Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a disposable diaper that absorbs and holds excrement.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 7-34814 discloses a heat-fusible and liquid-permeable surface sheet located on the skin contact side, and a heat-fusible and liquid-impermeable back sheet located on the skin non-contact side. The front and rear waists are composed of a liquid-absorbing panel interposed between the front and back sheets, the front waistline region and the rear waistline region facing each other, and a crotch region located between the waistline regions. The front and back sheet sides of the front and back sheets that extend in the vertical direction overlap with each other in a palm-like shape, and the side parts of the front and rear sides are fixed via a heat-sealed part that is aligned in the vertical direction. A pants-type disposable diaper having an opening is disclosed.
[0003]
At the upper part in the longitudinal direction and the lower part in the longitudinal direction on the side part around the waist, the heat-sealed parts extend substantially horizontally in the direction around the waist, and are arranged with a given distance in the longitudinal direction. At the longitudinally central portion of the waistline side portion, the heat-sealed portion extends in a zigzag in the longitudinal direction so as to draw a V shape toward the waistline direction. A waist elastic member extending in the waist direction is attached to the periphery of the waist opening in an extended state. An elastic member for leg periphery extending in the leg periphery direction is attached to the peripheral edge of the leg periphery opening in an extended state.

In this diaper, since the side part around the waist is fixed to the center part in the vertical direction via a heat-sealing part that draws a V shape, when the worn diaper is removed, the front and back sheets are attached to the heat-sealing part The sheet can be torn obliquely downward along the periphery, and the front and back sheets are not torn in the direction of the trunk, and the tearing operation is easy.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the diaper disclosed in the above publication, since the pattern of the heat fusion part is different between the vertical upper and lower parts and the vertical central part of the waistline side part, the tear strength of the front and back sheets in the upper and lower parts and the central part is different, The front and back sheets cannot be torn in the vertical direction with a substantially constant force. Further, in this diaper, the heat-sealed portions formed on the upper and lower portions in the longitudinal direction of the waistline side portion extend substantially horizontally in the waistline direction, so when tearing the front and back sheets at the waistline side portion, The line may run around the trunk. In order to avoid them, a heat-sealing part that forms a V shape in the trunk direction similar to the longitudinal center part of the trunk side part may be formed in the vertical upper and lower parts of the trunk side part.
[0006]
However, if a heat-sealed part that forms a V-shape is formed in the vertical upper and lower parts of the waistline side part, both ends of the waistline elastic member and the leglined elastic member that extend to the waistline side part by the heat seal part The part may be cut off. The waist elastic member and the leg elastic member are generally fixed at both ends to the waist side of the front and back sheets, and the waist elastic member and the leg elastic member If both end portions of the diaper are cut, the elastic members on the side of the waistline are easily released when the diaper is worn, and the elastic member for the waistline contracts inwardly in the waistline direction or elastic for the legs In some cases, the members contract toward the inside in the leg-circumferential direction, and the elongation stress of these elastic members decreases. In a diaper in which the elongation stress of these elastic members is reduced, tightening between the waist and legs of the wearer wearing the elastic member is insufficient, and the diaper falls and excrement leaks.
[0007]
The subject of the present invention is that when the sheet is torn on the side portion around the waist, the tear line does not run in the direction around the waist, the sheet can be torn in the longitudinal direction with a substantially constant force, and extends to the side around the waist. An object of the present invention is to provide a pants-type disposable diaper in which the heat-sealed portion does not cut both ends of the waist elastic member and the leg elastic member.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The premise of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is that a heat-fusible sheet that defines the front and rear waist regions facing each other and a crotch region located between these waist regions, and the front and back waists from the crotch region A liquid-absorbing panel extending toward the surrounding area, and the sheet is positioned on the outside of both end edges of the panel and extends around the front and rear waist areas in the waist direction, A waistline side portion that is located outside of both side edges and extends in the longitudinal direction around the front and back waistline region, and the waistline side portion of the sheet is fixed through a heat-sealed portion that is aligned in the longitudinal direction. A pants-type disposable diaper in which a waist opening and a pair of leg openings are formed below the waist opening.
[0009]
As a feature of the present invention based on the premise, the vertical direction is formed between the waist opening and the leg opening so that the heat-sealed portion substantially forms a square shape toward the waist direction. And at least two sides of the sheet that define the shape of the letter C, and on the side of the waist of the sheet that is adjacent to the direction of the waist, The inner end and the outer circumference direction outer end are separated by a given dimension in the vertical direction, and a gap extending in the vertical direction is formed between the inner and outer ends of the heat sealing portion in the trunk direction and the top of the C-shape. That is to be formed.
[0010]
The present invention has the following embodiments.
(1) A plurality of waistline elastic members extending in the waistline direction are attached to a waistline end portion of the sheet in a stretched state, and a plurality of legline elasticity extending in the leg periphery direction through the leg opening. [0013]
The diaper 1A includes a heat-fusible and liquid-permeable surface sheet 2 located on the skin contact side, a heat-fusible and liquid-impermeable back sheet 3 located on the skin non-contact side, and the sheets. It is comprised from the liquid-absorbing panel 4 interposed between 2 and 3. FIG. The diaper 1 </ b> A has a front waistline region 5 and a back waistline region 7 that face each other, and a crotch region 6 that is positioned between the waistline regions 5 and 7.
[0014]
The top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3 are located outside the both end edges 4a of the panel 4 and extend around the front and rear waist areas 5, 7 in the waist direction, and outside the both side edges 4b of the panel 4. And a trunk circumference side portion 9 extending in the longitudinal direction through the front and rear trunk circumference areas 5 and 7.
[0015]
In the diaper 1 </ b> A, the waist circumference side portions 9 of the front and back sheets 2, 3 are overlapped in a palm-like shape, and the waist circumference side portions 9 are fixed via a heat fusion portion 10 arranged in the vertical direction. The diaper 1 </ b> A has a waist opening 11 and a pair of leg openings 12 below the waist opening 11.
[0016]
A plurality of waist elastic members 14 extending in the waist direction are attached to the waist edge 8 in an expanded state. A plurality of leg-around elastic members 15 extending in the leg-around direction are attached to the peripheral edge 13 of the leg-opening 12 in an extended state. In the trunk periphery side portion 9, both end portions 14 a and 15 a of the elastic members 14 and 15 located there are fixed to at least one inner surface of the front and back sheets 2 and 3. In the remaining portions other than the waistline side portion 9, the elastic members 14 and 15 are intermittently fixed to at least one inner surface of the front and back sheets 2 and 3.
[0017]
The inner surfaces of the topsheet 2 and the backsheet 3 are fixed to each other at the waistline end portion 8, the waistline side portion 9, and the peripheral edge portion 13 of the leg periphery opening 12. The panel 4 extends from the crotch region 6 toward the front and rear waist regions 5 and 7. The panel 4 is bonded to at least one inner surface of the top sheet 2 and the back sheet 3. A hot melt adhesive (not shown) is used for fixing the front and back sheets 2 and 3, fixing the elastic members 14 and 15 to the front and back sheets 2 and 3, and joining the panel 4.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 2, the heat-sealing portion 10 is zigzag between the waist opening 11 and the leg opening 12 in a vertical direction so as to form a substantially square shape toward the waist. It extends. The heat-sealing part 10 is divided into three parts on one side that defines a square shape, and the heat-sealing parts 10 are arranged in the vertical direction with a given dimension apart. These heat-sealing parts 10 extend inclining in the direction of the trunk, and have a given length dimension L2 in the direction of the trunk.
[0019]
In the heat sealing portions 10 adjacent to each other in the waist circumference direction, the inner circumference direction inner end 10a and the outer circumference direction outer end 10b of the heat fusion portions 10 are spaced apart by a predetermined dimension in the vertical direction. A gap 16 extending in the vertical direction is formed between the inner periphery 10a in the waist direction and the outer end 10b in the waist direction of the heat-sealing portion 10. At the top of the C-shaped form, the inner ends 10a of the heat-sealing part 10 in the circumferential direction are spaced apart by a given dimension in the vertical direction. A gap 17 extending in the vertical direction is formed at the top of the C-shape. In the heat-sealing part 10, the inner periphery direction inner end 10a and the outer periphery direction outer end 10b are located on a virtual vertical line S1 extending in the longitudinal direction between the inner periphery direction inner and outer ends 10a, 10b.
[0020]
Both ends 14 a and 15 a of the waist elastic member 14 and the leg elastic member 15 extend on the waist side portion 9, and both ends 14 a and 15 a of the elastic members 14 and 15 are positioned in the gaps 16 and 17. are doing. In the trunk periphery side portion 9, the heat fusion portion 10 does not intersect the both end portions 14 a and 15 a of the elastic members 14 and 15, and the heat fusion portion 10 has both end portions 14 a and 15 a of the elastic members 14 and 15. 15a is not cut. Therefore, in the diaper 1A, the fixation of the waistline elastic member 14 on the waistline side portion 9 is not released, and the waistline elastic member 14 does not shrink inward in the waistline direction. Further, in the diaper 1A, the sticking of the leg-surrounding elastic member 15 at the waistline side portion 9 is not released, and the leg-surrounding elastic member 15 does not contract inwardly in the leg-surrounding direction. In the diaper 1 </ b> A, the elongation stress of the elastic members 14 and 15 does not decrease, and the waist circumference elastic member 14 and the leg circumference elastic member 15 can sufficiently tighten the waist circumference and the leg circumference of the wearer. it can.
[0021]
In the diaper 1A, since the trunk periphery side portions 9 of the front and back sheets 2 and 3 are fixed via the heat fusion portion 10 that extends intermittently, compared to the case where the heat fusion portion 10 extends continuously, The fixing area in the trunk periphery side portion 9 can be reduced. In the waistline side portion 9, the heat-sealed portion 10 extends in a vertical pattern in a constant pattern, so that the tear strength of the entire waistline side portion 10 can be made substantially uniform. The back sheets 2 and 3 can be torn with a substantially constant force.
[0022]
In the diaper 1 </ b> A, the dirty diaper 1 </ b> A can be easily removed from the wearer by tearing the front and back sheets 2, 3 in the longitudinal direction at the waistline side portion 9. In the diaper 1 </ b> A, the front and back sheets 2, 3 are torn obliquely downward along the periphery of the heat-sealing part 10 that forms a C shape in the trunk periphery direction.
[0023]
In the diaper 1 </ b> A, the inner periphery direction inner end 10 a and the outer periphery direction outer end 10 b of the thermal fusion bonding portion 10 are located on the virtual vertical line S <b> 1, so that the tear line is in the inner circumferential direction of the thermal fusion bonding portion 10. It is easy to connect from the end 10 a to the outer circumference direction outer end 10 b, and the tear line does not break between the heat-sealed portions 10.
[0024]
In the diaper 1 </ b> A, the angle θ formed by the virtual horizontal line S <b> 2 extending in the waist circumference direction of the waist circumference side portion 9 and the heat-sealed portion 10 is in the range of 10 to 30 °. When the angle θ is less than 10 °, the tear line may run in the direction around the trunk when the front and back sheets 2 and 3 are torn.
[0025]
In the diaper 1A, the length dimension L1 in the waist circumference direction of one side that defines the C-shape is in the range of 5 to 20 mm, and the length dimension L2 in one waist circumference direction of the heat fusion part 10 is 1 to 5 mm. It is in the range. When the length dimension L1 exceeds 20 mm and the length dimension L2 exceeds 5 mm, an unnecessarily heat-sealed portion 10 is formed on the waist portion 9 and the front and back sheets 2 and 3 are torn. A strong force must be applied, and the tearing operation cannot be performed smoothly. When the length dimension L1 is less than 5 mm and the length dimension L2 is less than 1 mm, depending on the peel strength of the heat-sealed portion 10, when the diaper 1A is worn, the front and back sheets 2, 3 are attached to the heat-sealed portion 10. In some cases.
[0026]
In the diaper 1A, the longitudinal dimension L3 of the gaps 16 and 17 is in the range of 0.3 to 1 mm. If the length L3 is less than 0.3 mm, it is difficult to position both ends 14a and 15a of the elastic members 14 and 15 in the gaps 16 and 17, and heat fusion with both ends 14a and 15a of the elastic members 14 and 15 is performed. There is a case where both ends 14 a and 15 a of the elastic members 14 and 15 are cut off by the heat fusion part 10 because the crossing with the wearing part 10 is easy.
[0027]
FIG. 4 is a partial perspective view similar to FIG. 2 showing a pattern of the heat fusion part 10 different from FIG. The heat sealing | fusion part 10 is divided | segmented into three on the one side which draws a square-shaped shape. These heat-sealing parts 10 extend in a slanting direction around the trunk, and are arranged in a line in the circumferential direction. In the heat-sealing parts 10 adjacent to each other in the waist direction, the inner periphery direction 10a and the outer periphery direction outer end 10b of the heat-sealing parts 10 are not located on the virtual vertical line S1, and the waist direction The inner end 10a and the outer circumference direction outer end 10b are spaced apart from each other by a given dimension in the longitudinal direction and the trunk circumference direction. A gap 16 extending in the vertical direction is formed between the inner periphery 10a in the waist direction and the outer end 10b in the waist direction of the heat-sealing portion 10. A gap 17 extending in the vertical direction is formed at the top of the C-shape. In the waistline side portion 9, both end portions 14 a and 15 a of the waistline elastic member 14 and the leg periphery elastic member 15 are located in the gaps 16 and 17.
[0028]
An angle θ formed between the heat-sealed portion 10 and the virtual horizontal line S2 and a length dimension L1 in the waist circumference direction of one side defining a square shape, a length dimension L2 in the waist circumference direction of one line of the heat-sealed portion 10; The longitudinal dimension L3 of the gaps 16 and 17 is the same as that of FIG.
[0029]
5 and 6 are a partially broken perspective view of a diaper 1B showing another embodiment, and a partially perspective view of a side portion around the waist shown in an enlarged manner, and FIG. 7 is an end surface taken along line II-II in FIG. FIG. In FIG. 5, the waist circumference direction is indicated by an arrow X, the vertical direction is indicated by an arrow Y, and the leg circumference direction is indicated by an arrow Z. This diaper 1B is different from that of FIG. 1 as follows.
[0030]
A plurality of auxiliary elastic members 18 extending in the waist direction are attached to the front and rear waist regions 5, 7 of the diaper 1B in an extended state. The auxiliary elastic members 18 are arranged between the waist elastic member 14 and the leg opening 12 with a given distance in the vertical direction.
[0031]
At the waistline side portion 9, both end portions 18 a of the auxiliary elastic member 18 located there are fixed to at least one inner surface of the front and back sheets 2, 3. The auxiliary elastic member 18 is intermittently fixed to at least one inner surface of the front and back sheets 2 and 3 in the remaining portion excluding the waistline side portion 9. The auxiliary elastic member 18 that crosses the panel 4 in the circumferential direction is intermittently fixed to the inner surface of the back sheet 3. A hot melt adhesive (not shown) is used for fixing the auxiliary elastic member 18 to the front and back sheets 2 and 3.
[0032]
In the diaper 1 </ b> B, both end portions 18 a of the auxiliary elastic member 18 extend to the waistline side portion 9, and both end portions 18 a of the auxiliary elastic member 18 are located in the gap 17. In the diaper 1 </ b> B, since the heat fusion part 10 does not cut the both end portions 18 a of the auxiliary elastic member 18, the fixation of the auxiliary elastic member 18 at the waist portion 9 is not released, and the auxiliary elastic member 18. Does not shrink toward the inside of the waist. In the diaper 1B, the extension stress of the auxiliary elastic member 18a does not decrease.
[0033]
An angle θ formed between the heat-sealed portion 10 and the virtual horizontal line S2 and a length dimension L1 in the waist circumference direction of one side defining a square shape, a length dimension L2 in the waist circumference direction of one line of the heat-sealed portion 10; The longitudinal dimension L3 of the gaps 16 and 17 is the same as that of FIG.
[0034]
For fixing the front and back sheets 2, 3 and the elastic members 14, 15, 18 with a hot melt adhesive, a pattern in which the adhesive is applied in a spiral shape or a spray shape can be appropriately selected. However, in order to securely fix the elastic members 14, 15, 18 to the front and back sheets 2, 3, the coating area ratio of the adhesive with respect to the total surface area of the elastic members 14, 15, 18 is in the range of 20-80%. Preferably there is. If the adhesive coating area ratio is less than 20%, the elastic members 14, 15, 18 may be detached from the front and back sheets 2, 3. When the application area ratio of the adhesive exceeds 80%, the shrinkage of the elastic members 14, 15, and 18 is hindered by the adhesive.
[0035]
For the topsheet 2, a fiber nonwoven fabric subjected to hydrophilic treatment or a thermoplastic film having a large number of fine holes can be used. The back sheet 3 includes a hydrophobic fiber nonwoven fabric, a breathable liquid-impervious thermoplastic film, a composite nonwoven fabric in which hydrophobic fiber nonwoven fabrics are superimposed, a hydrophobic fiber nonwoven fabric and a breathable liquid-impervious thermoplastic film. Any of the overlaid composite sheets can be used.
[0036]
For the back sheet 3, a composite nonwoven fabric obtained by sandwiching a fiber nonwoven fabric by a melt blown method having high water resistance between fiber nonwoven fabrics by a spunbond method having high strength and high flexibility can also be used.
[0037]
As a nonwoven fabric, what was manufactured by each manufacturing method of a spunlace, a needle punch, a melt blown, a thermal bond, a spun pond, a chemical bond, and an air through can be used. As the constituent fibers of the nonwoven fabric, polyolefin-based, polyester-based, polyamide-based fibers, core-sheath type composite fibers or parallel type composite fibers made of polyethylene / polypropylene or polyester can be used.
[0038]
The panel 4 is a mixture of fluff pulp and superabsorbent polymer particles, or a mixture of fluff pulp, superabsorbent polymer particles and thermoplastic synthetic resin fibers, and is compressed to a required thickness. The panel 4 is preferably covered and bonded to a tissue paper as a whole in order to prevent its shape loss and dropping of polymer particles. As the polymer particles, starch-based, cellulose-based or synthetic polymer-based particles can be used.
[0039]
In these diapers 1A and 1B, the heat-sealing part 10 may be divided into two on one side defining a C-shape, and four or more on one side where the heat-sealing part 10 defines a C-shape. It may be divided into.
[0040]
In these diapers 1A and 1B, the topsheet 2 may be formed from a hydrophilic fiber nonwoven fabric having elastic stretchability, and the backsheet 3 may be formed from a hydrophobic fiber nonwoven fabric having elastic stretchability. When these sheets are formed from an elastic stretchable nonwoven fabric, the attachment of the waist elastic member 14, the leg elastic member 15, and the auxiliary elastic member 18 can be omitted.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
According to the pants-type disposable diaper according to the present invention, since the side part of the body periphery of the sheet is fixed via the heat fusion part that extends intermittently, compared to the case where the heat fusion part extends continuously. In addition, it is possible to reduce the fixing area in the side portion around the waist. At the waistline side of the sheet, the heat-sealed part extends in a certain pattern in the vertical direction so as to form a substantially square shape toward the waistline, so the tear strength of the entire area around the waistline Can be made substantially uniform, and the sheet can be torn with a substantially constant force on the side portion around the waist. Moreover, in this diaper, the sheet is torn obliquely downward along the periphery of the heat-sealed portion, and the tear line does not run in the trunk periphery direction.
[0042]
In a diaper in which a waist elastic member is attached to the waist end and a leg elastic member is attached to the periphery of the leg opening, both ends of the elastic members located on the waist side of the seat are spaced apart. The heat fusion part is not cut at both ends of the elastic member. In this diaper, the elastic member for the waistline does not shrink inward in the waistline direction, and the elastic member for leg circumference does not shrink inwardly in the leg direction, so the elongation stress of these elastic members is reduced. There is nothing. In this diaper, the waist circumference elastic member and the leg circumference elastic member can sufficiently tighten the wearer's waist circumference and leg circumference, and the diaper will not slip down and excrement leakage will not occur. .
[0043]
In the diaper to which the auxiliary elastic member is attached, the both ends of the auxiliary elastic member located on the side of the waistline of the sheet are positioned in the gap, and the heat fusion part does not cut the both ends of the auxiliary elastic member. The auxiliary elastic member does not shrink inward in the waist direction, and the elongation stress of the auxiliary elastic member does not decrease.
[0044]
In diapers where the outer circumference direction outer edge and the inner circumference direction inner edge of the heat-sealed part are located on a virtual vertical line, the tear line is connected from the inner circumference direction edge of the thermal fusion part to the outer circumference direction edge. It is easy and the tear line does not break between heat fusion.
