Description
【0001】
(ただしi,j=1、2、3、4で且つi≠jである。)
【0014】
Y=(Y3 −Y1 )(GX −X1 )/(X3 −X1 )+Y1 の式で演算し、その結果がY>GY なら重心位置は△M1 M3 M4 内にあり、Y≦GY なら重心位置は△M1 M2 M3 内にある。

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a sling support device and a slinging method used for lifting and moving a heavy object safely and securely with a lifting and moving device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Many of the equipment in various plants and the so-called unit houses are assembled at the production plant and then delivered to the construction site as they are. Such a heavy load is loaded onto a large trailer at a production plant and unloaded at a construction site using a lifting and moving device such as a large crane.
For loading and unloading work with a large crane, usually a plurality of lifting hooks are provided on the upper part of the heavy load, and a lifting tool such as a wire is provided between the lifting hooks and the lifting part of the lifting moving device. Slay. At that time, it is important to move the lifting part to the position of the center of gravity on the plane of the heavy object, and each lifting tool to be used has a length capable of connecting between the lifting part and the lifting engagement part. In addition, it is necessary to select a thickness that can sufficiently withstand the tension applied thereto.
[0003]
If the position of the lifting portion is deviated from the position of the center of gravity, there is a risk that the heavy object may be tilted during lifting or moving, or a lifting tool cutting accident due to load imbalance may occur. Also, if the length of the lifting tool is inappropriate, slinging becomes difficult or impossible, and if the lifting tool is insufficient in thickness, a lifting accident will occur. . Therefore, when slinging, it is necessary to know the position of the center of gravity of the heavy object on the plane, to know the distance between the suspension upper part and each suspension engagement part, and to know the tension applied to each suspension tool.
Conventionally, in order to know the position of the center of gravity on the plane of a heavy object, a prediction method that relies on the feeling of an expert or a method of calculating the position of the center of gravity on the plane from the shape of the heavy object or the like has been adopted. Moreover, there is no means other than measuring the distance between the suspended portion and each suspended engagement portion on the heavy object, and the tension applied to each suspended tool is the total weight and center of gravity of the heavy object, and the suspended portion. It was predicted from the hanging angle between the lifting tools.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when knowing the position of the center of gravity, there is a problem that the prediction method based on the expert's feeling has large variations and low reliability, and the calculation prediction method is difficult to calculate for heavy objects with complicated shapes and internal structures. In addition to being extremely complicated and time consuming, there is a problem that the accuracy of the obtained predicted center of gravity position is extremely low.
Further, when actually measuring the distance between the suspended portion and each suspended engagement portion, there is a problem in that it is a measurement of the inclined distance, which is troublesome and the measurement accuracy is low.
Furthermore, the method of predicting the tension applied to each lifting tool by calculation is more complicated and time-consuming than the calculation of the center of gravity, and the accuracy of the tension applied to each lifting tool is also low. There was a problem.
Therefore, the present invention aims to provide a sling support device that can efficiently and accurately know the position of the center of gravity, the length of the lifting tool, and the tension applied to the lifting tool, and a slinging method using the same. It is.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]

[0006]
The sling support device of the present invention inputs the coordinate positions of each weight detection unit and each suspension hooking portion with respect to the reference position from the input means and the height from each lifting hooking portion to the lifting portion to the calculation means. Thus, it is possible to calculate and output the position of the center of gravity of the heavy object, the length of the necessary lifting tool, the respective hanging angles between the lifting tools at the lifting portion, and the tension applied to each lifting tool.
Note that the sling support device of the present invention can be preferably applied when the heights of the respective hanging hook portions provided above the heavy load are the same.
[0007]
According to a preferred embodiment of the staking support apparatus, the calculation means is further configured to output the added value of each weight detection value as the total weight of the weight.
According to another preferred embodiment of the above-described sling support device, the total weight of the heavy object output from the calculation means, the position of the center of gravity, the length of the lifting tool required between the suspended upper part and each suspended engaging part, Display means for displaying at least one value of each hanging angle between the lifting tools and the tension applied to each lifting tool at the upper part is provided.
[0008]
The slinging method of the present invention that solves the above-mentioned problems is the use of the sling support device, and the position of the center of gravity of the heavy load, the length of the lifting tool required between the suspended portion and each suspended engagement portion, Each suspension angle between the lifting tools and the tension applied to each lifting tool are calculated, and between the lifting upper part of the lifting device moved to the position of the center of gravity and a plurality of lifting hooks provided on the heavy object. Each of the lifting tools selected based on the calculated value is connected and slung.
In a preferred embodiment of the staking method, when the maximum value among the hanging angles between the lifting tools is larger than a predetermined value, the maximum value is equal to or less than a predetermined value. The value of the height from each lifting engagement part to the suspension upper part inputted to the calculation means is corrected.
In another preferred embodiment of the above staking method, the weight object supported by the gantry on the base is transferred to four or more weight detection parts using the lifting device, and then the weight detection part is used. Measure.

It is a figure explaining the principle of.
In this figure, if the coordinates x and y of the reference position S (not shown) are (0, 0), the coordinates of the four hanging hooks 11 provided on the upper part of the heavy load are M 1 = (X 1 , Y 1 ), M 2 = (X 2 , Y 2 ), M 3 = (X 3 , Y 3 ) and M 4 = (X 4 , Y 4 ). Moreover, since the coordinate G of the center of gravity of the heavy object is (Gx, Gy) as described above, if the height from the hanging
Then, the hanging angle theta ij between Tsuuegu i and j = cos -1 [N i 2 + N j 2 - (X j -X i) 2 - (Y j -Y i) 2 / 2N i N j ] Is calculated by (However, i, j = 1, 2, 3, 4 and i ≠ j.)

(3) Tension calculation of lifting tool Each lifting tool in FIG. 5 is exemplified by the case where the weight of the heavy object as shown in FIG. 1 is detected by the four
First, FIG. 6 is a plan view of the four weight detection units and the position of the center of gravity. A square surrounding the four weight detection units is divided into a plurality of triangles (four in this example). Then, the triangular portion where the center of gravity exists is determined by the position of the Y coordinate by two equations. The coordinates of each hanging hook are M 1 = (X 1 , Y 1 ), M 2 = (X 2 , Y 2 ), M 3 = (X 3 , Y 3 ) and M 4 = (X 4 , Y 4). ) And the coordinates of the center of gravity are G = (G X , G Y )
Y = (Y 3 −Y 1 ) (G X −X 1 ) / (X 3 −X 1 ) + Y 1 , and if the result is Y> G Y, the center of gravity position is ΔM 1 M 3 M 4 If Y ≦ G Y, the position of the center of gravity is within ΔM 1 M 2 M 3 .
Further, if the result of calculation is Y = (Y 4 −Y 2 ) (G X −X 2 ) / (X 3 −X 2 ) + Y 2 and the result is Y> G Y, the center of gravity position is ΔM 1 M 2 If it is within M 4 and Y ≦ G Y, the position of the center of gravity is within ΔM 2 M 3 M 4 .
[0015]
Next, the weights P 1 , P 2 , P 3 , and P 4 at each suspension hook are calculated as follows based on the total weight W 0 based on the position of the center of gravity.
[Formula for obtaining weight P 1 ]
When the center of gravity is within △ M 1 M 2 M 3
When the center of gravity is within △ M 1 M 2 M 4
When the center of gravity is within △ M 1 M 3 M 4

When the center of gravity is within △ M 1 M 2 M 4
When the center of gravity is within △ M 1 M 3 M 4

In the above calculation result, when the position of the center of gravity overlaps two or more, the larger value on the safe side is adopted.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the sling support device of the present invention includes the position of the center of gravity of the heavy object, the length of the lifting tool required between the lifting part and each lifting hook part, and each hanging angle between the lifting tools in the lifting part. Since the tension applied to each lifting tool can be calculated and output, the slinging position and the appropriate lifting tool can be accurately and efficiently used even for a heavy object having a complicated shape and structure. Can be selected and slung.
Further, by outputting the calculation result of the total weight of the heavy object from the calculation means, it is possible to select and use a lifting and moving device that matches the total weight. For this reason, it is possible to safely and reliably perform lifting and lifting of heavy objects without preparing excessive facilities.
