Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a metal lightweight panel body such as a door and a partition installed in a building such as a house or a building, and more particularly to a metal lightweight panel body in which a glass window or a gallery device is mounted on a panel plane. .
[0002]
[Background Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
In general, a metal lightweight panel having a window portion has an internal structure as shown in FIG. The panel body 1 ′ includes a panel frame PF that forms an outer shape of the panel, window frames F 1 and F 2 that form windows, and a core member 4 that is loaded in a gap surrounded by these, and is made of metal. By covering with the front and back plates which consist of this thin plate, the panel body which is lightweight and is rich in cross-sectional strength is formed.
[0003]
However, according to the prior art, since the window frames F1 and F2 are provided on the peripheral edges of the window portions 2 'and 3', the weight of the panel increases correspondingly, and the number of parts and production work increase, resulting in an increase in cost. It was the cause.
[0004]
Therefore, a so-called frameless type panel body in which a frame is not disposed on the periphery of the window portion is employed in the metal lightweight panel body having a window portion for the purpose of reducing the weight of the panel and reducing the cost.
FIG. 8 shows the internal structure of the frameless panel body 1 ′. In the case of such a frameless panel body, the cross-sectional strength of the peripheral edges of the window portions 2 ′ and 3 ′ must be held by the core material 4, so that the core material 4 has to be loaded to the full periphery of the window portion.
[0005]
However, since the frame is not arranged in the window portion, there is nothing that closes the small edge of the window portion and it is in an open state. Therefore, when the front and back plates and the core material are bonded, the core material 4 is detached from the window portion. There was a risk of sticking in the protruding state. For this reason, when pasting the front and back plates, a few adhesive tapes T are applied to the window periphery as shown in FIG. 9, and the core material 4 and the front and back plates 5 and 6 are bonded while restricting the protrusion of the core material. Then, work such as peeling off the adhesive tape T was performed.
Therefore, the assembly work of the panel body becomes complicated, and wasteful costs such as adhesive tape cost are incurred, leading to an increase in cost.
[0006]
The present invention has been created in view of the above-described circumstances to solve these problems, and includes a pair of front and back plates each having an opening hole, and a reinforcement loaded between the front and back plates. in the door panel comprised of a core material, wherein the door panel, the table constitutes a window portion by the opening hole of the rear material, at least the opening hole periphery of one side of the face plate of the front and rear surfaces plate, of the openings A plurality of projecting pieces are formed toward the direction, and a base end portion of the projecting piece is stepped down from the outer peripheral edge of the opening hole by an amount substantially the same as the thickness of the face plate, and the opening hole has a slit-shaped notch. the bridge portion of a pair of slender continuous from the outer peripheral edge is formed, when assembling the door panel, and a right angle is bent the projecting piece to see write direction of the panel, the thickness of the projecting piece of the openings From the edge of the window without protruding from the outer periphery Due to a structure that prevents timber is overflowing, it is possible to prevent the small window portion of the core member protrudes.
[0007]
Further, when the projecting piece is bent and deformed, the bridge portion is bent and deformed so that the projecting piece can be bent and deformed with a small force.
[0008]
Furthermore, since the thickness of the protruding piece does not protrude from the outer peripheral edge of the opening hole when the protruding piece is bent and deformed, it does not interfere with the attachment of the window frame or the like.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In FIG. 1, 1 is a metal door panel, and a glass window 2 and a louver device 3 are mounted on the door panel 1.
[0010]
2 and 3 show a cross section of the door panel 1. The door panel 1 includes a door frame DF and a core material 4 inside, and these are covered with metal front and back plates 5 and 6. It is configured.
[0011]
The door frame DF forms an outline of the door panel, and is formed by assembling an aggregate having a substantially U-shaped cross section into a four-round frame. Various hardware such as locks and door-to-door liners (not shown) are attached to the door frame DF.
[0012]
As the core material 4, a reinforcing material that is lightweight and has a high cross-sectional strength is used, but a paper core formed in a honeycomb shape is usually used. An adhesive is applied to the core material 4 in advance, and the adhesive is melted by heating with a hot press machine so that the front and back plates 5 and 6 are bonded together.
[0013]
The front surface plate 5 and the back surface plate 6 are made of rectangular metal thin plates, and opening holes 5a, 5b and 6a, 6b are formed on the plate surfaces. The glass window 2 is fitted in the opening holes 5a and 6a, and the louver device 3 is fitted in the opening holes 5b and 6b.
[0014]
The glass window 2 is fixed in a window portion formed in the panel in a state where the outer periphery of the glass plate 21 is sandwiched between the window frame 22 and the pressing edge 25.
The window frame 22 is composed of divided frames 23 and 24, which are fixed to the periphery of the window portion of the panel by fitting the two into a window portion formed on the panel and then fastening them with rivets R.
Further, the pressing edge 25 is configured such that locking legs 25 a and 25 b are locked in locking grooves 23 a formed in the divided frame 23.
A bead is interposed between the glass plate 21 and the window frame 22 and the pressing edge 25.
[0015]
The louver device 3 is configured to fit the louver frame 32 and the mounting frame 33 accommodating a plurality of louver blades 31 into the windows formed on the panel, and then screw both the frames 32 and 33 with the fixing screw B. Therefore, it is fixed in the window portion.
[0016]
FIG. 4 shows a development view of the surface plate 5. As described above, the opening holes 5a and 5b are formed in the surface plate 5, and a plurality of protruding pieces 7 are formed on the periphery of the opening holes 5a and 5b toward the inside of the opening holes. . The projecting piece 7 is bent at a right angle to the write direction looking at the panel assembly as shown in FIG. 5, to prevent the protrusion from the window portion small of the core 4.
[0017]
The protruding piece 7 is formed with a regulating surface 71 for preventing the core material from protruding at one end portion, and a narrow bridge portion 73 formed by a slit-shaped notch 72 is formed at the base end portion. Further, the base end portion of the projecting piece 7 is stepped outward by the thickness t of the surface plate from the outer peripheral edge of the opening holes 5a and 5b.
[0018]
When the projecting piece 7 is bent and deformed at a right angle, the bridge portion 73 formed in a narrow shape is bent and deformed, so that it can be deformed with a light force.
Further, since the base end portion of the projecting piece 7 is stepped down by the thickness t of the panel surface plate from the outer peripheral edge of the opening holes 5a and 5b, when the projecting piece 7 is bent and deformed, the regulating surface 71 is opened to the opening hole. It can be formed on the same line as the outer peripheral edge.
Therefore, the restricting surface 71 does not get in the way when a glass window or a glass device is attached to the opening hole.
[0019]
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the protruding piece 7 may be formed on both the front and back plates as well as the front plate.
Moreover, in order to prevent the injury in operation | work, you may form the corner | angular part of the protrusion piece 7 in a chamfering shape or circular arc shape. In addition, the number, size, and the like of the protruding pieces 7 may be selected as appropriate, and are not limited to the present embodiment.
