belt portion 20. Therefore, the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can be erected from the erection starting point in the third joint region 57 toward the skin side over a wide range of the region of the front side belt portion 20 where no waistline tension is applied on the abdomen side (front side) of the diaper 1. That is, the range in which the leakage preventing wall 50 can rise can be enlarged while the rising height is restricted. Therefore, the lateral leakage of urine or the like from the front side of the diaper 1 can be effectively suppressed.
In the up-down direction, the upper end 57eu of the third bonding region 57is located above the lower end 56fed of the front second bonding region 56 f. Therefore, between the lower end 56fed of the front side second joining region 56f and the lower end 57ed of the third joining region 57, the region in which the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can rise from the rising start point in the third joining region 57 toward the skin side can be maximized. That is, on the abdomen side (front side) of the diaper 1, the leakage preventing wall portions 50 can be raised in a wider range while restricting the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portions 50 from becoming excessively high, so that leakage of urine or the like can be more effectively suppressed.
In addition, the upper end 57eu of the third joining region 57is located below the upper end 56feu of the front-side second joining region 56f in the up-down direction. In a region where the third joining region 57 and the front-side second joining region 56f overlap in the up-down direction, the leakage preventing wall portion 50 cannot stand up due to the second joining region 56f (see fig. 5). That is, in this overlapping region, the maximum possible rising height at which the leakage preventing wall portions 50 can rise is substantially zero, and the third joining region 57 does not function to adjust the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portions 50. Therefore, by reducing the area of the third joining region 57 that overlaps with the front-side second joining region 56f in the up-down direction, the amount of adhesive material that forms the third joining region 57 can be reduced, and the area of the portion of the absorbent main body 10 that has a hard texture due to the third joining region 57 can be reduced. Therefore, the cost can be reduced without impairing the function of the leakage preventing wall section 50, and the diaper 1 can be given a good texture.
In the up-down direction, the lower end 57ed of the third joint region 57is located above the contraction start position (point S in fig. 4) of the narrow section 11AC of the absorbent body 11 (absorbent core 11A). That is, the lower end 57ed of the third bonding region 57is located above the narrow portion 11 AC. With such a configuration, as shown in fig. 4, the left-right direction distance between the third joint region 57 and the absorbent core 11A can be reduced. The absorbent body 11 (absorbent core 11A) in which a liquid absorbent material such as liquid absorbent fibers is stacked has high rigidity as compared with other portions (e.g., the leakage preventing wall portions 50). Therefore, by reducing the distance between the third joint region 57 and the absorbent core 11A, the occurrence of strain and deformation of the third joint region 57 can be reduced. Therefore, the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can easily and stably rise from the rising start point in the third joining region 57.
In the up-down direction, the length of the third joining region 57is greater than the length of the second joining region 56. By reducing the length of the second joining region 56, the vertical direction range in which the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can stand can be increased. By making the length of the third joining region 57 longer than the length of the second joining region 56, it is possible to widen the range of possible rising heights (in fig. 4, the height H57 is smaller than the height H55) at which the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can be suppressed from rising at the rising start point in the third joining region 57. Therefore, the entire diaper 1 can more easily suppress leakage of excrement. In addition, since the rising height of the leakage preventing wall portions 50is appropriately adjusted, the fit of the diaper 1 when the wearer wears the diaper 1 can be improved.
< modification of the leakage preventing wall 50 >
(first modification)
The leakage preventing wall portion 50 of the diaper 1 can be deformed as follows. Fig. 9A to 9C show the leakage preventing wall portion 50 according to the first modification. Fig. 9A to 9C are schematic cross-sectional views of the absorbent main body 10 according to the first modification, and respectively correspond to the states of fig. 5 to 7.
In the leakage preventing wall portion 50 according to the first modification, the outer end portion in the left-right direction of the leakage preventing wall sheet 51 is folded back to the left-right direction inner side, and is disposed below (non-skin side) the absorbent body 11. The first joining region 55is provided between the absorber 11 and the back sheet 13 (side flap SF) in the thickness direction. The arrangement of the joining regions 55 to 57 in the up-down direction is the same as those of the above-described embodiment, respectively (see fig. 3). The other configurations of the diaper 1 are the same as those of the above-described embodiment.
With such a structure, the rising height of the leakage preventing wall 50 can be appropriately adjusted. First, in the up-down direction region where the second joining region 56 is provided, the leakage preventing wall portions 50 are fixed so that the leakage preventing wall portions 50 cannot stand up (see fig. 9A). In a region (first position) in the front-rear direction (up-down direction) where the second joining region 56 is not provided and the third joining region 57is provided, the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can rise toward the skin side at a rise starting point (first rise starting point) in the third joining region 57 (see fig. 9B). At this time, the leakage preventing wall 50 can rise by the first rising height H57. In the second region located on the rear side in the front-rear direction with respect to the first region, the leakage preventing wall portions 50 can rise toward the skin side along both the left-right direction side ends 11es of the absorbent body 11. That is, the leakage preventing wall portions 50 can rise toward the skin side with the left-right direction outer end 11es of the absorbent body 11 at the rising starting point (second rising starting point) (see fig. 9C). At this time, the leakage preventing wall 50 can rise by the second rising height H55. Specifically, the second rising start point of the leakage preventing wall portion 50 and the end 11es of the absorbent body 11 may be slightly offset from each other in the left-right direction (see fig. 9C). However, it is assumed here that such a shift does not occur.
As shown in fig. 9A to 9C, the third joining region 57 serving as the first rising start point of the leakage preventing wall portion 50is located inward with respect to the end 11es of the absorbent body 11 serving as the second rising start point. Therefore, a possible rising height (first rising height H57) at which the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can rise at a first position on the front side in the front-rear direction is smaller than a possible rising height (second rising height H55) at which the leakage preventing wall portion 50 can rise at a second position on the rear side with respect to the first position. Therefore, also in the first modification, urine can be easily absorbed on the ventral side, and leakage of feces from the dorsal side can be easily suppressed.
In the first modification, the left-right direction outer end portion of the leakage preventing wall sheet 51 is rolled up toward the non-skin side with respect to the absorbent core 11A, and at least a part of the outer end portion is disposed at a position in the left-right direction overlapping with the absorbent core 11A (see fig. 9A to 9C). On the skin side with respect to the absorbent core 11A, a part of the third joint region 57is arranged in a position overlapping with the absorbent core 11A in the left-right direction (see fig. 9A). That is, the leakage preventing wall portions 50 cover both sides in the left-right direction of the absorbent core 11A. With such a structure, even if the wearer discharges a large amount of urine that cannot be absorbed by the absorbent core 11A, for example, the transfer of urine or the like from the absorbent core 11A to the side flaps SF can be suppressed. Therefore, the side flaps SF are less likely to become wet, and the possibility of discomfort to the wearer can be reduced.
(second modification)
As a second modification, the length of the front-side second joining region 56f may be smaller than the length of the rear-side second joining region 56b in the up-down direction. For example, in the up-down direction of fig. 4, when the length of the front-side second bonding region 56f is reduced and the position of the lower end 56fed (point P in fig. 4) is displaced upward (longitudinally forward), the angle of the straight line SL with respect to the up-down direction becomes acute, and the intersection point (point R in fig. 4) of the straight line SL and the left-right direction inner end 55is of the first bonding region 55is displaced downward (longitudinally rearward) in the up-down direction. That is, the position where the leakage preventing wall portion 50 rises to the maximum height is further shifted to the rear side.
In this case, when the legs of the wearer (infant) are inserted through the leg hole openings LH to put the diaper 1 on the wearer, the legs of the wearer hardly get caught on the standing leakage preventing wall portions 50. Therefore, the diaper 1 is easily worn in the second modification. Therefore, the diaper 1 which is easy to put on can be realized while leakage of excrement from the front side (abdomen side) and the back side (back side) is suppressed.
(third modification)
In the third modification, the third joining region 57is additionally provided at the rear upper end portion of the absorbent main body 10. Fig. 10 is a schematic plan view showing a joining region according to a third modification. The leakage preventing wall 50 according to the third modification is joined to the absorbent main body not only via the first joining region 55 and the second joining region 56 but also via a front-side third joining region 57f disposed at the front-side upper end portion of the absorbent main body 10 and a rear-side third joining region 57b disposed at the rear-side upper end portion of the absorbent main body 10.
The front-side third joining region 57f has substantially the same configuration as the third joining region 57 described above, and is a joining region serving as a first rising start point of the leakage preventing wall portion 50. In the present modification, the upper end 57feu of the front third joining region 57f extends to the front upper end 10ef of the absorbent main body 10.
The rear-side third joining region 57b is arranged at the same position in the left-right direction as the front-side third joining region 57 f. In the up-down direction, the upper end 57beu of the rear third bonded region 57b extends to the rear upper end 10eb of the absorbent main body 10, and the lower end 57bed of the rear third bonded region 57b is located above the lower end 56bed of the rear second bonded region 56 b. As described above, in the region where the rear-side second joining region 56b is formed, the leakage preventing wall 50is fixed so that the leakage preventing wall 50 cannot stand up. Therefore, the rear-side third joining region 57b that overlaps the rear-side second joining region 56b in the up-down direction does not serve as an erected base of the leakage preventing wall portion 50. That is, the rear-side third joining region 57b does not affect the rise of the leakage preventing wall portion 50.
On the other hand, in the third modification, since the third joint regions 57f and 57b are provided to the upper end of the absorbent main body 10 in the up-down direction, leakage of urine or the like can be easily suppressed. For example, in the example shown in fig. 3, at the rear upper end of the absorbent main body 10, no joining region is provided in the left-right direction between the first joining region 55 and the second joining region 56, and a gap is formed. Therefore, there is a risk that excrement passes through the gap and leaks to the outside of the absorbent main body 10. In particular, since an infant as a wearer of the diaper 1 is usually lying on the back, excrement tends to pass through the rear upper end portion of the absorbent main body 10 and may leak to the outside. In contrast, in the third modification, the third bonding regions 57f and 57b close the gap between the first bonding region 55 and the second bonding region 56, and bond the upper ends 10ef and 10eb of the absorbent main body 10. Therefore, leakage of excrement from the upper end of the absorbent main body to the outside through the gap is easily suppressed.
In other embodiments, the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments described
Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have been described above, the above embodiments of the present disclosure are merely for facilitating understanding of the present disclosure, and are in no way to be construed as limiting the present disclosure. The present disclosure may be variously modified or improved, and equivalents thereof may be included, without departing from the gist of the present disclosure.
In the above embodiment, the stretchable sheet 24 is disposed at the upper end portion of the front side belt portion 20. However, the configuration of the diaper 1 is not limited thereto. For example, the stretchable sheet 24 may be disposed at any position in the vertical direction of the front side belt portion 20. The back side belt portion 30 may have a stretchable sheet, and the front side belt portion 20 does not have to have a stretchable sheet; alternatively, both the front side belt portion 20 and the rear side belt portion 30 may have the stretchable sheet 24. The stretchable sheet 24 does not have to be provided in either of the front side belt portion 20 and the back side belt portion 30; or elastic members such as elastic threads or the like corresponding to the thread-like elastic members 23 and 33 may be provided instead of the stretchable sheet 24.
In the above embodiment, the diaper in which the front side belt portion 20 and the back side belt portion 30 are separated into separate members has been described as an example. However, the crotch portion may be disposed between the front side belt portion 20 and the back side belt portion 30, and the front side belt portion 20 and the back side belt portion 30 may be a single continuous member.
