Description

Pants-type absorbent article
The present invention relates to a pants-type absorbent article.
A pants-type disposable diaper is known as an example of an absorbent article. In Patent Document 1, an absorbent main body is bridged between a front body exterior body (front belt portion) and a back body exterior body (rear belt portion), and both side edges in the width direction of the front body exterior body and the back body exterior body. A pants-type disposable diaper is disclosed in which the two are joined to each other to form a waist circumference opening and a leg circumference opening. The absorbent main body is provided with a pair of three-dimensional gathers (leak-proofing wall portions) that stand on the wearer's skin side along both end portions in the width direction. Leakage can be prevented.
In the conventional disposable diaper, in the vicinity of the rising start point of the leak-proof wall part, the sheet members constituting the leak-proof wall part and the sheet members constituting the leg gathers around the legs are stacked in the thickness direction. Since it was joined, the touch in the said area | region became hard and the wearer might be given discomfort. On the other hand, the leak-proof wall portion can be obtained by shifting the joining position between the leak-proof wall portion and the back sheet to the outside in the left-right direction or by changing the arrangement of the leak-proof sheet (leak-proof film) in the back sheet. A diaper has also been devised in which the number of laminated sheet members in the vicinity of the standing start point is reduced to improve the touch. However, with such a diaper, it has been difficult to sufficiently suppress exudation of excrement such as urine and leakage to the outside due to the structure.

At least the following matters will become apparent from the description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.
An absorbent body having an up-down direction, a left-right direction, and a front-rear direction intersecting each other, and comprising an absorbent body and a back sheet provided on the non-skin side of the absorbent body, and the left-right direction of the absorbent body A pant-type absorbent article provided on both sides and capable of standing on the skin side, wherein the backsheet comprises a liquid-impermeable leak-proof sheet and the leak-proof sheet. A non-skin side sheet covering from the non-skin side, and the non-skin side sheet is folded inward at both ends in the left-right direction, and at least a part of the folded both ends is more than the leak-proof sheet It is laminated on the skin side, and the leak-proof wall portion has one end portion and the other end portion along the vertical direction, and the one end portion faces the inner side in the left-right direction at the upper end portion of the absorber. As shown in FIG. And the other end is joined to the non-skin side of the absorbent body in a state of being sandwiched between the absorbent body and the back sheet. Pants-type absorbent article.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, since one end portion of the leak-proof wall portion is inverted, when the upright portion of the one end portion stands on the skin side, Stand up so that it tilts inward from both sides. Thereby, it is easy to suppress that excretion leaks over the leak-proof wall part to the outside of the absorber. Moreover, since it joins so that the other end part of a leak-proof wall part may be wound in the non-skin side of an absorber, it can suppress that excrement leaks to the outer side of the left-right direction rather than an absorber. In addition, a single side leakage preventing sheet and a non-skin side sheet form a flat side flap with few seams and a small number of joints along the leg roll. With these configurations, it is possible to realize an absorbent article that achieves both good leakage prevention and touch.
In such a pant-type absorbent article, in the left-right direction, the inner end of the leak-proof wall portion on the other end side is located inside the inner end of the leak-proof wall portion on the one end side. It is desirable.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the width in the left-right direction on the other end side of the leak-proof wall is longer than the width in the left-right direction on the one end side. Thereby, in the one end part side, since the space | interval of a pair of right and left leak-proof wall parts does not become narrow too much, it is easy to suppress that excrement leaks outside the leak-proof wall part. In addition, on the multi-end portion side, a leak-proof wall portion is easily disposed between the absorber and the back sheet, and it is easy to suppress excrement from exuding to the back sheet side.
In such a pant-type absorbent article, in the left-right direction, the inner end on the one end side of the leak-proof wall is inside the inner end of the non-skin side sheet folded inward at the both end portions. It is desirable to be located in
According to such a pant-type absorbent article, the area of the region where the number of sheet members laminated in the thickness direction is the largest can be reduced. Thereby, a highly rigid part becomes small and it can make it hard to make a wearer etc. feel the deterioration of the touch.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, the absorbent body has an absorbent core, and the absorbent core has a constricted portion in which the width in the left-right direction is narrower than the width in the left-right direction at the upper end. And in the left-right direction, the inner end of the leak-proof wall portion on the one end side of the absorbent core is a portion of the constricted portion where the width of the absorbent core is the narrowest. It is desirable to be located inside the outer end.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, since a left-right gap is not formed between the end on which the leak-proof wall portion stands and the outer end of the absorbent core, excrement such as urine is absorbed. It becomes easy to suppress exuding to the non-skin side without being absorbed by the core.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, the absorbent body has an absorbent core, and the absorbent core has a constricted portion in which the width in the left-right direction is narrower than the width in the left-right direction at the upper end. And the inner end on the other end side of the leak-proof wall portion in the left-right direction has the absorbent core in a portion of the constricted portion where the width of the absorbent core is the narrowest. It is desirable that it is located inside the outer end of.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the other end portion of the leak-proof wall portion is arranged on the non-skin side from the outer side end in the left-right direction of the absorbent core. Therefore, excretion such as urine absorbed by the absorbent core and diffused to the outer side in the left-right direction is suppressed from moving further from the outer side to the back sheet side from the absorbent core. That is, it becomes easy to suppress urine and the like from seeping out from the absorbent core to the back sheet.
In such a pants-type absorbent article, in the left-right direction, the distance between the outer end of the absorber and the outer end of the leak-proof sheet is equal to the distance between the outer end of the absorber and the leak-proof wall portion. It is desirable that the distance is longer than the distance between the inner end on the one end side.
According to such a pants-type absorbent article, the width of the leak-proof sheet is larger than at least the height at which the leak-proof wall portion stands, and the leak-proof property of the back sheet (side flap) can be further increased. . Thereby, it is suppressed that excrement, such as urine, moves to the non-skin side from the skin side of a side flap, and it can control that clothes etc. get dirty on the non-skin side.
In such a pant-type absorbent article, in the left-right direction, the distance between the outer end of the absorber and the outer end of the backsheet is the outer end of the absorber and the one end of the leak-proof wall portion. It is desirable that the distance is longer than the distance between the inner end on the part side.
According to such a pant-type absorbent article, the width of the back sheet (side flap) is at least larger than the height at which the leak-proof wall portion stands, and the side flaps are likely to protrude greatly outward in the left-right direction. Accordingly, when the mold absorbent article is worn, the side flaps can be easily fitted to the wearer's leg on the surface in the leg opening, and the fit is improved and the excrement is prevented from leaking from the leg opening. It becomes easy.

The diaper 1 has an absorbent main body 10, a front belt part 20, and a rear belt part 30 which are three members having a rectangular shape in plan view. The front belt portion 20 (abdominal waistline) is applied to the wearer's abdomen, and the rear belt portion 30 (dorsal waistline) is applied to the wearer's back.
2, the front belt portion 20 and the rear belt portion 30 are arranged so that their longitudinal directions are along the left-right direction of the diaper 1. And the front end part of the longitudinal direction of the absorptive main body 10 is arrange | positioned in the center part of the front side belt part 20 in the left-right direction, and the longitudinal direction of the absorptive main body 10 is located in the center part of the rear side belt part 30 in the left-right direction. A rear end is disposed.
In the unfolded diaper 1 shown in FIG. 2, the absorbent main body 10 is folded in half at a predetermined position FL in the longitudinal direction so that the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 10 is along the vertical direction of the diaper 1. And the rear belt portion 30 are joined at both ends in the left-right direction using a joining means such as thermal welding or ultrasonic welding, so that a pair of side joining regions 2 are formed. Thereby, the diaper 1 will be in the pants-type state (refer FIG. 1) which has the trunk periphery opening part BH and a pair of leg periphery opening part LH. Note that the predetermined position FL is the lower end in the vertical direction and the center in the front-rear direction in the diaper 1 in the pant-type state.
As shown in FIG. 3, the absorbent main body 10 is disposed on the non-skin side of the absorbent body 11, the liquid-permeable top sheet 12 disposed on the skin side of the absorbent body 11, and the absorbent body 11. And a back sheet 13 that forms an exterior of the absorbent main body 10. Moreover, a pair of leak-proof wall part 50 is provided in the both sides of the left-right direction of the absorber 11. FIG.
The absorber 11 has an absorbent core 11A that absorbs and retains excreted fluid such as urine, and a liquid-permeable core wrap sheet 11B that covers the absorbent core 11A. Examples of the absorbent core 11A include those in which liquid absorbent fibers such as pulp containing a super absorbent polymer (SAP) are formed into a predetermined shape. On the other hand, examples of the core wrap sheet 11B include tissue paper.
The absorbent core 11A of the present embodiment has a shorter length in the left-right direction between the front end and the rear end in the longitudinal direction than the front end and the rear end (width). The neck portion 11AC has a constricted portion 11AC, and has a substantially hourglass shape in plan view as shown in FIG. The constricted portion 11AC is a portion that is sandwiched between both legs of the wearer when the diaper 1 is worn, and the absorbent core 11A is worn by the length of the portion in the left-right direction being short (the width is narrow). It will be easier to fit the person's crotch.
The top sheet 12 is a sheet-like member that covers the absorbent body 11 from the skin side, and is formed of, for example, a liquid-permeable nonwoven fabric having a larger planar size than the absorbent body 11. Moreover, although not shown in FIG. 3, it arrange | positions so that the left-right direction both ends of the top sheet 12 may be folded in the non-skin side of the absorber 11, and the top sheet 12 wraps the absorber 11 from the skin side It may be.
The back sheet 13 is a sheet-like member that covers the absorbent body 11 from the non-skin side, and is a planar member that is larger in size than the absorbent body 11. The back sheet 13 has, for example, a two-layer structure including a leak-proof sheet 13a that is a liquid-impermeable film such as polyethylene or polypropylene and a non-skin-side sheet 13b such as a nonwoven fabric that covers the leak-proof sheet 13a from the non-skin side. It is a sheet member.
Both end portions 13bf in the left-right direction of the non-skin side sheet 13b greatly extend outward from the ends 11es, 11es on both sides of the absorbent body 11 in the left-right direction. The extended both end portions 13bf are folded back on the inner side in the left-right direction and the skin side in the thickness direction with the ends 10es, 10es on the outer side in the left-right direction of the absorbent main body 10 (back sheet 13) as the folding position. At least a part of both end portions 13bf is laminated on the skin side with respect to the leak-proof sheet 13a. Thus, in the diaper 1, the back sheet 13 is formed so that the leak-proof sheet 13a is wrapped from the non-skin side by the non-skin side sheet 13b. And in both the left-right direction both ends of the back seat | sheet 13, the side flap SF is formed because the leak-proof sheet | seat 13a is pinched | interposed by the left-right direction edge part 13bf of the non-skin side sheet | seat 13b.
The side flap SF is formed so as to protrude outward in the left-right direction along the leg opening LH as shown in FIG. In the side flap SF of the present embodiment, a plurality of leg-holes elastic members 17, 17, such as rubber thread, are respectively provided in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) between the non-skin side sheets 13 bf, 13 bf folded in the thickness direction. ) Is fixed at a predetermined interval in the left-right direction (see FIG. 3). Thereby, the elasticity along the up-down direction (longitudinal direction of the absorptive main body 10) is provided with respect to the side flap SF. That is, stretchability is imparted along the leg opening LH. Then, the plurality of leg-hole elastic members 17, 17 are arranged side by side in the lateral direction, so that the side flap SF is left and right while maintaining a plane from both sides in the left-right direction of the absorbent main body 10 as shown in FIG. It becomes a shape that protrudes outward in the direction. Therefore, when the diaper 1 is worn, the side flap SF is easily fitted on the surface along the leg of the wearer, and it is easy to suppress excrement and the like from leaking from the leg opening LH.
The leak-proof wall 50 is provided on both sides of the absorbent body 11 in the left-right direction. When the diaper 1 is worn, the leakage preventing wall portion 50 stands on the skin side of the wearer from both sides of the absorbent body 11 in the left-right direction, thereby suppressing excrement from leaking to the outside of the absorbent main body 10. .
The leak-proof wall part 50 of this embodiment has the leak-proof wall sheet | seat 51 and the some leak-proof wall elastic member 52. FIG. The leak-proof wall sheet 51 is a rectangular sheet member having flexibility, and is made of, for example, a nonwoven fabric or the like. And the leak-proof wall sheet | seat 51 was bend | folded toward the inner side of the left-right direction along the up-down direction (longitudinal direction of the absorber 11) on the outer side rather than the outer side edge 11es of the absorber 11 in the left-right direction, and was bent. One end is disposed on the skin side with respect to the absorbent body 11, and the bent end on the other side is disposed on the non-skin side with respect to the absorbent body 11. That is, as shown in the plan view and the cross-sectional view of FIG. 3, the leak-proof wall portion 50 has one end 50 u along the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) on the skin side from the absorber 11 and the absorber 11. It has the other end part 50d along the up-down direction (longitudinal direction) in the non-skin side.
The other end 50d of the leak-proof wall 50 is joined to the skin side of the back sheet 13 by the first joining region 55 provided along the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) on the non-skin side of the absorber 11. Yes. The first joining region 55 is formed using a joining material such as a hot melt adhesive. Further, the other end 50 d of the leak-proof wall 50 is also joined to the non-skin side of the absorbent body 11. That is, the other end 50d of the leak-proof wall 50 is fixed in a state of being sandwiched between the absorber 11 and the back sheet 13 in the thickness direction.
On the other hand, the one end portion 50u of the leakage preventing wall portion 50 is a second joining region 56 formed by a joining material such as a hot melt adhesive at the upper end portion in the vertical direction (front end portion and rear end portion in the longitudinal direction). , 56 are joined to the skin side of the absorbent body 11 (top sheet 12) so as to face the inner side in the left-right direction. In the following description, the second bonding region 56 provided at the front upper end is also referred to as a front second bonding region 56f, and the second bonding region 56 provided at the rear upper end is also referred to as a rear second bonding region 56b. In the one end portion 50u, a portion that is not joined by the front second joining region 56f and the rear second joining region 56b in the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) is a free end.
Further, a plurality of leak-proof wall elastic members 52, 52... Are provided at one end portion 50u of the leak-proof wall portion 50 so as to extend in the vertical direction. Each leak-proof wall elastic member 52 is fixed at both ends in the longitudinal direction by the front-side second joint region 56f and the rear-side second joint region 56b. Stretchability along the longitudinal direction). When the diaper 1 is worn, the one end portion 50u of the leak preventing wall portion 50 contracts along the vertical direction (longitudinal direction) based on the stretchability developed by the leak preventing wall elastic member 52, thereby freeing the one end portion 50u. The end part stands on the wearer's skin side. That is, at the one end portion 50u of the leak-proof wall portion 50, a region between the front second joint region 56f and the rear second joint region 56b in the longitudinal direction can stand on the skin side. In the present specification, this standable portion is also referred to as a “stand portion”. In addition, a portion of the one end portion 50u of the leak-proof wall portion 50 that is fixed so as not to stand upright by the second joining regions 56f and 56b on the outer side in the longitudinal direction of the upright portion is also referred to as a “fixed portion”.
The front belt portion 20 and the rear belt portion 30 include inner layer sheets 21 and 31, outer layer sheets 22 and 32 laminated on the inner layer sheets 21 and 31, and a plurality of thread-like elastic members 23 and 33, respectively.
The outer layer sheets 22 and 32 are arranged on the non-skin side of the inner layer sheets 21 and 31. The inner layer sheets 21 and 31 and the outer layer sheets 22 and 32 are disposed on the non-skin side with respect to the absorbent main body 10. The inner layer sheets 21 and 31 and the outer layer sheets 22 and 32 alone are non-stretchable sheets that substantially do not have the left-right stretchability of the diaper 1. As the inner layer sheets 21 and 31, and the outer layer sheets 22 and 32, SMS nonwoven fabric (spunbond / meltblown / spunbond nonwoven fabric), spunbond nonwoven fabric, air-through nonwoven fabric, plastic sheet, perforated plastic sheet and laminate sheet thereof are used. Can do.
The plurality of thread-like elastic members 23 and 33 are arranged side by side in the vertical direction between the inner layer sheets 21 and 31 and the outer layer sheets 22 and 32 and are fixed in an extended state in the left and right direction. Therefore, the front belt part 20 and the rear belt part 30 expand and contract in the left-right direction, and fit around the wearer's waist. Examples of the thread-like elastic members 23 and 33 include thread-like elastic members such as rubber and spandex.
In the rear belt portion 30 of the present embodiment, a thread-like elastic member 33 is disposed from the upper end portion to the lower end portion. On the other hand, the thread-like elastic member 23 is not disposed at the upper end portion of the front belt portion 20, but instead, an elastic sheet 24 that expands and contracts in the left-right direction is disposed. Thus, by arranging the elastic sheet 24 without arranging the thread-like elastic member 23 on the upper end portion of the front belt portion 20, the upper end portion of the front belt portion 20 is in close contact with the body (skin) of the wearer. It becomes easy to do. Thereby, local clamping | tightening is suppressed and the trace of an expansion-contraction member can be made hard to remain on a wearer's skin. In particular, since an infant assumed as a person who wears the diaper 1 generally has a body shape in which the abdomen protrudes, the local tightening of the abdomen by the front belt part 20 is suppressed as in this embodiment. This makes it difficult to cause discomfort during wearing.
<Details of structure of absorbent main body 10 and leak-proof wall 50>
FIG. 4 is a schematic partial cross-sectional view illustrating the structures of the absorbent main body 10 and the leak-proof wall portion 50. FIG. 4 illustrates a cross section of the absorbent main body 10 and the leak-proof wall portion 50 at the predetermined position FL, and corresponds to the cross-sectional view of FIG.
As described above, in the diaper 1, the other end 50 d of the leak-proof wall 50 is joined and fixed by the first joining region 55 on the non-skin side of the absorber 11. On the other hand, the standing part which is a part not joined by the second joining region 56 in the one end part 50u of the leakage preventing wall part 50 can stand on the skin side at the position of the outer end 11es in the left-right direction of the absorbent body 11. Become. That is, the leak-proof wall portion 50 stands on the skin side with the position of the outer end 11 es as the standing start point. Actually, there may be some positional deviation between the standing start point of the leak-proof wall portion 50 and the outer end 11es of the absorber 11, but in this specification, the position of the outer end 11es is set for convenience of explanation. It shall be the starting point.
Since the one end 50u of the leak-proof wall 50 is joined so as to fall inward in the left-right direction by the second joining region 56, when the standing part of the one end 50u stands on the skin side, Stands up so as to incline obliquely toward the skin side in the thickness direction and in the thickness direction. With such a structure, the excretion excreted by the absorbent body 11 when the diaper 1 is worn is easily suppressed from moving beyond the standing leak-proof wall 50. That is, it becomes easy to suppress the excrement from leaking out.
Moreover, when the wearer wears (wears) the diaper 1 when the one end portion 50u of the leak-proof wall portion 50 is inverted, the one end portion 50u is passed when the leg is passed through the leg opening LH. It is difficult for the leg to get caught in the (standing part), and good wearability can be realized.
Moreover, since the other end part 50d of the leak-proof wall part 50 is joined so that it may be wound in the non-skin side of the absorber 11, the excretion excreted by the absorber 11 at the time of wearing of the diaper 1 is absorbed. Moving to the outer side in the left-right direction or the non-skin side in the thickness direction from the body 11 is suppressed. In particular, since the leak-proof wall portion 50 is provided between the absorber 11 and the side flap SF (back sheet 13), excrement is absorbed by the leak-proof wall portion 50 so as to prevent excrement. It becomes difficult to move from the side to the side flap SF side. That is, the excretion of excrement such as urine in the side flap SF is suppressed, and it is possible to make it difficult for the wearer to cause discomfort.
Moreover, the 1st junction area | region 55 which joins the other end part 50d of the leak-proof wall part 50 to the back seat | sheet 13 is provided in the position pinched | interposed between the absorber 11 and the back seat | sheet 13. As shown in FIG. That is, the first joining region 55 is not exposed to the outside and does not come into contact with the wearer's skin when the diaper 1 is worn. Therefore, even if a wearer moves a body at the time of wearing of the diaper 1, this 1st junction area | region 55 cannot peel easily, and the leak-proof wall part 50 is joined firmly. Moreover, since the 1st joining area | region 55 and a wearer's skin do not contact, the deterioration of the touch can be suppressed.
Further, in the diaper 1, the side flap SF is formed in a planar shape protruding outward in the left-right direction, and can fit on the surface along the wearer's leg roll, so that the leg-around portion has a good fit Can be realized. Furthermore, the side flap SF is formed of the same member. That is, a pair of side flaps SF is formed by one leakproof sheet 13a and the non-skin side sheet 13b. If the side flap SF is formed by joining a plurality of materials, there is a risk of excrement leakage at the joint where the materials are joined. However, since the unnecessary seam is not formed in the side flap SF of the present embodiment, good leakage prevention can be realized. Further, by reducing the number of materials constituting the side flap SF, the number of stacked materials in the side flap SF can be reduced, and the touch can be kept soft.
And in the diaper 1, since the other end part 50d of the leak-proof wall part 50 is wound in the non-skin side of the absorber 11, the touch in the side flap SF becomes soft and it becomes easy to maintain favorable leak-proof property. ing. If the other end portion 50d of the leak-proof wall portion 50 is configured to be joined to the skin side surface of the side flap SF (back sheet 13) outside the absorbent body 11 in the left-right direction, the material in the side flap SF There is a possibility that the touch may deteriorate due to an increase in the number of stacked layers or the formation of a joining region on the side flap SF. Moreover, the part which the absorber 11 and the non-skin side sheet | seat 13b (13bf) of side flap SF contact directly arises, and there exists a possibility that excrement, such as urine, may bleed out into the side flap SF (non-skin side sheet | seat 13b) easily. is there. In the present embodiment, it is possible to achieve a good touch and leakproofness by the configuration of the leakproof wall 50 and the side flap SF (back sheet 13) described above.
(L2>L1)。 In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, in the left-right direction, an inner end 50 de (hereinafter also referred to as a fixed end 50 de) on the other end 50 d side of the leakage preventing wall 50 is the one end 50 u side of the leakage preventing wall 50. Is located on the inner side of the inner end 50 ue (hereinafter also referred to as the standing end 50 ue). That is, in the left-right direction, the distance (width in the left-right direction) L2 between the outer end 11es of the absorber 11 that is the starting point of the leak-proof wall 50 and the fixed end 50de of the leak-proof wall 50 is the absorber. 11 is longer than the distance (width in the left-right direction) L1 between the outer end 11es of the leakage prevention wall portion 50 and the standing end 50ue of the leak-proof wall 50 (L2> L1).
If, in the left-right direction, the position of the standing end 50 ue is too close to the inside, the distance between the pair of left and right standing ends 50 ue, 50 ue becomes narrow, and excretion occurs outside the leak-proof wall 50 when the diaper 1 is worn. May be easier to do That is, since the width of the portion corresponding to the entrance of excrement provided on the non-skin side of the absorbent main body 10 is narrowed, excrement may leak to the outside of the leak-proof wall portion 50. In particular, in the crotch part, the gap in the left-right direction of the absorbent body 11 tends to be narrowed by being sandwiched between the legs of the wearer, so the gap between the standing ends 50ue, 50ue of the pair of left and right leak- proof wall portions 50, 50 is narrower. This increases the possibility of excrement leaking. In addition, in the left-right direction, if the position of the fixed end 50de is too close to the outside, there is a high possibility that the absorbent body 11 and the non-skin side sheet 13bf of the side flap SF are in direct contact with each other, so that urine or the like leaks out. May be more likely to occur.
On the other hand, in the diaper 1, the width L2 on the other end portion 50d side (fixed end side) of the leak-proof wall portion 50 is longer than the width L1 on the one end portion 50u side (standing end side). Leakage and exudation can be efficiently suppressed.
(L1>L3)。 Further, in the left-right direction, the inner end 50 ue (standing end 50 ue) on the one end 50 u side of the leak-proof wall portion 50 is folded inward at the outer end 10 es of the absorbent main body 10, and the non-skin side sheet 13 bf (13 b ) Is located on the inner side of the inner end 13bfe. That is, the distance (width in the left-right direction) L3 in the left-right direction between the outer end 11es of the absorbent body 11 and the inner end 13bfe of the non-skin side sheet 13bf is shorter than the above-described L1 (L1> L3).
The region L3 is the region where the number of sheet members laminated in the thickness direction is the largest in the diaper 1. Specifically, from the skin side in the thickness direction toward the non-skin side, one end portion 50u of the leak-proof wall portion 50, the other end portion 50d of the leak-proof wall portion 50, and the non-skin-side sheet 13bf (folded portion) ), At least five sheet members of the leak-proof sheet 13a and the non-skin side sheet 13b (the part that is not folded back) are laminated. Therefore, the rigidity is high in the region, and the touch is likely to deteriorate. Therefore, it is preferable to reduce the area of the portion where the number of stacked sheet members increases as much as possible by reducing the width L3 in the left-right direction of the non-skin side sheet 13bf as much as possible. In this way, it is possible to make it difficult for the wearer to feel the deterioration of the touch.
Further, in the left-right direction, the inner end 50 ue (upstanding end 50 ue) on the one end 50 u side of the leak-proof wall portion 50 is outside the portion of the constricted portion 11 AC of the absorbent core 11 A where the width in the left-right direction is the narrowest. It is located inside the end 11ACes. That is, the standing end 50 ue of the leak-proof wall portion 50 is always arranged so as to overlap the skin side of the absorbent core 11A. Temporarily, standing edge 50ue of leak-proof wall part 50 was located in the horizontal direction outside from outside end 11ACes of absorptive core 11A, and the crevice in the horizontal direction was formed between standing edge 50ue and outside end 11ACes. In some cases, urine or the like may be excreted in the portion where the gap is formed. In this case, urine or the like may be absorbed into the non-skin side in the thickness direction without being absorbed by the absorbent core 11A. On the other hand, in this embodiment, since no gap is generated between the standing end 50ue of the leak-proof wall portion 50 and the outer end 11ACes of the absorbent core 11A, excreta such as urine is absorbed by the absorbent core 11A. It is possible to suppress bleeding to the non-skin side without being carried out.
Further, in the left-right direction, the inner end 50de (fixed end 50de) on the other end 50d side of the leak-proof wall 50 is a portion of the constricted portion 11AC of the absorbent core 11A where the width in the left-right direction is the narrowest. It is located inside the outer end 11ACes. That is, the other end 50d of the leak-proof wall 50 is always arranged on the non-skin side of the outer end in the left-right direction of the absorbent core 11A (that is, the outer edge of the absorbent core 11A). Therefore, even when urine or the like absorbed by the absorbent core 11A diffuses in the left-right direction to reach the outer end 11ACes and further moves to the backsheet 13 side, the other end of the leak-proof wall portion 50 The movement is prevented by the portion 50d. Therefore, it becomes easy to suppress urine and the like from seeping into the back sheet 13 from the absorbent core 11A.
Moreover, in the left-right direction, the distance (the width in the left-right direction) between the outer end 11es of the absorbent body 11 (the rising start point of the leak-proof wall 50) and the outer end 10es of the absorbent main body 10 (the outer end of the backsheet 13). ) L4 is longer than the above-described L1 (L4> L1). With such a configuration, the width of the side flap SF is at least larger (longer) than the height at which the leak-proof wall portion 50 stands up, and the side flap SF is likely to protrude greatly outward in the left-right direction. Accordingly, when the diaper 1 is worn, the side flap SF is easily fitted on the surface along the wearer's leg turn at the leg opening LH, the fit is improved, and excrement leaks from the leg opening LH. It becomes easy to suppress.
Further, in the left-right direction, the distance (width in the left-right direction) L5 between the outer end 11es of the absorbent body 11 (the rising start point of the leak-proof wall portion 50) and the outer end 13ae of the leak-proof sheet 13a constituting the back sheet 13. Is longer than L1 described above (L5> L1). With such a configuration, the width of the leak-proof sheet 13a provided on the side flap SF is larger (longer) than at least the height at which the leak-proof wall portion 50 stands, and the leak-proof property of the side flap SF is further increased. Can do. For example, even if excrement such as urine leaks from the absorbent body 11 to the skin side (13bf) of the side flap SF, the excrement is transferred from the skin side to the non-skin side by providing the leak-proof sheet 13a. It is suppressed that the clothes and the like are soiled on the non-skin side.
