Description

【0001】
【0020】

Figure 0003647254
【0021】
【0033】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an endoscope cleaning / disinfecting apparatus for cleaning / disinfecting an endoscope.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, endoscopes have been widely used for examinations and treatments in body cavities, and various pipes for performing air supply, water supply, suction, and the like are incorporated therein. And in order to prevent infection etc., it is necessary to wash | clean and disinfect the outer surface and internal duct each time an endoscope is used.
[0003]
By the way, there are many types of endoscopes such as a gastric endoscope, an endoscope for duodenum, a large intestine endoscope, a bronchial endoscope, etc. Also, the pipe line is short and moderately thin, and minimal washing and water removal are sufficient. Endoscopes for duodenum are extremely narrow and have a forceps raising pipe that requires a long washing time. Even when draining water, it is necessary to supply air exclusively at high pressure.
[0004]
In addition, an endoscope for a large intestine has a long insertion portion, a thick pipe, and it is necessary to carefully wash and remove water. In addition, bronchial endoscopes have narrow ducts, are easy to wash and remove water, and can be washed for a short time. .

When the endoscope to be cleaned is set in the holding section in the cleaning tank, the detection switch is turned on, and the endoscope is determined according to the number of endoscopes set and the thickness of the insertion section of the endoscope. The time of each process of washing, disinfection, rinsing and water removal is set according to the number and type of endoscopes.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 4-17835, the cleaning / disinfecting condition is set by the number of endoscopes set in the cleaning tank, or the type of endoscope is detected by the thickness of the endoscope. It sets cleaning and disinfecting conditions. Even if the types of endoscopes for stomach, duodenum, colon, and bronchus can be detected, endoscopes continue to be new products. Since it has been developed and the thickness, shape, and structure of the endoscope changes, it is difficult to accurately detect the type of endoscope.
[0008]
The present invention has been made paying attention to the above circumstances, and its purpose is to attach data such as endoscope type, date of manufacture, and shipping date to the endoscope and recognize the data. An object of the present invention is to provide an endoscope cleaning and disinfecting apparatus that can be cleaned and disinfected under conditions corresponding to the endoscope.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an endoscope cleaning and disinfecting apparatus for automatically cleaning and disinfecting an endoscope by immersing the endoscope in a cleaning solution and a disinfecting solution stored in a cleaning tank. this type of endoscope attached to the endoscope, manufacturing date, ship date, number checking, recognizing means for recognizing at least one of the data of the inspection date and inspection end time, the Based on the recognition result by the recognition means, the time of each process necessary for cleaning and disinfecting the endoscope is set according to the type of the endoscope, and the number of times the endoscope is used and the inspection based on the recognition means And setting means for recognizing the elapsed time from the end to the cleaning and disinfection and setting the time of each step based on the recognition result .
[0010]
The endoscope type, date of manufacture, shipping date, etc. are attached to the endoscope, and this data is recognized by the cleaning / disinfecting device and the endoscope's cleaning / disinfecting conditions are set. It can be cleaned and disinfected according to the mirror.
