Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a barrel apparatus particularly suitable for performing surface treatment such as electroplating, electrolytic polishing, and cleaning on a flat electronic component or other flat small work group.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 4 , a barrel 1 having a work inlet / outlet port 1a on the upper surface is connected to a rotary shaft 2 inclined with respect to a perpendicular at the center of the lower end of the barrel 1, and the rotation center line of the barrel 1 is perpendicular to the perpendicular. In a tilted state, when immersed in the processing liquid in the processing liquid A and rotating the barrel, for example, when rotating at a gentle speed of about 30 times per minute, a small group of workpieces accommodated in the barrel 1 Repeats the operation of lifting the barrel 1 in the rotation direction with the rotation of the barrel 1 and the operation of sliding down the inner wall surface of the barrel 1 by its own weight so that the surface treatment is performed while stirring in the barrel. Such a barrel apparatus is known, for example, from Utility Model Registration No. 3049355.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in particular, when trying to process a flat and small workpiece group with the conventional barrel device, many workpieces tend to adhere to the inner surface on the peripheral side of the barrel 1, and the mutual displacement of the workpieces in the barrel also occurs. Hard to occur. For this reason, the work attached to the inner wall surface of the barrel is difficult to perform a uniform surface treatment because the portion that contacts the inner wall surface of the barrel 1 does not sufficiently contact the treatment liquid, and the surface treatment is a plating treatment. In this case, since there is little shift between the workpieces, plating is performed in a state where the workpieces are in a lump. That is, problems such as defective products occur.
An object of this invention is to provide the barrel apparatus which eliminated the subject which concerns.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the present invention, as described in claim 1, the workpiece has a work inlet / outlet on the upper surface, and the lower end of the barrel is supported by a rotating shaft inclined with respect to the vertical line, and rotates about a rotation center line inclined with respect to the vertical line. In the barrel apparatus including the barrel, a swinging means is provided for pivotally supporting the barrel on the rotation shaft so as to be tiltable and swinging the barrel to the rotation center line side and the tilting position side tilting relative to the rotation center line side. as the swinging means, a protrusion protruding downward from the center position of the bottom surface of the barrel, the support member projecting above the upper end of the rotating shaft, that is journalled in a transverse direction of the support shaft It resides in the barrel device that features .
[ 0005]
[Action]
According to the invention of claim 1, provided with a projecting piece projecting from the lower surface center of the barrels downward, the support member protruding the protruding piece above the rotating shaft, transverse with the support shaft, the barrel The barrel is stabilized in a state where its center of gravity is tilted to the tilt position side below the support shaft by allowing the rotation center line to tilt freely on the tilt position side deviating from the extended line position side of the rotation shaft. .
Further, when the center of gravity of the barrel is tilted to the upper tilt position side of the support shaft due to the rotation of the barrel, the barrel becomes unstable and rapidly swings to the lower tilt position side of the support shaft. This occurs immediately after the axis of the support shaft has turned up and down due to the rotation of the barrel. Therefore, it occurs twice during one rotation of the barrel.
When such tilting and swinging motion is repeated, a sudden force in the radial direction of the barrel is applied to the group of workpieces in the barrel to be rotated with the rotation of the barrel, so that the workpiece adheres to the inner wall surface on the peripheral side of the barrel. The above-mentioned conventional barrel device that the contact with the processing liquid of the workpiece becomes non-uniform due to the adhesion and the unevenness of the processing can be eliminated, and the displacement of the positions of the workpieces in the barrel is promoted. In particular, when the surface treatment is a plating treatment, the workpieces can be prevented from being plated in a lump .
[ 0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.
In the figure, A is a treatment tank containing a treatment liquid, B is a barrel device accommodated in the treatment tank, and the barrel device B is provided with a workpiece loading / unloading port 1a at the upper end and a rotating shaft 2 inclined at the lower end with respect to the vertical line. A barrel 1 is provided that is connected to rotate about a rotation center line that is inclined with respect to the normal.
The barrel device B is detachably attached to the processing tank A and inclined obliquely downward with hooks 3 and 3 provided on the upper and lower two horizontal bars C and C provided above the processing tank A. The rotating shaft 2 is attached to the lower part of the inclination direction of the frame 4 so as to be orthogonal to the frame 4 and protrude from the upper surface of the frame 4. It is provided in a state inclined with respect to the vertical line. The above configuration is the same as a conventional barrel device.
The barrel 1 is provided with swinging means for pivotally supporting the barrel 1 on the rotary shaft 2 so as to be tiltable, and swinging the barrel 1 to the rotation center line side and to the tilt position side tilting relative thereto. Provided. Its inclination upset Dote stage, a protrusion 5 projecting downward from the center position of the bottom surface of the barrel 1, the support member 6 which projects above the upper end of the rotary shaft 2, tiltable transversely of the support shaft 7 Supported.
If this further detail, the projecting piece 5 and a flat, supporting member 6, two flat shape protruding upward at intervals from the upper surface of the gear 9a that rotates integrally with the rotary shaft 2 of the support portion 6a, 6a and to face configured to that provided, a projecting piece 5, the support portion 6a of the support member 6, insert to be parallel thereto between 6a, the protrusion 5 When the barrel 1 is tilted, the pair of support portions 6 a and 6 a serve as a guide for the projecting piece 5 by pivotally supporting the support member 6 with a lateral support shaft 7 that intersects the extended line of the rotating shaft 2. Therefore, the rocking is performed in a stable state. However, the support portions 6a, 6a of the protrusion 5 and the support member 6 need not necessarily be rectangular plate shape may be a round bar other shapes.
[0007]
In this case, the center of gravity of the barrel 1 is more stable and stable in a state in which the center of gravity of the barrel 1 is tilted toward the lower tilt position side of the support shaft 7.
For this reason, when the barrel 1 is rotated toward the center line side of the barrel 1 as shown in FIG. 3, that is, when the center of gravity of the barrel 1 is above the support shaft 7, the barrel 1 is again shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the support shaft 7 is swung rapidly toward the tilt position. As described above, this tilting and swinging occurs twice immediately after the axis of the support shaft 7 is directed in the vertical direction during one rotation of the barrel.
At this time, an abrupt force in the rotational radius direction of the barrel 1 acts on the workpiece group in the barrel 1 which is going to rotate together with the rotation of the barrel 1, and the workpiece is about to adhere to the inner wall surface of the barrel 1 with this force. Can be prevented from adhering to the inner wall surface, the contact of the workpiece with the processing liquid becomes non-uniform due to the adhesion, and it is possible to prevent the problem that spots are formed in the processing. The displacement of the position can be promoted, and particularly when the surface treatment is a plating treatment, the workpieces can be prevented from being plated in a lump.
[0008]
In the figure, reference numeral 8 denotes a variable speed electric motor provided on the upper side in the tilt direction of the frame 4, and the motor 8 is connected to the rotary shaft 2 via a gear train 9 including the gear 9 a to rotate. For example, a gentle rotation of about 30 times per minute is applied to the shaft 2, that is, the barrel 1.
Reference numeral 10 denotes a disk attached to the bottom surface of the barrel via a flange 1c. When the barrel 1 is tilted, stoppers 11 are provided so that the lower surface of the disk 10 protrudes on both sides of the support shaft 7 on the upper surface of the gear 9a. The inclination angle of the barrel 1 is regulated by alternately supporting the upper end of the barrel 11.
In addition, 1b shows the innumerable liquid passage holes provided on the peripheral side wall surface of the barrel 1, and 12 shows an electrode used for plating.
Furthermore, although not shown in the figure, by forming the inner wall surface on the peripheral side of the barrel 1 in a concavo-convex surface perpendicular to the rotation direction, the work can be reversed and the work can be more effectively stirred in the barrel .
[ 00 09 ]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the barrel that rotates while the barrel rotates is repeatedly rotated with its own weight by tilting and swinging toward the upper side of the extension line of the rotating shaft and the tilting position side. It is possible to prevent the workpiece from adhering to the inner wall surface of the barrel due to an abrupt radial force acting on the inner workpiece group, and this adhesion prevents the workpiece from contacting the processing liquid. In addition to eliminating defects such as unevenness and unevenness of processing, it is possible to promote the displacement of the positions of workpieces in the barrel. Especially when the surface treatment is plating, the workpieces form a lump. This brings about an effect that can solve the problem of being done . Tokunikakaru effect can be achieved with a simple structure.
