端縁を凹溝に収めるとき、裏面側化粧材の端面が凹溝の
縁部に引っ掛かることなくスムーズに貼ることができる
ものであり、しかも表面側化粧材の両側の端部の裏面側
に桟材を長手方向に亙って設け、凹溝内に表面側化粧材
の桟材を収めて接着したので、凹溝の幅が広くても桟材
で確実に埋めることができると共に表面側化粧材の端部
を確実に固定できるものである。

内面側に断面略V字状の折曲溝を穿設した裏面側化粧材
を折曲溝で折曲しながら芯組の裏面、側面及び両側の表
面に沿わせて貼着すると共に裏面側化粧材の両側の端部
を表面材取り付け面の両側の凹溝に挿入し、芯組の表面
材取り付け面に表面側化粧材を貼ると共に表面側化粧材
の両側の端面を裏面側化粧材の端部の外面に当接して成
ることを特徴とする化粧扉パネル。
