Description

【0001】

After being affixed to the inner wall frame 2a so as to abut against 2b, the inner wall board 3b on the losing side was affixed to the inner wall frame 2b so that the joint edge on the corner side abuts against the surface of the inner wall board 3a .
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the inner wall board is affixed to the inner wall frame due to the above-described joining structure, the inner wall boards come into contact with each other at the joining portion of the inner wall board, so that the edge portion of the inner wall board is often chipped or cracked. Particularly, in the case of an inner wall board made of gypsum, the chipping and cracking are likely to occur. In such a case, there is a problem that unevenness or distortion occurs in the interior cloth that is affixed to the inner wall board, thereby deteriorating the appearance of the interior.
Further, in the case where the inner wall board is joined by winning or losing at the corner, it is necessary to shorten the board width of the inner wall board 3a on the losing side or to increase the board width of the inner wall board 3b on the winning side. .
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the inner wall board can be joined without being chipped or cracked at the edge portion of the inner wall board at the corner, and is also attached to the corner. The object is to provide a means for unifying the board width of the power inner wall board.
[0006]

[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show the inner wall board joint structure at the corner of entry according to the first embodiment of the present invention. This joint structure is a plate-like body bent into a W shape, and a joint member having a right angle in each bend is interposed in the joint portion of the inner wall board.
[0011]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the corners to which the inner wall boards 3 a and 3 b are attached are formed by inner wall frames 2 a and 2 b attached along the shaft assembly 1. The joint member 4a is a plate-like body bent into a W shape, and each bend has a right angle, and is in contact with the inner wall frames 2a and 2b on each surface at both ends of the plate-like body. The inner wall board 3a is affixed to the inner wall frame 2a, and the joint edge on the corner side is in contact with one surface of the joint member 4a. The inner wall board 3b is affixed to the inner wall frame 2b, and the joint edge on the corner side is in contact with the other surface of the joint member 4a. Each inner wall frame 2a, 2b is made of wood or metal, and each of the inner wall boards 3a, 3b is made of gypsum, but other materials may be used.
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 3, the joint member 4a is a plate-like body bent into a W shape, and each bend is a right angle, and the length a of the long side of the plate-like body is a corner. It matches the vertical dimension of each inner wall board to be attached to the section. On the other hand, the lengths b1, b2, b3, b4 of one side formed by each bend are set as follows. The lengths b1 and b2 are equal to the thickness of each inner wall board to be attached to the corner. Accordingly, when the length b1 matches the thickness of the inner wall board 3b, the length b2 matches the thickness of the inner wall board 3a, and when the length b1 matches the thickness of the inner wall board 3a. Is equal to the length b2 and the thickness of the inner wall board 3b. Usually, since the inner wall board having the same thickness is used, the length b1 and the length b2 have the same dimensions. The lengths b3 and b4 may be any length as long as the length is sufficient to determine the position of the joint member 4a at the corners in contact with the inner wall frames 2a and 2b. In view of the convenience, the length is preferably approximately the same as the lengths b1 and b2.
[0013]
Further, the thickness of the plate-like body of the joint member 4a varies depending on the material used and the structural strength required for the corner. Examples of the material of the joint member include metals such as steel, reinforced plastic, carbon, etc. Anyway, since a certain thickness is required, as shown in FIG. 2, each inner wall frame 2a, 2b and each A gap corresponding to the thickness of the joint member 4a is formed between the inner wall boards 3a and 3b. In order to eliminate this gap, as shown in FIG. 4, a taper is provided at the joint edge of the inner corner of the inner wall board that comes into contact with the joint member 4 a. The taper to be provided is set in consideration of the lengths b3 and b4.
In addition, when the thickness of the Jonto member 4a is small, for example, when a thin iron plate of about 0.4 mm to 0.5 mm is used, the taper need not be provided.
[0014]
Further, according to the lengths b3 and b4, as shown in FIG. 5, insertion holes 41 and 42 are appropriately provided in the joint member 4a. FIG. 6 shows a part of the AA cross section of FIG. 4. As shown in the drawing, the nail 5 driven to attach the inner wall board 3a to the inner wall frame 2a penetrates the inner wall board 3a. Through the insertion hole 41, the inner wall frame 2a is reached. Thus, by providing the insertion holes 41 and 42 in the joint member 4a, the nail 5 is driven in the vicinity of the joint portion between the inner wall boards 3a and 3b, and the inner wall boards 3a and 3b are securely attached to the inner wall frames 2a and 2b. Can be pasted.
The insertion hole is not necessarily provided when the lengths b3 and b4 of the joint member 4a do not hinder the driving of the nail 5. Further, when a thin iron plate, plastic, or the like is used as the material of the joint member 4a, nails, screws, or the like may be pierced through the joint member 4a without providing the insertion hole.
[0015]
Thus, the inner wall boards 3a and 3b are formed by interposing the joint member 4a, which is a plate-like body bent into a W shape, and each bent at a right angle at the joint portion of the inner wall boards 3a and 3b. Direct contact can be prevented.
Moreover, since it is not necessary to provide a win or loss at the joint portion of the inner wall board, the board widths of the inner wall boards 3a and 3b to be attached to the corners can be unified.
[0016]
Next, a method for applying the inner wall board at the corner is described.
First, the joint member 4a is positioned at the corner formed by the inner wall frames 2a and 2b so that the respective surfaces at both ends of the plate-like body are in contact with the inner wall frames 2a and 2b, respectively. In this state, the inner wall board 3a is affixed to the inner wall frame 2a so that the joint edge on the corner side is in contact with one surface of the joint member 4a. The inner wall board 3a is attached with a nail, a screw or the like. When using a joint member provided with an insertion hole, the inner wall board 3a is struck so that the nail, a screw or the like is inserted through the insertion hole. Next, the inner wall board 3b is affixed to the inner wall frame 2b so that the joint edge on the corner side contacts the other surface of the joint member 4a. The inner wall board 3b is attached in the same manner as the inner wall board 3a.
[0017]
According to the construction method described above, the inner wall board is affixed to the corner without directly contacting the inner wall boards 3a and 3b, so that the edge portion of the inner wall board is not chipped or cracked.
In addition, since it is not necessary to provide a win or loss at the joint portion of the inner wall board, it is possible to unify the board width of each inner wall board 3a, 3b to be affixed to the corner, so that the processing of the inner wall board can be simplified. In addition, the construction of the inner wall board is not caused during construction.
[0018]
In the above construction method, the joint member 4a is positioned at the corner, and the inner wall board 3a is first attached to the inner wall frame 2a, and then the inner wall board 3b is attached to the inner wall frame 2b. The same effect as described above can be obtained by attaching the inner wall board 3a to the inner wall frame 2a after the inner wall board 3b is attached to the inner wall frame 2b.
[0019]
Next, the joining structure of the inner wall board in the corner portion according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described. This joint structure is a plate-like body bent into a Z shape, and a joint member having a right angle in each bend is interposed in the joint portion of the inner wall board.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 9, the corners to which the inner wall boards 3 a and 3 b are attached are formed by inner wall frames 2 a and 2 b attached along the shaft assembly 1. The joint member 4b is a plate-like body bent into a Z shape, and each bend is a right angle. One end of the plate-like body is in contact with the inner wall frame 2a, and the other end is connected to the inner wall frame 2b. It is in contact. The inner wall board 3a is affixed to the inner wall frame 2a, and the joint edge on the corner side is in contact with one surface of the joint member 4a. The inner wall board 3b is affixed to the inner wall frame 2b, and the joint edge on the corner side is in contact with the other surface of the joint member 4b.
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 9, the joint member 4 b is a plate-like body bent into a Z shape, and each bend has a right angle. It matches the vertical dimension of each inner wall board to be attached to the section. On the other hand, the lengths b1, b2, and b3 of one side formed by each bend are set in the same manner as in the first embodiment. That is, the lengths b1 and b2 coincide with the thickness of each inner wall board to be attached to the corner, and the length b3 is long enough to contact the inner wall frame 2a and determine the position of the joint member 4b at the corner. That's it.
[0022]
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, the inner wall board 3a is provided with a taper at the joint edge on the side in contact with the joint member 4b in order to eliminate the gap caused by the thickness of the joint member 4b.
Similarly to the above, when the thickness of the joined member 4b is small, for example, when a thin iron plate of about 0.4 mm to 0.5 mm is used, the taper need not be provided.
[0023]
In this way, each inner wall board is formed by interposing the joint member 4b, which is a Z-shaped bent plate body, and each bent at a right angle to the joint portion of each inner wall board 3a, 3b at the corner. It can prevent 3a, 3b contacting directly.
Moreover, since it is not necessary to provide a win or loss at the joint portion of the inner wall board, the board widths of the inner wall boards 3a and 3b to be attached to the corners can be unified.
If necessary, the joint member 4b is appropriately provided with an insertion hole as described above.
[0024]
Next, a method for applying the inner wall board at the corner is described.
First, the joint member 4b is positioned at the corner formed by the inner wall frames 2a and 2b so that the surface of one end of the plate-like body is in contact with the inner wall frame 2a and the other end is in contact with the inner wall frame 2b. Let me. In this state, the inner wall board 3a is affixed to the inner wall frame 2a so that the joint edge on the corner side contacts the one surface of the joint member 4b. Next, the inner wall board 3b is affixed to the inner wall frame 2b so that the joint edge on the corner side contacts the other surface of the joint member 4b. The inner wall boards 3a and 3b are attached in the same manner as in the first embodiment.
[0025]
According to the construction method described above, the inner wall board is affixed to the corner without directly contacting the inner wall boards 3a and 3b, so that the edge portion of the inner wall board is not chipped or cracked.
In addition, since it is not necessary to provide a win or loss at the joint portion of the inner wall board, it is possible to unify the board width of each inner wall board 3a, 3b to be affixed to the corner, so that the processing of the inner wall board can be simplified. In addition, the construction of the inner wall board is not caused during construction.
[0026]
In the construction method, the joint member 4b is positioned at the corner, and the inner wall board 3a is first attached to the inner wall frame 2a, and then the inner wall board 3b is attached to the inner wall frame 2b. Even if the inner wall board 3b is attached to the inner wall frame 2b and then the inner wall board 3a is attached to the inner wall frame 2a, the same effect as described above can be obtained. In the latter case, however, the joint member 4b It is desirable that one end of the plate-like body is positioned so as to be in contact with the inner wall frame 2b and the other end is in contact with the inner wall frame 2a.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, at the corners formed by joining the inner wall boards fixed to the inner wall frame, the plate-like bodies bent into the W shape or the Z shape, folding is allowed position on the inner corner portion of the joint member at right angles, and joined small provided inside corner portion side taper of one of the inner wall board, contact the one surface of the joint member those, entering other inner wall board Since the corner side joint edge and the other surface of the joint member are brought into contact with each other, the inner wall board can be attached to the entrance corner portion without directly contacting the inner wall boards. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the inner wall board from being chipped or cracked. Moreover, since it is not necessary to provide a win or loss at the joint portion of the inner wall board, it is possible to unify the board width of the inner wall board to be attached to the corner. Therefore, the processing of the inner wall board can be simplified, and the inner wall board is not mistaken during construction.
