[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally known bundling apparatuses are not suitable for efficiently bundling objects to be bundled that are continuously fed on a conveyor in a manufacturing factory for commodities that are bundled objects. Therefore, in the manufacturing factory, it is desired to realize a bundling apparatus that can efficiently bundle a large number of objects to be bound. The article bundling apparatus of the present invention has been invented in view of such circumstances.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The article bundling apparatus of the present invention includes a pair of left and right moving members, a frame, a pair of front and rear lifting actuators, an adsorbing member, a first stroking member, a coil, a guide, and a tape adhering member. A horizontal movement actuator, a displacement member, a gripping member, a cutting device, and first and second scissors.
[0005]
Among these, the pair of left and right moving members are arranged at intervals in the horizontal direction and are movable at the same speed in the same direction, and the frame is provided above these moving members. The pair of front and rear actuators is Part of the frame at the front and rear ends with respect to the feed direction of both moving members It is supported by. The adsorbing member is supported at the lower end of each of the elevating actuators. The lower surface of each adsorbing member serves as an adsorbing surface, and the inside of each adsorbing member can be freely connected to a negative pressure source. Further, the first brazing member is supported in a state of being opposed to each other at the lower end portion of each lifting actuator.
[0006]
The coil is wound with an adhesive tape coated with an adhesive on one side, the guide guides the adhesive tape, and the tape adhering member is provided below the guide on the upper surface. Adhere the lower surface of the tip of the adhesive tape. Further, the horizontal movement actuator itself can move horizontally along the movement member, and the displacement member is perpendicular to the movement member by the horizontal movement actuator. And horizontal Is driven to displacement. Further, the gripping member is supported by the displacement member and is capable of gripping the tip of the adhesive tape located between the guide and the tape adhering member. Cutting is possible in the vicinity of the tape adhering member. Further, the first and second scissors are moved below the portion between the pair of moving members in the moving direction of both moving members. In the same direction and in the opposite direction It is provided so as to be horizontally movable, and an attaching member is provided at each upper end portion with a second and a third scissors.
[0007]
[Action]
The bundling apparatus for articles of the present invention configured as described above operates as follows, and is placed on a pair of left and right moving members in a superposed state, and a plurality of objects to be bound are fed in the front-rear direction. Unite. First, the upper surface of the adhesive tape cut to a predetermined length is adsorbed to the lower surface of each adsorbing member in a state where the adsorbing member supported by the lower end portions of the pair of lift actuators is raised. When performing this operation, first, the horizontal moving actuator itself moves along the moving member, and the displacement member by the horizontal moving actuator is perpendicular to the moving member. And horizontal With this displacement, the gripping member is moved to a position where the tip of the adhesive tape is present, and the gripping member grips the portion between the guide and the tape adhering member at the tip of the adhesive tape. Next, the horizontal movement actuator is moved along the moving member by a predetermined length in a direction away from the guide and the tape adhering member. As a result, the adhesive tape is pulled out from the coil by a predetermined amount.
[0008]
When a predetermined amount of the adhesive tape is pulled out from the coil in this way, each suction member is passed through a negative pressure source, and the drawn adhesive tape is sucked onto the lower surface of each of the suction members. Moreover, while cutting the intermediate part of the said adhesive tape with a cutting device, the coil side one side part of a cutting part is stuck on the said tape sticking member. In this state, the upper surface middle portion of the adhesive tape cut to a predetermined length is adsorbed on the lower surface of each adsorbing member. In this state, the adhesive surface to which the adhesive is applied becomes the lower surface of the adhesive tape. The upper surface adsorbed on the lower surface of each adsorbing member is a non-adhesive surface to which no adhesive is applied. In addition, the plurality of objects to be bound are stretched between a pair of left and right moving members and transferred forward by the moving members. When performing the bundling operation, the moving member is stopped in a state where the article is located immediately below the pressing plate.
[0009]
When the moving member is stopped, the respective adsorbing members are lowered. As the adsorbing member descends, the portions near both ends of the adhesive tape adsorbed by both adsorbing members are pulled downward. At this time, the non-adhesive surface slides with respect to the adsorbing member. Further, the first scissor member scissors the portions near the both ends of the intermediate portion of the adhesive tape to the front and rear side surfaces of the plurality of objects to be bound as the adsorbing member descends. As a result, the central portion of the adhesive tape is adhered to the upper surface of the article, and the portions near both ends of the intermediate portion are adhered to the front and rear side surfaces of the article. Moreover, the both ends of the said adhesive tape will be in the state which protruded below from the front and back both sides | surfaces of the to-be-bound object located in the lowest part.
[0010]
Therefore, the adhesive tape is inserted into the lower side of the object to be bundled alternately by the first and second scissors, and the second and third scissors provided on the upper end of each arm with the scissors, the adhesive tape. Are attached to the lower surface of the object to be bound. As a result, the plurality of objects to be bound placed on the pair of left and right moving members in a superposed state are bound by the adhesive tape cut to a predetermined length. So, above Adsorption member Then, the movement of the pair of left and right moving members that have been stopped is resumed. Thereafter, by repeating the above-described operation, the objects to be bound placed on the upper surface of the moving member at predetermined intervals are bound.
