Description
【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a bath water cleaning device, and more particularly to a temperature adjusting device for the hot water in this device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Hot water in the bathtub is circulated forcibly using a circulation pump, and the hot water in the bathtub is activated by an active stone tank after removing the dirt in the hot water with a filter installed in the circulation path. Has been developed in the past.
[0003]
More recently, it not only removes and activates the dirt in the hot water, but also sterilizes it to make the hot water even cleaner, and at the same time heats the hot water to keep it at an appropriate temperature, so you can take a bath at any time you want for 24 hours. Such a device as shown in FIG. 6 has been widely used.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional apparatus, heating is performed by an electric heater for keeping hot water at an appropriate temperature, and since this is continued for 24 hours, the electricity cost is considerably high.
[0010]
Recently, the electric power company has also made a rate contract to lower the midnight fee and increase the daytime fee instead to promote the use of late-night electricity from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am to level the amount of power generation I can do it.
[0011]
Therefore, if such a price contract is made, the midnight electricity charge will be about 30% of the daytime electricity charge, so the midnight hot water heating in the bathtub hot water purifier can be done at a cheaper midnight electricity charge, but also during the daytime. On the contrary, daytime heating must be done at a high daytime electricity rate, so the total electricity bill will never be cheap.
[0012]
The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of the prior art as described above, heats bath water using midnight power charges and other economical energy, and provides a bath water cleaning method and apparatus for cheap heating costs. The purpose is to provide.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention is a bathtub hot water purifier that draws hot water in a bathtub from a hot water pipe, circulates and purifies the cleaning pipe, and returns the hot water from the fountain pipe to the bathtub. A hot water storage tank with a hot water outlet pipe connected to the hot water outlet and a hot water outlet pipe connected to the upper hot water outlet is installed. The hot water outlet pipe automatically detects the temperature of the circulating hot water. The hot water storage hot water is connected to the cleaning pipe via an automatic adjustment means for the bath water outflow amount, which automatically adjusts the outflow amount of hot water according to the hot water temperature. For the outflow pipe, a shut-off valve that is controlled to open and close according to the hot water temperature detected by the hot water temperature sensor is installed and connected to the cleaning pipe, and the hot water temperature sensor detects that the hot water temperature has fallen below the set temperature. Then, control is performed to open the shutoff valve, and the amount of bath water outflow automatically adjusted to the hot water temperature. By adjusting the adjustment means, an amount of bath water corresponding to the hot water temperature is caused to flow from the cleaning pipe to the bathtub hot water outlet pipe and flow into the heat storage tank, and the same amount of hot water as the inflowed bath water is stored from the heat storage tank. It is configured to flow into the outflow pipe and flow into the cleaning pipe, and to adjust the hot water temperature by mixing hot water in an amount corresponding to the hot water temperature into the bath water flowing through the cleaning pipe.
[0014]
This makes it possible to automatically adjust the outflow amount of hot water according to the hot water temperature accurately at a low cost, such as an automatic opening / closing orifice, without using a flow control valve that requires expensive and complicated control. The combination of the automatic adjustment means for the amount of hot water outflow and the shut-off valve that simply controls the opening and closing enables quick and precise adjustment of the hot water temperature.
[0015]
Preferably, in the above configuration, the valve is automatically set to a predetermined opening degree by sensing the temperature of the hot water flowing out from the heat storage tank in the hot water outlet pipe connected to the hot water outlet of the heat storage tank. The automatic storage means for limiting the outflow amount of hot water is automatically installed, and when the amount of hot water drops is large and a large amount of bath water flows into the heat storage tank, 2. The bath water purifier according to claim 1, wherein a large amount of high-temperature hot water is prevented from flowing out of the tank.
[0016]
Thereby, since the degree of decrease in the hot water temperature is large, the opening degree of the bath water outflow adjustment means is increased, and a large amount of the bath water flows into the heat storage tank. Even when the hot water has flowed out of the hot water storage tank to the hot water outlet pipe, a large amount of hot water will flow into the bathtub at once by the low-cost storage hot water outflow limiting means such as an automatic open / close orifice. To prevent and keep the bather safe.
[0017]
[Effects of the Invention]
The present invention is constructed as described above, and heat storage hot water stored in the heat storage tank is heated by midnight power, solar heat and other cheap energy, and kept at a high temperature. If the hot water and the hot water are replaced by a predetermined amount according to the temperature drop of the bath water, the hot water is constantly adjusted to the predetermined temperature, and the heating cost for the temperature adjustment is reduced.
[0018]
The temperature control method for bath water as described above is to first arrange a heat storage tank for storing high-temperature heat storage water having a heating device with midnight power, solar heat or other low-cost energy, and cleaning the heat storage tank and the cleaning device main body. If you configure a device that connects the pipe with a hot water temperature control pipe, the bath water that has fallen in temperature can be easily replaced with hot stored hot water by a predetermined amount according to the temperature of the hot water, and the temperature can be adjusted at a low heating cost. The
[0019]
Furthermore, a hot water temperature adjustment pipe is provided in the fountain pipe, the bathtub hot water outflow control valve, the bath hot water outflow pipe connecting the upstream portion of the bathtub hot water outflow control valve and the bathtub hot water inlet at the bottom of the heat storage tank, and the heat storage Heat storage hot water outflow that connects the hot water outlet of the tank on the upper side of the tank and the downstream part of the bathtub hot water outflow control valve arranged in the fountain pipe, and sequentially arranges the hot water outflow control valve and the hot water shutoff valve in the direction of the fountain pipe When it is configured to comprise a bathtub and a bathtub hot water recirculation pipe that connects the bathtub hot water outflow pipe and the heat storage hot water shutoff valve downstream portion of the hot water storage outflow pipe, first, when the heat storage hot water shutoff valve is opened according to the temperature of the bath water At the same time, it is possible to easily adjust the temperature by flowing out the bathtub water into the heat storage tank and replacing it with the same amount of high-temperature heat storage water with an apparatus having a very simple configuration.
[0020]
Moreover, since the hot water temperature control pipe is provided with a flow control valve in the hot water storage outflow pipe, the amount of the hot water stored in the hot water is adjusted according to the temperature of the hot water, and the temperature of the hot water in the bath is greatly reduced. Even in such a case, there is no case where a large amount of hot water is jetted into the bathtub by changing a large amount of hot water and hot water storage hot water.
[0021]
In addition, the bath water and / or hot water storage flow rate control valve is a bimetallic orifice that changes the opening of the baffle plate according to the hot water temperature, or the valve opening at the set temperature With the shape memory alloy orifices memorized in the memory alloy baffle plate, it is possible to easily adjust the bath water and regenerative hot water according to the temperature of the bath water without complicated control with a simple valve structure with few failures. Adjust the outflow amount and adjust the hot water temperature.
