Description

The present invention relates to an absorbent article.

A three-piece type disposable diaper is known as an absorbent article that absorbs excrement. In a three-piece type disposable diaper, generally, an absorbent main body that is applied to the crotch of the wearer to absorb excrement, a ventral belt member that covers the wearer's ventral side, and a back side of the wearer is covered. And a backside belt member. In such a three-piece type disposable diaper, there is a technique for promoting and assisting the deformation of the absorbent main body by providing an elastic member such as rubber thread at the side edge (position around the leg when worn) of the absorbent main body. is there. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a technique for improving the fit when a diaper is worn by an elastic member provided on a side edge of an absorbent main body and an elastic member provided on a ventral belt member and a back belt member. It is disclosed.

In a three-piece type disposable diaper such as Patent Document 1, the elastic member provided around the wearer's leg improves the fit of the absorbent main body around the wearer's leg, and excrement from the absorbent main body. Leakage can be suppressed.

However, since the elastic member is not provided around the wearer's buttocks, there is a possibility that the position of the absorbent main body and the back band member that has wrapped the buttocks may be shifted when the wearer moves the body. . In other words, the fit on the heel side may be insufficient, and the disposable diaper may be turned up on the heel side.

This invention is made | formed in view of the above problems, The place made into the objective is to provide the three-piece type disposable diaper which has sufficient fit in a wearer's buttocks side. .

At least the following matters will become apparent from the description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.

An absorbent article having a longitudinal direction and a transverse direction intersecting with the longitudinal direction, the absorbent article being provided along the longitudinal direction and absorbing excrement, and provided along the transverse direction A ventral belt member in which the central portion in the lateral direction is fixed to the one end while covering the longitudinal end of the absorbent main body from the non-skin side of the absorbent main body, and the ventral belt member Provided along the lateral direction as a separate member, the central portion in the lateral direction is fixed to the other end while covering the other end in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body from the non-skin side of the absorbent main body. A back band member, and the absorbent main body has an absorbent core formed by laminating a liquid absorbent material, and a liquid impervious covering the absorbent core from the non-skin side of the absorbent core. There is a leak-proof sheet, and there is an elastic member around the leg on the outer side in the lateral direction from the absorbent core. A dorsal band elastic member that is arranged along the vertical direction and intersects a part of the elastic member around the leg is arranged along the lateral direction, and the ventral band member is arranged around the leg. An abdominal band elastic member that intersects with a part of the elastic member is disposed along the lateral direction, and the longitudinal direction of the region where the stretched portion of the leg elastic member intersects the back band elastic member The absorbent article characterized in that the length is longer than the length in the longitudinal direction of the region where the stretched portion of the elastic member around the leg and the ventral belt elastic member intersect.

According to such an absorbent article, when the absorbent article is worn, a sufficient fit can be realized on the wearer's buttocks side. Also, by not excessively pulling the abdominal side of the absorbent main body in the lateral direction (width direction), it is difficult to prevent the wearer from moving the foot forward while maintaining an appropriate fit on the abdominal side. can do.

In such an absorbent article, the back band elastic member that intersects with a part of the leg elastic member is continuously arranged from one end to the other end of the back band member in the lateral direction. It is desirable.

According to such an absorbent article, the lateral expansion and contraction force by the back band elastic member acts on the center part of the back band member, so that the entire back band member is pressed against the wearer's buttocks, Fit property can be improved. Moreover, since the force by which the absorbent main body is pulled outward in the lateral direction (width direction) is increased by the elastic force of the back band elastic member, the absorbent main body is less likely to shift on the buttocks side of the wearer.

In such an absorbent article, the back band elastic member that intersects a part of the leg elastic member is at least discontinuous from one end to the other end of the back band member in the lateral direction. The ventral belt elastic member that has a portion and intersects with a part of the elastic member around the leg has a portion that is at least discontinuous from one end portion to the other end portion of the ventral belt member in the lateral direction. It is desirable.

According to such an absorbent article, in the abdominal band member and the dorsal band member, since the stretchability is not imparted to the central portion, lateral contraction of the central portion is suppressed. Moreover, since the shrinkage | contraction of the horizontal direction of an absorptive core is also suppressed, generation | occurrence | production of the wrinkle of the said absorptive core can also be prevented.

In this absorbent article, the length in the lateral direction of the portion where the stretched portion of the back band elastic member overlaps the absorbent core is the portion of the ventral band elastic member in the stretched state. It is desirable that the length of the portion where the absorbent core and the absorbent core overlap is longer than the lateral length.

According to such an absorbent article, while maintaining the fit of the absorbent body (absorbent core) in the buttocks by preventing the force pulling the absorbent core directly laterally outward on the back side from becoming too strong, A slight space is formed between the buttocks and the absorbent core, and the absorbent core (absorbent core) is closely attached to the body by excreting the absorbent core directly in the lateral direction on the ventral side. Leaked urine can be prevented from leaking.

In such an absorbent article, the length in the longitudinal direction of the stretched portion of the elastic member around the leg is longer than the length in the vertical direction of the absorbent core. One end side in the longitudinal direction of the part in the stretched state is on the outer side in the longitudinal direction than the ventral side end part of the absorbent core, and the other end side in the longitudinal direction of the part in the stretched state of the elastic members around the legs is It is desirable that the absorbent core is disposed on the outer side in the longitudinal direction than the back end portion of the absorbent core.

According to such an absorbent article, since the region where the contraction force due to the elastic member around the legs works is formed larger, the absorbent main body is moved outward in the lateral direction (width direction) by the back band elastic member (abdominal band elastic member). The effect of being pulled can be increased.

In such an absorbent article, when the elastic member around the leg is attached to the absorbent main body, the elastic member around the dorsal side is used as the abdominal belt member rather than the ratio of extending the elastic member around the leg in the longitudinal direction. It is desirable that the ratio of extending the dorsal belt elastic member in the lateral direction is larger when pasting.

According to such an absorbent article, since the force which spreads an absorptive main part (absorbent core) to a lateral direction outer side works more strongly, widening an absorptive main part (absorbent core) laterally in a wearer's buttocks area | region And it can suppress that excrement leaks.

<Composition of disposable diapers>
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a three-piece type disposable diaper (diaper 1) as an example of the absorbent article of the present embodiment. FIG. 2 is a schematic plan view of the unfolded diaper 1 as seen from the skin side. FIG. 3 is a schematic plan view of the diaper 1 viewed from the non-skin side. 4A is an AA sectional view and a CC sectional view in FIG. 2, and FIG. 4B is a BB sectional view in FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 2, 4A, and 4B, the diaper 1 has a vertical direction, a horizontal direction, and a thickness direction as three directions orthogonal to each other. Moreover, since the diaper 1 is a so-called three-piece type, it has three parts 10, 30a, 30b. That is, this diaper 1 has an absorbent main body 10 that is applied to the crotch part of the wearer and absorbs excrement such as urine as the first part, and the abdomen part of the wearer as the second part. It has an abdominal band member 30a that covers it, and a back band member 30b that covers the back side of the wearer as a third part. In the deployed state of FIG. 2, the ventral band member 30 a (vertical upper side in the figure) and the back side band member 30 b (vertical lower side in the figure) are arranged in parallel with an interval in the vertical direction. While the absorbent main body 10 is stretched between them, the end portions 10ea and 10eb in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10 are joined and fixed to the nearest belt members 30a and 30b, respectively, and the external shape is flat. Visually H-shaped. And from this state, the absorptive main body 10 is folded in half with the substantially central portion C10 in the longitudinal direction as a folding position. The abdominal band member side edge 30ae, the back side band member side edge 30be, and the abdominal band member side edge 30be, which are portions where the abdominal band member 30a and the back side band member 30b facing each other in this folded state When joined and connected at each end (that is, each end in the lateral direction), the band members 30a and 30b are formed in an annular shape. Thereby, it becomes the diaper 1 of the wearing condition in which the trunk periphery opening 1HB and a pair of leg periphery opening 1HL as shown in FIG. 1 were formed.

In addition, various connection structures are employable as a connection structure which connects the above-mentioned ventral band member side edge part 30ae and back | dorsal band member side edge part 30be. For example, if a non-removable connection structure such as welding is used, a pants-type diaper can be formed, while if a detachable connection structure such as a fastening tape member (not shown) is used, an open-type diaper is used. Can be. Incidentally, in this example, the former connection structure is used, and thereby the diaper 1 of the present embodiment is a pants type.

In the following description, the vertical direction, the horizontal direction, and the thickness direction of the diaper 1 are simply referred to as “vertical direction”, “horizontal direction”, and “thickness direction”, respectively. Regarding the thickness direction, the side in contact with the wearer is also referred to as “skin side”, and the opposite side is also referred to as “non-skin side”. Further, since the “lateral direction” of the diaper 1 can be said to be the “width direction” of the absorbent main body 10 in the diaper shape as shown in FIG. 1, the “lateral direction” is also referred to as the “width direction” in the following description. Sometimes called.

Hereinafter, the three components 10, 30a and 30b of the diaper 1 will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4B.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4B, the absorbent main body 10 includes an absorbent core 11, a surface sheet member 13 that covers the absorbent core 11 from the skin side of the core 11, and the absorbent core 11 of the core 11. And a back sheet member 15 that covers the non-skin side and forms the exterior of the absorbent main body 10.

The absorbent core 11 is a member formed by laminating liquid absorbent materials, and can absorb excrement such as urine. As the liquid absorbent material, for example, liquid absorbent fibers such as pulp fibers can be used. In addition, the absorptive core 11 may contain, for example, a superabsorbent polymer as a liquid absorptive granule, or contains a liquid absorptive material other than a liquid absorptive fiber and a liquid absorptive granule. Also good. Moreover, the absorptive core 11 may be coat | covered with liquid permeable sheets (not shown), such as tissue paper.

The absorptive core 11 of this embodiment has a ventral end 11a that is an upper end in the vertical direction in FIG. 2 and a dorsal end 11b that is a lower end in the vertical direction in FIG. And between the abdominal side edge part 11a and the back | dorsal side edge part 11b, it has the narrow part 11c whose width | variety of a horizontal direction is narrower than the abdominal side edge part 11a and the back side edge part 11b. Thereby, the absorptive core 11 is comprised so that it may become a substantially hourglass shape in planar view as shown in FIG.

The surface sheet member 13 is a sheet-like member that covers the absorbent core 11 from the skin side, and is, for example, a liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric having a larger planar size than the absorbent core 11 (see FIG. 4B). Further, the back sheet member 15 is a sheet-like member that covers the absorbent core 11 from the non-skin side, and is a planar sheet that is larger than the absorbent core 11, and an example thereof is liquid such as polyethylene or polypropylene. A sheet having a two-layer structure in which a permeable leak-proof sheet 15a and an exterior sheet 15b such as a nonwoven fabric are bonded to each other can be used. And in the state which inserted the absorptive core 11 between these back surface sheet members 15 and the top surface sheet member 13, in the part which protrudes outside from the four sides of the absorptive core 11, the leak-proof sheet 15a of the back surface sheet member 15 and The top sheet member 13 is bonded together in a frame shape, whereby the absorbent main body 10 is generally formed.

In the diaper 1, as shown in FIGS. 1, 2, and 4B, so-called three-dimensional gathers LSG and leg gathers LG are formed by the exterior sheet 15b. The three-dimensional gather LSG is a leak-proof wall portion provided upright at each lateral end portion of the top sheet member 13, while the leg gathers LG are formed in the leg-openings 1 HL and 1 HL of the diaper 1. It is a leg-around elastic part to be formed. The exterior sheet 15b will be described in detail. First, as shown in FIG. 4B, the lateral dimension of the exterior sheet 15b is made sufficiently larger than the leak-proof sheet 15a. That is, the exterior sheet 15b is made of the leak-proof sheet 15a. It protrudes laterally from both lateral sides. Then, the protruding portion 15bf is folded back to the lateral center with the position forming the lateral end 10es of the absorbent body 10 being the folded position, and the rubber thread along the longitudinal direction in the vicinity of the folded position. The leg-surrounding elastic member 17 and the leg-surrounding elastic member 19 such as the leg-surrounding elastic member 19 are fixed in a state of being stretched in the vertical direction, thereby forming the leg-surrounding gather LG. In addition, the leg periphery auxiliary | assistant elastic member 19 is not necessarily required, and the leg periphery gathers LG may be formed only by the leg periphery elastic member 17. FIG. Further, the folded portion 15bg further extends toward the center in the lateral direction, and is joined to the end portion at a position covering the lateral end portion of the top sheet member 13. And the part joined to this end part functions as the base end part LSGb of the three-dimensional gather LSG, that is, the part on the tip side in the lateral direction further than the base end part LSGb serves as the free end part LSGf. 13 can stand up. In addition, an LSG elastic member 18 such as a thread rubber is fixed to the distal end portion of the free end portion LSGf in a state of being extended in the vertical direction along the vertical direction. Therefore, due to the contraction of the LSG elastic member 18 in the vertical direction, the absorbent main body 10 is bent in the vertical direction so that the surface sheet member 13 side becomes the inner peripheral side. The free end portion LSGf contracts in the vertical direction and rises from the top sheet member 13 due to the contraction force, whereby the free end portion LSGf functions as a three-dimensional gather LSG.

Although not shown, depending on the case, liquid permeation of tissue paper or the like as a second sheet may be provided between the top sheet member 13 and the absorbent core 11 or between the back sheet member 15 and the absorbent core 11. A sex sheet may be interposed.

As shown in FIG. 2, the abdominal band member 30 a and the back band member 30 b are both sheet members having a substantially rectangular shape in a plan view made of a flexible sheet such as a nonwoven fabric. Here, as shown to FIG. 4A and FIG. 4B, the ventral | abdominal band member 30a and the back | dorsal band member 30b are formed by joining the nonwoven fabrics 31 and 32 in two sheets. The ventral belt member 30a and the back belt member 30b are respectively centered in the lateral direction 30ac and 30bc while covering the longitudinal ends 10ea and 10eb of the absorbent main body 10 from the non-skin side of the absorbent main body 10. The central portions 30ac and 30bc of the band members 30a and 30b are overlapped and joined to the end portions 10ea and 10eb. The two nonwoven fabrics 31 and 32 do not have to be the same size.

The superposition of the absorbent main body 10 on the central portion 30ac of the ventral side band member 30a and the central portion 30bc of the back side band member 30b is the vertical end portion 30ae2 of the ventral side band member 30a and the vertical end portion of the back side band member 30b. The absorbent main body 10 is not overlapped with 30be2, but the absorbent main body 10 is overlapped with the central portions 30ac2 and 30bc2 in the vertical direction with respect to the end portions 30ae2 and 30be2 (see FIG. 2). As a result, the longitudinal end portions 30ae2 and 30be2 of the ventral belt member 30a and the back belt member 30b are formed as portions 30ae2 and 30be2 where the absorbent main body 10 does not overlap at all over the entire length in the lateral direction. . The non-overlapping portions 30ae2 and 30be2 are portions that constitute the waist opening 1HB (FIG. 1) of the diaper 1. Therefore, the elastic members 35 described later are provided in the portions 30ae2 and 30be2 in the portions 30ae2 and 30be2. It is provided continuously over substantially the entire length in the lateral direction.

As shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 4A, and FIG. 4B, a plurality of elastic members 35 such as thread rubber along the lateral direction are provided between the two nonwoven fabrics 31 and 32 related to the band members 30a and 30b. 35 ... are inserted and fixed to the nonwoven fabrics 31 and 32 in a state of being stretched in the lateral direction while being inserted, thereby giving the ventral belt member 30a and the back belt member 30b lateral stretchability, respectively. Has been. In addition, the plurality of elastic members 35, 35... Are provided side by side in the vertical direction with an interval in the vertical direction. In this specification, the elastic member 35 provided on the ventral band member 30a is referred to as the ventral band elastic member 35a, and the elastic member 35 provided on the back side band member 30b is referred to as the dorsal band elastic member 35b. The basic structure of the elastic member 35 is substantially the same except for detailed specifications such as thickness, number, and vertical arrangement position. Therefore, below, the abdominal band elastic member 35a provided in the abdominal band member 30a will be described, and the description of the back side band member 30b provided in the back side band member 30b may be omitted. This also applies to all configurations related to the back band member 30b.

In the following description, for convenience of explanation, as shown in FIG. 3, the band member 30a is divided into two regions AU and AD in the vertical direction, and the two regions AU and AD arranged in the vertical direction. These are referred to as “upper region AU” and “lower region AD” from the end in the vertical direction toward the center. As can be seen with reference to FIG. 3, the regions AU and AD are both strip-shaped regions along the horizontal direction.

The upper region AU is a portion constituting the waist opening 1HB of the diaper 1, and the region AU is a region in which the absorbent main body 10 (absorbent core 11) is not overlapped at all over the entire length in the lateral direction. It is. And in this upper region AU, while the ventral band elastic member 35a (back side band elastic member 35b) is continuously arranged over substantially the entire length from one end to the other end in the lateral direction in the region AU, It is fixed in a stretched state in the lateral direction. Therefore, the upper region AU is given lateral stretchability over substantially the entire length in the lateral direction based on the ventral belt elastic member 35a, and this stretchability is the stretchability of the waistline opening 1HB of the diaper 1. It becomes.

The lower region AD is a region where a portion 10p of the absorbent main body 10 where the absorbent core 11 is present is overlapped and fixed to the lateral central portion ADc. In the lower region AD, the absorbent main body 10 is not superimposed on the portions ADe and ADe located on both sides of the central portion ADc.

Further, in each of the portions ADe, ADe, the elastic member 35 is continuously extended over substantially the entire length from one end portion to the other end portion in the lateral direction of the portion ADe, and extends downward in the lateral direction. It is fixed with. Thereby, the stretchability in the lateral direction is given to each of the portions ADe, ADe over substantially the entire length in the lateral direction.

On the other hand, the elastic member 35 is discontinuously arranged in the lateral direction in the central portion ADc. Specifically, in this example, the end portions of the elastic member 35 are located at both end portions ADce, ADce in the lateral direction of the central portion ADc. The elastic member 35 is not present in the central portion ADcc. Therefore, in the central portion ADc, the elastic member 35 is disposed discontinuously in the lateral direction. When the elastic member 35 is not present in the central portion ADcc of the central portion ADc as described above, the central portion ADcc is hardly provided with stretchability, and thus the lateral contraction of the central portion ADcc is suppressed. Is done. And in connection with this, since the shrinkage | contraction of the horizontal direction (width direction) of the absorptive core 11 is also suppressed, generation | occurrence | production of the wrinkle of the said absorptive core 11 is also prevented, and the skin side surface of the absorptive core 11 is maintained substantially flat. Is done. And as a result, the liquid absorption inhibition of the absorptive core 11 can be prevented effectively, and the leakage of excrement caused by the occurrence of wrinkles can also be suppressed.

In the present embodiment, the lateral length Wa of the portion where the ventral band elastic member 35a is arranged in the both ends ADce in the lateral direction of the ventral band member 30a is equal to the both ends ADce in the lateral direction of the dorsal band member 30b. It is longer than the lateral length Wb of the portion where the back band elastic member 35b is disposed. In other words, the lateral length of the portion of the ventral band elastic member 35a where the stretchable portion overlaps the absorbent core 11 is the same as the portion of the dorsal band elastic member 35b where the stretchable force overlaps the absorbent core 11. Longer than the lateral length of The effect of such an arrangement will be described with reference to FIG.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, an illustration sheet 40 on which an illustration (not shown) such as an animal is formed is provided in the central portion ADc of the lower region AD. For the same reason as above, this illustration is provided. Generation of wrinkles of the sheet 40 is also suppressed. Therefore, the illustration becomes easy to see.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, a post-treatment tape 50 is provided on the non-skin side surface of the back band member 30b. The post-processing tape 50 is an elongated tape-like member having an adhesive surface, and is fixed to the back band member 30b in a folded state with the adhesive surface inside. When discarding the diaper 1 after use, the diaper 1 is rolled up by extending the folded post-treatment tape 50 and winding the adhesive side of the diaper 1 around the diaper 1. It can be kept in the state. Thereby, the diaper 1 can be discarded, without letting the excretion etc. which adhered to the inside (absorbent main body 10) of the diaper 1 leak outside.

<About the arrangement of the back belt member 30b>
In the diaper 1 of this embodiment, the fitting property of the back side at the time of diaper wear is improved by adjusting the joining position of the back side belt member 30b with respect to the absorptive main body 10. FIG. Hereinafter, a description will be given using a comparative example.

FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating the relationship between the absorbent main body 10 and the ventral band member 30a and the back band member 30b in the present embodiment. FIG. 6 is a diagram for explaining the relationship between the absorbent main body 10 and the ventral band member 30a and the dorsal band member 30b in the comparative example.

As described above, in the diaper 1, a plurality of ventral side band elastic members 35 a (back side band elastic members 35 b) are provided in ADe located on both lateral sides of the lower region AD of the ventral side band member 30 a (back side band member 30 b). It is arranged along the horizontal direction. The ventral belt elastic member 35a (backside belt elastic member 35b) is provided with the leg-around elastic member 17 and the legs provided in the region ADe in a state of being extended in the vertical direction at both lateral (widthwise) ends of the absorbent main body 10. It arrange | positions so that a part of the periphery auxiliary | assistant elastic member 19 may be crossed. Here, the length in the vertical direction of the region where the ventral belt elastic member 35a intersects with the leg-hole elastic member 17 and the leg-hole auxiliary elastic member 19 is defined as La. Similarly, the length in the vertical direction of the region where the back band elastic member 35b intersects the leg-surrounding elastic member 17 and the leg-surrounding auxiliary elastic member 19 is defined as Lb.

In such a crossing region, when the diaper 1 is worn, the leg elastic member 17 and the leg auxiliary elastic member 19 cause a force to contract the absorbent main body 10 in the vertical direction, and the ventral belt elastic member 35a (dorsal belt elastic). The member 35b) exerts a force that pulls the absorbent body 10 in the lateral direction (width direction). That is, the force which makes the absorptive main body 10 (absorbent core 11) contact | adhere with respect to a wearer's body acts. Thereby, the absorptive main body 10 (absorbent core 11) comes to cover the wearer's body wide range.

Note that the leg-surrounding elastic member 17 and the leg-surrounding auxiliary elastic member 19 are not disposed in the stretched state over the entire longitudinal region of the absorbent main body 10, but in the stretched state in a predetermined region in the longitudinal direction. Has been placed. In the region where the elastic member is arranged in the stretched state, a force that contracts in the longitudinal direction acts on the absorbent main body 10, and in the region where the elastic member is not arranged in the stretched state, it is vertical with respect to the absorbent main body 10. The force that contracts in the direction does not work. In the present specification, the length in the vertical direction of the region where the force contracting in the vertical direction works is also referred to as “effective length” of the leg-hole elastic member 17 and the leg-hole auxiliary elastic member 19. 5 and 6 correspond to the effective lengths of the leg-hole elastic member 17 and the leg-hole auxiliary elastic member 19.

Moreover, in this embodiment, the effective length of the leg periphery elastic member 17 is longer than the length of the vertical direction of the absorptive core 11 at least. Then, the leg core is elastic so that one end side in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent core 11 is outside in the longitudinal direction from the ventral end portion 11a and the other end side in the longitudinal direction is outside in the longitudinal direction from the back side end portion 11b. A member 17 is arranged. That is, a region where the contraction force by the leg-around elastic member 17 acts to the outside in the longitudinal direction from the abdominal end portion 11a and the back end portion 11b is formed. Thereby, it becomes possible to take La and Lb as long as possible. Accordingly, it is possible to increase the effect of pulling outward in the lateral direction by a dorsal band elastic member 35b (abdominal band elastic member 35a) described later.

As shown in FIG. 6, in the comparative example, the length of La, which is the abdominal intersection area, is approximately equal to the length of Lb, which is the dorsal intersection area. Specifically, in the region La in FIG. 6, there are seven ventral belt elastic members 35 a that intersect the effective length portion of the leg-hole elastic member 17, and in the region Lb in FIG. 6, the effective length portion of the leg-hole elastic member 17 There are seven intersecting dorsal belt elastic members 35b. Therefore, in the comparative example, the force acting on the effective length of the leg-surrounding elastic member 17 (the force pulling outward in the lateral direction) acts almost evenly by the back side belt elastic member 35b.

By the way, in the case of a comparative example, when the person who wears a diaper moves a foot | leg, there exists a possibility that the fitting property of the absorptive main body 10 (absorbent core 11) may worsen on the back side. Since humans often move their legs mainly to the front side (abdominal side), the absorbent main body 10 (absorbent core 11) is pulled to the front side (ventral side) each time the wearer moves his legs. Since the contraction force by the abdominal band elastic member 35a (the dorsal band elastic member 35b) is constant, it is longer than the force pulling the absorbent main body 10 (absorbent core 11) outward in the lateral direction (width direction) at the buttocks of the wearer. The force pulling in the direction of the direction becomes dominant, and the position of the absorbent main body 10 (absorbent core 11) is likely to shift. In this case, when the back side becomes heavy due to defecation or the like, excrement may leak to the outside from the portion where the absorbent main body 10 (absorbent core 11) is displaced. In particular, when the wearer is a baby or an infant, a diaper is often worn in a sleeping position. Therefore, if there is a gap in the crotch portion on the back side (buttock side), excrement tends to leak out. In addition, if the force pulling outward in the lateral direction (width direction) on the back side of the absorbent main body 10 (absorbent core 11) is weak, the end 10eb of the absorbent main body 10 is laterally expanded each time the wearer moves his / her foot ( Since the absorbent main body 10 (absorbent core 11) is turned up, the heel portion is easily exposed.

In contrast, as shown in FIG. 5, in the present embodiment, the length of Lb, which is the dorsal intersection area, is longer than the length of La, which is the abdominal intersection area. In other words, the region around the leg elastic member 17 (leg around auxiliary elastic member 19) is a region around the leg elastic member 35b where the portion (effective length) in the longitudinally extending state and the dorsal belt elastic member 35b intersect. 17 (the leg-surrounding auxiliary elastic member 19) is larger than a region intersecting the ventral belt elastic member 35a and a portion (effective length) in the longitudinally extended state. Specifically, in the region La in FIG. 5, the number of ventral side elastic members 35a intersecting the effective length portion of the leg elastic member 17 is seven, whereas in the region Lb in FIG. There are ten dorsal band elastic members 35b intersecting the effective length portion, more than seven. Therefore, the force by which the absorbent main body 10 (absorbent core 11) and the leg elastic member 17 are pulled outward in the lateral direction (width direction) by the back band elastic member 35b is increased in the lateral direction (width) by the ventral band elastic member 35a. Direction) greater than the force pulled outward. Thereby, in the diaper 1 of this embodiment, the fitting property on the back side can be enhanced.

In this embodiment, even when the wearer of the diaper 1 moves his / her foot to generate a force that pulls the absorbent main body 10 (absorbent core 11) in the longitudinal direction, the absorbent main body 10 (absorbent) on the back side. Since the force pulling the core 11) in the lateral direction (width direction) is large, the position of the absorbent main body 10 (absorbent core 11) is less likely to be displaced than in the comparative example. Further, the force pulling the absorbent main body 10 (absorbent core 11) in the lateral direction (width direction) on the back side is increased, while the absorbent main body 10 (absorbent core 11) in the lateral direction (width direction) is increased on the ventral side. ) Is not increased in force, a moderate fit can be maintained on the abdominal side, and it is difficult to prevent the wearer from moving the foot forward.

In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the lateral length Wa of the portion where the stretched portion of the ventral band elastic member 35a (that is, the effective length portion of the ventral band elastic member 35a) and the absorbent core 11 overlap is set. By making it longer than the lateral length Wb of the stretched portion of the back band elastic member 35b (ie, the effective length portion of the back band elastic member 35b) and the absorbent core 11 (see FIG. 5). ), The strength of the force by which the absorbent core 11 is pulled outward in the lateral direction (width direction) can be adjusted. The longer the portion where the elastic member overlaps the absorbent core 11, the stronger the absorbent core 11 is pulled outward in the lateral direction (width direction) by the elastic member. By shortening the overlapping portion with the conductive core 11, the force pulling the absorbent core 11 directly in the lateral direction (width direction) on the back side is prevented from becoming too strong. Thereby, while maintaining the fit of the absorbent main body 10 in the buttocks, a slight space is formed between the buttocks and the absorbent core 11, and the excreted feces can be held in the space without diffusing. it can. On the other hand, by strengthening the force that pulls the absorbent core 11 directly in the lateral direction (width direction) on the abdominal side, the absorbent core 11 can be brought into close contact with the body, and leakage of excreted urine can be suppressed.

In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the elastic force when the back band elastic member 35b expands and contracts in the lateral direction is larger than the elastic force when the leg elastic member 17 or the leg auxiliary elastic member 19 expands and contracts in the vertical direction. Each elastic member is provided so that is stronger. That is, when the leg elastic member 17 and the leg auxiliary elastic member 19 are attached to the absorbent main body 10, the back band elastic member 35 b is set to be higher than the ratio of extending the leg elastic member 17 and leg auxiliary elastic member 19. Each elastic member is arrange | positioned so that the ratio which expands the back | dorsal band elastic member 35b when bonding to the side band member 30b may become large. Thereby, since the force which spreads the absorptive main body 10 (absorbent core 11) to a lateral direction (width direction) outer side acts more strongly, absorptive main body 10 (absorbent core 11) is laterally extended in a wearer's buttocks area | region etc. It is widened in the width direction to make it easier to prevent excrement from leaking.

Moreover, in the diaper 1 of this embodiment, when the diaper is worn, it is possible to prevent the post-treatment tape 50 from causing an uncomfortable feeling on the touch on the buttock side. In the diaper 1, the longitudinal length Lb of the region where the back band elastic member 35b and the leg elastic member 17 intersect is the vertical length La of the region where the ventral band elastic member 35a and the leg elastic member 17 intersect. Longer than. That is, the overlap part in the vertical direction of the back | dorsal band member 30b and the absorptive main body 10 is large. Thereby, the position of the post-processing tape 50 fixed to the non-skin-side surface of the back band member 30b also easily overlaps with the position of the absorbent core 11 in the thickness direction (see FIG. 3). When the wearer wears the diaper 1, the absorbent core 11 having a thickness in the thickness direction exists between the wearer's skin (buttock) and the post-treatment tape 50. By functioning as a cushion, it is difficult to convey the feel of the post-processing tape 50 to the wearer's skin (buttock), and it is possible to suppress a sense of discomfort.

=== Other Embodiments ===
As mentioned above, although embodiment of this invention was described, said embodiment is for making an understanding of this invention easy, and is not for limiting and interpreting this invention. Further, the present invention can be changed or improved without departing from the gist thereof, and needless to say, the present invention includes equivalents thereof. For example, the following modifications are possible.

In the above-described embodiment, the elastic member 35a (35b) of the central portion ADc is not used in the ventral belt member 30a (backside belt member 30b) for the purpose of reducing the stretchability of the horizontal central portion ADc of the lower region AD. It was continuous. As an example of this discontinuous elastic member, as shown in FIG. 3, elastic members 35 a (35 b) are present at both lateral ends ADce and ADce of the central portion ADc. The configuration in which the elastic member 35a (35b) is not present is illustrated in the horizontal central portion ADcc of the central portion ADc, but is not limited thereto.

That is, if the elastic member 35a (35b) is discontinuously disposed in the central portion ADc in order to reduce the stretchability of the central portion ADc of the lower region AD, the central portion ADcc of the central portion ADc is further distant from the central portion ADc. The elastic member 35a (35b) may exist. FIG. 7 is a schematic plan view for explaining an example thereof. In FIG. 7, the non-skin-side non-woven fabric 31 of the ventral band member 30 a is removed and the elastic member 35 a is exposed to the outside. In the example of FIG. 7, the elastic member 35a located at the central portion ADcc is in a state of being finely divided. And if it is in this finely divided state, the elastic member 35a will not substantially impart stretchability to the central portion ADcc. Therefore, as long as the elastic member 35a is cut into pieces, it may be present in the central portion ADcc. The length of the elastic member 35a in a chopped state is, for example, greater than 0 mm and not greater than 5 mm, and more desirably greater than 0 mm and not greater than 3 mm. However, if the elastic member 35a is chopped, the appearance deteriorates. Therefore, it is desirable that the elastic member 35D is not present in the central portion ADcc (FIG. 3).

Further, the back band member 30b may be arranged continuously from one end to the other end of the back band member 30b in the lateral direction of the lower region AD. That is,
The back band elastic member 35b may be continuously arranged over the entire lateral direction (not shown). As a result, a lateral expansion and contraction force is exerted on the central portion ADc by the back band elastic member 35b. When a stretching force acts on the central portion ADc of the back side band member 30b, the leg elastic member 17 (leg auxiliary auxiliary elastic member 19) and the back side band member 30b are pulled together in the portion, and the entire back side band member 30b is pulled. Press against the wearer's buttocks. Thereby, the fitting property on the buttock side can be improved. Even in this case, the ventral band elastic member 35a provided on the ventral band member 30a has a discontinuous portion in the central portion ADc.

In the above-described embodiment, the elastic member 35 is discontinuously disposed in the central portion ADc in the lateral direction in the lower region AD in FIG. 3, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the elastic member 35 may not be disposed in the central portion ADc. That is, in the example of FIG. 3 described above, the end portion of the elastic member 35 is applied to the center portion ADc at the position of each end portion ADce, ADce in the horizontal direction. It does not have to be at the position of the end portion ADce of ADc.

In the above-described embodiment, the outer sheet 15b, the abdominal band member 30a, and the dorsal band member 30b are made of non-woven fabrics, but are not limited to non-woven fabrics. For example, a woven fabric or a sheet member other than the woven fabric may be used. Incidentally, the exterior sheet 15b may be omitted, and in that case, the leak-proof sheet 15a forms the exterior of the absorbent main body 10.

In the above-described embodiment, the rubber thread is illustrated as the elastic member 35, but the elastic member 35 is not limited to this.
