According to the present invention, the specifications of the part to be cleaned of the endoscope are read from the endoscope into the endoscope cleaning device, and the operations of the plurality of cleaning means are automatically controlled based on the contents. By doing so, the endoscope washer can be appropriately cleaned in accordance with the difference in the endoscope to be cleaned without manually inputting data, so that the operation is not bothersome. In addition, damage to the endoscope due to erroneous input can be prevented.
