Description

【0001】

Figure 0003638395

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an external preparation for skin. More specifically, the present invention relates to a skin external preparation having an excellent exfoliating effect and an effect for preventing rough skin.
[0002]
[Prior art]
One of the major purposes of cosmetic preparations such as cosmetics is to maintain a beautiful skin condition. In order to maintain a beautiful skin condition, it is important to remove the layered stratum corneum by drying, etc., and smooth the turnover of epidermal cells. For this reason, a topical skin preparation containing a keratin remover is known. Yes.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As a result of diligent research on the skin external preparation containing the exfoliating agent, the present inventors have formulated the exfoliating agent alone when the specific exfoliating agent and the specific polymer silicone are combined in the external skin preparation. As a result, the present inventors have found a new knowledge that an exfoliating effect is further increased, and a skin external preparation having a skin roughening preventing effect and a moisturizing effect can be obtained, thereby completing the present invention.
[0004]
An object of this invention is to provide the skin external preparation which has the outstanding exfoliation effect, the rough skin improvement prevention effect, and a moisturizing effect.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention relates to 0.001 to 5% by weight (excluding 5% by weight) of one or more polymer silicones having a soft rubber-like property at room temperature represented by the following general formula “Chemical Formula 2”. A skin external preparation for exfoliating, comprising one or more exfoliating agents selected from low molecular betaines represented by the following general formula "Chemical Formula 2-2".
[Chemical formula 2]

[0006]
The present invention also provides the above skin external preparation for exfoliating , wherein the exfoliating agent is trimethylglycine.
[0007]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
The polymer silicone used in the present invention is a polymer silicone having a degree of polymerization represented by the chemical formula “Chemical Formula 2” of 3,000 to 20,000, and exhibits a soft rubber-like property at room temperature. As a specific example, dimethylpolysiloxane can be used.
[0008]
The amount of the polymeric silicone is preferably 0.001 to 5% by weight, more preferably 0.01 to 3% by weight, based on the total amount of the external preparation for skin.
[0009]
In the present invention, among various exfoliating agents, in particular, low molecular betaine, hydroxycarboxylic acid or its ester, lactone or salt, ketocarboxylic acid or its ester, lactone or salt, and the above high molecular silicone are used in combination. Thus, an external preparation for skin having an excellent effect of preventing rough skin and an excellent moisturizing effect at the same time as an exfoliating effect is increased.
[0010]
The low molecular weight betaine of the exfoliating agent means betaines having a molecular weight of 100 to 200, and may include those that form zwitterions with inner salts such as quaternary ammonium salts, sulfonium salts, and phosphonium salts. The reason why a low molecular weight betaine having a molecular weight of 200 or less is used is that a betaine having a molecular weight exceeding 200 has a property as a surfactant and tends to roughen the skin. In the present invention, a low molecular weight betaine represented by the following chemical formula “Chemical Formula 3” is preferably used.
[Chemical 3]
Figure 0003638395
[R 1 , R 2 and R 3 each independently represents a linear or branched alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and n represents 0 or a positive integer. However, the sum of the sum of the number of carbon atoms of R 1 , R 2 and R 3 and n is 8 or less. ]
Specific examples of R 1 , R 2 and R 3 include methyl group, ethyl group, propyl group, isopropyl group, butyl group, isobutyl group, sec-butyl group, tert-butyl group, hexyl group, isohexyl group, 3- Examples include methylpentyl group, 2,2-dimethylbutyl group, 2,3-dimethylbutyl group and the like. These R 1 , R 2 and R 3 may be the same or different. In the present invention, trimethylglycine in which R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are all methyl groups and n is 0 in the chemical formula “Chemical Formula 3” is most preferably used. Further, γ-butyrobetaine in which R 1 , R 2 and R 3 are all methyl groups and n is 2 is also preferably used.
[0011]
In the present invention, when low molecular weight betaine is used, in addition to an increase in the exfoliating effect, when a moisturizing agent such as mucopolysaccharide is further blended, the effect of suppressing the stickiness is exhibited, and an excellent moisturizing effect, rough skin Since an improvement preventing effect is also exhibited, it is preferable to use a low molecular weight betaine such as trimethylglycine.
[0013]
As the exfoliating agent used in the present invention, the above exfoliating agent can be used alone or in combination of two or more kinds. The amount of the exfoliating agent is preferably 0.01 to 30% by weight, more preferably 0.01 to 20% by weight, based on the total amount of the external preparation for skin. If it is less than 0.01%, the effect of the present invention is not sufficiently exhibited, and even if it exceeds 30% by weight, an increase in the effect commensurate with the increase in the amount may not be expected.
[0014]
The topical skin preparation of the present invention refers to those applied to the outer skin as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, quasi-drugs, etc., and therefore the dosage form also includes aqueous solutions, solubilization systems, emulsification systems, powder systems, A wide variety of forms such as an oil liquid system, a gel system, an ointment system, a water-oil two-layer system, and a water-oil-powder three-layer system can be adopted.
[0015]

As skin external preparations, the cosmetics of Examples and Comparative Examples were prepared with the formulations shown in “Table 1” and “Table 2”, and the emulsions of Examples and Comparative Examples were prepared with the formulations shown in “Table 3”. This was determined by the test method and evaluation method.
[0018]
"Exfoliation effect"
The amount of old stratum corneum on the skin surface is the part where the skin surface is magnified 100 times using a video microscope with a fiber-type light source and the image is input to an image processing device to cause scaling of the stratum corneum The area ratio of (the part that shines white) was determined in% by binarization, and used as the amount of old keratin. The exfoliation effect test was conducted using the forehead of five women-specialized panels who are healthy persons. Before applying the skin external preparations of Examples and Comparative Examples, the old angular mass of the skin surface was measured. Thereafter, 0.5 g of the external preparation for skin of Examples and Comparative Examples was applied, and the old angular mass at the same site was measured after about 1 hour. The exfoliation rate (%) was determined from the old horny mass before washing and the old horny mass after washing.

"Anti-roughness improvement effect"
The skin was deliberately roughened by applying an active agent (sodium lauryl sulfate aqueous solution) 10% aqueous solution for several days on several forearms of 10 female professional panels. Then, the skin external preparations of Examples and Comparative Examples were applied twice a day, and after 5 days from the start of application, the condition of the skin surface was measured by the replica method and skin conductance. The improvement prevention effect was judged and evaluated.
[Criteria]
Remarkable: The symptoms of rough skin have disappeared. Effective: The symptoms of rough skin have become weak. Slightly effective. The symptoms of rough skin have become slightly weak. Invalid: The symptoms of rough skin have not changed. What are the symptoms of rough skin here? Means any of the following symptoms:
(1) Exfoliation of stratum corneum and erythema occur.
(2) The skin groove and skin are not clear and the skin texture is not aligned.
[Evaluation criteria]
