【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の形態例を図１乃至図７に基づいて詳述する。
図でＡは処理液を入れた処理槽、Ｂはこれに収容するバレル装置を示し、該バレル装置Ｂは、上端にワークの出し入れ口１ａを備え且つ下端に垂線に対し傾斜する回転軸２を接続して垂線に対し傾斜する回転中心線を中心に回転するように設けたバレル１を備える。
