Description
The present invention relates to an absorbent article and a fastening tape used for an absorbent article cover, an absorbent article using the same, and an absorbent article cover.
The unfolded disposable diaper usually has a rear part along the back side, a front part along the ventral side, and an intermediate part located between the rear part and the front part. When this intermediate portion is worn along the crotch of an infant or the like, the back side flap is kept on the wearer's abdomen and is fixed to the outer surface of the front portion of the diaper by a fixing member. Thereby, a diaper can be clamped moderately around a waist and it can fix so that it may not slip off. As the fixing member, an adhesive sheet that can be repeatedly fixed and peeled and a fastening tape that enables mechanical joining are widely used.
A fastening tape generally has an adhesive sheet or a planar mechanical fastener, and has a structure in which, for example, this is attached to a flap portion of a diaper together with a base sheet. Among these, examples of the mechanical fastener include a minute hook-shaped projection having a hook shape that enables engagement with fibers and the like, and a planar fastener (male material) having a large number of mushroom-like ones. On the other hand, the portion that receives the planar fastener (male material) at the front side of the ventral side may be a normal non-woven fabric, but for example, a landing tape having a looped or fluffy surface fiber structure so as to realize an effective hooking of the hook. (Female material) or the like is used.
As a specific structure of the fastening tape, for example, there is a structure in which a flap portion of a diaper main body is sandwiched between a planar fastener having a bondable surface and a base sheet. The fastening tape to which such an attachment method is attached is referred to as “Y bond method” based on the shape of the fastening tape viewed from the side. As an example to which this Y bond method is applied, there is a fastening tape that is fixed to the inner surface of the end edge portion of the main body sheet with one end in the longitudinal direction of a planar mechanical fastener and a base sheet (see Patent Document 1). ). This mechanical fastener is provided with a number of mushroom-shaped micro hooks, and is a long rectangular planar fastener extending in the direction extending from the main body sheet as a whole. Thus, sufficient fastening strength of the fastening tape is realized, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Further, as a similar Y-bond type, there is disclosed one in which a side edge portion of a diaper main body is sandwiched between a flat plate fastener having many T-shaped hooks and a back material (see Patent Document 2). .
The present invention is a fastening tape having a fastener having an adhesive surface used for an absorbent article or an absorbent article cover, and when the absorbent article is attached and fixed to a predetermined landing tape or the like In addition, tension is applied to the joining portion of the tape base and the diaper end, and the engaging force is reduced due to wrinkles in the engaging portion or due to the difference in rigidity between the tape base and the diaper. Fastening tape that suppresses and prevents the longitudinal end of the diaper of the tape base material from warping outward, and maintains a good bonded state when worn, and absorbent articles and absorbent articles using the same The purpose is to provide a cover.
The present invention is a fastening tape having a base sheet and a fastener having an adhesive surface, and the fastening tape has a region on the fixed base side including at least a part of the fastener, the one edge side being a fixed base side. Attached to the side edge of the absorbent article or absorbent article cover, the other edge side of the fastening tape is the free end side that does not overlap the side edge, There is a cut on the fixed base side, and the cut achieves the above-mentioned object by a fastening tape having a shape in which the cut width increases toward the fixed base side.
The fastening tape of the present invention has a fastener having an adhesive surface, and when this is joined to a predetermined landing tape or the like and an absorbent article or the like is attached and fixed, the tape base material and the diaper end of the fastener are joined. Suppresses the engagement force from being lowered due to tension applied to the part and wrinkles on the engaging part or the difference in rigidity between the tape base and the diaper, and the length of the diaper of the tape base. It is possible to prevent the direction end portion from warping outward and to maintain an excellent bonded state when worn. In addition, the fastening tape of the present invention can exhibit the above performance without depending on a complicated structure or a special member, so that it does not require an extra manufacturing process or a special member, and is excellent in productivity.
Hereinafter, the fastening tape of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings based on a deployable disposable diaper as a preferred embodiment thereof.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view schematically showing a developed disposable diaper provided with a fastening tape (Embodiment 1) which is a preferred embodiment of the present invention, generally in a shape when worn. FIG. 2-1 is a plan view schematically showing a state when the disposable diaper shown in FIG. 1 is developed and viewed from the inner side (surface sheet side). FIG. 2B is an enlarged plan view of region A in FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken along line III-III in FIG.
The
The
The
In the present embodiment, as described above, the two left and
The structure of the attachable surface of the
The dimensions of the
The length in the longitudinal direction (Y direction) of the
In the first embodiment, the
As described above, the fastening tape of the first embodiment is provided with the
This point will be described based on a
Or the fastener corner |
On the other hand, in the fastening tape of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1, wrinkles and floats in the center of the
Floating and peeling of the fastener and its neighboring members as occurred in the
On the other hand, according to the
FIG. 4 is a plan view schematically showing a fastening tape (Embodiment 2) which is another preferred embodiment of the present invention. In the same figure, the part corresponding to FIG. 2-2 in the said
FIG. 5: is a top view which shows typically the fastening tape (Embodiment 3) which is another preferable embodiment of this invention. In the third embodiment, the
FIG. 6 is a plan view schematically showing a fastening tape (Embodiment 4) which is still another preferred embodiment of the present invention. In the fourth embodiment, the
FIG. 7 is a plan view schematically showing a fastening tape (Embodiment 5) which is still another preferred embodiment of the present invention. In the fifth embodiment, the
FIG. 8 is a plan view schematically showing a fastening tape (Embodiment 6) which is still another preferred embodiment of the present invention. In the sixth embodiment, the
FIG. 9 is a plan view schematically showing a fastening tape (Embodiment 7) which is still another preferred embodiment of the present invention. In the seventh embodiment, two

In each of the above-described embodiments, the side flap Sr has a shrinkable property, but the method for imparting stretchability is not particularly limited. The side flap Sr may be provided with rubber, the diaper may be made of an elastic nonwoven fabric, and the diaper body may be attached with an elastic sheet on the side edge.

In the
[Measurement method of elongation recovery rate]
Prepare a sample piece of a sheet with a length of 50 mm and a width of 25 mm, and fix the sample piece to the chuck interval K0 using a tensile tester ("Tensilon" RTC-1150A [trade name] manufactured by Orientec Co., Ltd.). When the stress becomes zero after the tensile force is released at the same speed as the tensile speed after extending to the length K2 (K2 = K0 × 2) at the time of 50% elongation at a speed of 300 mm / min. The length of the sample piece is defined as the length K1 after recovery from elongation. From this measurement result, the extension recovery rate at 50% extension is calculated by the following equation.
Elongation recovery rate at 50% elongation (%) = [(K2−K1) / (K2−K0)] × 100 When there are a plurality of directions in which the maximum elongation is 50% or more, only one of them is the only direction The elastic sheet also includes those exhibiting the maximum elongation and elongation recovery rate.
Examples of the
As the constituent fiber of the elastic fiber layer, for example, a fiber made from a thermoplastic elastomer, rubber or the like can be used. The elastic fiber layer is an aggregate of fibers having elasticity, but inelastic fibers may be included as long as the elastic elasticity is not impaired. The inelastic fiber layer has extensibility but is substantially inelastic. The stretchability here refers to the case where the constituent fibers themselves are stretched, and even if the constituent fibers themselves are not stretched, the two fibers that have been heat-sealed at the intersection of the fibers are separated from each other, or the fibers are thermally fused. Any of the cases in which the three-dimensional structure formed by a plurality of fibers is structurally changed by wearing or the constituent fibers are torn, and the entire fiber layer is elongated. Examples of the fibers constituting the inelastic fiber layer include fibers made of polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyester (PET or PBT), polyamide, and the like. Further, core-sheath type or side-by-side composite fibers, split fibers, irregularly shaped cross-section fibers, crimped fibers, heat-shrinkable fibers, and the like can also be used.
The stretchable nonwoven fabric of the above embodiment has stretchability in at least one of the in-plane directions, but may have stretchability in all in-plane directions. In that case, it is not hindered that the degree of elasticity varies depending on the direction. Regarding the direction of expansion and contraction, the degree of elasticity is preferably 10 to 500 cN / 25 mm, more preferably 20 to 100 cN / 25 mm, at 50% elongation. Further, the residual strain when contracted from the 50% stretched state is preferably 15% or less, and more preferably 10% or less.
Further, the contents described in JP-A-2007-138374 can be referred to as the stretchable sheet, and JP-A-2007-84966, JP-2007-22066, etc. may be referred to for the production method. .
